Absolutely brilliant every single time without fail

Nice atmosphere, and the staff are really friendly, helpful and attentive. Our table wasn't ready but we were sat at the bar, good draught beer and non alc cocktail. There was a DJ playing which seemed a bit unnecessary but the music wasn't over the top/too loud. Focaccia and burrata starter were amazing, pizza and seafood pasta were nice but not amazing. Overall would recommend.

We went for a dinner date night on a Saturday, we had made a reservation, and our experience was fantastic even thought it was really busy! There was live music and a great intimate atmosphere (on the noisier side so be aware if you are sensitive to sound but we found it easy to chat and hear each other) The service was fast, attentive, friendly and helpful which definitely added to our experience. We treated ourselves to three courses and found that everything we had exceeded expectations and was fairly priced! Our standout favourites were the bucatini, rigatoni, truffle fries, crab arancini, octopus carpaccio, and honey roasted figs. (Pizza and bread starter looked great and we hope to try these next time!) Definitely a new firm favourite place to dine in Southampton, highly recommend.

We went here on a wet and windy Wednesday lunchtime to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Fabulous! Staff, food and service all first class. We'll certainly be back!

Really great food at a decent price point - great value for money. The DJ created a lovely buzzy atmosphere similar to eating out overseas. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.

Had a terrible roast here, but it was dealt with well so returned this evening. Will not be returning again. 1/2 the menu was unavailable and should have mentioned when we booked earlier that afternoon. Waited over an hour for the food and restaurant wasn’t even half full. The lasagne had no taste in actual fact we had to add lots of seasoning all the dishes. Supper disappointed

1000% better than the first time! Our party of 6 tried this place initially and were really disappointed with every aspect of it, however we spoke with the manager who asked us to come back and give it another try, and we were all very glad that we did. This time the food was amazing. Starters arrived quickly and were all beautifully presented. For mains, nearly all of our party ordered from the specials menu as they looked so appealing. 3 got the mussels (with fries) and loved them; 1 had the special haddock pasta which she devoured, and the others (including myself) had the pizzas from the specials menu which was an artichoke, courgette, and pesto pizza. Absolutely delicious - up there with the nicest pizzas I've ever eaten. Service was lovely and warm and our waitresses were brilliant all evening. We were all very glad that we gave the place another chance and had a lovely evening with some exceptionally good food!

We were here for a birthday lunch, a family group of 8 with mixed ages. We had a good cross section of dishes and each them were delicious. I had the scialatelli, seafood pasta with a touch of chilli.. and the limoncello cheesecake.. fantastic.. Service was excellent and the location, being on the marina, was nice too. We will definitely be back again and I would definitely recommend this place.

I personally wasn’t a fan of the carbonara and wished I had ordered something else but they were lovely enough to provide a free dessert on a decorated plate for me and my boyfriend to celebrate our 2 year anniversary

My fiancée and I came for the steak night and we were absolutely blown away. She professes that it was the best steak she had ever eaten! Great service, friendly staff and such a lovely ambience. Our second visit and we were not disappointed. Will definitely be back for more xx

We have been to Figurati on a number of occasions now and every time the service is outstanding and the food is by far some of the best Italian food I have had. The venue itself is extremely well presented, and Staff make a massive effort to make your visit enjoyable. The only thing that can make My next visit more enjoyable would be a 50% discount. A combined Mother's Day & Birthday celebration dinner and we were not disappointed. The food was exceptional and the service from Izzy and all the others was even better.

We had an absolutely fabulous time here. Staff, Holly, Ciara and Amy were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Meal was delicious. Alternative offered when the dessert i wanted had run out....oh no!! Would definitely come back.

Went here for my birthday meal and it was a mixed experience. The lady that served us was very lovely and extremely helpful. The starters were excellent but both of the mains lacked seasoning and one of them was only half eaten. The garlic bread is absolutely lovely though so would definitely go back for pizza in the future.

Daughter took me here for belated mothers day lunch service very good I didn’t have. A starter but others did and they said was delicious I had the mushroom pasta for mains which was fabulous really lovely taste Husband had chicken which again was delicious the other dish was the cid which unfortunately wasn’t great Had the tiramisu for dessert and the little desserts All In all a lovely lunch

Terrible. Mocktail returned as undrinkable. Octopus starter bland and tasteless was not worth £12. Bolognese was below average. I have made better ones at home. Took 3 hours to serve us 2 courses. Charged us £25 for service. 3 couples of varying ages all said we would not return. Don’t waste your money like we did. Went because we heard that it is the best restaurant in Southampton, if that is the case, I would hate to think what the worst is like. Will not be going there again!

Beautiful restaurant in the harbour. Food was amazing and we had a fantastic waitress called Holly who took our orders all night and made sure our glasses were always full. Give this girl a raise... she's worth her weight in gold. Thank you for looking after us all.

Gave me the wrong food because they have different menus on their website, the food was terrible, a group of 15 of us and no one enjoyed it. Domino’s has better pizzas. DJ was solid though.

Best garlic bread we’ve ever had. 6pm was a quiet sitting on a Tuesday so nearly had the whole restaurant to ourselves! Very attentive waitress, Izzy, who made us feel comfortable. Good was incredible and well worth the cost.

We arrived early for our booking on a Thursday evening, when we were finally greeted at the door I suggested to the host that we could have a drink at the bar until our table was ready, I was told no it’s ok come straight through. We sat at our table for around 15 minutes, trying to catch someone’s attention but were ignored for a long while. A table of 6 were sat and about 5 minutes later the waitress went over to take their drinks order, whilst we still sat there waiting. We decided to get up and leave at this point. It’s a shame we didn’t get to try the menu as there’s some great options and the extensive wine list is fabulous too. We spend a lot of money when dining out and I just cannot put up with bad service, if we were waiting that long for our first drink I can’t imagine how long we’d have waited for everything else. It appeared that they were short staffed with only 3 team members, but if that’s the case why are you advertising on Instagram for more bookings? Causing undue stress on your team and unhappy customers choosing to leave the restaurant. Upon leaving we decided to visit The Olive Tree next door and had fantastic food and service. Reading through other reviews it appears we aren’t the only people who have had this experience here, which is a shame as the menus look fantastic, just disappointing we didn’t get to try anything.

First time here and won’t be the last! ✨ Foccacia and olives are definitely the one for some nibbles to start. The nut roast was super flavoursome and had a great selection of veg, also tried the kohlrabi, real nice! Loved the atmosphere and energy, especially with the addition of some lovely live acoustic music. Service was absolutely fantastic, super friendly, attentive and fun! Can’t wait to come back and try some more of the menu ✨

Were do I start with this debacle, our table was booked for 17:30, we duly arrived @ 17:20, due to personal reasons we did not want to sit in the restaurant, we were shown to the bar and ordered two drinks. We then asked if we could sit at one of the tables to the right of the bar, we were then shown to the table, the guy who showed us to the table was friendly enough, we then waited and waited for menus - nothing, the guy who showed us to our table was too busy kissing and cuddling other guests that had arrived after us ( I am assuming these people were his friends/regulars) my wife and I just got up and left - I did make my feelings clear that I was not happy. I would never set foot in this establishment ever again.

We come here alot , live in the marina and enjoy coming here mostly because the staff are great and very accommodating, the food is also great and the cocktails too! We go for acoustic roasts on a Sunday which is brilliant!

Good prices for very tasty food

We are regulars here and on a busy Saturday night Gabriel was on the bar and still found time to make our favorite cocktails (off menu). Brilliant restaurant with skilled bar tenders. 100% recommended!

This was the first time we (2 people) tried the restaurant. We ate early before attending a short so the place was quiet and it is difficult to give more than 4 stars for Atmosphere; however, the food far exceeded our expectations, with attentive service to match. Our 2 courses, main and dessert, were delicious. The cod was especially enjoyable. We shall definitely return.

I was here with three of my friends. From the beginning of our reception with love and respect until we waited for the food, the atmosphere inside the restaurant was beautiful. The food was delicious and very delicious. We ordered two pasta dishes, two pizza dishes, and a Caesar salad. The food was served hot and very delicious with a group of luxurious dishes. In the end, I must thank both (Dominika and Alex) for their professionalism in work and their elegant treatment, and of course I will not forget Chef Chriss for the masterpiece. The art he gave us. Greaat experience in this newly discovered restaurant for us. Very welcoming and novel menu on Italian lines. I had a delectable starter of figs and whipped feta cheese which was a small portion but perfect. My partner had garlic prawns. He had a ribeye steak with wonderful truffle chips (crispy and delightful). I had the cod loin with perfect apple fir potatoes and assorted clams, etc. It was also wonderful. But the icing on the cake was the wonderful dessert of bombolinos - perfect balls of luscious pastry and cream and syrup. Absolutely superb. The cocktail we started with was a Cuban Old-Fashioned and the accompanying wine for the meal was great too. The reason I've marked 1 less star is that although they told us we could have the table for 2 hours (many restaurants now do this but we have never had this experience...)...they asked us to leave after literally 2 hours. We had to finish up the wine and depart rather rapidy. I think more attention to the paying customer (who after all could only get a table for 6.30 pm!) would be more appreciative and make us more likely to return. We will come back in future and try to secure a better time slot where there is not the rush at the end but it is food for thought for restaurateurs who want to keep their clientele.

Had the pleasure of this business before for their Italian menu and wines. Found they also did Sunday roasts. I had the trio of meats and my partner had the beef. Was, as always, happy with the service, the meal was well portioned and flavoursome. Would highly recommend.

We went out as a family to celebrate a very special event and were quite impressed with this restaurant. Simple and beautiful decor, we had a very comfortable table and the highchair for my son was padded (really appreciate this details as I've never seen it before). The service was good and the food was delicious (the Figurati rocher I had something similar and just as delicious in a restaurant in Milan), the starters/mains and desserts, great taste. The place is spotless and we had a great time. I will definitely return.

Was a quiet Monday evening food was ok nothing special but tasty .Service was attentive

We went for a birthday lunch and really enjoyed it. We had pre-lunch cocktails that were lovely and then on to starters: simple focaccia for my wife, octopus carpaccio for our son and minestrone for me. The minestrone was a little salty but still good; the octopus carpaccio was fantastic. All our mains (cod loin, bucatini and aubergine) were really very good. The tiramisu for dessert was outstanding, a different presentation on a classic. Poached pear and crème brûlée were also good. Wines can be quite expensive but there were a few on offer that didn’t break the bank. We had a Côtes du Rhône for £39. The service was friendly, efficient and professional. The ambience is bright and casual. We look forward to returning.

Figurati continues to be my smart go-to restaurant of choice in Southampton.

We had a lovely evening in there on Friday 12th Jan. Although it was a bit quiet, we had great service and very tasty food. Our waiter was fab, and we just had a great night, thank you.

This is a lovely venue. The staff are really friendly and very attentive. The value for money varies on meal choice… one of us had a starter that was like a slither of ham for over £12 whilst another person had well proportioned seafood dish. Overall a really nice place to eat and good quality and very tasty food. My fig starter was delicious!

Second visit here and adore it. The mocktails are fabulous and the food is so good. Usually spoiled for choice! The service was a little slow this time, and we were the only diners, however, this made for a lovely relaxing long lunch just as it was intended. Staff are friendly and helpful and able to offer insight into the menu items. The atmosphere is amazing and I am super keen to try a Sunday roast here! Decor and attention to detail is devine. Lovely toilets! I am a massive fan of a hot chocolate. Whilst Figurati’s obviously took effort to make (I could hear the milk being steamed and jug tapped, chocolate ground etc) it was disappointing that it came in a latte glass (one of my pet hates!) and would have be lovely to have some “coffe art” in the milk it would make for a stunning photo given the surroundings.

Amazing service! We ordered almost every pasta dish and they were all delicious. One of the few Italians in Southampton in which the chicken is halal. The chef made sure everything met our dietary needs (animal renet, alcohol, halal ingredients etc) and made sides there was no cross contamination. I even got a little birthday plate at the end too. I recommend the dishes pictured, the ceasar salad wasn’t great and the chicken Milanese was a bit dry. The gnocchi here is 10/10!!

Figurati came highly recommended ,however we were bitterly disappointed ,on a wet Thursday after new year,we didn’t expect much ambiance but looked forward to the food. Which apart from my starter of Arancini everyone else had meagre portions My cod loin was so salted,impossible to eat,I complained,they said it was down to their suppliers…so it wasn’t authentically cooked The burger came without pancetta.so on and so on We won’t be frequenting it again and will not be recommending it to anyone

Unfortunately had a terrible evening here for a prebooked corporate Christmas group. Service was painfully slow with no urgency or care in looking after our group. Entertainment was advertised but was actually a DJ with a Christmas playlist. We contacted Figurati separately to give feedback before posting review and had no response from them. Overall, disappointing and an expensive mistake.

Travelling from Hertfordshire on a regular basis to watch the saints play with my wife and 3 children we really have found the perfect place for lunch. Fantastic menu with absolutely fantastic food and the service is second to none always looked after really well! Really hoping for a Sunday game soon as the roasts look absolutely amazing! 10 out of 10

Visited Figurati for lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary between Christmas and New Year. Everything about our visit was 5/5! The service was brilliant and the food was incredible. I need to eat gluten free, and for the first time in ages, I actually had a choice of starter, main and dessert. We eventually decided to share a gf garlic bread, which even my husband (not gf) enjoyed! I had the marinated aubergines followed by the figurati richer, both of which were incredible. My husband had the carbonara followed by the affogato, which again, really impressed. Neither of us had ever eaten such amazing Italian food, especially not gf!! We are already planning a return visit in the new year.

The food is punchy and full of flavour. Absolutely gorgeous taste bud extravaganza. we can't wait to get back and try the other dishes. it's very reasonably priced for the quality and compared to other local restaurants. The carbonara was the best I have ever had.

I booked online for myself and 3 friends for a Christmas meal and it didn’t disappoint Great relaxed atmosphere with comfortable seating and an open dining experience with a DJ that I thought was a cool touch. The food was authentically Italian and filled with flavour, I particularly recommend the carbonara fritti. The staff were attentive and caring ensuring we were getting the best experience. Defiantly my new favourite Italian in Southampton and look forward to bringing my family next time in the new year !! Thank you Figurati’s for an amazing evening

Nine of us partook in the pre football package and had a great time. Food & beers were great and service was impeccable. Saints won as well, so all in all a great lunchtime/afternoon. Will do this again.

Went for a late lunch with family, only reason I would say less than 5 stars on atmosphere was because we were the only people in the restaurant for a while. Service was amazing and the food was delicious. We had a selection of small plates followed by a selection of desserts, if you go just choose the top three on the list, you won't be disappointed. It's an Italian restaurant and I asked for something Mediterranean. Seafood and Italian dish. As a Greek housewife, the raw material did not impress me at all and this was lost on my plate. Of course, its location in the Marina is nice. I imagine it's better in the summer. From the city center you have to walk for half an hour but it is worth it

We had a group booking on Sunday. They way sitting was set up was under any acceptance, we were split in 3 groups without being even able to see each other. While we did preorder our food and all dishes arrived together it was honestly most tasteless, over cooked pasta dish I ever had (all pasta dishes were over cooked). Staff must known it, as not a once we were asked how is our meal. Staff avoided our tables and we needed constantly 'catch' them. Honestly so overpriced for what it is, staff so unmotivated and unprofessional (drinks were poured wrong , missing cutlery, no table service etc). Not surprised it was so quiet, wouldn't recommend it to anyone and will stay away ourselves too.
