Easily my favourite spot in Sheffield. The Swiss Tony burger is 100% recommended. Staff is friendly and establishment is fun.

It was fresh food but the service was very much non existent after ordering so it felt very ‘fast foody.’ The milkshake was amazing though.

we ordered 2 burgers and fries which cost £25 on the just eat app . We ordered at 6pm and the food arrived at 7.30pm . The food was cold and soggy . would certainly not recommend .

Ordered takeout through Ubereats. I’ve eaten at the one in York before and it was really nice. We’re in hospital in Sheffield with our little boy so I thought I would treat my husband. Well it was anything BUT a treat. We went for the online exclusive of 2 burgers fries and drinks with a shared starter. The starter was missing the fries came in a small tub half full and freezing cold. The burgers were thrown together and lukewarm, the drinks came in glass bottles and weren’t twist tops so we had no chance of opening them in the hospital. It was way overpriced for what it was and I remember at the York branch being so stuffed by the food and this was very disappointing. Won’t be going back to sit in or take out after this experience.

The food here is so good! I have had it a number of times and it never dissapoints, I can't recommend it enough! Always quick service and the food is delicious!!

We ate here as part of a package supplied from lane 7, we did balling then ate the food. The food is an amazing addition to lane 7. Excellent food which the whole party loved.

We stopped here for a quick burger before a train as it was close, and they were really not that expensive. Great quality food and cool atmosphere.

Visited on the 26th may to Lane 7. Was really surprised by Fat Hippo, the variety of the menu ensured that both me, and my vegan girlfriend had plenty of options to choose from. The ordering process is simple and the way to collect foot is great as it doesnt matter how busy the bar is we never waited to collect food! I had the american burger with an upgrade of tater tots and my girlfriend had five lies burger. Only thing to say is... to die for 🤤 We will be back!

Great range of veggie options as usual and the fat hippo sauce is my favourite, I need it in a bottle! This was my first time visiting a different fat hippo to the Nottingham restaurant and it was nice but not on par. My bf had loaded fries and the bacon was not crispy but quite undercooked. The burgers were alright but again, something was missing compared to my past visits! They were also quite stingy with the loaded fries. It just didn't taste as high quality.

Chicken wings were inedible unless you like your chicken like chewing gum. Worst part was while complaining they were too busy watching football. Shocking!!

Me and and my partner visited fat hippo yesterday 22nd Feb 2023. Both meals were just warm and they had been thrown in the bag. Approximately 2-3hours later I vomited all my burger. My partner vomited there burger this morning. We will never use this establishment again.

We wasn't waiting too long to receive our food. Food was nice and freshly cooked no putting under heat lamp for ages. Perfectly cooked burgers. Very tasty. No cons whatsoever. Thank you

The food was unlabelled which left the vegans and vegetarians in our group rather uncomfortable: The faux-meat is made it difficult to decide what was what. Otherwise, delicious, and we would order again if we thought the food packaging would be labeled.
