Paid for a can of Coke which I didnt receive

the meat was like chewing a rubber and my chips was just full off oil and then the kebab with saled had more saled than meat which cost like 12 quid

Decent bit of scran as usual! Haven’t managed to finish a portion yet as they’re massive and very tasty. Will be ordering again soon.

All around was great. I’m not from around here and by far is better than any kebabs in my area. The large chips, was very large. Very good portion that filled me up. And the burger was very well done, cooked perfectly. Was prepared nice and quick so I could go and collect it. Only bad thing was the pitta was abit soggy but other then that it was 10/10 ! Usually better experience however today food was cold on delivery and items missing - ordered the lamb shish special but no onions mushrooms and peppers, not great really.

Food is always high quality and hot,they can't be beaten.

Food order took 1 hour and 30 mins not acceptable as originally says 30/40 mins and it’s cold and not very well presented family in my household not happy, I request a full refund

Turned up late and cold and was missing a kebab rang the shop they said they would deliver another one that was nearly 2 hours ago would not recommend or order there again

not having lived at mangravet for 18 years, I decided to treat my family and give them the taste of my old kebab shop from my younger days, and it didn't disappoint.... still taste how I remembered . defo order again x

Arrived just a few minutes late, was hot and plenty of food. The chicken in the shish kebab is always delicious. Very generous portion of chips.

My order was over an hour late I received an email confirming my order was out for delivery the shop is 5 mins from my house I called up half an hour later wondering where my food was and was told it would be with me no longer than 5 more minutes it was another 30 mins until my food arrived which made it over an hour late!! and when the food arrived it was stone cold!!. I would never ever order from here before shocking service and food quality was far from present

ordered two pizzas of which one was wrong did send a replacement but took 45 mins and was luke warm when arrived usally order from here and its really good so hope its just a one off

Another Saturday night last minute decision and once again this place delivered the perfect package. Hot, tasty and turned up early, what’s not to like? Actually couldn’t finish it all, so big thumbs up for portion size. They followed the salad/sauce directions to a tee, unlike other places so definitely my go to place.

The food quality is always alright for the most part but every time I place an order they get it wrong or items are missing this time was a bottle of sauce this time and the menu prices are less than what they actually charge pot of sauce says £1.20 when you go through to check out it’s £2.50 for a very small portion of sauce daylight robbery and the bottle of sauce menu price was £6.00 the checkout price was £6.90!! Not right!! This is the last time I will ever use this place which is a shame a

Gotta love it when you order a kebab, chips and 2 pizzas and they forget the pizzas! Was told they would send them out, never showed up! I now have 2 hungry & very disappointed kids!

Who on earth serves a kebab full of salad and sauce and greasy meat in paper!? I’ve never ever in 33 years been served a kebab without a box, by time it got to us it was all saturated through and cold. Meat wasn’t nice. Presentation was horrific BUT portion sizes great

Saturday night order after the rugby but turned up pretty quickly and loads of it. Hot and good quality. Happy to use again.

We’re lucky to have a good kebab shop like this locally, food is always of good quality and properly cooked, a nice mix of salad, fresh chips etc. Highly recommended.

Ones again, the food was cold. One of the boxes of food was half empty. Pictures available food the sauce pot was half empty pictures available? and this is about the third or fourth time when we first started using German kebabs, the food was excellent service was excellent, but now it’s falling apart. The food comes cold and half empty boxes and they’ll tonight cost me £27. I need a full refund

Just ordered and they wanted £27 for meat and chips garlic bread and some wing's a complete ripoff

Arrived earlier than expected which was good but not always ok but driver was friendly. Food was amazing, the homemade doner was the best have ever tasted, good amount of salad and sauce. Only negative is packaging I felt was hard to eat from if you did not have a plate but just being picky definitely will order again from them.

I never have a problem with my order here but my recent order the crust was almost as if it was stale and the cheese was hard , the chips were also not cooked

Food in the most part was only just warm and my childs meat and chips contanter was squashed to the point that it had split in a few places most likely due to driver carrying food in hand rather than in a keep warm delivery bag on the whole very disappointing,

The best kebab we have had in a long time.The meat tasted so fresh and not at all greasy.We had a large portion of chips to share between 3 of us as well as 3 lamb doners and there was more than enough. Will definitely use Britannia Grill again.

Chicken kebab was that soggy that the paper it was wrapped in was stuck to the pitta bread and made all the pitta bread soggy. The small chips were cold and the kids Burgar and chips bun was burnt and chips cold

I added the what 3 words to help with finding my address but the delivery driver must not have had the app and struggles to find me.

Well after I had dug all the grease torn bits of paper out of both meals we dug in to eat what I can only describe as the worse kebab in 37yr of my life I could fill a cup up with the grease the chicken was rock solid and the Shish was burnt to a tasteless crisp and to top it off we both didn’t finish it the Mrs has gone bed and my heads been down the loo since ……£27 wasted I can sadly say 👎🏻 I don’t leave reviews but this had to be said !!!!! Timing was spot on that’s all I really can say !!!

This place does the best kebabs around and they give you plenty of meat. Excellent all round.

Ive been eating here since I was kid as grew up in mangravet and never had a problem until today I questioned a portion size because they sent a kids size at the price of a adults to be shouted at and spoken to in the rudest manor I’ve ever heard I’m totally shocked at this behaviour from this kebab shop. i can honestly say I will never be using this kebab shop again 🖕

App said food was delivered when it wasn’t. Rang restaurant and they hung up before I could even finish talking to them. Food came late after it said it had been delivered ages ago when it hadn’t been

Unfortunately can't give positive review. Waited for delivery for way over an hour. After got SMS that it left the restaurant it still didn't arrive for 25 minutes and had to call to chase. When it arrived pizza was I would say warm with dried cheese and kebab was wrapped in paper that pretty much started dissolving into the salad from the grease. Very little chicken as well in the kebab. Only positive side was nice and kind driver but with the food seems like prices are going up for everything but quality down.

Chicken fillet burger was just chicken in bun no salad or sauce cost 5 pound and cost less than a pound to make chips were all greasy and looks like it was cooked in old oil but rest was ok

Probably the worst kebab we ever had in our lives . The rice was hard and chewy,the chicken meat was dry and tasteless so don’t bother ordering from here . Even by Maidstone low standards this was by far the worst kebab we ever had the misfortune to order .
