Kaffee absolut überteuert und sehr bitter. Der Tiramisu Latte bestand quasi nur aus Sirup. Viel zu süß. Beides letzten Endes leider ungenießbar

Bad service with an uncomfortable atmosphere and the food was average but the decoration is good. Overall nothing special. wouldn’t come again.

We came early on a Saturday and there were only a few of us in the restaurant. They messed up our order and as a gesture offered that we could order a cake on the house. The shakshuka croissant was really underwhelming, it was basically scrambled egg with heaps of feta. We were forgotten after receiving the correct order. When our plates were finally cleared and we asked for the bill, it never came, we had to approach the counter as the staff members were too busy chatting and on their phones to even notice. The lattes are outrageously priced at £8. 2 filled croissants and 2 lattes ended up totalling over £50 (including service charge) and we left without the “complimentary cake”.

Wanted to take my daughter somewhere that looked pretty, very very disappointing! Overrated and overpriced! We waited 20 minutes just for our drinks to arrive. The toilet is extremely shabby!

Very disappointed. Took my family from the States here on the 17.07.24. Service was not good. They forgot our order and I had to remind them. Requested for a week coffee as I am pregnant and served with normal latte and I had to tell them to change it. My sister ordered with extra shot of coffe. We had two under 3 years and ordered to babycino cold and and served with warm. I went to the till and I was charged for the babycinos which I never experienced in other coffee places. In addition charged for extra shot of coffee of £1.00 . When I asked them thar you did not discount the coffee which I ordered with less shot , his reply was it doesn't work like. Basically they took my shot of coffee and added to my friend's coffee but for him this not a common sense. When I asked to speak with the manager was informed that he is was not. Asked for the name of the person who served us and refused to give his name. Is this 🤔 acceptable? Not sure. He is a medium height man with eye glasses. I am sure they know who is that person. I would never go back to this place. Very disappointed!

We only stopped here on a busy Friday evening after having dinner somewhere else to have coffee. One of those pretty instagram places! I had an americano and my friend a flat white. Both were fine. Service was pleasant and friendly. Nice chilled atmosphere and not as busy as some of the places outside. Not too pricey given the area.

Service was slow and unwelcoming. Waited 15 minutes for a milkshake that was basically just milk. Tasted of nothing. Overpriced as well. Wouldn’t recommend

I've been following Feya on insta for some time so decided to come and check it out. Reality wasn't as expected. Nice decor inside but service slow and food was OK for the price. Unlikely to make a return visit.

My Feya brunch experience today left much to be desired. Despite having a reservation for 12:45, there was a lack of greeting upon arrival. The table provided to us was dirty, and it took an unacceptable 15 minutes for our coffees to arrive, only to find them lukewarm. The disappointment continued with the food. My vegetable fritters were missing the essential tzatziki, and when I requested it, the staff seemed unaware of what it was. What they provided instead was a far cry from authentic tzatziki, resembling yogurt with dill. Furthermore, the fritters themselves were disappointingly flat and lacked any visible vegetables. Adding to the dismay was the state of the restroom, which was appallingly filthy. Additionally, the lack of proper hygiene standards was evident, as one of the staff members had her hair down, contrary to the expected practice of tying it up to prevent contamination of the food. Overall, my experience at Feya brunch today fell short of expectations, marred by poor service, subpar food quality, and hygiene concerns. £57 and I feel robbed! Avoid.

Very good food, and they have gluten free options. It’s also a halal cafe, so you can order everything with no worries. Ask if there are any extra ingredients in the food you order, Incase you have allergies or don’t eat certain foods. Coffee is good too. I recommend coming here to chill and have fun with friends or family, because the interior design is gorgeous.

Feya needs to provide better quality of food and ingredients for the prices they charge. I have had breakfasts in so many cafes in London and Feya was disappointing in so many ways. The muffins tasted like they were from a packet and the brioche was just ok. The service was very slow too. The decor is not that fancy. You are paying for the location. Overall expensive and very average food.

The worst place I’ve ever been to , The pancakes were out of a packet , coffee was served in a takeaway cup,bland and boiled to the point it burned your mouth ! They added random things to the bill we didn’t have and 15% surcharge and try to make me pay with out showing me a bill .. when I asked to see the itemised bill and told them to remove the item we didn’t have they then gave us a bill with 25% surcharge added .. I over heard the two waitresses before this and one saying don’t do it in my name I don’t want to get in trouble! And the prices they are charging are sky high even for good food in London which this definitely was not .. there are lots of great places to eat in London and this shocker was definitely not one of them .. don’t be fooled by instagram..

We found an empty table and sat down. We were then asked to move, as apparently someone had booked a table earlier but they hadn't put a reserved sign on yet. Still they were polite. Anyway, the cakes looked really good, so we had the cheesecake and the pistachio milk cake. The cheesecake was very good. We should have asked the price - £8.50 for a piece of cheesecake and £9.50 for the milk cake. 4.50 for a small pot of tea with one teabag. Far too much, even for London.

Was passing and saw food..looked delicious so stopped to ask staff if we should go to counter or wait to be served.. was told it was table service and was given menu. We chose order quickly (as we only had just under an hour to eat) and waited patiently for waitress to return as they seemed fairly busy. After 20min of watching several new customers arrive and go to counter we stopped another waitress and again asked if someone was coming to take out order. This time we were told we had to go to counter as they were busy. When I went to counter I was told they had just taken quite a few orders so our food would probably take around 20minutes. Rather annoyed as had we been given correct information we would have placed order at counter 20min earlier and been ahead of the new orders. We decided at this point that we didn't have time to wait another 20 minutes and then eat without feeling rushed as we had an activity booking elsewhere . Such as shame as food did look good

Had high hopes for this cafe after seeing it on Instagram. Went on a weekday and it was relatively quite with one other table occupied. Cafe interior was very pretty and well decorated. It was definitely designed with Instagram in mind. Food was terrible. I ordered the pink moon waffle (guacamole, poached egg, salad), iced lotus latte and cake. Food took a while to arrive despite the low traffic. The waffle was the worse waffles I’ve ever had. It was so soggy and fell flat. The poached eggs were rather tasteless and bland. Nothing could save the dish. The guacamole tasted disgusting with the soggy waffle. I could barely finish half the waffle. The cake was 70% cream and 30% cake and strawberries. Not sure what they were going for there. Iced lotus latte was average - felt a bit to thick and didn’t finish. Overall, very unsatisfactory meal.

I was so persistent with my friend, Let’s Go Feya (marble arch); their Instagram stories and posts seem very interesting. Upon arrival, the staff was highly unfriendly; they seemed lost and confused, and they didn’t know much about their menu. I showed them a picture I saw on your Instagram, and they seemed confused. Not once did anyone come to us to check if we needed anything. The manager (I think she was a manager) looks annoyed and pissed off. Overall, we felt £60 was not at all well spent. After leaving that place, my friend felt so let down she said, “Maddy, this place is so not worth it” :(

Lovely from the outside and cakes looked great. Ordered tea for 3 and 3 cakes. Small tea pot arrived with cakes but tea was like dishwater. When we looked there was only one teabag in the pot so asked for more tea bags. When we left we were asked to pay for additional teabags. Overpriced and would definitely not return here

We visited Feya opposite Harrods. What a lovely experience. We had a tea and a fabulous coffee in a beautiful pink cup. The young man that served us was lovely, polite, efficient and friendly. While we were there a food inspector arrived with no notice. The young man took it in his stride and showed him into the kitchen. The inspector came out beaming and impressed. .Another worker came out of the kitchen very happy too. We shared in their joy. As I said a wonderful experience.
