The food here was awesome 😎👍 My colleague described this as "home cooked", authentic, best he's had in a LONG time. That it's not suffering the same westernisation of so many other restaurants. This is definitely a place to revisit.

On a recent trip to Scotland I called by here on a quiet early evening, and that was a good decision! This restaurant has an excellent menu of the kind where I find it tricky to choose in case something is missed, it’s a great selection. The host was delightful and enjoyable to talk with, we had a great welcome. The food was superb - really good flavours, interesting, cooked perfectly. Will definitely return on the next visit to Perth.

I had the vegetable Momo’s and the Lamb Shank both of which were delicious but the Lamb Shank was exceptional. If I’m in Perth again and miss the taste of home I will definitely be revisiting! Service was excellent too!

Food was fantastic and service could not of been beaten.

Been in for meals before and it's always been fine. Food was good, service is great, helpful and friendly. Ordered a takeaway and it's a different experience. Told it could take 1- 1¹/² hrs and whilst it did arrive just after the 90 mins were up, it was very disappointing. Broken bendy poppadoms, stone cold chips which my kid wouldn't eat and everything else lukewarm at best. My wife's veggie dish had big chunks of Broccoli that were undercooked. It's extra dissatisfying that you've paid that bit more for a takeaway seeing as this is probably the most expensive Curry/Asian food place in Perth. The takeaway pricing seems about the same as dining in so I expected far more. Can't recommend anymore and won't be back.

I've ordered from quite a few different restaurants in Perth,but I keep coming back to Everest as it has so far been the only place where I know I will enjoy the food opposed to binning it.

First time visiting and had a really good experience - great meal and really friendly staff. Chicken Tikka was absolutely delicious and the Everest Lager was good too, we will definitely be back.

Fabulous place, cannot recommend it enough. People there were so friendly and lovely and the food was fantastic. The restaurant was spotless and decorated really nicely. Honestly the best paneer I’ve had (not that I’m an expert on Paneer but I really enjoyed it), and I liked the garlic naan bread was cut into quarters for people to easily share. Momos for starters were fab. I don’t live locally but would come here again if I was in the area.

Popadoms were all broken and one was badly burnt

We frequently order takeaway from here but decided to try a sit-in meal on our first child free night since becoming parents. It's a beautiful restaurant with a pleasant ambience. Bhola and his team are attentive and friendly. The food is simply fantastic - excellent portions and the fish malabar was a particularly delicious highlight. The prices are very reasonable (we were £70 for two courses each plus a bottle of wine) and we'll definitely be back again.

Got given wrong bottle diet coke paid for big one. Chips were cold and meal

Garlic bread was not fresh. Chicken Korma was tasteless.

Definitely worth a try , smaller portions than most but great taste makes up for it

Visited with a friend who has eaten here regularly and we had a fantastic meal. Food was really good, hot, flavoursome, quality and served by the friendly staff team. Excellent choice on the menu - highly recommend and I look forward to my next visit.

5***** on all counts. Fabulous evening, food was outstanding. We eat Indian regularly in London and this was as good as our favourite there. We had the Malabar Fish Curry, chicken tikka Marsala and the grilled chicken with special sauce. Their garlic Nan and sides were also fantastic. We also had a lovely Spanish red wine. Would go again. Thank you for such Sn enjoyable evening snd meal.

Wrong pizza delivered ( which was cold!) Phoned up and spoke to manager who said I would need to re-order and pay again and to request a refund from Just Eat. ... I am still waiting for refund. My pizza cost me £46!!! Ridiculous and very poor service from Just Eat

Second time that I've visited with work colleagues Much better experience this time Food was very good - spicy and tasty and obviously freshly cooked Portions are not massive so I think we underordered last time for our group They are part of the Meerkat meals offer so there's no excuse for not ordering plenty - you won't be disappointed with the choice and quality

Read the reviews and headed there for dinner. Both my wife and I were somewhat disappointed. On a positive note there was a good atmosphere and the place pleasant enough but it was the food and service that did not hit the mark. We had ordered one started and two mains and requested they came together. The starter (the most expensive on the menu, a spicy chicken) came well ahead of the mains and was three tiny pieces of overcooked chicken. My main (a curry) had very dry pieces of chicken in it that could not have been cooked in the sauce it was served in. My wife had a lamb shank which was ok but nothing to write home about. When asked if we had enjoyed our meal as leaving i replied that it was very average but no further comment from the staff after that.

Excellent service by the friendly owner, the restaurant was quiet as they have just started opening for lunch, so perfect for a relaxed catch up. Each dish was beautifully presented, delicious almost delicate but bursting with flavour and perfect sized portions. Excellent coffee too. We will definitely return.

In the 10 years This restaurant has been opened the standards have never slipped. From the warm friendly welcome to the fantastic service & food. This is one for the local food lover and visitor to perth alike. All food is cooked fresh to order! To start with we were welcomed to our seats and we started with the poppadoms and the pickle dish that were washed down Nicely with a cold Everest Nepolese beer. To start with I had my favourite haggis pakora that was presented beautifully on the plate. For main I had a lamb curry with rice and Nan bread that is one of the best I’ve tasted! Then to finish I had The trio of lemon ice cream that was also lovely. There is a reason why this restaurant is top 10 go see why! Mark Walker

We have dined at Everest Inn a few times with friends when we stay with them in Dunkeld. Due to circumstances we had a takeaway this time and have to say it was of the usual excellent standard. The food was packed securely, labelled and was still warm after the 12 mile drive home. We all had different dishes and they were equally superb. Can't wait to visit again. 5 stars is not enough.

We visited this restaurant for lunch and were disappointed that there was no lunch menu. The starter of magic chicken tikka was not good, main course was ok but portion sizes were small. Service was excellent. Soft drinks were expensive and warm.

Ordered cheese and garlic naan. There is no cheese on it. Just only garlic flavour. Not worth to the price.

This place was a great find! The food was superb - I enjoyed every mouthful. We had samosas to start, then a Paneer and Spinach dish, and a Fish dish. Both were beautifully prepared and the flavours wonderful - tasty and spicy without being overly hot. Service and attention was super by the couple who run the place. We'll definitely be back when we're in Perth again :-)

Starters were chilli chicken which was OK and a prawn dish was more like frozen prams. tasteless and very small. Main courses were best describes as bland. Garlic nan was very good. Must have been a bad day as they normally have good reviews which is why we chose to eat here. Live and learn

We had lunch here today as a family with three young kids. Really lovely restaurant with very friendly and attentive service. Made us all feel so welcome and the children had a great time. We ordered a variety of dishes - vegetarian, kids dish, starters and curries - and they were all delicious. Served beautifully with attention to detail. Couldn’t recommend it more. Such a lovely place for a meal!
