Nicely decorated cafe in a great beach location. Such a nice atmosphere and very classy. Server was really friendly. Coffee was great and very competitively priced.

Great Cafe, epic salads! We were staying upstairs at No.42 (The Hôtel that this part of). It’s open to anyone you don’t have to be staying at the hotel. We had a salad for a light lunch, very calm space, unusual tasty salad offering meant it’s not mobbed by the chicken Burger loving brigade the seaside gets so tends to be less crowded cafe. Outside seating, licensed, air conditioned inside, paninis good coffee n tea options. Decent portion sizes too and good service.

Felicity’s Cafe at Quex in Birchington is an absolute gem. Picture this—you roll up to this quaint little spot, and from the second you walk in, it’s got that vibe. Friendly, warm, like you’re part of the family. We’re talking fresh, local ingredients that just hit differently. The coffee? Smooth. The cakes? Sweet but not too sweet. Service? Spot on. The folks here treat you right, not in some fake, scripted way. You can tell they care, like they want every dish to be a hit, and let me tell you—it is. You want cozy, comfort, and quality all wrapped up in one? Felicity’s Cafe nails it.

Popped in for a cup of tea and a slice of cake. Staff were very polite and helpful. Worth having a look around as they sell a number of local goods.
