As the name indicates, it’s truly fantastic chicken. I had chicken wings and the spices and flavours are delicious. Their service is so great. When ever chicken wings comes to my mind this place is my no 1 choice in this area.

Order was a little late but we were kept fully updated, food was lovely and hot. Delivery driver was very professional and apologetic. Dont mind orders being late as long as we’re informed and had some extra wings to make up for it. Delivery driver a credit to the shop.

I've been getting food from this place for quite a number of years and quality of the food is consistently good. There were two areas where I think they could improve instantly. Firstly, is the minimum charge that you have to pay online to get the items delivered? It's far too much for food of this valley and you end up over ordering. It's cheaper to go down there and pick it up yourself which defeats the point. Secondly, is the ordering area within the shop itself. It's normally pretty grimey and could do with a good clean. The last time I ordered from there, there were customers serving behind the counter for some strange reason and it all seem to be a bit of a mess. If you don't mind spending a fortune to get the items delivered then you'll not be disappointed.

Food was delivered piping hot and absolutely delicious, definitely what we needed after a long day at work. Recommend to anyone who loves chicken

As close an alternative (in quality) to Kentucky as you will get in these here parts...with just as vast a menu too. Each order seems freshly made to order as the slightly-longer-than-you-might-expect-to-wait-for-your-order-to-arrive time would suggest. I find this perfectly acceptable and order a bit earlier at peak time especially, as our little town gets clogged up between 1700-1945 of a weekday especially. The chaps inside the shop are very amenable and will aim to resolve any negative experience I might have had. My suggestion would be to try the Chicken Fillet Tower Burger, 'tis to die for and is a veritable meal in itself

The driver parked a few doors away and sat in the car then pulled up at the end of our drive and still sat in the car. After five minutes he rang me to say he was outside I went to the door and he got out of the car and came to the door. He did not knock and I questioned why he just sat in the car. He claimed he had been to the door but I can see my drive from my front room window where I was sat and he had remained in the car. My food was cold and his attitude was poor.

It was a little late, but totally worth waiting for. Piping hot and delicious too. Guessing it's busy because it's so good. So order early!

Booked about 4.30. Chips didn't feel fresh and chicken pieces small when generally they are mixed. Generally great service though

Got told drivers driving slow because of the rain! Was due to arrive at quarter 2 then 5 past arrived at 20 past, cold.

Great delivery driver but the food was not great for the £20 spent. Chicken burger tough as leather, no flavour. Tower burger was just as dead. Wrap was bland . Chips were the best part really. Quite disappointing given the name of the restaurant.

Waited 2 hours for the delivery to arrive cold and with items missing from the order . Really poor experience.

Very good service, fresh and hygienic environment

Food was late, spoke to the restaurant 3 times, the first time was told the order had left and would be 5 minutes, 20 mins later phoned again and was told it would be 5 mins then was called back and told the order had left 5 mins previously after being told that it had already left the first time I called. As it turned out when it turned up it was missing three items which tells me that the order was hastily cooked long after my first call - refund request already submitted. Not touching this place again.

Food is always great quality haven’t had a bad one, delivery is 9 times out of 10 in the estimated time given. We have also had 1 or 2 cases of a missing item but it has always been rectified, cant fault the drivers or the customer service one bit.

The chicken was really dry, tough, and completely flavourless. Some of the chicken tenders were over cooked and under-fried, making them really tough but soggy wet batter. No flavouring at all. Really shocked as usually they are good. Will not be ordering for delivery again.

Ordered through Just Eat and it came after over an hour, even though its a 5 minute drive away. Order wasn't packed in a hygienic way. The bags were open with fries and chicken wings fallen out. Food all looked and tasted old, some not even cooked properly. Could not eat it. Really bad experience.

Paid 7.99£ for chicken burger meal and it was absolutely disgusting I couldn’t eat it.Said the chicken was fresh but it had such a disgusting smell to it

Just had a delivery, chicken burgers nice, chips are nice and big, but the 3 pieces of chicken were either very out of date or it was not a chicken. The smell of them was disgusting but I didn't want to waste my money so I tried a bite of each and had to hold back being sick. This has put me right off chicken now. If you don't believe me, order some yourself. Good luck

Horrible tasting chicken , dirty

First time ordering and the last over cooked chips and slimy chicken I ordered a burger and I would hardly call one chicken strip not even going to eat asit hardly worth risking getting sick

Forgive me for this bad review, but its a must, cant take anymore mistakes and just keep quiet. Mother ordered 2x chicken meal deals and the meat was literally rotten, cold fries and waste of £5 diesel to come to this place. Not to mention the lady working at the till barely understanding what you want as cutom order (simply wont corporate) Never going back even if world hunger begins. Sorry to owner and staff, but management skills are a must to have good business with loyal customers. Price too steep for what it is too. As its bad However with all this, i do give credit when there have been good take-away in place, probably when new stock of chicken was delivered. Lost 13 costumers as none of my family will go there

So I oreded from here today to get this chicken lucky my kids are older that both went chicken is pink phones shop man tryed telling me not pink I just cooked it I went it is ment to be sending out chicken balls we see but this ant good enought

Chernobyl Chicken Read with Caution Hoping to order from Favorite Chicken and Ribs which is unfortunately no longer available for Deliveroo orders in my area or KFC which was closed, me and my friend decided to give Fantastic Chicken a whirl. Not only did delivery take one and a half hours but when the food arrived this is when the real problems began. The chicken was undercooked like eating chewy rubber and comparible in quality to that of DNA altering Chernobyl Road Kill, the wings were completely bland and not crispy at all as they should be, the skin was barely intact with the wings, and the meat itself was rubbery, chewy and completely undercooked, me and my friend wondered to ourselves was this really chicken as we contemplated our order and even existences after taking one bite. This so called "chicken" that was swimming in more grease than John Travolta's hair in the 70s, can surely, I repeat, surely not be for human consumption!!! I then proceeded to call the restaurant and express how displeased I was with the food, yet nothing was offered other than more of the inedible Chernobyl like wings we already had disposed off. Curiously there have been less flies around the food waste bin today, perhaps they share the same distaste towards this abomination of "food" me and my friend expressed. £30 down the toilet, avoid at all costs, eat here at your peril!!!

Tasty chicken, and a recipe that will not upset your stomach. I don't know how they do it, but I can stuff myself with it at 10pm plus beer and still have a great night sleep.

Ordered through the website directly and took over 2 hour to arrive (shop was 2 mins away) due to only 1 driver and chips were stale, hard and overcooked, chicken was very good and was big chunks

Sorry but this is absolutely terrible. I ordered a hour and a half ago. My order has only just left the restaurant. Their excuse is because I’m out of their area and don’t have enough drivers. You need to take yourself off my area then as it’s not fair keeping people waiting this long for food through your own fault. If your hungry and want “fast food” don’t order from here! I will add, the food is lovely, delivery and customer service not so good!

I ordered a delivery last night and I must say the food was absolutely juicy, succulent and simply Fantastic!!! Great customer service from the gentleman over the phone and the person who delivered was friendly and helpful and provided the non contact as requested by me.

Friendly staff but they only had 11 wings at the time.. they tasted a bit gingery but resembled chicken drumsticks as they were quite large. Big chicken pieces which werent overly oily and chips were nice.

Lovely spicey wing better than kfc

So....I love the chicken no issues there, I ordered a burger, but there was so much sauce top and bottom that when I picked it up the meat literally just slid out of the bun and the onion rings were awful.

Hands down THE best chIcken in Kent. Always fresh, always piping hot and always arrives ahead of time. Never once have I had a bad meal from them

Ordered from here for the first time in a while, its just as fantastic as it was then. Quick service, really great food and really a kind delivery person.

Food was absolutely vile, cold undercooked and got my order completely wrong I wouldn’t come back here if it was the last place on earth and if you don’t believe me just look at the kitchen.

I went to this establishment of it can be called that last night 4th of August and can I say the smell coming from the place should of rang alarm bells it smelts as if there was rotting meat inside and the next day after the chicken my belly has been so messed up. Thanks but I'd rather KFC than something that should not be for human consumption let alone a dog. Avoid at all costs. Peace. Reply to owner cool you got the wrong person I'm not a man that drinks. The thing is I spoke about your establishment and the never made it personal and made up lies about you as a person, so well done you excelled in yourself

I love the service with a smile. Staff are really welcoming and friendly. My fav food: grilled wrap, spicy wings, tower burger... Its really fantastic. My kids really love the food, as its always cooked freshly.

Order from here quite often but never again.when called to say chips were cold was tld it was cos of the burger sauce!!!! Only 3 chips had it on and the portion was tiny.very rude when i called.lost mine and alot of customers now.
