I really really like fantastea, the service is fast, the drinks are tasty and the workers are really nice - when they're there. This is the third time this month I've gone in to grab a drink before getting on the bus stop outside, and there just hasn't been anyone behind the counter, despite me waiting around five minutes each time. Maybe I should be louder and shout for people in the back, but thats far too embarrassing for me to do. Maybe a bell is a good idea! If you've got time to kill waiting for someone to turn up, its a great little spot. If you're in a rush, better to try the other bubble tea places around Oxford.

I am so pleased coming to this place. Ordered passion fruit booster with lychee jelly, the taste was amazing and with the real passion fruit in the cup!!! Had been served by a super nice lady. Definitely will come back again.

Used to like that place…..today the woman with the green gray hair « served » us was really rude!! We’re not responsible of your issues, if you don’t like your job you’re not a tree you leave….or have some hospitality training !! We were regular customers….goodbye !

We just popped in for a quick drink whist the rain came tumbling down outside. Little did we know that things would get stormy inside Fantastea. The service from the server was adequate and somewhat lacklustre however she managed to take our order. We took our seats and our tea was delivered to our table. Now, tea is at the forefront of English culture. A tea can bring families together, a sign of love between a couple and be shared between long-lost friends. This tea was not pleasant. With more milk than a Cornish dairy and more white than a snowy winter’s day, this was far from “tea”. We politely like requested a stronger cup. The server looked at us in complete contentment. Threw the saucer upon the table and stormed off. When one of our party went to check what was happening and then politely requested just a splash of milk, she was greeted with the server exclaiming “Jesus Christ”. My ears couldn’t believe it; using the lords name in vain!! The tea did not impress even then. My recommendation: if it rains in Oxford, you’re better off getting wet outside than visiting Fantastea.

Visiting Oxford as a group of 8 (2 families, with 4 kids) we had been exposed to Tiktok enough to know that bubble tea is currently on trend. Fast forward to 4 kids, drinking cold tea, with squidgy black balls in the bottom, and they were happy! Lovely service, eager to ensure customers were pleased with their purchase. Maybe a little expensive at £3.85 for a small drink?? But who am I to judge?? Nice, clean cafe, with lovely vibe, and pleasant staff, good luck to you all xx

Fuair mé an Bubble tea classic. Bhí sé go maith agus bhí an praghas cgl. Bhí fadhb beag agam leis an gcupán. Rachfainn ar ais.

Popped in here while waiting for a bus, happening to be very thirsty. A wide variety of hot and cold drinks available, including fruit coolers, flavoured lattes, slushes, etc. We where intrigued by the more eastern influenced flavours and went for matcha and red bean slushie as well as a more typical blue slushie. We would highly recommend, especially if you like Asian flavours.

Udon noodles overcooked. Beef of minor quality; worse than chewing gum. Taste as if sth had burned in the frying pan and pan not properly cleaned. Almost only noodles: seems to be the cheapest ingridient. Carrot's texture as if frozen veggies. Almost 13£ for the large is way to expensive for what you get.

I have had hot and sour soup many times and from many sources, however the example recieved this evening was inedible due to the fact that it felt like a whole tub of hot chillies were dumped in it. It was so overpowering that it spoiled the rest of the order. I would suggest that the creator of this disaster, be made to eat a pot full.

香港人に紹介されました。値段も手頃で本格的な味付けでした。22年3月に取引先の送別会で利用しようとしましたが閉まっており、その後ずっと開いていないので閉店の模様です。残念です。
