The service was awful, ladies couldn't get the lunch and hot drinks order right, after paying at the counter and sitting down, I was approached by staff as they hadnt put the right dribks orders in so i was told i had to go back and queue again as they messed up the lunch order, we then i ate mine my husband s didnt arrive till i had eaten mine the BLT bagel was really nice except the lettuce was all brown, wilting and had its day! No apologise and the 3 staff were not apologetic, freindly or welcoming. We won't be back!

Visited for lunch and I mentioned that I had coeliac disease (gluten allergy). I chose a sandwich which I was told could be made with gluten-free bread. When the sandwich arrived, it came with crisps and a small salad with salad dressing which I wasn't aware of (it didn't say on the menu). So, I asked if the rest of the food on the plate was gluten-free. The staff weren't sure and I was surprised after stating I had an allergy that they wouldn't have checked before serving the food. Instead of being helpful I was told I should have known that's what came with the food and was asked by one of the staff that the crisps are vegan "is that ok?". The salad dressing (when they looked it up) wasn't gluten-free and so serving this had cross-contaminated the rest of the food on the plate. They weren't apologetic or phased by the fact they served a person with an allergy something which they couldn't eat. Following this experience, I won't be visiting this coffee shop again as I don't trust what I'm being served is safe for me to eat. Overall, I think the staff need to be fully trained to understand the different allergies - gluten, nut, dairy etc and what is in the food they provide so they can safely serve any paying customers. The food does look good, portions appear value for money and the venue looks nice but they need to work on customer service and most importantly be mindful of allergies. Anyone who eats here with an allergy, make sure to ask questions about everything you're served.

Ordered two carrot and coriander soups with white bloomer. 20 minutes later it turned up after asking twice how much longer to wait. One soup too hot the other luke warm. No white bloomer just a slice of white toast cut up into soldiers. Waste of money and time.

In what world does it take 18 minutes to serve a queue of 5 people, with 6 behind the bar, and charge £4.45 for a laege oat latte?

So a few weeks have passed since my first visit which was very disappointing but this time a totally different experience. It’s like a different establishment, great coffee, more organised, sandwiches now well separated and wrapped to protect them from cross contamination, cakes all separated well. Really pleased it’s found its feet and I hope it continues to grow and do well

We liked this restaurant because we were hungry and did not expect to be that good. We had the eggs with salmon, toasts, orange juice and coffee. Service was good and we appreciated how fast our food came.

Most of the staff were quite rude and abrupt. It wasn’t busy at all. Portion sizes changed within the time I ordered. Ordered the same thing twice and got half the portion. Only positive is the food is yummy

None of the plug sockets were working, couldn't find one to charge my phone while having breakfast after a long flight. The lady at the till was not helpful at all. Disappointing.

Easy to navigate, plenty of amenities. Greggs greets you as you enter arrivals at the south terminal which was very needed!
