The best breakfast you will ever have! Lots of things to choose from on the menu and they welcome changes to swap and replace items. Nice spacious areas to sit inside and out. Does get really busy at peak times and can be quite nosiey but still well worth it. Coffee is beautiful and the staff are all friendly. Baby friendly with changing facilities also 👍🏻

Awesome weekend breakfast experience. Fresh tasty food and quick despite advising there may be a slight delay due to it being busy. Look forward to returning.

Don't know of many places you can have steak or salmon for breakfast!! Food was well cooked with a great service. Very busy for 10.30am. Would definitely visit again.

As a tradesman I eat at a lot of cafes for breakfast - this was genuinely the best breakfast I have ever had- service was exceptional- so prompt. The food was superb. I live 4 hours away and I would definitely travel for this again!

The food was OK, I've had worse, I've had better. But to order 3 simple breakfasts, one being a plain croissant, and have to wait 50 minutes, in a half busy restaurant? No, I won't revisit, it's slow service, overpriced and there's better out there to be honest. Customer service does need looking at, bit of retraining wouldn't go amiss...

Just wanted to say we stopped by on our way to Ludlow today, what a find. Great service, prices and the food was so tasty, can thoroughly recommend the salmon and goats cheese flatbread, or the Turkish lamb flatbread, and the honey and bergamot cake. Next time we are in the area we will be back. Thank You

Dropped in for an early meeting at 0830 from time we walked through the door the service was outstanding. Whatever the name of the gentleman that showed us to the table ( I wish I was able to add that ) as he was amazing. I have an involvement in a restaurant in Devon and wish I could transport him there totally professional and genuinely interested. We had the full English and again was perfect 👌 well done all its refreshing to see people that pride in what they do which is so lacking in hospitality these days

Had a lovely breakfast. Food was fresh and delicious. Reasonable prices for food and drinks. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Food and drinks were delivered quickly. There are plenty of tables and space to move between tables. Such a relaxed atmosphere. Very enjoyable experience. Would absolutely visit again. Ample parking.

Took my one year old son and nephew to this place and they were being a loud as they were very excited. My sister and brother in law went up to order food, while they were doing this, the manager came up to our kids and shouted at them telling them to be quiet in a very aggressive way. He was pointing their fingers at them which scared the children. We then went up and asked them why would he shout at our kids like this as and we told him he could have approached us instead of shouting at them directly so aggressively. We told him they were just happy and excited, to which he proceeded to say 'I've got three kids and they were never loud like this'. He even said 'we don't have screaming kids in here' if that's the case, put up a sign stating 'NO KIDS.' Our experience here was extremely uncomfortable. Yes, our toddlers were being loud and just being normal toddlers, but there is a way to approach the situation. Horrible, horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone with children. Please buy some training courses on how to handle customers with children. Utterly disgusted on how the situation was handled and ruined our whole day. Reply to your comment- Don't you dare lie and put words in my mouth. I did not call you effing W****, I said shut the eff up because you stated you don't want screaming kids in your establishment. As a mother, you can understand I will be very annoyed at that comment and defensive because of your unprofessional behaviour towards my children, especially when they were behaving like normal, excited toddlers. Like I said, invest in some training on how to serve and be better at customer service, especially for customers that have children. Looking at your previous 1 star reviews, you clearly do need a lot of training on customer service.

Customer service is appalling. Shouting at toddlers playing is beyond abhorrent. Even if they were loud you could have spoke to the parents first. These are not your own to scream at! You have some nerve. Judging by your previous responses to negative reviews it’s clear you have a horrible attitude and are obviously not working on bettering yourself. Lovely place, staff very friendly and helpful

Picked this place at random for convenience to our final destination. Not the cheapest but an absolute winner for food drinks and service. A really good quality English breakfast with proper tea and excellent coffee. Couldn’t fault it at all. Fast fresh and top quality.

Visited multiple times. Often busy but good service means they always find everyone a table. The food always looks and tastes amazing, they provide a huge menu with great variety. All reasonable prices and good value for money

In the area so decided to stop for a brunch for 3. Full English, breakfast burrito, Cypriot vegetarian breakfast. Excellent quality, fast service, great taste and great portion sizes. Friendly staff. The cakes looked very yummy but too full to try one. Definitely something to try on another visit.

Not dog friendly! Dogs allowed on terrace but staff not at all dog friendly making us feel very unwelcome! Just in reply to your feedback. The dog water books were empty on the patio. The staff member who greeted me was really rude when I’ve never visited before so was unaware the patio areas were the only dog friendly space and my dog is a tiny Frenchie and the friendliest dog in the world. I’m not sure calling me ridiculous is the way to win my customers vs k and give you another try!!

I am a regular here at fig and favour but the last couple of visits have disappointed me. We arrived at 3pm on Sunday to be rudely advised that the kitchen had closed and they would close at 4pm. We only wanted coffee and were already aware of this. The last twice I have visited midweek (after work to meet a friend) and been greeted by the same employee with the same rude welcome! If they do not want people to arrive in the last hour of trading they should close or else welcome customers in a friendly manner. Having ordered I then had to collect my drinks from the counter as staff were busy cleaning and preparing to close! There are plenty of other cafes locally who are much more friendly !

I order the classic breakfast, which was amazing. A slight issue with the wait for my order due to my receipt being misplaced, but this was dealt with quickly by the friendly staff. My first visit, which I really enjoyed. I'll definitely be returning!

10/10 😍 THIS IS MY FAVOURITE SPOT FOR LUNCH! My friends and I come here frequently for breakfast/lunch and it never disappoints. The variety on the menu is amazing, you will always find something you like. You will always be welcomed by smiling, friendly staff and nothing is ever too much for them even when it’s really busy. I also noticed when i went up to order that they had new cakes which I had to try. I had a Cruffin which was delicious and took some more cakes to take away with me so my family could try them. 100% recommend!

As always, this never disappoints as the food is terrific with a range of food to cater to everyone. This is a very popular establishment and is bright and airy on fine days you can eat outside if you decide. The food we have is always piping hot and delicious. I usually have the Leek, mushroom and Stilton lasagne, and my wife, the beef lasagne, and both are always superb. On my recent visit I had the Diablo pizza minus the pepperoni and was super tasty. They di have a very varied menu so loads of choice to meet all tastes. There is also a great range of beautiful cakes available and taste superb. Well worth a visit and you won't be disappointed.

Really loved coming for brunch here! The staff were really friendly and accommodating and we liked that there were both plenty of seats indoors and outdoors. The parking is also great with plenty of spaces so you won’t be struggling with where to park and can go straight from your car. The food was absolutely amazing and we thought it was quite reasonably priced. There is a great range of vegetarian or meat options. The only slight thing we had was that I wanted to order from the main menu but you can only do that after 11am which is a fair rule but good to be aware of! But had no issues with then finding something on the breakfast menu. They also do lots of gelatos which can be used to make milkshakes, along with lots of sweet treats to satisfy your sweet tooth ! Really really recommend!!

Food and coffee is very good. Pizza's cooked to order. Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall the food is good but in my opinion overpriced. The coffee is excellent. Updated as of 07/05/2024. Stopped going now, the food is even more overpriced in my opinion.

Fancied a bit of brunch on my day off Plenty of parking, seated straight away, big menu lots of variety Ordered flat white & beef hash with fried egg. Food came first then coffee Food was hot, fresh & tasty Would return to sample more of the menu lots of well plated food coming from the kitchen. I tried a Portuguese tart flaky pastry and sweet centre it was yummy

I had a sausage and egg muffin with a side of fries, and a millionaire shortbread. Muffin was delicious - 10/10, fries were ever so slightly soft(intentional I think perhaps not to my taste), but very tasty still, and millionaire shortbread couldn’t have been improved. Staff were very friendly and service was very efficient, definitely will be coming again.

Excellent choice of food and quality of ingredients. Highly recommend eggs royal with avocado! We did have to wait quite a while for our food and some people who ordered after us got their food first but it was worth the wait.

First visit - very tasty food & coffee perfect. So noisy in the main room - pleasant staff - allocated us a table in the small room which was better - why do people feel the need to be so loud !!!!

On arrival we were shown to a table that was wet and sticky , we asked for it to be cleaned , the waitress seemed displeased with this request but grudgingly did it. The food was good , however we asked for some bread and butter and was astonished to be charged £4,25 for 2 slices of brown bread , not even granary just bog standard sliced bread was all we got. What an absolute RIP off!

Large car park and restaurant but very busy and therefore very noisy when we went. So busy we had to be seated in the covered area outside. Food was good.

Surprisingly good fairly large roadside cafe. Was very busy when we went, but we got a table very quickly. Our order came out hot and delicious in good quality. I surprised myself by enjoying the experience. It's not haut cuisine and it's not greasy spoon, it's quite nice & tasty. You won't be going there for a special occasion, but for a lunch time treat where no one has to cook: it's spot on. I'll be back.

I visited this place on Friday 29th Dec and was greeted by a very pleasant lady who took the time to talk to my 6 yrs old grandson about what he had for Christmas etc The menu was varied and different to the usual run of the mill choice and prices were reasonable.Service was good and quick. The only slight criticism is that it was not very warm inside, however it was early and no doubt the heating hadn’t yet reached working temperature. All in all a pleasing experience and one I will certainly repeat. Highly recommend

A place where we have always wanted to try, but not possible as it is always very busy. Wasn't disappointed at all. Food fantastic, service amazing. A very enjoyable experience.

I had a great experience today! The staff were really lovely and helped me out as I was with my baby. They gave me a lovely big table so I could sit her with me in the high chair and have some lunch. Food was delicious (as always). The atmosphere is super relaxed. The only reason I gave 4* instead of 5 was because I find it slightly on the expensive side.

From a vegan point of view - only 2 options (burger which could be made vegan or a flatbread) - a huge menu so very disappointing. We went in for lunch but then left as nothing tempting - I’m sure the other stuff is fine

Visited here this afternoon as a family of 4 the service was very attentive from Jody who made our visit warm and welcoming . Was our first time visiting and sell be returning on a regular basis. Food was exceptional and food value for money.

The noise level is becoming intolerable. For years now we have put up with very high levels of ambient noise for the sake of the good quality food and service. I don’t think we shall put up with this any more.

Use The Fig & Favour to meet family and friends and decided today (14/11) to have the Fig & Favour breakfast. To be honest I’ve had better in a local cafe. There must be a sale on cherry tomatoes as there was a proliferation on my plate 😂 beans were average at best and one mushroom. If this was a school report it would read,”must do better!” Will give it a miss now until after Christmas when things will hopefully improve

I eat here for breakfast whenever I’m in the area. They have an incredible selection of breakfast options, and the food is always delicious. The only thing that lets the place down is the acoustics - it’s a big open space and can be very loud and echoey when busy.

Absolute joke place....waited 50 minutes for the ordered breakfast to turn up which was disappointing to say the lest wasn't told about the wait for food on arrival in which case we would have gone to the garden centre down the road which is far better and cheaper it would seem. I can whole heartedly guarantee I will never be in there again. When we mentioned wait to the waitress she insisted we had only been there 30 mins DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GO ELSEWHERE

We have been going to Fig and Favour for many years, but after my experience the other day we certainly will be taking our custom elsewhere. The 'supervisor' waitress was extremely rude and lacks any form of customer service. Her attitude and response to my complaint left me feeling so angry that I had to write this review.....and I never write reviews! Such a shame, as the food is good, but good customer service is also to be expected, which unfortunately I did not receive from this particular waitress.

Want told I needed to go to the counter to order so sat waiting 10 mins on an already tight schedule only to be told there was a wait on food, asked at door and they said there was no wait. Asked for eggs florentine but sourdough instead of muffin... came with muffin. I asked if it was GF the lady said, I don't know... ate the topping (poached eggs were hard) and left

I didn’t even want to give them 1 star but had to. Been coming here for many years and never had any issues and even if there were issues old manager would sort it . Went there today and their new supervisor was horrendous and rude. I ordered a oat latte but they gave me normal milk which I understand mistakes can happen . They accuse me of drinking the latte which I hadn’t and also called me liar for saying latte wasn't made with oat milk. Then our food took so long to come out which I didn’t even want in the end . I wasn’t happy at all and then member of staff had called in the owner who was worse than the supervisor. She refused to refund my money even after I said I don’t want to eat here in your place as I’m not happy the way have been spoken to and made to feel like a liar . She refused the refund for the food that wasn’t even eaten 😡 disgusting robbing owner . Hope she can sleep well tonight . By the way just read your nasty reply !! What nasty old lady you are !! And a horrible liar!! What tight friendship are you talking about ?? And my coffee was wrong!! I asked for an oat milk and you provided me with a normal milk which I’m allergic to . Your lucky that I’m not taking this matter further as it caused discomfort for me and I knew straight away that it’s not oat milk. You called me a lier ! I drank the coffee and it was quarter drank before realising. You as a owner a disgrace ! Your food took so long to come out and you really think I was going to eat in your place after the way you all spoke to me and treated me!! Especially in front of my little child ! Not to mention putting a plate of food extremely hot in front my child ! Your attitude towards your customers is disgusting!! I feel sick that I ever spent any money in your place ! We came in for lunch, always busy here & there was a slight wait for a table but no problem for us. We had eggs Benedict & avocado toast & both were excellent, very tasty & well presented. We stayed & had coffee & shared some cake, everyone we met was friendly, not rushed at all, thank you for very pleasant lunch.

The food is beautiful, well cooked and beautifully presented, the staff are lovely and friendly. The downside is, you literally can't hear yourself think, let alone have a conversation, the acoustics are so bad it's like being in a school food hall

This place is a bit unique due to its previous life as a Little Chef next to a petrol station. However, the old building has been completely demolished and replaced with a new, open, and spacious high-ceilinged structure. While this design creates a wonderful sense of space, it can get quite noisy on weekends due to the nature of the layout. They offer some thoughtful amenities, such as blankets for those who prefer to sit outside, and they even serve alcohol and wood-fired pizza. The food here is generally excellent; the salmon stack with crème fraîche stands out, and the coffee selection is superb. Pricing falls within the average range, typically around £30-35 for two people enjoying brunch. The establishment also maintains very clean restrooms, and the staff is friendly and attentive. There's no need for reservations, and ample on-site parking is available. It's an ideal stop if you're visiting Webbs nearby or on your way to Bewdley.

As soon as you walk in, you can feel the lovely atmosphere, and it is always busy. The food is well worth a try we has a family go regularly on a weekend you won't be disappointed

Decent enough breakfast spot, nothing too special or out of the ordinary, expected more for the price to be honest.

Good place to go for brunch with a varied menu. You can't book here but fortunately there was no wait today with several tables empty at 1030. Even so we waited over 30 minutes for our food, so we had already finished our coffees as these arrived almost immediately.

Although it was busy, which I can accept would mean a wait, I did not expect to wait 45 minutes for child's beans on toast and American style pancakes. The cup of tea came out 20mins before the breakfast so had no drink for th meal . If the pancakes were freshly cooked and actual American pancakes (i.e fluffy) I would not have minded so much, but these pancakes (and bacon which cost 9.50) were dry and clearly warmed up buttermilk pancakes from the supermarket and no more than 3inch in diameter. Never had a bad meal here before, but not sure I will return after this experience. I did communicate this to a member of staff but no manager came out to discuss.

What an amazing menu! I went for breakfast and was spoilt for choice! I even had 3 different drinks because I couldn't choose! The food was delicious, I'd highly recommend

My first time here and the place was heaving with people. This place looked nice and new, with plenty of staff around. The toffee cake I had was really nice and so was my tea. Worth visiting here if you'd like a change from Costa and Starbucks..

I have been coming in here fairly regularly for years now - however these visits are now becoming far less frequent. I hate to feel ripped off, and that is exactly what you get here. I struggle to find something I enjoy now on the menu because of the reduced portion sizes. The eggs Benedict has literally halved in size, and most of the other brunch items are seriously reduced. Most recently I ordered the salmon stack and the salmon was non existent. There was literally one slither of smoked salmon amongst the masses of spinach. So disappointed that such a nice venue has done this. I now really begrudge paying these prices for such small portions. I have attached a photo of the salmon stack below - would love to see if anyone can spot any salmon

You could take a trip to the local hagley pub after you had your visit will find all the other shallow friends in there aswell what a amazing place to avoid at all costs
