Farmhouse Pizza (Andover) in Test Valley

Good quality food,  service was very bad. Order placed at 1719hrs, with a 25-40 min delivery time.  At 1857 justeat messaged asking if I want to request a discount,  and I respond with yes.  I get a message back saying the company won't give me a discount. 3 minutes later,  I get a message saying the order was cancelled.  I then phoned the company who claimed I cancelled the order,  and I had to place the order again, and I would be a priority for delivery. Placed again at 1912hrs, with delivery between 1935 and 1955hrs. Finally delivered at about 1949hrs; over 2 hours late for the original order,  and only after having to place a second order

They were so slow and refused to let me cancel the pizza. Tried to call and cancel, they didn’t answer time and time again, then refused to let me cancel pizza. Refused to refund after the pizza turned up cold. Person I spoke to was shocked it was cold as I live 5 mins away, yeah mate I’m confused too

I've ordered from here a few times. Great pizza and sides every time. Quick delivery and really friendly delivery driver. I look forward to ordering again!

Don't bother, they probably aren't even open but the website won't say and they'll take your money anyway. Chose one of the other pizza places in Andover (like fire away for pizza time).

Food arrived earlier than predicted on the website, always a plus. Was hot, tasted great and exactly as we ordered! Delivery driver was lovely, asked us how our evening was, thanked us for giving their store a try and recommended we try some of the home made garlic dip he put in extra for us. 10/10 experience will definitely be ordering again. Got a delivery from Farmhouse Pizza tonight. The pizza was like plastic with a chewy texture (not in a good way) and a bland taste. The bacon on it was hard like it had been sitting out. Definitely not "fresh made", as advertised. The ice cream had been completely melted to a liquid and then re-frozen; ruining the texture and taste- pretty infuriating when you're paying £7 for a pint of Ben & Jerry!

Very good pizza. Very delicate, lots of ingredients on the pizza, very nice supplier. Stay tuned for Tip next time! I recommend it with all my heart.

Pizza looks rustic and authentic in pictures, the reality is very poor quality. Had one bite and left the rest, ingredients tasted old and base was flabby on thin crust.

Had spaghetti bolognese was more spaghetti than bolognese but the lasagne was delish partner and kids were very happy with their pizzas would deffo be ordering again
