Farmhouse Pizza in Chiltern

Hi I have ordered pizza home delivery yesterday today morning we all family member having food poisoning. All family members having stomachaches and loose motion .. it was my first order but I will never order again . I am sure they have issue preparing pizza

Made me wait for absolutely ages before surprising me with the world's flattest pizza with the excuse of "They ran out of Dough" After take a bite quickly realised the base wasn't dough at all it was rock hard crackers which has chipped my tooth

Not for vegetarians, stay away if you are vegetarian. I liked their pizza but once I noticed that they are using same cutter for veg and non veg pizza, which means the meat from pizza going into vegetarian as well. When I mentioned to them that they should not be doing this then the person looked as if I requested something wrong but then said in future they will take care. When went second time then same thing happened, so basically they don't care about things customers want. And if they are doing this in the area which we can see I am not sure what they do in the kitchen where no one can see. 3rd time i just went to next door Pizza shop. This shop definitely need to understand what customers want and why they want and then build better process and teach it to their employees.

If you fancy to wait for another extra hour to get what you ordered on the phone then it is the right place. Also observed a lot of hygiene issue while cooking the pizza.

1st class pizza. Worthy of any high class pizza restaurant! Had the thin crust spicy veg. SO delicious. Delivered promptly and very fresh and hot. All the toppings totally fresh. Take away, hence no score for atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great pizza at excellent prices. Even when they've made a mistake with an order it's quickly sorted out. Friendly service. They also have those toppings you just can't get elsewhere anymore - olives, anchovies, prawns to name a few!

It's one of the best takeaway that I've ever been experienced because there are many things that I can mention in this note. Lovely staff working in the farm house pizza shop and they have made fantastic food for me and I recommend that you have an excellent time to be there and also you can order what ever you want on phone.

After getting awful service from pizzas GOGO we decided to order from farmhouse and they were very good, excellent service definitely recommend these guys.....pizza GoGo needs to be kicked out of CHESHAM because of their awfully rude service by this man who claims to be the owner....Farmhouse good luck...

I placed an order over the phone and was very clear, told whomever I spoke to the exact delivery location multiple times. This was not communicated with the delivery driver. I then received negative communication from the driver who was very rude. I told her exactly where I was and she told me that she couldn't get to where the delivery location was although it was meters away from where she parked. She continued to huff and ouff because apparently she was not told the exact location by whomever took the phonecall. I will not be ordering from this place again. I have never had issues with them before. My family are extremely disappointed in this experience.

Ordered from here for years. Recently had terrible service. Rude over the phone when i said i wanted to pay by card as they preferred cash. Then to find an item missing when delivered. Waste of money for average pizza!

Worst customer service there was a very rude person on phone who hung up phone as I asked for delivery! Don’t bother wasting your money- there are plenty of other pizza shops, with great customer service!

Tried to order a pizza over the phone (always have done in the past as we require something that isn't online). Was told online only. When I spoke previously to the owner he told me to phone anytime and I can order. It's seems the owner doesn't know what the manager is up to half the time. The manager is lazy and can't be arsed to take orders over the phone. They have just lost a loyal customer, which quite frankly the manager didn't care about and put the phone down. He said the owner isn't here that often as it's a franchise. Bad management all round. Spent £40 at pizza hut instead. Sooo much better. Better tasting pizza, higher quality. Won't be going back to this cheap arsed place.

Ordered a small seafood pizza, and paid for extra anchovies. There were no anchovies, plenty tinned tuna, but not single anchovy & they wonder why they are losing customers, and what is up with the pizza not even being sliced into triangles? So glad I'm never ordering from there again, not even if I'm desperate for something to eat....

I've never had a problem with the food or delivery service here and we order a couple of times a month. Having said that, we always order through Just Eat so we pay online. The pizzas are always well cooked and piping hot. I particularly recommend the thin crust chill chicken pizza which is well lush. Love this place!

Pizzas are always nice, but same cannot be said for service. Placed order and told to hold the line because payment took a couple of minutes: 10 minutes later they hung up on me. Had to call back. :(

We have ordered from here before and it was lovely... unfortunately this time i cant say the same thing at all. The pizza bases were only just cooked mine was completley white on the bottom, also there were next to no jalepenos in the stuffed crust my partner left half of his. You charge extra for it so put the moneys worth on the pizza! Also my daughter wanted spag bol which we have at home often and she loves it! She had a few mouth fulls and pushed it away complaining she didnt like it, on tasting it i completley got why it was really bad the pasta was crispy in places and not properly cooked and it had no flavour whatsoever. I cant believe i payed £5 for that! Shocking. AND i had to cook her something different which ment by the time i had done that my pizza was cold😤😡 If your going to run a resteraunt/takeaway you need to ensure you are sending out food that is firstly edible, also on par if not better that somebody can make themselves at home. A takeaway is supposed to be our family's weekly treat not a weekly disaster! On this occasion, total and utter waste of money will not be ordering again.

Twice wouldn’t deliver orders to our area that had already been placed, and were jolly rude even hung the phone up mid-way through a call. Bring back Raz, he delivered for us for years was very polite and gave us extremely reasonably priced offers!!

Not only is the food really tasty, the delivery driver came to the station when our train didn't get in on time, only to offer us a lift home as well! Called when he was outside the house and met us at the station with out food when we weren't there to collect. Daveed (apologies if I've spelt that wrong), has restored faith in humanity! Will definitely be ordering from farmhouse again.

Great pizza and didn't take nearly as long as told over phone

Friendly bunch of people with an amazing range of toppings and sides available. Open late for those of us with late night munchies. Thoroughly recommend the cheese-and-chilli stuffed-crust base. Amazing.

the pizza are nice but they dont use fresh ingredients.we bought one on friday 11/18 and it had chilli powder on it instead of fresh chilli. I think they are better than pizza hut but it was a lot of money for non fresh ingredients.

really disappointed! I spent my hard earned money at this place to find out that not only was the quality of the pizza poor but the delivery man had no change so I had no option but to give him the £20 note... Then I find Out My pizza was cold! I tried calling the company several times to complain and they kept putting me on hold. I even asked if I could speak to the manager and the guy on the phone said “The Manager Is Dead Man” Really disappointed absolutely terrible service and terrible pizza

Best pizza in town, our absolute fave takeaway! Much better pizza than dom or the hut, its also alot better value for money! Staff are always friendly and food is almost always faster than time they say upon order.

I ordered pizzas from Farmhouse pizza by ringing them. When I went into the shop to collect, I realised I was paying more and getting one less side. When I asked the store manager the same, he then checked the bill receipt and changed the amount. He says I need to be clear when calling and check for deals, which I did and was not offered any information. The pizza didn't taste great either.

Pizza is ok. Always takes a while though and they charge 50p for card payments.

The largest pizzas in Chesham I think 18" for £10.99 collected.

Very bad customer service wasn't paying attention to my order

The pizza they make is good, at times, just make sure you will choose the cash option instead If the card. They sure like to take their sweet time when it's paid already.

Vile & disgusting staff very inexperienced peooke. Filthy looking place in terms of hygiene, very small very cramped working space, arrogant over the phone and in person. I've eaten from this place numerous ammout of times and have never experienced this type of service never will I be eating from her again and never will i recommend this so called pizza shop to anybody and besides you got pizza gogo 3 doors up and a Chinese next door so its win win

They make the best pizzas and have some different options like Mexican style pizza
