Fiery Holes Grill in Walsall

Had not been for 12 months, but they have lost it since that okay visit. Got our drinks from the bar, very cheap , good start, sorted a table, no problem only one customer, found we had to order food from the bar, no longer waiter service, did not like that,1st time in 65yrs using curry houses, gave our order; poppadoms while we were waiting for starter, and mains. A pleasant young lady served the poppadoms ,but could not believe, before we had eaten one, she brings the starter and mains out together, i questioned this ,but had a vacant look, so accepted this, but on looking at the currys they both looked the same ,a jalfezi and a madras i asking which was which, she did not know , so tasting i took the hotter one as jalfrezi, nothing like it, the both had a very creamy thick texture, it was eatable but poor. On paying the bill the barman overcharged 2 pound on a dish saying they had updated some of the prices, i said it does not show that on the menu ,so was refunded, on checking the bill again he had charged for 2 dishes instead of 1 he questioned this and again refunded, by the way the nan bread was okay.

We had a terrible experience at this "restaurant" The service was very poor, with staff being rude and dismissive. The atmosphere was dingy and uninviting. Customers walking out as they did not receive there food at all?? Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not be returning.

Decent fodder in the area for the doller. We took all the family there and they made a right hack of it. But if is the two of you it’s ok

Inside the Restaurant is OK but outside in this weather nothing has been done for customers safety. Car parking was slippery. Very hard to drive through . Ni Glittering has been spread f in the car park. It's a worst matter we are not happy about it

Just visited the Fiery Grill had a fantastic meal, we had Desi chicken tikka, chicken Biriyani and lamb Bhuna ghost adraki keema naan, myst say the food was outstanding, the lamb was probably the best I've ever had, atl east for a long time ,compliments to the chefs, we'll be back

Ordered Wednesday curry night meal butter chicken with garlic naan and had a pint of Stella for 11.95 fantastic value for money love the butter chicken and the naan was delicious

The chicken tikka masala tastes like tomato soup and chicken pieces nothing Indian about it 😪needs new chefs didn’t even want to give a refund even though the plate was still full had to have two drinks instead of my money back I’d rather a refund but despite that the bar man was nice wasn’t his fault won’t be visiting until they do proper Indian food waste of money 🤦🏽‍♀️

Four of us went here on Thursday 3rd June for our first meal out since lockdown. We had two of their mixed grills, two currys, rice, chips, two naan breads and poppadoms. The portions were very generous and we ended taking some of it away to eat at home. We also had 8 drinks between us and due to the Thursday special, free side with a curry or grill the whole bill camne to just under £60. The staff were good as was the choice, they also do Takeaway which seemed very busy and was constantly being used. I will be using the Fiery Grill again but won't order so much next time.

Poor food, missing chips on the order. The wrap looked like ot had been sat on and had hardly any meat in, dry sheek kebab on mix grill. Over priced rubbish. Wont be going back anytime soon.

Have been twice now, fantastic food, staff very attentive. We will definitely be going back. Well worth the money.

This pub is a great place to come to for good food at a reasonable price. On a Wednesday, there is the curry night special offer which is the best value you can get for your money considering the great quality food that is served here. The chef cooks the food just as you like it which makes this place unique from all others. Very polite staff and the atmosphere is great. Been coming here for years. A definite MUST for anyone who hasn’t tried it yet!!!!!!!!

Family meal. i have visited in the past and found the food edible, however on today's visit the food was appalling. Chips we're warmed up and soggy, my lamb was tough and very over cooked and my sharing platter was just revolting. im not sure what was up with three chef, but his standards had definitely slipped. i won't be eating here in a hurry again!

This place is really Excelent we visited for a friend's birthday The food served was authentic Indian food and staff was very good. Lots of choice for drinks. Will definitely recommend it.

Recently ordered after a long time. Took hour and a half. Food wasn't that great. Ordered before previously a year ago and this is why we never ordered again. Still the same gone down hill. Not happy.....

Considering it's less than half a mile away food was cold in the middle , tandoori chips had no spice on them , curry was like water and had to microwave the chips and keema nann , never going to use you again , its terrible, your driver also stopped at my door whilst I stood on my drive yet he still drove off then went up a cul de sac then 3 mins later once hed figured out he was right the first time, just smiked with a dumb look kn his face

Ordered food as we didn't want to cook delivery driver had no clue made eye contact then drove past and continued driving around for another 5 minutes before coming back to the correct place, chicken in the korma was dry sauce way to thin partner described it as soup which is the most accurate description, keema naan was cold garlic naan wasn't much warmer and chip where very cold considering this place is within a mile of the delivery address it hadn't got cold in the 4 minutes the journey should have taken so has left restaurant that way, looks like I am cooking cause I cant eat what's been delivered

Ordered food to be delivered from the fiery holes via Uber eats. Food took over an hour to be delivered despite living around the corner. Chicken tikka masala was literally like chicken pieces in tomato soup, couldn’t eat it. Naan breads was tough and chewy, definitely not fresh. Chips was cold. The mixed grill was the only decent thing sent Will not be ordering again.

Been here a couple of times recently, bar area can be a bit overrun with kids, but the lounge/ restaurant is great! Nice booths with loads of TVs scattered about for live sports. Food is great, if you like spicy food! Which fortunately for me I do, however, my partner doesn’t have the same level of spice tolerance as me, so we ordered the “Mild” version of the mixed grill, when both came I asked which was which, the waitress was unsure and looked at both and pointed to one... as it was, they were both Hot and spicy, needless to say my partner didn’t eat much, All I would say is, if you are going to offer a mild version, label it so the staff know what is what! We will be back as the food is great and very reasonably priced.

We visited The Fiery Grill And Curry tonight for the first time. The food was great as were the staff we will definitely be back.

love this place currys are really authentic and chicken wings are something else AMAZING food .. prices for drinks and food are amazing low for the top qaulity you get..staff are loveley too family freindly pub .. clean tidy and all round loveley place keep up the good work guys

So decided to go here at the last moment,place was clean,food was amazin but it was clear that there were other customers 'regulars' out of control that could not help but swear loudly,being disrespectful to the waitress even though she was working hard and not bothered that child were present or that others might be trying to have a peaceful meal, seemed the owner left it a little to late to ask the to move into the other bar by that time everyone was pretty annoyed:(

Not a bad take away. The vindaloo wasn’t very hot but was good as was the naan bread. Chips were undercooked though but would try it again. Hubby has the mixed grill and really enjoyed it

Clean and nice place but food wich we ordered was terrible no fresh nann breads and tikka masala was like chicken with tomato sauce on it Was told I would get phone call back it never happend Won't be goin back

Had cod and chips looked ok but fish wasn’t cooked inside my friend had chicken tikka she says was dry I had free glass wine for the fish won’t be going back oh and Rubi the bar woman needs to learn to smile .

We eat here regularly and the food is amazing really worth the money, but recently we have stopped going in for food and have opted for takeaways instead as there seems to be gangs of people/kids hanging around the entrance drinking and shouting and it's kind of intimidating when you've got kids with you and you have to walk through them all. Hope the management take note and sort this out. That's my only issue. Like I said the food is amazing.

Ate here with friends. I had a vegetarian dish. Found a chunk of chicken within the dish half way through eating. This is disgusting. The staff gave me my £6 back, but you can't really make up 6 years of vegetarianism up with a £6 refund. Poor.

Feel a bit ripped off with being charged £3 for a bottle of pop on a takeaway. Obviously been enforced to negate people taking advantage of the free delivery on just eat but what they don't realise is they have just elimatimated the person who orders for Just himself. Very poor business call

Food across the menu is excellent. Good offers on selected days in the week including cheaper drinks . Clean pub and always busy . Recommend to get in early to guarantee a seat

I’ve heard good things about this place,so a visit was inevitable,lived up to its reputation,butter chicken was to die for,enough for 2 people,nice light fluffy mans piping hot,mix grill wow,to much,enough for us to take home,well worth a visit,very friendly staff,

Disgusting service over the phone called to place 2 orders one for other family members at one address and one for our selves with 5 minutes away from each other. Placed both orders at6.20pm order to family members took 1 hour and we called a few times and they said it was on its way. We explained that family had had there food even though I had placed the order for both deliveries and we were still waiting. 30 mins later still hadn’t arrived so we called again to be told it hasn’t left with the driver yet. 2 hours and 25 mins later and still waiting and they are not even sorry about the service they are providing. We order a few times when we have guest and family around and it’s not the first time we have had problems. We have had missed food items before now. I wouldn’t recommend these as they are just a let down.

Had a takeaway Friday night using just eat...food arrived quickly and was red hot, I had chicken jafrezi which was very spicy..a little too spicy I thought as you couldn't really taste the curry. Rice was nice but nan bread was pretty poor...not home made and looks shop brought...let the meal down really.

Since they have re-done the place out it’s a more enjoyable place to eat & socialise. The staff are really friendly and will go out of there way to help you. The food is of high quality and cooked fresh, the large mixed grill is a must have it’s enough to feed 4 of us with chips & a nan bread & still some to bring home. They also do a delivery service on just eat if you don’t fancy going out. Overall 5 stars.

This pub has a very good atmosphere for all kinds of visits. The staff are very friendly and attentive to the needs of the customers. I have been coming here for almost two years for food and drinks with family, friends, business purposes and most other occasions. The food portions are absolutely amazing for what you pay. Ever since I tried the food here, I haven't been to a restaurant since this place is an absolute bargain. Out of all times I've been here, I've always had a good experience and good meals. By far, this is the best bar& grill in Wolverhampton, since the quality is just so good. The price for drinks and food are reasonable, so this is a place you should definitely try out if you haven't done so already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our first visit since the refurbishment, WOW....what a lovely, comfortable, welcoming place. The refurb has made the surroundings much better. Menu is fabulous as always....excellent service, choice of drinks and menu range....

Good for dine in and take-away. The restaurant is modern and has a good atmosphere. Personally, although the curries are nice, the mixed grills are what stand out, and if anyone loves a mixed grill this is worth a visit. Never had any issues with the customer service.

Been here for tea again 3rd time this week the food is always 100% never had a bad meal staff...

We order from here quite often around 2/3 times a month, each occasions have been brilliant, we tend to order the large mixed grill, masala chips and a keema nan as only 2 of us. They taste brilliant and the portions are big aswell which makes it better and value for money. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work guys!

food is nice. staff are polite and friendly. we have eaten in there a few times now. décor is lovely. Although they could turn down the tv music a bit too loud.

Vile the curry tasted like curry paste the naan bread was still like dough mixed grill was like it had just come out the microwave. The place was dirty with tables still coverd in plates and empty glasses i had to ask for a table to be cleaned. And was even given the wrong drinks when we was standing infront of the bar man and he still got it wrong...there are far far far better i bbq and grill pubs than this.

Great food comes out sizzling hot, nice atmosphere in the pub also. Cider is really nice and the bar prices are good.

This is within walking distance to my home so the last 2 Sundays we have been for something to eat. On both occasions I've ordered chicken tikka, the 1st time it came on a sizzling hot plate with onions, the 2nd time it came out on a plate!!!Also be very wary as we ordered the house wine and we was give an expensive wine. The staff are very helpful but I think there's a break down in communication due to the lack of English.

This place needs a visit. Been coming here for a while now and the food is just beautiful. Eat in or out. Fresh, tasty and cooked nice. English food too.

First time visiting this place even though it is within walking distance to our home. The place is lovely and clean, and very modern furnishings. Staff are helpful and pleasant. I ordered chicken tikka starter with rice and naan, my husband had chicken wings and chips. Service was very quick, food looked amazing although the meat on both our meals was cold! Also I asked for medium spice, and it certainly wasn't that, it was very spicy. I don't think I will be returning any time soon. Sorry

I been to this pub since its was taken over by new owners yes its had its fair share of trouble but the way the owners have cleared it up and refurbished the whole place now doing the bar where you have a pool table and dart board.Not only you have two rooms to choose from its is family friendly and the food is fantastic and you can request it to exactly how you like it plus the portions sort you out for your tea the next day.

Ordered the fiery mega mixed grill for & 19.99 to takeaway. When I got it home my husband said he didn't think it was worth nearly £20 as he has had mixed grills from other places and they have been larger and cheaper. I had the chicken tikka saag which was delicious.The curry was great value as the takeaway pot was full. Would def use again.

Popped in late had a drink n curry lovely warm welcome,service was quick,food was yum,glad we stopped here again,even had extra so a tub was brought for me,will b having that for my lunch tomorrow:)

Fantastic food and atmosphere, the naan breads are amazing, only other place i have had naan breads as good was actually in India!! Portion sizes were brilliant too.Only thing that let the place down was as the resturant was empty when we chose our table we didn't see any reserved signs so assumed was okay, as we were eating everyone was putting birthday banners up and balloons, we felt a bit awkward sat there and were not asked to move until another family turned up wondering why we were sat on their table which was reserved.Management were helpful and sat us elsewhere, just would have been nice to be told in advance as we felt we kind of ruined there small birthday get together.

This place has now been refurbished lovely inside,staff were friendly and helpful,service of food was faultless,food itself was tasty,i liked the fact that it wasnt oily at all and looked amazing in presentation,loved all the authentic plates the food was served in,will definately be making more frequent visits.

Could not fault the service the food came quick and was hot lovely area but the masala chips should come with health warning. If your thinking it will chips with masala sauce think again, the chips came with a powered red layer and it hotter than a vindaloo youve been warned!

This place never fails to produce an amazing curry! It has recently been given a makeover and its rough edge has gone, providing a great atmosphere for its great curries. Excellent value especially on Wednesday for the curry deal of a curry & drink for £6.95.

Visit here is always casual and we always receive a brillant service. Great to go out for a family get together ....for a family sizzler. Sizzler are serverd on a skillet chicken tika, sheesh kebabs, fish pakoreh, lamb ribs. Chicken wings. Served on a bad of onions with peppers. Love this place!!!!

The rating is for the food which is well cooked and with the right flavours thats could rival any normal indian restaurant. That said the 5 star rating is for the food and only the food....enough said?

The staff have always been very helpful in telling us what's hot or what's not to hot, also very welcoming and friendly, the food is absolutely gorgeous, we love the noodles and the chilli chips, there currys are Also lovely , although once my chicken In my curry wasn't breast meat and that's the only part of the chicken I'll eat, but I still ate the curry sauce with the yummy garlic nann bread as it was that nice, the decor is quite out dated, but with food like this who cares,

Even though the decor could do with improvement the food to me is second to none, the value offered on a Wednesday night with a 6.50 for any curry with rice or naan bread and a drink is very good value. Have been quite a few times and has never failed to impress me. The staff are all very helpful and friendly too.

Me and my boyfriend have visited here many times! There food is beautiful! I wouldHighly recommend the tikka wrap! It's not expensive. Staff are lovely and won't hesitate to have a conversation with you. Lovely for Indian food and a nice chilled beer !

Visited with a group of friends last night, whilst the food looked good a large part of my grill was burnt and tasteless. Several friends had different curries but thoughthey were tasteless and not verygood value. Its not as though the place was busy. We had to collect cutlery, tables were sticky, overall not a nice place to be.the staff hardly spoke engish and were not very helpful apart from offering us drugs to make out night more exciting. The place stunk of cannabis and was dirty. Will NOT be making a return visit.To be honest I would not recommend the place to my worst enemy.

Excellent value for money.....huge portions....friendly atmosphere, very welcoming.....being retired we are very pleased to know that they now serve lunchtimes

I went for the 1st time for food on 28th Feb 2015. My family have been before and enjoyed their large grill. So i went the next time after seeing their photo and their recommendations. Its asian food at its best. The grill consists of various meats eg lamb, chicken tika, tandori chicken, butterfly prawns, shish kebab and more! There is enough for 3 to 4 people and at just under £20 is great value. A small side salad and dip included.

Bar staff are terrible don't know what background there from but they need shooting the food comes out burnt with hairs in it what's that about and there are also illegal immigrants working there. There are drugs sold from behind the bar that i witnessed several times the pub is full of chavs which are drugged up the smell of cannabis is everywhere and the toilets are Mankie the pubs in moxley for one my advise stay away not a family pub at all

Popped in here on the way to Bilston. We wished we hadn't. Foul language, drunks and a very dodgy car park - other than that enjoy your visit!

What a suprise had a lovely meal, I had the medium mixed grill it was enormous! Will go again and would recommend it to all. Cheep and cheerful. What more do you need for a cheep night, cheep drinks aswell about£2.75 a pint! Happy days!!

This is my local so go in quite regular. You have to try the mixed grill we swear it gets bigger every time.it comes on a sizzler and there is chicken wings shish kebabs lamb chops chicken prices and fried onions on the bottom this with a bowl of chips is ample for at least 3 and the price is even better. They do basic curry dishes too which are nice and cheap. Overall a nice meal out and cheap drinks would recommend definitely.

I've been a few times for eat in or take out food to the Fiery Grill since it has started food.Every time the service has been excellent and the food is as good as any other indian grill in the area.Portion sizes are really good and some of the mixed grills are excellent value.Plenty of room in the back where food is served for big groups as well.
