What an amazing buffet they did today. I asked Evergreen Cafe to supply a buffet lunch for my parents 70th wedding anniversary. They really excelled, the food was fresh, good quality & really tasty. The staff went way & beyond thank you so much x

Extremely overpriced. The staff were nice but sadly I will not be going again. I ordered a sandwich, which came with a side salad and a can of Diet Coke and paid £10.25. I should have said something at the time but I was totally gobsmacked.

I was out for a walk today and decided to stop off at this cafe for tea and cake. I was a bit wary of choosing the last slice of carrot cake, as I thought it might be dry. Glad to report that it tasted fresh and was lovely and moist. There were also chocolate cake, coffee cake and Lemon drizzle cake. I went 30 mins before closing, which is 4pm & the cafe was quiet. There was ample room for my little granddaughter to toddle around and play with the toys provided.

Had a delicious slice of homemade carrot cake in the cafe today. About half the tables were full so there was a nice buzz of chat & busyness. The tables are well spaced out in this airy cafe, so even when it's full, it doesn't feel cramped or crowded. Dogs are allowed. The cafe & toilets are fully accessible for wheelchairs. The cafe & toilets are spotless & the staff are friendly. It's definitely worth a detour off the A303 or A345 if you want a home cooked tasty lunch that's reasonably priced.

The (very) young lady that served us today was exceptional - could certainly teach a lot of people a lot more “experienced” a thing or two about service. We only stopped for cake (excellent), coffee and hot chocolate (fabulously creamy) but others were tucking into a roast dinner which looked fabulous. Rather embarrassingly my friend and I had collected some mud on our shoes which we rather unkindly deposited in the restaurant but not even that phased our young server - I hope her mum (working in the kitchen) is suitably proud of the lovely lady she’s raised.

Absolutely love this place, have been a regular for 15 months and we also hold our Armed Forces and Veterans Breakfast Club here each month. Brett and his team are excellent, the food fantastic and value amazing. Spotlessly clean and situated in a sheltered living accommodation block. The residents are friendly and everybody is made to feel welcome, even our 4 legged friends.

My daughter wanted to get to a cafe for lunch before returning to school, had heard about the Evergreen Cafe by word of mouth so decide to try it out. Very tasty food at a very reasonable price, friendly staff and customers from young to older. A very happy customer here. Will definitely be returning!

Modern light airy cafe with lots of space for all - from children to the elderly with mobility aids. Very friendly staff, Best of all good food in varied menu, freshly prepared and very good value prices. Took my 92 year old mother who enjoyed it very much as it seemed did the small children playing nearby. A real community feel but above all just good food at good prices.

5* for being accommodating with special diets! All the meals are cooked to order which can mean a bit of a wait, but make sure you are in entertaining company or you have a good book and you aren't in a hurry, because this is not fast food, and it hasn't been sitting for hours waiting for hours for you to turn up and order it. My request to substitute boiled potatoes for their gorgeous mash and to hold back on the salad dressing and omit the avocado was met with some hilarity - but they are always laughing so it was to be expected, and everything came as I had ordered it. I've eaten there many times and have never been disappointed. I particularly like the sea bass, the avocado and spinach salad, and the mac 'n' cheese.Children are particularly welcome and there is a good and varied menu just for them!Brett and Rufaro are welcome additions to the community and I wish them every success with their lovely cafe and excellent freshly made food!

Just had the most fantastic home made cake and tea at evergreen cafe at evergreen court, Amesbury. Great atmosphere, blending the local residents with the wider business community. Bret the chef is a wonderful cook and host, his wonderful happy face really uplifts you the moment you walk through the door. Going to come back for lunch next week. A real find in Amesbury.

I cannot recommend this place enough. We have visited numerous times since it opened in September, and have not had a meal anything other than faultless. The service is great, the food is outstanding and it's a lovely atmosphere. Be prepared to wait a while for your food, everything is cooked from fresh, but it is well worth the wait.

I am pleased to say the standard of service & quality of food has been maintained since my last visit in 2018. I was sheltering from the rain in the entrance of the building, where Evergreen cafe is housed. I had my granddaughter in her pram & was trying to keep moving so she slept. The cafe owner came to have a friendly chat & offered to rock the pram whilst I had a cup of tea. When I saw the selection of delicious homemade cakes on display I could not resist having some carrot cake. It was a tough choice as the chocolate cake & lemon drizzle looked equally tempting. The cafe seating is comfortable & tables are well spaced out so I easily had room for the pram to be at the table. The toilets are big enough to take a pushchair/small pram too. I will be returning to try their lunches next time.

This is a community café situated in Archers Way Amesbury run by a Husband & Wife team. The food is excellent and cooked to order, so there is never a problem tweaking your order to suit. The staff are very welcoming and friendly to the very young and not quite so young, with highchairs & toys provided for the former. So if you just want coffee (and maybe cake) and a chat or a wide choice of food from the breakfast, lunch or dinner menu you will be made most welcome. And Sundays are traditional Roast days for all the family. The access to the café is fully disabled friendly and the café itself is on all one level with access to disabled toilets.

It is not obvious from the outside of the building that the cafe exists inside. My daughter had enjoyed eating here in the past, so she took me for brunch. The cafe area was spotlessly clean. From some of the tables you can sit & watch your food being freshly prepared & cooked in the kitchen. The couple running the café were very friendly & helpful. When we wanted to change some of the items for our cooked breakfast, they were more than willing to do so. I did take a photo of the meal, but can't find it now to post on here. There were some delicious looking homemade cakes for sale, that I will sample next time I visit.

The table we sat at was grubby. As I have cancer we always take disposable wipes to ensure hygiene. A necessary item as the table hadn’t had a good wipe all day. Probably for a goodly while given the state of the small round container that housed the sugar. I was tempted to give it a clean - but didn’t wish to pick it up. Our food order came promptly and was like any other relatively fast food. Acceptable. The staff were friendly and polite and the apple juice very good. The cafe is obviously popular given that it was quite full - but Malmesbury itself has become over-touristy and is in dire need of a sweeping brush or ten. The price was acceptable for three people but next time we shall return to the Abbey cafe.

Called here for the second time en route to the West Country. Lovely all day breakfast - sausages etc for husband - smoked salmon, avocado , salad and two poached eggs on toast for me. Very good, very generous, great value. So much nicer than calling in to Solstice Park! Easy, cheap parking nearby.

Went in yesterday to be greeted so warmly and made to feel at home. I had a flat white coffee which was freshly made and really tasty. I also noted a beautiful smell which was essential oils and that got me asking more. I went out sniffing my arm then returned for another cup and to buy one or two oils. Unfortunately my husband came to pick me up from the car park and so I left without but took 2nd cup as a takeaway. I Don't suppose I will be passing any time soon . But if I did it would definitely be my coffee stop. I learned alot in a few minutes about these oils but I also felt so welcome and so relaxed during my visit. Thank you both such lovely people

My mum and I have been meaning to pop into mirandas for a few months and we finally did today; safe to say we were blown away! The food was homemade and delicious and the drinks were lovely. I would definitely recommend the mint hot chocolate, made with chocolate buttons! We will definitely be back again soon!
