We met friends, that we hadn't seen for ages and had a wonderful lunch We all enjoyed it tremulously. We enjoyed the singer, but wished our table had been a little bit further away.

Nice looking restaurant and that’s about as far as it goes for the positives. Terrible service, 25 minute wait for two drinks in a half empty restaurant. One came out wrong but did not want to send it back and wait another 25 minutes! Food was mediocre at best, pasta itself was nice but the entire dish… not great at all. £18 for a carbonara that I could cook at home to a higher standard. Bitter burnt garlic bread. I simply would not visit again.

The food was swimming in fat. I felt sick leaving Figurati. Nothing special at all! Something I could easily make at home. The prawns in my pasta tasted awful. I didn't finish my main course. The service was poor. We felt rushed when having starters, after that nobody seem to bother. The bill did not reflect deposit, that we had to ask to have it deducted. Overall, disappointing.

We booked this restaurant for a business lunch and were really pleased that we did. The location is perfect, especially on a sunny day when there was a choice of being inside or sitting out under the umbrellas with a lovely view of the marina. The decor inside is modern and appealing. We decided to sit inside and browsed the menus which offer an excellent choice at reasonable prices. We chose the chicken Milenese and spaghetti carbonara. Whilst we were waiting we ordered drinks, garlic bread and the smoked and caramelised nuts which were delicious, we liked the nuts so much we took another portion home. Our meals were beautifully presented and delicious. We also had lemon sorbet (you get 3 balls which is a lot) and Figurati Rocher both of which were excellent. The service was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and return.

Holly was an excellent waitress and very helpful. She had a great personality and always had a smile on her face even though she was busy serving other customers.

I understand that you pay for the view but the food was poor. There was a ‘different chef’ and i had noodle carbonara. There can be alot of improvement to the food if you are paying the premium. The staff were very attentive and did discuss the issue.

Quiet lunch as raining & dull, very cool inside as aircon on, asked to turn off as cold but didn't respond. Took ages to take order & quite expensive.

Visited here before a party had arrived. Bar tender was nice and waiters were helpful. Crumbs were behind our seats which we had booked in advance. I did ask for a window seat and couldn’t get it but this is understandable due to a party coming in. We ordered pizza and chicken and the chicken came out with blood sacs in it and was barely cooked. My girlfriend rightfully asked to return it and what followed was unfriendly staff seemingly talking about us for the next 20 minutes. We were sat in front of the chefs window and one of the chefs simply sat death staring me like we had committed some heinous crime. It wasn’t that deep, we were just unhappy with the chicken. The death stares from this one chef continued followed by pointing and sh*t talking behind our back. Obviously this was uncomfortable so I asked to leave and just pay for the drinks. The manager? was nice enough to allow us to not pay for drinks when we asked to leave. Kudos to her. In short, most of the waiters and bartenders were nice and helpful. But asking to return a dish shouldn’t result in chefs and some waiters throwing a huge fit. Death starring was also weird

Nice view and wait staff (Junos?) were fabulous. Food and wine were lovely, although if you are a bit fussy, the menu might be a bit too funky. I loved it, but worth reading if you are.

The food was quite authentic and the atmosphere was lovely. They had a DJ but it was not too loud. Reasonably priced food and wine and it has a great view overlooking the harbour. We will definitely go back.

The service and food were fantastic at a group dinner party. The staff were very attentive and all 50+ of us raved about how good the evening was. Kira managed the booking and did a great job. Loads of food on the 'sharecuterie' menu. Thank you to all and can't wait to come back soon.

Amazing food and service! Would recommend to everyone! The pasta dishes, lamb special, and calamari were all amazing and great portion sizes. We visited for graduation celebrations and the whole table received a free glass of Prosecco which was a really lovely touch! Our waiter Juno was great! Very lovely visit

Figurati is in a brilliant location overlooking the marina. We went for Sunday lunch and it did not dissapoint. Very generous portion sizes and the food was delicious. Price wise it was very reasonable and the service was brilliant. Were were pleasantly surprised to find they had live music, which created a brilliant atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

Delicious main course of trout with beans, had to have cannoli for desert from kids menu, glad the staff could help me out. The ferrero bomb is out of this world too. Great service, great atmosphere

This has got to be my favourite dessert, possibly of all time! 🤩🤤🤤 Please add more incredible vegan dishes like this to the menu?! 🙏🏼 Ideally something mushroom-based. 😉

I recently dined at Figuratti in Southampton, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambience of the restaurant is warm and inviting, with a charming decor that perfectly blends modern elegance with a cosy, intimate atmosphere. What truly set Figuratti apart, though, was the impeccable service. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit. Overall, Figuratti is a gem in Southampton that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding Italian dining experience. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delicious menu.

Came here for the Lusso Brunch. First of them I believe and gosh I want to go to another. Great atmosphere and vibes all round. Everyone had great fun. I really enjoyed myself. A few little things to work on I think: Just needs polishing and smoothing out abit. Labelling the food on the buffet just didn't really know what things were had to ask to make sure I know if things were suitable for vegetarians luckily no allergies in my group. We lined up got asked to sit anywhere the next minute everyone was getting wristbands so we wasted abit of time wondering what's gonna happen. No real order in terms out getting drinks just had to push to the bar to get seen. Maybe someone coming round ordering would be good like pouring wine for us at the table. More order and understanding would be great from the start. But yeah overall loved it Waiting staff coming round with food was great, everything tasted amazing. Great selection, more salad stuff and sweet treats next time please. Drinks were so lovely, once you got to the bar area drinks came quick and cocktails were such good quality.

Great location. Excellent food. Italian restaurant is not usually my first choice. I booked the restaurant to celebrate my niece's graduation. I was not disappointed. I will definitely visit again. Holly was great. Even made a recommendation of what to order. She was spot one and enjoyed the gnocchi with lamb.

Celebrated a birthday with a Sunday roast Service was excellent and we got our roast within 10 minutes or ordering and it was exceptional. Had the sirloin of beef which was incredibly tender and every element of the dish was curated perfectly. The ambience was lovely with acoustic music playing outside.

The food was incredible. It was displayed so beautifully and tasted so fresh. We especially loved the octopus starter. The vegan menu for our friend was very tasty and filling. The vibes were nice and chill and with the venue being styled in a stylish way. Unfortunately- we were not pleased with the presentation of the FOH staff. All seemingly nice and hard working, their uniforms were filthy. This is something management should be on top of and should take responsibility on cleaning these uniforms. One staff member left the toilet cubicle without washing her hands and went straight back out onto the floor. We were asked 3 separate times within 10 minutes on if we liked the food - no communication, having sections would make this more manageable. We were even asked if we wanted deserts whilst half way through our mains. Overall the clear lack of training and leadership for the foh let the overall restaurant experience down.

Sunday roasts are amazing, stacked up high and come with cauliflower cheese! There other dishes are also delicious if you don't fancy a roast! Live music on a Sunday creates a relaxing environment - would totally recommend.

Service a little slow which was surprising as the restaurant was not that busy. However the food and ambience was perfect for a family lunch. Nice views out of the large windows across the marina. Simple dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and care. Definitely returning when we’re in the area again.

Me and my daughter had a Sunday roast , it was very tasty and good. But the dessert stole my heart! Delicious tiramisu ! It was a beautiful weather so we enjoyed our meal outside . Also I wanted to thank a very friendly, helpful and welcome to our waitress. I don't know her name but she was looking after us amazingly! THANK YOU🌞

Looking at the other reviews we must have caught the chef on a bad day! Super disappointing meal at “Southamptons best restaurant”. I ordered the bruschetta to start which was so bland and dry then my lasagne arrived and it looked like it had been sat under a heat lamp for a hour. The pasta on top was dried up and crispy and the inside so soggy with a large pile of dried sage on top. The lasagne was also missing the béchamel sauce. It consisted of only a thin layer of bolognese sauce. I will say the beef cheek was tasty when removed from the pasta. It’s such a shame as bruschetta and lasagne are two things that should be easy to get right. The service was super slow, but I don’t blame the staff as they only had two waitresses for the whole place so it took a while to get drinks, but they were very friendly and working as fast as they could. I think maybe we were unlucky and ended up catching the chef on a down day, but for the price I would have expected a lot better.

was fortunate enough to be gifted a voucher for this wonderful restaurant so my wife and I made a date of it and are so glad we did! The food is outstanding, we sampled something from every course and it was all delicious, beautifully presented and in good portion sizes (not often the case in some places). We enjoyed some fantastic cocktails with our meal and the atmosphere was great (a live DJ providing some background music is a great idea!) And the staff helpfully, friendly and welcoming. My wife (who can be difficult to please with food) stated that it was the best restaurant experience she had ever had - I agree wholeheartedly. We will be back! Thank-you all.

Had a fantastic experience with my partner, made by a vibrant Barman Gabrielle (hope I spelled it right!). We were offered a glass of wine each on the house, met with great conversation and excellent knowledge of the bar and what drink to complement our dishes. The food is fantastic, the best carbonara I’ve ever had. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. A perfect setting for a special meal out. Definitely doing the 93 mile trip to return!

Absolutely brilliant every single time without fail

Nice atmosphere, and the staff are really friendly, helpful and attentive. Our table wasn't ready but we were sat at the bar, good draught beer and non alc cocktail. There was a DJ playing which seemed a bit unnecessary but the music wasn't over the top/too loud. Focaccia and burrata starter were amazing, pizza and seafood pasta were nice but not amazing. Overall would recommend.

We went for a dinner date night on a Saturday, we had made a reservation, and our experience was fantastic even thought it was really busy! There was live music and a great intimate atmosphere (on the noisier side so be aware if you are sensitive to sound but we found it easy to chat and hear each other) The service was fast, attentive, friendly and helpful which definitely added to our experience. We treated ourselves to three courses and found that everything we had exceeded expectations and was fairly priced! Our standout favourites were the bucatini, rigatoni, truffle fries, crab arancini, octopus carpaccio, and honey roasted figs. (Pizza and bread starter looked great and we hope to try these next time!) Definitely a new firm favourite place to dine in Southampton, highly recommend.

We went here on a wet and windy Wednesday lunchtime to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Fabulous! Staff, food and service all first class. We'll certainly be back!

Had a terrible roast here, but it was dealt with well so returned this evening. Will not be returning again. 1/2 the menu was unavailable and should have mentioned when we booked earlier that afternoon. Waited over an hour for the food and restaurant wasn’t even half full. The lasagne had no taste in actual fact we had to add lots of seasoning all the dishes. Supper disappointed

Our party of 6 tried this place initially and were really disappointed with every aspect of it, however we spoke with the manager who asked us to come back and give it another try, and we were all very glad that we did. This time the food was amazing. Starters arrived quickly and were all beautifully presented. For mains, nearly all of our party ordered from the specials menu as they looked so appealing. 3 got the mussels (with fries) and loved them; 1 had the special haddock pasta which she devoured, and the others (including myself) had the pizzas from the specials menu which was an artichoke, courgette, and pesto pizza. Absolutely delicious - up there with the nicest pizzas I've ever eaten. Service was lovely and warm and our waitresses were brilliant all evening. We were all very glad that we gave the place another chance and had a lovely evening with some exceptionally good food!

We were here for a birthday lunch, a family group of 8 with mixed ages. We had a good cross section of dishes and each them were delicious. I had the scialatelli, seafood pasta with a touch of chilli.. and the limoncello cheesecake.. fantastic.. Service was excellent and the location, being on the marina, was nice too. We will definitely be back again and I would definitely recommend this place.

My fiancée and I came for the steak night and we were absolutely blown away. She professes that it was the best steak she had ever eaten! Great service, friendly staff and such a lovely ambience. Our second visit and we were not disappointed. Will definitely be back for more xx

We have been to Figurati on a number of occasions now and every time the service is outstanding and the food is by far some of the best Italian food I have had. The venue itself is extremely well presented, and Staff make a massive effort to make your visit enjoyable. The only thing that can make My next visit more enjoyable would be a 50% discount. A combined Mother's Day & Birthday celebration dinner and we were not disappointed. The food was exceptional and the service from Izzy and all the others was even better.

We had an absolutely fabulous time here. Staff, Holly, Ciara and Amy were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Meal was delicious. Alternative offered when the dessert i wanted had run out....oh no!! Would definitely come back.

Went here for my birthday meal and it was a mixed experience. The lady that served us was very lovely and extremely helpful. The starters were excellent but both of the mains lacked seasoning and one of them was only half eaten. The garlic bread is absolutely lovely though so would definitely go back for pizza in the future.

Terrible. Mocktail returned as undrinkable. Octopus starter bland and tasteless was not worth £12. Bolognese was below average. I have made better ones at home. Took 3 hours to serve us 2 courses. Charged us £25 for service. 3 couples of varying ages all said we would not return. Don’t waste your money like we did. Went because we heard that it is the best restaurant in Southampton, if that is the case, I would hate to think what the worst is like. Will not be going there again!

Beautiful restaurant in the harbour. Food was amazing and we had a fantastic waitress called Holly who took our orders all night and made sure our glasses were always full. Give this girl a raise... she's worth her weight in gold. Thank you for looking after us all.

Gave me the wrong food because they have different menus on their website, the food was terrible, a group of 15 of us and no one enjoyed it. Domino’s has better pizzas. DJ was solid though.

Really nice location and atmosphere, staff were great. Problem is the food which is very disappointing. Carbonara made with eggs not cream but totally bland. Chicken also poor. It's won awards not sure why. So disappointing.

We arrived early for our booking on a Thursday evening, when we were finally greeted at the door I suggested to the host that we could have a drink at the bar until our table was ready, I was told no it’s ok come straight through. We sat at our table for around 15 minutes, trying to catch someone’s attention but were ignored for a long while. A table of 6 were sat and about 5 minutes later the waitress went over to take their drinks order, whilst we still sat there waiting. We decided to get up and leave at this point. It’s a shame we didn’t get to try the menu as there’s some great options and the extensive wine list is fabulous too. We spend a lot of money when dining out and I just cannot put up with bad service, if we were waiting that long for our first drink I can’t imagine how long we’d have waited for everything else. It appeared that they were short staffed with only 3 team members, but if that’s the case why are you advertising on Instagram for more bookings? Causing undue stress on your team and unhappy customers choosing to leave the restaurant. Upon leaving we decided to visit The Olive Tree next door and had fantastic food and service. Reading through other reviews it appears we aren’t the only people who have had this experience here, which is a shame as the menus look fantastic, just disappointing we didn’t get to try anything.

Were do I start with this debacle, our table was booked for 17:30, we duly arrived @ 17:20, due to personal reasons we did not want to sit in the restaurant, we were shown to the bar and ordered two drinks. We then asked if we could sit at one of the tables to the right of the bar, we were then shown to the table, the guy who showed us to the table was friendly enough, we then waited and waited for menus - nothing, the guy who showed us to our table was too busy kissing and cuddling other guests that had arrived after us ( I am assuming these people were his friends/regulars) my wife and I just got up and left - I did make my feelings clear that I was not happy. I would never set foot in this establishment ever again.

First time here and won’t be the last! ✨ Foccacia and olives are definitely the one for some nibbles to start. The nut roast was super flavoursome and had a great selection of veg, also tried the kohlrabi, real nice! Loved the atmosphere and energy, especially with the addition of some lovely live acoustic music. Service was absolutely fantastic, super friendly, attentive and fun! Can’t wait to come back and try some more of the menu ✨

We come here alot , live in the marina and enjoy coming here mostly because the staff are great and very accommodating, the food is also great and the cocktails too! We go for acoustic roasts on a Sunday which is brilliant!
