I got some chicken for myself and kids from here thinking it will be as good as the Great Linford s shops. Not even close! The chicken tasted like it was fried in oil that was used several times already, and it was bland. The guy who packed our food, stepped back to the till to take another order, he touched cash and then went back to carry on packing our chicken without washing hands or putting on gloves. I won't be back.

Great tasting chicken but although I ordered 3 pieces I was only delivered 2.

After reading the reviews I was very worried about what I'd receive but was pleasantly surprised! food was hot, they listened to my notes and was very tasty! no complaints here 👌

Food arrived late and one burger was freezing cold and a complete mess, complained and store didn’t care but just eat gave half money back.

Used these before and it’s been good, this time food taken over 1.15hr to be delivered phoned up told be 10 mins and was a lot more and food was freezing cold. What a shame as will probably not sure again.

Ordered from here many times and never been disappointed but they do have a tendency to ask if you’d rather a spicy chicken instead of cooking a fresh piece of normal but I am happy with either.

Ordered the match saver meal, went to collect due to ridiculous delivery fee, and they left out the 6 wings. One person only now eating chip. Then proceeded to not pick up the phone after calling 16 times.

Second time of using and food was great, arrived hot and we live in village 6 miles from store. 👌🏻

First problem, waiting time, it was a waiting time of 15 minutes notcl too bad, came home took a look at the food and was shocked to see that the burger was the size of my sons index finger which is outrageous.Bun was also cheap and low quality.chips were flavourless.burger had an excessive amount of mayo.keep in mind that everything was frozen and not fresh. I am very Dissatisfied, do not recommend. I paid 23 pounds and 99 p for this rubbish 👎

Very disappointed that my order was delayed twice and took over an hour to be delivered. I called them up after the second delay and was told they were very busy and it wouldn't be delayed again. Kids were happy with the food though once it arrived.

What an absolute nightmare. Waited 1hr 40 minutes for the wrong food, which was freezing cold, and not even what we had ordered. Do not buy from them, their delivery service is appalling. What a waste of time and money.

What a nightmare. Ordered at 19:22 with a delivery slot of 25 to 35 minutes, great we thought, it'll be here by 8pm. Having spent the whole day at the hospital under difficult circumstances, we were starving. Delivery does not arrive. I contact Just Eat, who say it'll be here between 8pm and quarter past. Fine. Quarter past 8 comes, no sign of the order. Option to Call the Restaurant. Called them, so unprofessional, order will be with us by 9pm. That's 1 hour 40 minutes after ordering. Not imp

Waited over an hour for delivery - I could have walked to the shop in 10 minutes. Delivery time was at 21:20 and not was logged. Only got delivered after ringing the shop itself

Order late by nearly an hour, asked on the app for some money back, didn't hear back. When I received it, everything was cold. Not too happy with it at all 😔😔

The food was average taste but a decent sized portion. However I ordered my food at 5pm for a 6pm delivery. It finally turned up at 7.05pm which is unacceptable. I called the shop who gave me an excuse and said it would be with me in 5 mins but it still took a further 20mins to turn up. The driver then gave me a different excuse for the lateness. I used the app to ask for a discount due to the lateness and was refused. The excuse they gave was that the driver was 'stuck in traffic' which was a different excuse yet again! Extremely poor service and I wont' be ordering from them again.

Really not happy with this restaurant. Order was 50 minutes late. And cold when it was finally delivered. Was told only one driver working. Why on earth didn’t they stop taking orders?? Will not order from these again

Chips were nice but cold, chicken strips were dry, hard and inedible. Coleslaw tasted off.

Delivered on time and the driver was very friendly, the burgers were great and looked just like the pictures, wings were massive and very crispy, thanks guys!

Chicken was crispy and very tasty. Sadly the gravy was watery and had little flavour, it was mainly salty. The Coleslaw was good but was on the vinegary side. Would order again though.

We will never order from here again, a £30.00 order that went straight in the bin, the chicken fillets were hard from freezer burn, the traditional chicken was pink inside and not cooked, we didn’t fancy a dose of salmonella!!! Called to complain and was told they knew the meals weren’t good, but yet they still sent them out, asked for a refund and was told no, they said they would add a free fillet burger to our next order, as if we would ever order from here again, definitely not!!!

The guy went to house in different village then by time he got here 25mins had passed so food was cold. From where he was to mine is only 5 mins. Said he wasn’t good with maps so maybe some educating on how to enter an address and follow directions. also said it was delivered on the app 25 mins before I actually received it. I had to walk to his car and he handed me my food out the car window. Not how delivery service is supposed to be conducted. If the food had of arrived on time it would have been much better no fault of the restaurant tho

First time ordering and probably the last. Took nearly 2 hours to arrive despite every time I called being told the driver was on his way and only a few more minutes…… Food was so greasy and incredibly salty. Crispy coating on chicken was soggy and inedible. Won’t be ordering again.

Bought 2 hotwings with chips and a Mirinda. The shop was quiet at the time of the visit. Was served quickly and professional. The chips were hot and tasty. Hotwings were hot and fresh, Sweet chilli, mayo and ketchup available. Very good experience for first time visit. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely clean front of house, good service, we ordered the boneless sampler meal and a chicken sample. Both were fully cooked, tasty the popcorn chicken my daughter loved. Shame there isn't much parking but the location is close to a long stay car park which had a few spaces when we arrived at 6 ish

I had my first and last Favorite Chicken fillet burger today, mayonnaise was cheap and tasteless and the bun was stale and had black marks all around the sides. Just ended up eating the chicken, which is churning in my stomach and have a feeling I will be seeing it again shortly. Wish we hadn't gone there now. Will stick to KFC and only KFC in future.

Don’t go here unless you like pink raw slimy chicken! I went back with the chicken and wanted a refund. The manager kept saying that the Colour is meant to be like that and kept going to show me photos of what the chicken should look like. After going back and forth with him he decided to give me a refund. Shortly after they called me and asked for me not to write any negative reviews, I should have the right to write whatever review I want to and to stop people getting raw chicken. They clearly don’t probe their chicken to check the temperature.

Today a friend of mine went to this shop to get her lunch. She started to eat her chicken and wasn’t far in when she noticed the chicken was pink, bloody and not fully cooked. When taking the food back, we were advised by the manager that this was cooked and tried to offer pictures of other pink chicken! Eventually after stating if there was no refund offered we would go to the food hygiene standards, the manager then gave a refund. Within 10 minutes he phoned my friend and asked her not to leave a bad review as he had given her a refund. For me this proves he knew the chicken was under cooked, which is why I have chosen to report this issue to help others avoid this chicken shop. Please be careful people, I don’t want anyone else to get raw chicken and quite possibly food poisoning !

Walking in, the atmosphere was great - everything is kept relatively clean, with a nice little logo on the mirror! The food was as I’d except from this chain: cheap, crispy and delicious (I got the large chicken pieces with fries). Staff were quite friendly and got the food ready quick. Great new addition to newport pagnell, expecting to come here after work every other day!

Where shall I start. Shop atmosphere is very bright and clean. Service was ok but staff not knowing what is what is not great or ideal even down to the basics like cans of drinks Food. I have always loved fav.chickens chips but these were under fried The chicken was not great. Slightly pink on the inside so clearly not cooked all the way through . The mayo sauce was the smallest of sprinkling and the lettuce was sparse

I came here today to buy chicken wings and 2 piece chicken. When I got home, I realised that the person that served me the food, served me with old chicken. You could see that it was leftover and refried. I would have brought the food back if I could. I'm totally disappointed with the food as I buy Favorite Chicken from Netherfield and never had any issue.
