No good rubbish Pizza expensive don’t recommend anyone

Really gone downhill unfortunately. It was really good tasty food but not anymore thats the 3rd time this year that I have ordered from here and it’s been late cold and not very nice tbh.

Very confusing pricing, order says one price, then when you get email price is hiked by £2.50. delivery and service charge. I understand delivery but not service. It used to be free if you ordered over a certain amount. We rang to complain and were told that the order was done and delivery guy was just leaving, still took 45 mins to arrive and we probs no more than 20 mins away. Pizza quality has gone downhill too, base very soggy and toppings a bit lacking. Have used for a good few years but will find somewhere else in future.

Awful food was over an hour late and cold sauces missing chips missing and barely any meat thank god because it was disgusting

Absolutely disgusting, just saw an employee place the pizza spatula on the floor and then use it to dish the pizza up with. So basically all you lucky lot tonight have had your pizza dished up from the floor. yuk! I had right go at the man. To which he replied it is normally kept on paper. I guess he run out of paper tonight. Poor excuse!

I would not recommend anyone order here ! We ordered from there sister company that runs from the site Greek eat order was late that may be down to just eat but when the food arrived they had missed out most of our order and the food was shocking, tiny portions a sprinkling of burnt chicken and barely any salad and no sauce ! I called the shop to discuss correcting this and they refused to give us the food that we had ordered as they said they had packed it ! Terrible customer service ! Do not order here unless you want terrible food and to not receive what you ordered absolutely awful would never eat here or let anyone I know eat here !

Have used these a few times over the past year and they've been good, last order wasnt 100% but thought i'd give them another try. Had a pizza and garlic bread from them tonight and both were inedible. Luke warm and both weren't cooked enough so the dough was gooey under the toppings and tasted horrible. Also asked for a deep pan and got given a thin pizza. Won't be ordering from these again and tonight's food has gone in the bin. Edit.. Was called after this review and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. Was offered another order from them and this time it was spot on. Not many people own their mistakes and put it right so have edited my previous score, it's only fair and can't ask for more than that.

Tried their tikka masala pizza and it was great. Fresh pizza with quality taste. Recommended 💯

Says delivered on just eat when didnt come, avoid at all costs. Unless you dont mind waiting 3 hours

It is so unfortunate that I feel the need to leave such a poor review for a business that have previously wowed me constantly. As a very regular customer to Farmhouse, I have always thoroughly enjoyed their food & service time & time again ... until this evening. In the past we would order through JustEat & our meal (no matter how big or small) would always arrive either on time or early & would be correct & steaming hot. The flavours & quality were always outstanding. Unfortunately, after learning that the company has changed hands, we will not be using them again. Our order took almost two hours to get to us (twenty minutes later than estimated & being told by the Just Eat app to "enjoy your food" that didn't exist.) After calling the restaurant twice & receiving a very abrupt & unhelpful service, our order arrived ... Well some of it. The drink we ordered was missing, one of the two pizzas was completely wrong & the quality has completely slipped away & the pizzas themselves were cold. That was due to the Just Eat driver admitting he had three orders to deliver before ours even though we lived a three minute drive away (I'm fully aware that the restaurant does not have much control once the order has left, but it did not help the situation.). If you are a regular of Farmhouse, I'd strongly avoid from now on. Sad day.

Absolute garbage, delivered almost an hour late, pizza was lukewarm, chicken was charred to a cinder, delivery guy had no clue what he was doing, shop was dismissive. Avoid like the plague.

Food as good as ever, on time and fresh out the oven hot. Get yourselves the best pizza in the medway towns.

Food was great and despite there being an issue with missing items they delivered the missing items quickly and even provided a complimentary dessert.

We ordered another takeaway from farmhouse pizza which was delicious yet again we’ve ordered a few times now and we’ve never had a bad meal from them 10/10

I ordered from here as I have tried different branches and have never been disappointed. I’d like to say thank to the team!! I ordered using just eat and when the order arrived it was incorrect due to an error with the app. The team were fast to rectify this mistake and happily delivered the correct pizza even though they were close to the closing time. I am very grateful and will definitely be ordering again! I would ask for delivery times to be quicker but the delay may have been due to me ordering late but thank you for your service it was worth it!

Great on the phone and delivery driver was top class as always, food was a bit late and not hot because of delivering multiple orders but still pretty good.

The garlic bread was okay. The pizza was okay good quality the only thing that let it down where the chips unseasoned a little cold and soggy but apart from that the delivery came early their wasn't much to complain about so 5 stara for delivery and 4 out of 5 for food. Was good value for money will order aging hoping to turn 5 out 5 on food quality it just need a few tad improvements to them chips it would get 5 stars .

Pizza came cold. Disappointed in waiting over an hour for just an cold pizza.

Definitely not the best quality 'Extra Pepperoni ' didn't even have as much pepperoni as I'd expect on a standard pepperoni - that said, it was delivered on time, and given the price I'd still say fairly good value!

Great quality food, would recommend the bbq ribs.

I wouldn't bother ordering. Got told that they were running out of dough. So all pizas would have to be thin base. Waited 90 mins for a Pizza that,looked like it was run over by a steam roller. I have honestly never seen a thinner Pizza in all my life. Just go check out the photos on Google Poor service, poor food, DONT BOTHER.

Outrageously rude. I got told I was wrong for ordering through Uber eats. I’m not your bro I’m a customer. Kept me on hold and were disgustingly rude when they thought I couldn’t hear them.

Farmhouse pizza doesn't seem to have any connection to a farm and the images of freshness and quality that terminology brings to mind. The pizza itself is well below average, incredibly doughy, and seems quite processed. No part of the pizza seemed fresh whatsoever and the flavour was almost entirely lacking. It resembles a loaf of bread. On price this is alright for a cheap pizza party where people are possibly not fussed about getting good pizza, such as if people have been drinking and need something to eat fast. Their pizzas are big, yes, but the quality is so low that you'd be better off just going for the supermarket option. This is far from gourmet or the wood fired delights of places like Fireaway Pizza, etc.

The food was not as described, stone baked looked stone baked, this looked as if they made many sets of the same size pizza dough and it looks like it went into an oven instead of a stone baked oven, the cheese dipps were hard and the wedges came out soggy.

Arrived hot, everything was a bit overdone, especially the garlic bread that was black round the edges, pizza was like a lot of takeaways, all cheese & not a lot of topping, get what you pay for......

Quality is fantastic and always early, we use them almost weekly. The only negative is they often forget the dips, once is OK twice not impressed but 3 times is just not on, if this is done to others they must make a fortune
