Lovely tasty food, always order too much! 😁 The downside is that on a couple of occasions, something has been missing from my order such as a coleslaw side dish

The chicken was very tasty and chips very crunchy and warm. I’ll order some more from them very soon.

This restaurant seems to have a tendency of forgetting to put parts of your order in the bag. I would advise anyone who uses this place to double-check your order has been placed in the bag before leaving. Otherwise you'll end up like me getting home and then finding they haven't put the chips in there! I went back to the store they didn't apologise, I asked for a refund as they had wasted 20 minutes of my time. They said they would replace with fresh food. I watched them replace the burger but leave the piece of chicken in there with the halloumi sticks and the gravy. So basically they only replace the burger. Just go Gregg's its on the left side of favourite chicken or go Subway

Took 45 minutes to deliver to half a mile away. Had the Ribs meal (almost £15!!) And they were dry and overcooked or stale and tasted disgusting. The rest ended up in the bin. Submitted refund request through just eat and was refused without even asking for evidence.

Did not get all of my order again phoned them and tryed to talking put on hold then phone went down and im not happy with this

Absolutely minging my chicken burger was all pink the wings was cold the chicken on the wings was bone dry

Food was luke warm, dried out as if it left on the hot plate for too long. Over spiced. Chicken burger was a fillet of fire.., not what I had ordered and the ribs and chicken was so dried out and rubbery it rendered them inedible. Biting into a rib gave little more than tough, gristle and bone splinters. I expected better for the money I paid for the meal. The only part of it which consider to be as ordered was the chips. Twice fried? At least I could eat those. I won’t order from here again.

Me and my partner stopped off for some food we got favourite chicken eating there food has made my stomach really upset having to keep going toilet my stomach hurts this is the only thing I ate all day then the next day makes me really ill like this I don't think I will be returning here as my partner has also got the same issue as me but she has come out alot worse than me as she has ibs not good if food has made you ill like this

Went to get chicken, wanted to use the toilet first and one of the employees walked out of the disabled toilet, bearing in mind the mens toilet was open, without washing his hands and peed all over the seat so I was unable to use it. Absolutely disgusting. Didn't want to eat here after seeing that.

The burger was good as usual but customer service was terrible with the workers laughing at me towards me as I don’t speak very good English and they were speaking about me and laughing I felt very offended so I won’t come here again

The food was freezing cold and my Dr Pepper didn’t come which I was very disappointed about

l Raghu provided excellent service when I requested to swap the ribs for another item. He promptly changed them to wings without hesitation. Great experience at Favorite Chicken!

Honestly better than most fast food chicken while being cheaper and just as fast, if not faster, delivery-wise.

Its always a joy to eat freshly cooked food. They also do great chips and gravy.

Love this place. Stop off quite often on the way home from football in Luton. Food is always very good and piping hot because we collect. Only ever wait a few minutes and the added bonus of using the garage for a pit stop before the rest of our journey home

I have never been so upset with my food before. Everything was in poor condition like it bad just been warmed up. My chicken was browny/pinky

Always stop here when we work late and need food, open til 2am i think so if your driving down the M2 and need a food stop then this is the one

Food here hasn't ever disappointed. It's reasonably priced for what you get. Bonessless meal is my go to favourite..

every meal apart from the kids meal was missing. I called the restaurant and they really wasn't very helpful 😒

Better than last time, food was still warm and I seem to have got a larger portion of food than usual so can’t really complain. My chicken fillet burger was lovely :)

Great tasty naughty late night chicken MUCH better than KFC

Delivery was late and I stood outside in icy weather waving at the driver who was just sitting in the car not paying attention. My order was cold with dried out ribs and stone cold chips. The burger was much spicier than other branches and also darker, so may have been the spicy burger. To add insult to injury I was not compensated adequately for the cold order or offered a replacement meal despite reporting the issue quickly.

Just eat driver delivered my food to my OLD address! When my order had my new address. Restaurant couldn’t assist as it was Just eat’s driver! Money taken with no food! Can’t speak to anyone at just eat.

could be more polite and receptive! frequently order and would like to be greeted with a response when greeting my deliverer.....

I ordered a chicken & ribs combo & a plain fillet burger. The order was later than expected, two tiny ribs, 1 dry piece of chicken, cold chips & the burger was the spicy burger, not a plain fillet burger. I reported this to just eat, but still awaiting a refund.

The consistent quality you expect from a chain backed by very good service. I do like their ribs personally too.

Food was delivered late, cold, and inedible. Compensation request raised, but only partially refunded. No response to follow up mail and request for copy of compensation policy. Utterly ridiculous customer service.

Time kept being extended. Would not let me cancel without being charged full price. Arrived cold. Chips pack upside down so as soon as I picked the packet out of the bag all the chips came out and half ended up on the floor. A complete rip off and waste of £15

Food was great, but I’m somewhat disgusted why it’s so much more than if you order through the website? You get 10 wings through JustEat and if you order directly you get 20 for the same price. Boneless Sampler is £12 more through JustEat. Somewhat disgusting that it’s so much more pricey. Won’t be ordering again until your prices are adjusted to match your website.

Would not recommend ordering from here, I waited over an hour & a half with my order being stuck on ‘Waiting for an update, driver assigned’. Finally we made our own way to the restaurant only to initially be practically told to go away because there was nothing they could do. Having knowledge of the JustEat app myself I know this is 100% not the case so we insisted at which point they found my order stacked amongst a huge pile of other undealt with orders & made it up for us then & there. Not quite the easy, stress free takeaway evening we had planned!

The fried chicken was very good, but the service was terrible they were more concerned with getting the delivery orders out while people queued up. When one actually got to get served the staff were very polite.

Best southern fried chicken out there and despite my KFC being 5 minutes away, Favorite over 20 minutes away, the second is always piping hot, the Kfc has been hit and miss, bye KFC

Atmosphere is not applicable in a garage and may be lowering the overall score. We have chicken and chips most weekends and it's always delicious with plenty of chips. Sometimes, they put extra pieces in.

Food well cooked and piping hot. Not greasy, chips were crispy, tasty and perfectly cooked, first time of trying will definitely use again. Much preferred to the huge chain rival. Not as greasy and better value for money

I wasn't impressed at all as the driver left my food outside and didn't even ring the door bell,I don't know what time he delivered,when I looked outside my dinner was on the floor and that was at 19.15,it was cold,not happy!!!!

Well it was the 1st time having from here and it will be the last time what a waste of £60 strips and ribs so over cook was unable to eat them chicken was ok had no flavour sorry but will not be ordering it again

Lovely food, chicken was nicely done and hot when delivered..

ribs were stone cold,fries were not the ones advertised and were sub-standard chicken was great as usual.if you are sending alternative fries you should inform the customer and there is no reason for the ribs to be cold.with delivery it came to nearly 33 pounds and we could not eat over half of it.

Food turned up, missing my wrap meal, called the restaurant, said I was missing something, the rude girl on the other end of the phone then hung up on me. Called back, she picked the phone up and put it back down. Called again, she finally answered and said to her don’t hang up on me again and she said “I didn’t, the phone cut out” and then she put the phone down again. Can’t get through, requested refund. Absolutely f*****g awful

Best tasting chicken around. If you like KFC then you will love the coating on FC. If you dont like FC it then you need to wash your mouth out!

This company Supposed to sell chicken halal I so the manager of the store talking no halal chicken form the fridge of the store and when I asked him why you take this in sid your store?! hi said to me, he’s taking it home ,I’m not going to cook it for Customer.and hi ask me to go on line and do complain if I want, in rude way.bad bad.I asked for refund I will never repeat this mistake again to buy from such a company.

Rushed back after a long day at work to make sure I got there before closing time and the staff had bagged up all the food to take home leaving nothing for myself or the other disappointed customers very bad business!!

Nice food if you collect. Never order for delivery, waited over an hour past delivery time only for the order to be cancelled.

I discovered this place by chance about a year ago and have since stopped there several times when passing. Every time I have been the quality has been consistently good and enjoyable with minimal waiting most times. Compared to many other places it does seem a little basic/dated/retro but that should be seen as a good thing - places like KFC have way too much BS going on and seem to have lost focus on the job in hand. Keep it up guys!

the worst ribs I have eaten with this corn cooked for too long I do not recommend it

Worst favorite chicken&ribs i ever had totaly dont recomend .. ordered chicken strip fillets ,, came in basic breadcrumps.. no flavour at all !!!
