The order was wrong I asked for a double zinger fire burger and got a single. The mozzarella dippers were not cooked cold in the middle. Big language barrier and didn't explain properly when asking about milkshake and let my husband walk out without it. I had to go bavk and explain. Over all very disappointed and not worth the money I paid for it.

Cheap and yummy . The chicken has the same amount of grease that I used in my hair back in year 7(I was bald).The chicken is dry and almost always just okay .nothing special.

I would not recommend this shop as a delivery rider always they are late to make order staff very slow and unhelpful

Absolutely ridiculous!! We specifically asked for the family BONELESS box that we’ve had time and time again from the shop, the man at the register asked if we wanted an 8 or 12 piece to which we said 12 as it was for a few of us. We got the food and when we started eating, my partner nearly chokes on a BONE in our BONELESS meal. Turns out they now don’t offer the boneless box as a 12 piece (something we found out from the very rude man at the register that had repeated the order as a boneless box) which makes me want to know why they would offer a meal that is not boneless to people who asked for specifically boneless. When we went back they put no effort into customer service nor took responsibility for the fact they didn’t listen, blatantly got our order wrong and nearly made my partner choke. The staff were rude, slow paced and very bad at their jobs. They didn’t even give us a receipt after our purchase.

Disgusting awful food and very poor customer service, saw the man behind the counter drop a chicken strip on the floor then just pick it up and put it into the order!! Awful!

Ordered through just eat at 18:30 and was told 19:15 was latest that it would be with us. I had to leave for work and 20:00 and the food hadn't even been prepared and 20:15 my partner cancelled the order and got domino's instead. And we know they hadn't started the order as Just eat refunded us immediately stating that they were able to do so as the store hadn't started our order at all. Wouldn't recommend if you are like most people in the world who are always busy.

Awful service, did not pack my milkshake. When phones and asked about it all they said was sorry. I asked for a refund or for it to be delivered and I was pretty much told no. Said they’d call me back but that never happened. Won’t be coming here again.
