Awful, dirty and food not very good, staff not very friendly, would not recommend, got horrible fish and no one I was with liked their food

Food is good quality and excellent value for money. Staff really friendly and helpful. Location is great. We had the full breakfast and it was a good mix of ingredients and substantial portion sizes.

Food was of a good standard Fish chips mushy peas The place looked like it could do with a deep clean and some of the plates at counter had dried food on so not properly washed Blonde older lady was quite abrupt and asked why we couldn’t pay in cash instead of card! I found this offensive

Fabulous!! This place is the main reason we keep coming to Fleetwood, the fish is so fresh, the portions are more than enough and service is always spot on! My teenage girls love it too. Thanks and see you again soon👍👍

First time visit to the Ferry Cafe & we were very impressed, the full breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly, would highly recommend 👍🏻

Well, considering we live quite close by we have never used this cafe until recently when a friend of ours went in. We had a small fish and chips with peas, tea, B&B and it was very good for the price. Fresh, hot and served promptly...No wonder it is so popular. Been in again since, and it was basic, but the food was great and very well priced. Nice selection on the menu, and pleasant staff. Certainly on our list now!

Great food as always, I know dogs are allowed, but why on earth do you allow the owners to feed them at tables , and on floor with its own bowl of food taken from the owners bag, very wrong sorry,

Excellent food always. As a Fylde Coast local, I’ve been coming here for quite a number of decades and all I can say is, it just keeps on getting better every year. As pensioners we have the ‘pensioner special’ for £6.95 each which also includes bread and butter, tea/coffee or a cold drink. Hubby had the steak pudding, chips and gravy whilst I had the fish chips and mushy peas. The fish is thick, expertly cooked with just enough crispy batter, the best on the Fylde Coast I have to say. And the portions are plenty big enough. What I like about this lovely place, is the staff are always so lovely and if you get a window table you get a wonderful view across the river. Lots of free parking along the prom with wonderful views across Morecambe Bay. You will not be disappointed I promise you.

This used to be a super place for a meal, but last week I had ' Pea and Ham Soup and Roll Special '. Along it came ... a very small bowl of mushy peas! To be fair, I did find one small piece of ham lurking lonely at the bottom. To maintain your standard Ferry: try harder.

Twice I have been here once with my granddaughter and a older staff member was very rude came again today with my family older lady staff member with black hair glasses was very rude younger staff fine puts me off returning .

Called in for lunch on a fairly busy Saturday in late October. A weird queuing system where you file past many staff members and watch them work, unsure of where or with whom you actually place your order. It turns out that you walk past them all and actually place your order at the till. Our incomplete order was delivered and I was made to feel like I was trying to defraud the place when I questioned the whereabouts of the missing food. I was accusingly challenged, "Did you order it?" An inquest at the counter found that I had indeed both ordered and paid for said missing food and it was sullenly and begrudgingly delivered and dropped onto the table without a word, but with a double measure of sass and attitude. The food itself was nothing other than average. Slightly undercooked chips, served alongside pies microwaved to within an inch of their lives so that the pastry resembles a bicycle tyre's inner tube (as opposed to the mushy peas, which were barely above room temperature). Overall, an underwhelming experience. Such a shame as the location on the Esplanade, overlooking the estuary, raises expectations which are sadly not quite met.

Amazing breakfast with a view . Our go to place never disappoints . Breakfast is well cooked eggs perfect just enough always hot . Pleasant staff highly recommend

Arranged a group booking of 60 people all ordering different choices of meals, must have been a nightmare for them all of us arriving at the same time. Sharon and the team did fantastic, the food was excellent not a single complaint from anyone, amazing considering the number of people. We enjoyed the food so much we intend to revisit some time in the future, the staff were pleasant and polite even though they were under some pressure to serve everyone. Well done Sharon and your team, See you soon.

The food here is delicious and very reasonably priced with specials every day. Staff friendly and service is swift. Waiting on staff do an excellent job if keeping tables cleared and clean. Plenty of tables and lovely view over Morecambe Bay. One of the few places that still does mugs of milky coffee and it's a real treat.

What a fantastic cafe we had fish and chips and egg custard tart was really good so tasty couldn't fault any of it fantastic service food was piping hot really tasty and to top it off you had an amazing view we only got on...

Visited a few timee. Always lovely meals and friendly staff. Plenty of room and tables. Defintly recommend. Reasonable prices too.

Went in last week to try a fish n chips. When the food arrived there was a big green chip on top which should never have been cooked never mind served. The fish looked nice but ended up being 70% batter n hardly any fish....
