Awful, both me and my mom have been bed bound since eating from here. Will never come here again.

Absolutely Superb, Good Food, plentiful, Great Service, and the prices for what you get, can't be faulted. Great Chippy, close by the Canal. Can't ask for better 👍

Really helpful and gluten free everyday of the week. We only visit once a year after our trip to the theme park and we are never disappointed. Thanks for our dinner.

Ordered fish and chips last night (11.07.24) at the counter then saw the large fish which looked like the size of a mini fish the batter was very dark and crispy and looked like it was lunchtime fish refried, so changed my order to a mini fish which looked alot better and fresher but tasted ok-average. The chips were awful, again looked like they were refried from lunchtime, some were rock solid, they were dark in Colour and flabby so not fresh at all. I've always had great fish and chips from here but absolutely disappointed with last night's food, we had to bin most of the chips so an utter waste of money.

Really nice fish and chips - small and large with kids meals -very tasty but too many black heads on the chips that was an issue, excellent customer service

Food is great they give you a good amount of food sauce and other stuff like that and the service is particularly quick and respectful the atmosphere is great just big lines but we can't really help that

We lived in Mile oak and used both the Chinese and chippy for many years.Not no more both are nowhere near the quality it once was.The staff in the chippy obviously don't want to be there or are just miserable for no reason.?The food was put in the bin and we went to maccy Ds.The price the service the quality of food is very poor and I have to say I'm sorry to report this but its true.Home cook or go somewhere else it' is truly very bad.

Decent food, just a shame the service is extremely slow. The staff seem like they don't want to be there. Completely different experience to what I had a couple of months ago.

Orderd large cod no batter not as big as normal and freezing cold and chips cold and burnt previous to that had a donner in nann and meat was like rubber like the cheap stuff you buy in s bag

Fantastic gluten free fish and chips with massive portion sizes. Took so much care to keep my order separate from my partner's gluten containing order too. Mushy peas were lovely and they even have gluten free vinegar!

Superb portion of kebab meat, lots of fresh salad. Really enjoyed ours. Highly recommended

I’ve been coming to this chippy for years now and I can honestly say it is fantastic. So good that I drive 7 miles down the road for it! It’s always top tier and cooked to perfection and the staff are always very polite and professional. My go to is fish chips and curry sauce and it cannot be beaten! I’d also recommend the Balti pie which most chippys don’t have I’ve only ever found it before at villa games (fire). Don’t know how anyone could give any less than 5 stars for this place trust me if you’re thinking of trying it out you won’t be disappointed!

The chips wasn't cooked they was hard and horrible

Bought the boneless chicken thighs, they were disgusting, not fresh and tested off. Expensive too.

Have been coming here for a number of years now, feel everytime they make up the prices than advertised. If you pay by card, check the amount as they tried to add an extra £1 on the terminal. Only refunded the difference after I asked for a till receipt, but were adamant it was the correct price.

Large cod cooked at lunchtime and reheated and served on reopening at 16-30hrs. AWFUL I am never coming back

The worst excuse for fish and chips ever. The cod was dry and barely warm, the chips soggy and tasteless. We don’t go there often but something drastic has changed since our last visit about 2 years ago. This used to be excellent with queues outside on the street - no more, and having just thrown most of my dinner away I can see why. Dreadful.

This has got to be the best chippy around, its hard to find a nice savaloy and perfect chips these days. But these guys have nailed it. Great friendly staff too well done Fazeley Fishbar

Had 2 cod, chips and sausage specials, they were happy to upgrade to battered sausage for a small charge (60p at time of writing). Fish was superb, flakey fish with a crisp batter, sausage was encased in equally crisp batter and full of flavour. The chips were plentiful and possibly the chips I've had in the local area for ages. Definitely worth dropping in if you're feeling the need for a chippy tea, or lunch!

The lady serving could even be bothered to come over when she couldn't here... Miss charged me, food was disappointing...

We always come here. Today must have been the end of the night. Cold, hollow "chips', cold savaloy. Just bad quality! Awful. Such a shame

We fancied fish and chips for a change and ordered 2 large fish, chips and some mixed chicken and chips in a box. Almost EVERY chip was raw! The chicken was nice and the fish was OK although the batter with thin and soggy. It wasn't even mega busy so not sure why they could have "rushed" the order. If this was my first experience of this place I would never go back. As it is I won't be rushing back anytime soon That's £30 which most of it ended up in the bin.

We have visited Fazeley Fish Bar a couple of times over the past year when travelling through on our narrowboat and I can see why it is so popular. On a Friday night there can a queue down the street for their lovely food. On our most recent visit, it was a Friday lunchtime and we decided to place an order from the boat so that it would be ready for when we walked up there. We ordered haddock, chips, mushy peas, curry sauce and a sausage for the dogs. Everything was cooked fresh and of excellent quality and the food was just being bagged up as we arrived. We will definitely be visiting again, it was a very positive experience.

Always received a great customer service when using. Chips are great, fair price’s, and decent portions. Donner meat is cut perfectly leaving us satisfied after every visit, only shame is we don’t live closer to be able to use often. But on the whole, one of, if not the best in the town.

The food was lovely and fish Portion size was large, so think about how hungry you are before ordering. The gluten free food was really nice. If you do a phone order make sure you are there for the time that they say otherwise it could be cold as its only left on top of the heated cabinets and I was only 3 minutes after the time the food was cool when I got home and i liveless than 5 minutes away, so would probably order when I was in the shop next time.

I went just as they was closing and it was no problem to sort out a piece of cod for my wife went the extra mile to make sure it was fresh and piping hot,could see everyone really cleaning the kitchen and filling those vinegar Bottles so prepping as they go

Literally just been into the chippy yes the chip portions are sooooo massive, but just ordered 2 wraps for 10.80. They're so tiny!! Hardly any meat. So thin. Very gutted!! 😒

Poor. The service was shocking. The girl who served us was so incredibly rude. She complained about us order extra stuff. The portion sizes where vary small. Compared to other like the dug out. Not impressed at all!!!

Ordered 2 mini fish specials,asked for salt and vinegar. Chips were not fresh,some burnt,fish batter pale and soggy and no sausages or salt and vinegar, had two forkfulls and threw away,will not be back.

If you like greasy dripping deep fried fish, fat soaked and sloppy chips this is the place to go. Sausages taste deep fried as well. Staff looks as if they are the best customers.

The standard portions of both fish and chips are huge so beware! Batter is nice and light and not too greasy, mushy peas are great. For a blast from the past, they even sell Dandelion & Burdock, go on, treat yourself!

We stayed at Drayton Manor Hotel so popped in this shop for takeaway Fish & Chips. It was very tasty and the portions were massive compared to our local Fish & Chip takeaways. Well with a visit 👍🏼

Alright, first of all the girl serving us didnt wash her hands once, even after using her phone and scratching her face. Food was average. Chips way to salty. Asked for the burgers to be doubled up but only got singles. Buns were either toasted then left out or just stale and burger patties too small for the buns. Wouldnt come back.

Ate here a few times recently and I have to say the quality of food is top notch. Delicious and good value for money.

I don’t do bad reviews but I am so mad….I had to repeat my order (for 4) 4 times as the young girl serving was more interested in having a laugh with the other young girl serving! Half way through serving my order she decided to tell me there’s a 5 minute wait for the doner meat, so as you can imagine the rest of the food was cold by the time we came to eat it! As there was a queue for the donar meat the portion was skimpy, and salad, what salad? 6 chicken nuggets for £3, the portion was absolutely tiny! The girl put the chilli sauce on the chips before loading the kebab, so the chips was soggy!! The fish bites (without vinegar) was sodden and had to peel off the wrapping, to which was fed to the dog in the end (75p each!)! The majority of this dinner ended up in the bin! What a waste of money!!!! Never again!

We've been using this little fish and chip shop for some time but recently our requirements have changed since our daughter was diagnosed with coeliac disease. This chip shop caters fully for gluten free diets and goes further than just having a deparate fryer. Staff are trained to clean down surfaces and use separate utensils for gluten and non-gluten foods and all care is taken to keep items separate. Great understanding and I believe now all chips are gluten free. Brilliant.

Gluten free fish and chips are amazing

Just had chips found a hair after eating them for a good five minutes it definitely is not mine as I have dark brown hair and thus was a light brownish colour maybe red not 100% sure. chippy is not a good hygienic place I will not be returning, some of the staff have poor hygiene too. Sometimes the place does not have chips an hour before closing also, will not be coming here again I've had a few issues with my food from here and this is the last straw!!!!!

Very light batter, gone soggy by the time I arrived home. Not helped by tight wrapping in paper. Boxes would be better; nearly everywhere uses them now.

Only tried it because the New Inn pub was useless for food.! F&C was excellent, and of course much cheaper than sitting in the pub

Great for locals I guess but as we travelled here from a campsite we had to find somewhere to park and what a nightmare. The roundabout it's next to people come flying off it like they're going round silverstone. The food was great though and the business can't help its location!

My daughter and her husband and family live in Wales and they were visiting for the day and decided to have Donner kebabs for dinner they purchased 3 and when he brought them back they were running in grease as he took them out of the bag the grease ran all over his trousers ruining them . The meat was cold and wasn't very appetizing after spending £20 for this travesty of a meal they have vowed not to use fazeley chip shop again when sudd is on the food is good but when he's not the quality goes down when my daughter lived in mile Oak she swore by fazeley chip shop but not now

Scallop and scallop batch came to 3 pounds 80 and there is no potato in the things. Terrible customer service after being told to put on a mask even though my face was covered. Shame I was hungry and bigger shame thinking this chip shop could cure that.

I bought two portions of fish and chips and one sausage and chips which were tasty and not over greasy. The piles of chips were enormous and were wasted as we couldn't finish them.

Lacklustre at best. I like fish where the batter DOESN'T peel off with the paper. Chips are never cooked very well. The corpulent female server was also very rude!

We live locally to the chip shop and tend to go quite often as the food is always really nice! However, what chip shop on a Saturday night runs out of chicken meat or chips at 5pm!!! On multiple occasions there hasn’t been the food that we have asked for and sometimes the service is extremely slow. Such a shame!
