Mi lugar favorito de falafel en Manchester. Sabroso, porciones grandes, buena relación calidad-precio. La envoltura de falafel y halloumi siempre es deliciosa y las porciones de papas fritas son increíbles.

Great food, especially the haloumi. Very filling. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommend others to come.

This place used to be incredible, I would tell everyone about it. It's somehow gone downhill and everything that used to be great now turns up cold and disappointing. Such a shame

Ioved the food. It’s authentic Arabian ! But the waitress was very grumpy and you can see she doesn’t like what she does ! I would rather have an average food with a smile !

I come to them continuously and every time I say maybe the service has improved but to no avail the service of one of the workers is very bad I bought

Halloumi wrap was absolutely swimming in tahini sauce and hummus to the point where all of its packaging was dripping. It was horrible and couldn't eat it. But falafel wrap didn't have same problem and was great? Shame about the halloumi wrap.

food was extremely salty. we couldn't eat it. it will be thrown in the bin. waste of time.. money and energy.

Falafel was absolutely delicious. Definitely coming again for more on next visit to Manchester. A must visit for authentic Falafel.

Been coming to Falafel for many years. Prefer the original decor (too much plastic now) but the food and service still great

I’ve been going to this place for years and it has always been good but this it was outrageous. Sat there for 40 mins to get a falafel wrap. Everyone in the restaurant was confused. We were a group of 5 and we all got served at different times so we had the pleasure of watching our friends eat. Once I queried how long my wrap would take the girl serving made my wrap with such bitterness throwing sauce on it in excessive amounts to point it was sodden. It was so outrageous I couldn’t even be bothered to ask for a refund, whats the point. Look at the attached picture, anyone who eats these regularly will understand.

Have been going here for 5 years and recently it has gone downhill. The ladies serving food don't really know what they are doing. They can't even cook chips properly. Falafel salad isn't as fresh as it used to be. Food counter is filthy with rotting salad all around it.

Super tasty, vegan friendly and really the best felafel I've had all week! Great prices and very friendly staff too.

Can become better, It was my first visit, and they didn't make any effort to make me a loyal customer

I came in with my two boys and my wife we were exited about the food me and my wife and my son ordered falafel and my 12 year old son ordered pizza. Falafel bread was so cold and even the falafel was cold. My son said the pizza was so cold and tasted like it was made a week ago I thought he was being dramatic but when I tasted it I nearly threw up. We when back to our hotel and my 12 year old son threw up but swallowed it. Please I would not recommend this restaurant if there is another good food then sure you might wanna taste.

Used to be my fav falafal, but now the salads dont seem so fresh and we both felt unwell after food actual falafal still tadte great just needs to make sure salad is fresh

Look at the last three reviews. They sent out food that was clearly rotten. Just take a look at the chicken. It doesn’t even look or smell like chicken. They knew exactly what they were doing. DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE. If they are willing to serve food that is gone off imagine what else they are doing. This place needs to be reported.

The meat was old and had a very bad smell. I called the restaurant, but the person who answered remained silent and did not respond to my questions.

The restaurant sent us old, smelly, and dirty food in delivery, and they didn't even respond to our concerns. Don't order from this restaurant ever! The entire house stinks like hell! I've never been to a worse restaurant.

Just had food delivered from here and the Chicken was clearly gone off. It had a strong fishy smell and tasted sour. My son already ate a bit without realising. Absolutely ridiculous. I’d understand if there was no smell. But there was a really strong smell of fish coming from the chicken. Even tasting it showed that it was wrong. How on earth did the person making this not realise and still decide it was okay to be served? They have a 2 out of 5 on their hygiene rating. Which I’d you ask me is still clearly over rated. Do not order from here unless you want a legal method to dispose of your family.

Good Middle eastern food (Arabic) .

Our favourite little place serving lovely comfort food. Place is takeaway with seats but always very clean. Staff polite and kind. We come at least once almost every week and always have fab food. Lovely lamb shawarma and hummus I feel is one of the best I have tried in Manchester. I see a one star review by a user on 13/10/23 here.. I was there and witnessed the interaction. The customer was very rude and condescending to the staff which was totally uncalled for.

This restaurant used to make delicious food previously. But now a day there service is very bad compared to previously. For example, I ordered grilled fish from them today and they sent me a burned one. Awful experience.

I used to order from you 3 times a week, then last time you didn’t send my meal and didn’t believe me, I decided to try again, you forgot the salad box and the sauce that I paid extra for.. and the falafel is stale and old, not ordering again

Visited Falafel 2x in a week. Had visited previously for lunch & dinner and thought it was OK. On the first return visit when we got there, there were 2 families having brunch & the mezze selection looked amazing. Wasn't aware they served these so were glad to try a range of dishes. Over the 2 visits, we ordered: - falafel (portion & plate) - foul - baba ganoush/ mutabal - shakshouka - chicken shawarma - mixed salad (with humous, mutabal, tabbouleh, foul, spicy potatoes) We Also got ayran & mint tea. The falafel plate came with some humous & salad. The 5 falafels were freshly fried, crisp & light. Some of the best we have had. The portions of the other dishes were generous. Foul was topped with some green chillies which gave it a nice spice kick. The baba ganoush & mutabal was the same dish though they were listed separately on the menu so we thought it was different. It was rich & dense, with a nice smoky flavour. Think there was some pomegranate syrup on top. The shakshouka was made up of 4 eggs & was prepared fresh & piping hot. Really delicious & hearty & the spice kick from the chillies was welcome. The mixed salad plate was refreshing & healthy. The chicken shawarma was OK, not the best we have had. It was served with salad & what seemed like a fluffy garlicky cream. We wanted manakeesh with muhammarah which was on the menu but they didn't have it so it was disappointing 😢 The breads we received were different on the two visits - we got 6 flat breads in the first visit & 5 pitta bread. Both times we spent more than £25 which was  reasonable for the portions you get. Service can be a tad slow but it's worth the wait! A good place to get your mezze fix!

Literally the WORST shawarma ive ever ordered in my life anywhere on this planet. It was cold and meat was hard as if it was leftover for at least a day, the bread was so rubbery. Called to tell them about it they asked me to heat it myself. I threw it all away after one bite. The food is so bad i wouldn't feed it to an animal, i wish i could score it less than a 1 star.

We have been coming to Falafel for the last 6 years but today was our worst experience … The ladies taking our order were unable to understand what we are asking for and the food quality was poor resulting in us becoming sick. Therefore, we have decided to never go again.

best falafel I have had in Manchester! I’ve lived here 10 years and this is my fav spot for falafel. The Manakish and the Mutabal are also delicious. Hats off.

The delivery was late (1 hour from ordering time) The food was cold. Despite ordering 3 items, only two salads were included.

Literally just pulled the seats from under our bums. It was 11.45 pm when our food was served. We sat down to eat, and by 11:50, they started rushing us to leave. I stood up briefly, and the lady took the chair from under me. It says they are open till 12. We were already sat down to eat. Highly unprofessional. Plus, the Hummus is dead. So many much better places on Wilmslow Road. The falafel was cold and hard. Just because you are closing doesn't mean you can treat customers like this and give them garbage. Never again

if i can give zero feedback i can I recently dined at the falafel restaurant and unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. The food, particularly the falafel, didn't live up to my expectations in terms of taste and quality. It lacked the authentic flavors and texture I was hoping for. What made the experience even more disheartening was the response of the manager when we brought up our concerns about the food. Instead of addressing our complaints professionally, the manager's reaction was quite rude, which left a sour taste in our mouths. Furthermore, the restaurant's staff seemed to be somewhat uninformed about the menu and lacked knowledge about how the dishes should be prepared and presented. This was evident in the way our food was plated – it seemed haphazard and lacked the finesse that is expected from a restaurant. I hope that the restaurant can take this feedback constructively and work on improving the quality of their food and the professionalism of their staff, as there is potential for them to offer a better dining experience in the future. The cleanliness of the restaurant was a concern during my visit. The dining area and facilities did not meet the standard of hygiene I would expect from a restaurant. I would suggest that the management pays more attention to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.

Gorgeous food. Gutted my bread was missing from my hummus order which was very disappointing, otherwise it would have been perfect!

Just ordered from here via Uber Eats and so impressed. Best hummus iv had , thought it was quite expensive but it’s a huge portion for the price . Silky smooth and full of flavour. Lamb shawarma was delicious and the fataya was packed full of fillings . Bread and salad were fresh and tasty. Think this will definitely become a new fave place

The food was really good! The best part was that the bread was freshly made and was piping hot, so fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious. The whole dish came together really really well. Portions are generous and at a very affordable price. Enjoyed the meal! I am only giving 4 and not 5 because the hummus (kinda the hero of the meal) could be improved. It was good, but could be much much better. Service was alright and the atmosphere was okay too. Will go back only for the food. PS: I also took away a zaatar and it was great as well.

Amazing Arabic Breakfast taste, love it, very good customer services, reasonable prices. The tolite door need to repair to close properly. I enjoyed my breakfast with my family during my visit to Manchester.

I bought a simple salad which was very full with very tasty and fresh tasting ingredients. It's a good takeaway spot, the best place to sit in is probably the little outside area. Good for people watching.

Mix shwarma wrap served was cold, meat not fresh. The place is unhygienic in terms of food storage, kitchen and seating area. Staff member was not welcoming at all. Never ever again!

Amazing garlic sauce, which I couldn’t find anywhere else in Manchester. Great chicken shawarma and batata hara as well. Not to mention, the falafels are absolutely spot on too!

Best Falafel I had since been to UK. Authentic taste of Arabic flafel, made with fresh herbs and ingredients. Must to eat if you are vegan or vegetarian.

Best Falafel I've tried in Manchester. Always made to order so expect 5min waiting for fresh Falafels. Pizzas are also nice especially the chicken. I would avoid the fresh orange juice though as I've noticed some rotten oranges in the machine.

Tried the chicken al-faham with rice from there, the portion was really huge and also tasty.
