Really lovely and huge Sunday lunch. Great value. Tastes like a homemade roast. Quick, friendly service by Holly and Aaron. We will definitely be back.

Sallie was fantastic and so friendly and attentive. Cannot wait to come back again for bottomless brunch. She was amazing. Loz was also so friendly and happy to help with anything I cannot recommend this place enough

Ordered 2 large Sunday lunches for myself and a friend. Time to table was good and the lamb itself was gorgeous but the boiled green brocoli (was supposed to be purple stem) was overcooked and the mash potatoes didn't taste fresh also the roast potatoes were a bit 'aunt bessie' looking - served with plenty of meaty red wine gravy

We had a lovely time at 55 Wade Street when we went for the 'Magic Room' on Wednesday night. The venue was lovely- modern, well designed and very trendy. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Friends had a range of snazzy looking cocktails while I enjoyed the beers. Oh, and the magic was great too.

Fab bottomless brunch! Sallie and Loz looked after us and made sure we had plenty of drinks. Food was great and drinks were yummy! Maybe a few more veggie option would be ideal, but would recommend :)

Had the best afternoon at 55 wade street with my girlfriends for bottomless brunch We had the best time. Our waitress Sallie was amazing … the drinks kept coming , the banter was awesome and she made us feel so very welcome by ensuring we had the best time. She even sneaked me a water when my mates said no 😂😂. Lovely food, great ambience, great cocktails. Will defo be back again

Our first visit and immediately upon entry we were apologised to as they were having staffing issues. Well it certainly didn't show! We started with a cocktail and decided to share a sample of the mini plates with some loaded fries. We were not disappointed! The beef burnt ends fell apart, the chorizo was lovely and halloumi sticks, well you can't go wrong! All in all the food was delicious, the staff were attentive and we'll certainly be back for another visit!

We held our daughter’s 50th birthday party here, everyone enjoyed the evening, it had a great vibe and the cocktails went down well. It was so easy to arrange on line, they were helpful and friendly.

Sunday roast at 55 Wade Street really is great value for money . Huge portions and very tasty . A warm welcome from Morgan and Aaron . Great service from Morgan tending to our every need . Veggie option good too . Definitely recommend.

Excellent evening, went for a friend's 60th. All fun and laughter.

We went here just before the panto at the theatre across the street. With it being Christmas time it was busy with parties but we had a section to ourselves and was looked after by the staff. The food was really nice and a good selection of beers.

Arrived at 5.30 and ordered fish and chips, chips were chewy!! and not fully cooked so left them all. Fish was good though, not worth £14.95 and due to a shift change no-one cleared the plates. Really hate cold plates and for £14.95 a warm plate would have been nice! The chef walked through the restaurant out the front door for maybe a cigarette not professional for such a nice looking bar

Went in last Saturday, late afternoon around 5:30pm and at 6pm the music volume began to increase every few minutes. In end it was way too loud and I couldn't hear the person I was with so we left. Drinks were great and staff were lovely though so apart from the ridiculously loud music it is a nice place to go.

Went here for lunch and had the fish and chips with a large Pepsi totalling £9.60. The fish and chips were okay for the price of £6 and were presented perfectly. Just the drink prices are relatively expensive with a Pepsi being £3.60 and a Carling being £4.60. I would definitely recommend going here for their 2 for 12 lunch deal.

Went with friends. Had there light lunch with chips and a pint . Happy to go back in the future

Had an absolute fabulous time, everything was as expected and more. Food was fantastic as was the service, we were looked after by Chelsea, lovely young lady.

Prebooked bottomless brunch for 3 people, arrived to be completely ignored, not even hello or bear with us. Finally acknowledged and we got seated, the menu was not bottomless brunch so I went and asked to be told we hadn’t booked it as we hadn’t wrote it in the comments even though on the website it does not state this and we clicked the bottomless option which one would presume does what it says!! Told they could not honour it as they needed staff behind the bar. Absolutely appalling customer service and sticky tables. Would not go there again. Lost £120 plus as we were there for the night.

Very disappointing. Went in at 5.30 so no one around. Shown to a table for three when the booking was for four and was told I’d booked for two. Finally ordered drinks - couldn’t offer a mock tail after offering three choices, chipped wine glass. Very surly barmaid. Couldn’t set up a tab. Drinks left on the bar as told to collect them. Three requests for a jug of water which was bought over with apologies for the dirty glasses (not replaced). Ordered fish & chips ( was told it would be 30-40 minutes) which was OK but not worth £14.95. This place could be so good. I never write reviews but felt I had to in this occasion - sorry.

Popped in for a couple of drinks, able to have a selection of 1/4 pints to try out different beers.

It's a nice place. Cocktails 2 for £12 til 9. Selected menu. But music was way to loud for a catch up with a friend. Couldn't hear anything she was saying.

Been here a few times for Sunday lunch and I won't go anywhere else. I'm not a huge roast fan, but their lamb dinner is amazing. Second time round no veg on the side which we had to ask for. There's a bit of a wait but it's certainly worth it. Great beer selection too.

I brought my team here for food last night and it was absolutely fabulous! Service was out of this world! Highly recommend, looking forward to going back. Also - the bottomless lunches are the best in Lich. Proper cocktails not the watered down rubbish you get in some places.

Had a fab set 2 piece meal. Just disappointing that the tapas menu wasn't available that we wanted.

Booked 55 Wade St for a drinks reception last week. Tom could not have been more helpful and the food was excellent.

I had a meal on the 11/3/23 and on entry it was a little chaotic there was a wedding which was a staff wedding and the usual head chef was off it was very busy and it is quite small space..However the staff and on particular the front of house ( very tall guy with no hair) did everything he could to make sure my son got the meal he wanted as he’s fussy eater and we got our two courses pre theatre and got to see the start of our show. It was an excellent experience

I’ve been to 55 wade street about a dozen times and I’ve never had a bad visit. From the decor to how clean the toilets are, everything is brilliant. Beth went above and beyond and I’ll definitely be back.

AMAZING BOTTOMLESS LUNCH. HOLLY WAS FAB.

So bad, where to start! After 40 minutes the Starters came with the mains. One burger came with 2 elements missing. One sharing platter also missing 2 elements. Nobody seemed to have a clue. We left with one meal just not coming at all. They need a ninja air fryer!! 😂 Requested condiments didn’t come, had to fetch own menus just generally really poor and my child had a McDonald’s on the way home which was better. Happy 39th birthday to my husband… not!

Service not great. Chatting among selves no acknowledgment. Ordered food and there was only us and two others there and it took over 40 minutes for it to come, had only ordered a panini and loaded fries. Loads of noise from kitchen, it’s fine to have a laugh at work of course but annoying when your waiting so long for food

A great bar experience, good service with well cooked food. I had the best Rump stake and Stilton sandwich with a glass of red Dry River, all served with a smile and conversation. Well done this is my new lunch time venue.

Ordered fish and chips, fish not properly cooked. Told it was. Said I wouldn't be eating it as it was pink inside and slimy. Walked out £12 down and still hungry. Definitely won't be going back.

We decided to go for a bottomless prosecco Sunday dinner. We were given our first bottle of prosecco which was chilled well, only issue was the menus stuck to the table and had not been cleaned after the previous guests. I had garlic prawns and my wife had halloumi fries, both very good. We ordered the beef and lamb, I was then told 5 minutes later there wasn't any beef so I had the belly pork instead. The pork was amazing, the lamb however was very fatty and a lot was left on the plate. We shared seasonal veg, it seemed that the only seasonal veg was carrots, carrots and carrots with a tiny slither of cabbage. Gravy was very thick, the kind of consistency you get when it's stood for a while and then reheated. We ordered a jug of strawberry mojito which was more like strawberry squash with mint. Unfortunately bottomless does seem that you take a hit on quality.

Absolutely fantastic, staff couldn't be more helpful, superb beer and food was excellent. Great band and disco to finish. Highly recommended to have a wedding or birthday bash.

Right next to bus and coach station so when you've been around the town and looked at all the shops and cathedral you can have a quick drink about 5 pound a pint

2 for £12 cocktails beware they are not unless you have the same. It doesn't say that anywhere and when we queried it we were told they couldn't get it printed on the menu. It advertises 2 for £12 12 -9pm Tuesday to Sunday everywhere. How many people have been ripped off by this 🤔

Trendy bar with relaxed atmosphere. Great location for a drink before going to see a show in Garrick Theatre opposite. Toilets were in a disgusting state.

I booked this place for a surprise birthday meal for my partner last weekend and we absolutely loved it! Couldnt recommend highly enough. Every single member of staff we spoke to or dealt with was so friendly, the atmosphere was so relaxed even though it got quite busy. The staff were just brilliant and really made our night to be honest. The food was delicious, the cocktails were fantastic and good value for a Saturday night. We will certainly be back! Nice bar. Served up cocktails - 2 for £12 when I was there. Also, beers such Prahva , Doombar, Guinness on tap. Service was good.

We visited this bar yesterday, we stood at the bar to be served, same as others, we waited for approximately 15 minutes to be served, the bar staff were ignoring/prioritising other customers who were either regulars or people they knew. We were ignored for an extended period of time and I had to ask why we haven't been served. Then a person who seemed to be the bar manager then took our order. This affected my overall experience at this bar.

I recommend checking this place out if you are in Lichfield. Very cosy with a great selection of drinks and cocktail's. Very friendly staff and very clean.
