Superb food cooked to order and served hot, great quality drinks and friendly service Friendly atmosphere and allowing dogs in is great!

We are Gluten intolerant and that’s why we love the Loungers brand. We have a whole menu to choose from and also the specials generally cater for Gluten Free.

Popped in today when we were in Lichfield. Tried the Shakushka, I might have misspelled that. It was fab and I really enjoyed it, a great and warming meal on a cold day. They have a great menu with excellent gluten free options as well as options for everyone else.

Overall a lovely and quirky place to go! We went for dinner and the food was good, the flatbreads are probably their recommended dish I would say and it does not disappoint! The food came out fairly quickly which is great! The service was good too! Definitely recommend going for their dinner menu!

Great food. Friendly staff. Acceptable waiting times. Not really a great experience for me. I don’t like being surrounded by dogs while I’m eating. I also saw two instances of dogs sitting on chairs ( one resting its chin on the table) - unhygienic to say the least. This is a sad let down of a decent eating experience.

We had breakfast here. We had the breakfast muffin and added streaky bacon and hash brown. Lovely soft muffin. We had coffee too. When we arrived it was full but the staff did everything to accommodate so we had a table at the far end near the kitchen. Nice friendly staff and a nice atmosphere in cosy surroundings.

After an extensive wander of the town centre reading menus we decided to choose old faithful. No pretence, decent food, decent service and always a good ambience.

Coffee was small, and rather poor. The place itself is looking just shabby and dirty now rather than shabby chic which I think they were aiming for. Maybe which just caught them on a bad day.

Poor. We're not local, so recognised this as part of the Lounge group. We've been to a couple before, which weren't bad. Faro Lounge was not worth the visit. I had a Korean Chicken Burger which was dry and tasteless, saved only by pickled cucumber (the only really flavour). My partner has a Lounge Burger which was again, tasteless (and greasy). My son had a children's burger, which was the thinnest and driest patty I have ever seen. Literally paper thin and black. The male toilets were awful, too. Puddles on the floor and stunk. We ate and left pretty quickly, as the place was full, so very little point raising issue with the youngsters running the place. Definitely wouldn't return. Of the Lounges we have been to, this is definitely the worst.

Lightly spiced chicken breast with house slaw, fries and maple BBQ sauce x2 Friday 18TH October 24. Between 16:00-17:00 My wife and I ordered the above meals and were extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the food, We presume the meals were prepared in advance as the chicken was rock hard and so dry, it was hard to cut and impossible to swallow, this meal was not frehly prepared in my opinion, the fries were cold, we didn't complain at the time because we were with our Daughter and Granddaughter on a special occasion and didn't want to sour the atmosphere. We have used the Faro lounge many times over the Years without any issues, always having a good experience and an enjoyable time. We are not foodies or fussy and seldom do we complain but the food here was inedible and left a bad taste in our mouths (literally) even as I write the morning after. We won't be returning.

I visited here today with a friend that's vegan. We were so impressed with your menu, so many vegan choices AND desserts too! Food was just delicious! Thank you! I'm sure we shall visit again!

Visited with my extended family. Took a long time to be seated, which is ok but we were completely un-acknowledged for a long time by any staff. There is no customer service, order at the bar which is fine. However, my son had some hummus and bread sticks plonked in front of him which looked really unappetising and the sticks were partially soggy, with no word from the waitress. He wouldn’t eat it. I ordered pancakes, was given a quarter pot of syrup and so I politely asked the waitress for more when I could get her attention. She was completely uninterested and told me to go to the bar. Never in my life have I been told to go up to the bar or counter and deal with a food order issue before, particularly as the food had already arrived and would obviously, go cold. No one asked us if our food was ok or if we needed anything during or after the meal. In a rising cost economy, where I have to choose where to spend my disposable income wisely, I absolutely won’t be coming back to an establishment with no customer service whatsoever. Will give this a miss next time, or any other time for that matter.

We were celebrating my birthday so we ordered harissa chicken flatbreads which arrived cold. As we already received our fries which were hot we could nt attract anyone's attention to check whether flatbreads should be hot. As we had another appointment straight after to babysit time was of the essence so we could nt delay with our meal. Not sure if we d eat here again. Also it was quite noisy so it was hard to have a conversation. Not great. Customer service.

Changed a little, if its not busy just walk in and find a table. If it is busy then you have to wait to be seated, Dog friendly, very friendly and helpful staff, the food is delicious, shown is Churros, mac n cheese with brocoli, and pulled brisket and rice , very very tasty, lovely actual fresh orange juice, the beer wasn't to my liking, mainly larger. Shame they don't do some reall ales.

Heading back with the clan we stopped by here for some food. One of the clan recognised the menus from a place we previously visited and we got excited about the food. Yet this experience was very different. We were never given a kids menu but on my way to the toilets I saw them lying on a table and picked one up with some crayons to keep the little one entertained. Placing orders was quite a wait and food took a while to come out. A couple of the orders were wrong which were corrected but that was more of a wait for the clan. Food was not as good as the last place which was surprising in and of itself. It's only when things started to go wrong did we get any attention on the service. There are a lot of other places in the area that I'll be trying when next in the area. I hope this is a one off for this place. A change in chef would be recommended as I know how good this food can be. Hope you have a better experience if you choose to go. Enjoy.

The Faro Lounge is such a comfortable bar with lovely helpful staff. My husband and I went last week and today I met my friend there. It's relaxing with various tables to accommodate everyone. I've recently been diagnosed with a gluten and dairy intolerance ( not easy to eat out ! ) but Faro have great menus so noone needs to go hungry in there ! Will be back very soon.

Loved it. We went to this chain in Llandudno, and liked it so much that we found one local to us. We went with friends and everyone enjoyed their food. Service was good. The price is reasonable. We'll definitely do again.

Order the food via the app and food and drink was bought to us very swiftly. Ordered a pot of tea and a latte which was very nice and order the cowboy burger and lounge burger which was very nice. Food menu was very good and very explanatory and prices were good value for money. Staff were very polite and friendly and said goodbye to us when leaving. Very well done.

Quite loud music, doggy friendly

The staff are so polite, the food i had was very nice as they cated for me as i have food allergy which is raw onion.

Great food. I had the Nasi Goreng and the flavour definitely delivered. The staff were quite attentive when they cleared our table relatively quickly after the previous patrons. Very happy

Can not fault this place. The food is very good (never had a garlic kyiv burger before), the service is always efficient, and the toilets are clean.

Love this place - food is always great we can take our dog who also loves it, they provide him with water and biscuits too! There is normally a small wait to be seated but we never wait long for food or drinks. Staff are excellent and go above and beyond, this is our fave lounge.

Food here is absolutely amazing, tasty and very nice. It tastes incredible and fresh, which wins it a place in my heart. The atmosphere is great, occasionally noisy but not bad at all. Everyone is very kind and lovely too. Siblings work here, so i’m glad it’s such a lovely place. 👍 Personal Favourite is their buttermilk chicken, and the mac n cheese, but the ciabattas have a nice taste too. The fries are absolutely amazing, seasoned nicely and very crunchy. The iced lattes are amazing for when you need a wake up and a fully belly! Always will visit again! ✨

Only had a drink here but would try the food next time

I think it is one of my favourite restaurants during my visit to England. We came twice for brunch and tried different meals, absolutely delicious. I've been recommended to everyone who asks me about my visit to Lichfield. There are so many options on the menu. It's impressive. Vegan, gluten-free, family - and doggy friendly. Loved it! We ordered through the QR, so we didn't have much interaction with the staff.

Eating by myself and a first time visit. Made welcome. Ordered at the bar, staff very friendly. Food good although I struggled to finish the Cheese and Bacon Burger with Salad, chips are available with this. Fantastic atmosphere. I would recommend Faro Lounge.

We like to come at weekends in the morning for breakfast. It's never too busy, easy to order, really nice food.

Theres a good selection of food to choose from ranging from brunch to tapas. I tried the bang band cauliflower noodles which was nice, but too much chillies and the sauce was a bit over powering for me. As the restaurant was packed my food took ages to arrive and my party got their food before me, so by the time they where half way through their meals I was just starting mine. I dont like that but took into consideration the place was busy Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the food which was my fault for eating the chilli by accident. I should of said ni chillies. However I'd still go back to the faro lounge again but try something different. I wouldn't say I didn't like my meal I would of preferred less sauce .

Went for Father's Day, really enjoyed the atmosphere. It's a very artistic, sort of dark interior. Friendly staff, relaxed, kid-friendly, very diverse menu. I would definitely recommend.

Nice food and cool venue. I'm not a fan of the QR code ordering system. Can't ask anyone for water and when the app doesn't calculate the price you have to walk around and ask.

Busy but nice place, we only had drinks,but it was a good atmosphere, family and dog friendly in the centre of Lichfield. Staff friendly and helpful, good service. The menu looked good for food too.

Not up to the usual standard. The table next to us had not been leaned. Food remains left under the table, and the surface had not been wiped from previous customers. Family came in and had to ask for the area to be cleaned. The food was OK and could have been warmer.

Food was excellent, I had the pulled beef brisket chilli which was just the right heat and overall a great eating experience. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Love this place, there’s a great variety on the menu to suit all diet needs. And dog friendly too! This is a regular spot for me to pop in for a cuppa or an evening meal with friends.

First visit to Faro Lounge for Tapas treat, very busy being lunch time,staff very friendly and a lovely atmosphere, hummus,king prawns delicious,salt & pepper squid came slightly over done but waitress exchange for perfectly cooked tasty squid, enjoyed our visit.

Was over visiting from New York ! I was Born in Lichfield .Went to Faro twice food was delicious great atmosphere love the chandeliers actually went home and made them!’ also think I had some of those pictures growing up that we’re on the walls!!

First of all, a special mention has to go to our amazing host Amelia. She was so accommodating and made my birthday breakfast very special with some lovely little touches. The food tasted amazing and was presented well. Lovely cosy vibe going on and was dog friendly which was lovely for us as we took along our Cavapoo. Will definitely be going back again to try the lunch menu. Thank you to all the staff at the Faro Lounge, Lichfield.

Incredible food, so full of flavour I will definitely be back again in the day & night! Dishes were presented very well, friendliest staff and prices arent too bad at all considering the food is amazing! Mocktails and cocktails were very tasty. The photos I've added were just some appetiser and starters but the main was brilliant aswell. Really good atmosphere, good music playing but not too loud, very enjoyable night and to top it off there is parking right around the corner from it!

Tried to get into this place today for lunch. The man at the front very rudely told us to wait by the sign: " Wait here to be seated" sign. He said that there was a queue, there was not a single other person waiting to be seated. His attitude and the way he spoke to us was absolutely dreadful! He then immediately told us there was a free table,( of course there was. There were a few free tables) At this point we decided to go elsewhere for lunch and will never return to this place. Such a shame as it looked so nice! There are many other places to choose in Lichfield, don't choose this one! Interesting to note there are other reviews that have similar complaints.

First visit here, the restaurant was really busy but we were quickly seated at a table. You have to order food at the bar and we thought we maybe in for a long wait but the food came out really quickly and the food was really nice and couldn't fault anything. Staff was really good too, if visiting Lichfield again would certainly return.

There are lots of veggie options, I had tapas it was excellent. We were served quickly and didn't have to wait long for food. I love the cosy decor and comfy seats.
