We needed food late on Boxing Day and the lights were on. Such a great find though! Good service, very friendly, and really great food!! We don't live in the country, but we've told our relatives who do live locally to definitely go visit in the near future!

A costly mistake, our food took an hour to arrive. I ordered the Gurnard Grill which was overcooked dry meat. Missus said her meal was bland. Kids also not happy with their prawn noodles. Not a good experience.

Visited with family as our young grandson loves a curry! Located on the main road out of Bordon towards the A3, there’s a car park round the back as well as opposite. Arrived early evening on a Saturday and fortunately we’d booked in advance as it soon filled up. We had popadoms and accompaniments to start and the seven of us chose different curries with rice and nan breads. I had the Gurkha chicken which I thought rather bland (maybe I should have ordered the hot rather than medium?). However, everyone else said they enjoyed their meals (especially the grandson) - you’ll certainly not leave hungry and they’re happy to box anything left over that you want to take home. Drinks are on the expensive side and the bill soon adds up but overall we would be happy to return. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Visited with friends to discover that this venue, re-opened since March, was still under the same management as its previous incarnation ‘The Roadmaker Inn’ several years previously. It was clear that they have made a significant investment in refurbishing and redesigning the whole place and made the sound decision to remove the half that was once maintained as a ‘pub’. Although there were only a couple of occupied tables when we first arrived, the restaurant soon started to fill. There is an excellent menu and mostly derived of Nepalese origin. The Mustang Chicken is still an absolute ‘must’, as is the Chilli Chicken! The service was attentive and not intrusive. The opened-up new kitchen where you can see the clearly experienced chefs at work and your food coming across the pass is a great and interesting addition, and quite unusual to see. Excellent food, not the cheapest in the area, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Will definitely be coming back here.

Have dined there a few times and it was always very good, if pricy. However, because of Covid, meaning the restaurant was closed, we decided to have a takeaway for my birthday. Not the same at all and
