First trip to Babo's, will go again, very nice food

If you order a kebab they do not provide any salad at all. Seems to be a common theme in Maidstone, why don't the takeaways provide salad with your kebab! Tasty enough, quick service and reasonably priced.

Meat fantastic Sides amazing Salad very poor When you ask for a kebab with full sald and get a good kebab but salad in a very small pot on the side. Very disappointing. Please sort out your salad. Red cabbage and onions in the kebab and loads of it please

Took almost 3 hours to arrive by which time it was cold. Told there would be no charge only for them to back track the following day.

Never again shall I order from here food was almost 2hrs late cold and tasteless,not even an apology given when I rang to complain,its almost as if they think they have the right to serve sub standard food and make you wait for it,, this business deserves to go bust if this is how they treat their customers

In response: I tried to call today and spoke to 4 different people and then I get told you know nothing about this so what am I suppsoed to do for you to put it right if you tell me you can't understand what I'm saying? Tasteless kebab, chips saturated in old oil and poor customer service - shouted at me to pick up my food and just slammed it on the counter yet the other people who came in they was nice and handed their food to them. Face don't fit.

I am an italian pizza chef and it's very rare that I eat any pizza for years in uk but when I tasted babo's chicken Tikka 18 inch pizza Avery unique and very much Italian style pizza base good job guy's keep it up and only one suggestion that try to be more quick in service.

After seeing some of the reviews I thought why not I’m not into large quantities where I leave loads of food. Well my wife comes back and I’ve waited 8 years for this because we live in the US and you can’t get a Donner. The food was very delicious and wow I don’t know what people are moaning about because this medium was more like a extra large lol. I finished what I could and it was just mind blowing how good it was. If you read the comments forget the ones that say the portion size is small. They must be cows who think that hehe. Thank you all for a fantastic dinner. Please come to Tennessee and open a shop there.

My first order and really impressed. My wife likes a chicken shish with a skewer of veg and all the salad, only place I have found that do it since moving to Maidstone. I had a kofte, with skewer of veg, salad and halloumi. All the food was delicious, the online ordering was very easy, my order was ready when I arrived, the shop is smart and clean with a carpark behind and everyone working there was wearing clean white coats and hair nets. Also have their own app, but I haven't tried that yet. Best of all I have a happy wife 😊

OMG! I’ve got love in my tummy! Ordered the chicken wrap, dinner and kofte combination kebab and chips for delivery 😋 Didn’t wait too long, delivery driver was very polite and the food yum yum. Chicken wrap was packed with chicken and loved that the salad was already in it. Thank you Babos!

Overpriced Small portions What used to be a great takeaway is now way below average Disappointing babos. Sort it out!

Portion sizes have gone way too small, Burger sauce is way to sweet, Pitta Breads are not cooked out. This use too be a great Kebab house, unfortunately not anymore !!

The portions are too small, I have paid £22 and I only got one small pizza and one kabab roll, ridiculously and the kabab was not cooked properly.

Just bought some food from here after not using the place in about a year. My large chicken Shish was nearly a tenner, if that’s what these guys call large then they would of disappointed a lot of women over the years. My wrap had hardly any salad in it at all. I’ll stick to Madgingford fish bar in future, not overpriced and decent portions.

This is the first time that I have used this kebab shop. I was very disappointed with the time it took to cook the food and the portions ordered and quality of food was unacceptable considering the price that I was charged. Unfortunately I will not be using this kebab shop again.

Just had a pizza from here and I've got to say it was probably the best pizza I've ever had .I've even saved some for tomorrow. I will definitely be ordering a pizza from here again

Phoned in for a delivery. Service over the phone was polite and helpful. Food came very quickly and the food was even better. Would 100% recommend and we will be ordering again soon!

This use to be our favourite go to kebab place we would go here all the time! Got to the point they knew our order 2 years ago but now it’s under new management and someone else owns it it’s gone down hill big time!! There rude, tbere prices have gone up loads, tbere chips never taste hot like there done in a microwave. A shame really

Very expensive now for some reason. The food is ok, not great. Its £5 for a 1/4 burger on its own is to expensive. I think management need to rethink their strategy here, it’s a kebab shop on a housing estate not a sit down restaurant! Charcoal grill down the road does 1/4 chips and drink for a £5. Please review your prices Babos , everyone wants to support local businesses but at a reasonable cost.

Rang to say my order wasn't right, I wasn't asking for refund or more food, but thought they should be aware of mistake. Was treated with contempt, after saying the food is always nice. Told to order elsewhere in future by the unpleasant unprofessional 'lady' on the phone, who then promptly hung up. Nice...not

I love kebabs from here. I live in Penenden Heath but still order my kebabs from Babo's. The meat is delicious and when I asked for extra salad I received it. I order through Just Eat and I have always received my order earlier than it says I will.

My partner went in to there shop and ordered, got mine wrong, we called up and they gave us an "I'm sorry" we will get you a new one, just for them to bring another wrong meal! Do you not write what people have ordered down? Especially if you got it wrong first?

Was always a reasonably priced takeaway for everything but tonight I was charged £13 for an extra large Doner. £13!!! With no salad!!! Are you for real!! I wish you well for the future, goodbye.

Good customer service and nice food

Shocking service and cold food. After waiting an hour we were told the driver was close by and to call back in ten minutes. Ten minutes later we were told he hadn't actually left. An hour and a half later the food turns up stone cold. Had to return it only to be told a refund would have to be done through PayPal. Absolutely terrible service and will never order from here again.

Nice burger with good salad, lots of chips in a paper bag. Good value for the lunch market.

This is the second time they given us the wrong food. When I called to complain the lady said it her who anwser the phone . Yet it was a man . Then she found my order and read it back and it was not I order . But she insisted it was . He even read it back to me correct . They going down the drain again .

Awful service, rude and barely speaks English. Was ripped off a couple times and they refused to correct my order when they got it wrong. Food was mediocre, cold and gave me indigestion. Worst customer service I've ever received, don't use them.

Disappointing food. Didn't fulfil the order correctly. The driver turned up with a receipt even showing the correct order. Called the restaurant who were uncooperative and unwilling to do anything about it, before hanging up on me. Avoid.

Ordered wraps, paid £27.00 no salad just 6 small pieces of chicken chucked in a wrap!! Called and was told to take wrap back and they would add the salad, asked to speak to the manager who just put the phone down. Phoned back and phone was put down. Also driver didn't have change so it actually cost me £30! We demanded our money back for the whole meal, we will never use Babo again.... really bad customer service! AVOID!!!!

Very poor. Ordered a large chicken kebab which cost £7.20 and only had 6 bits of chicken in it! Salad that comes with it in a separate box is tiny. Got a price for delivery over the phone but then the guy turns up and says it is a pound extra. Queried it on the phone and am told it is because we are over 4.1 miles. Wasn't told that when I ordered it so didn't pay it. Tried to speak to manager but told he would be away for a week. Offered 50 pence off my next order! 😂 Safe to say we will not be using them again.

Before I started ordering from them I asked if they were halal. They said no. I have just found them under hungry house catagory, halal. I am disgusted and feel conned into eating halal slaughtered meat. I will never order from them again

If you place your order via the Internet, go via Hungry House or Just Eat. They always cock it up when you go direct. Shame really because the food is good and usually prompt. Charcoal Grill it is then.

Absolutely vile ordered a large pizza and ate one slice (just about) then threw the whole thing away. Made me feel sick waste of money only good thing was the can of Coke
