My partner and I came out a little while ago for a little date to watch the rugby. I learnt when we arrived that their cocktail menu is very bare. (DON’T come, if you’re coming for cocktails - even the basics ones! also NO food being served even though the website says they do!) I made my disappointment clear to the very young looking bartender about not having any cocktails. He said he could make me an off menu ‘special’ cocktail he learnt while he was living in Africa. It was special type of customer service I had never experienced before! My partner had a very fine New Zealand Savvy B. All negatives aside, the pub is very affordable for it being in the centre of Weybridge, cozy decor and both were staff were excellent. They also have a pool table at the back!! Don’t see that too often nowadays. Recommend if you’re ever in the weybridge area and in need of some cheap booze!

Filthy toilets, blocked urinals, blocked toilets, entire roll of toilet paper in one toilet bowl. Manager ignoring customers, complaining when asking for drinks, arguing with customers. Acusing customers of swearing at him when they hadn't, complaining about not being able to make money and then calling last orders and throwing every one out at 10pm! Not a nice atmosphere, felt the manager, the only member of staff on duty, could not be bothered.

Came here for a few drinks and games of pool. Young lad with an accent behind the bar (Ryan?) wasn't very welcoming or friendly and everything seemed to be a task for him, let alone having zero manners or customer service! For someone who used to work in this pub many years ago, things have definitely changed when dealing with customers. Nice atmosphere in the pub just a shame the staff need some customer service training.

Good pub for drinking, but no food available, only bar snacks.

Great service, on one of the busiest times of the year (23rd Dec) with only 2 staff working. Kelvin and his colleague were both fantastic - great service with a smile.

I Was looking for a nice Friendly Pub to watch the Sunday 16 -30 Footy Match,and came across THE ELMBRIDGE ARMS..Firstly my ,Mobile Phone went missing Which is A Buisiness Phone....Both Barman didn't want to know..Too busy on there Phones..Ryan I think a 21 Year Old Served Me,A Pint of Guiness at The Extorniate Cost of £5-80 With a Big Dirty Finger Band,Which I Succumbed to.I noticed while Watching The Football, Hot Chocolate was playing (ERROL BROWN) Very Very Loud...Above The Commentary. I ,and many other Football Fans Requested That The Music should Be lowered And The Commentary Turned Up..Neither were bothered SO I Left at H/T. Definitely No Manager Around to Complain To.No Toilet Paper And Plenty of Mosquito's in The Awful Toilets..No Hot Water To Wash Your Hands With And A General (i don't care attitude) Ryan Being The Worst Culprit..Rude..Snatched my £20 Note Outta My Hand and Shortchanged Me By 20p....Swerve This Pony Hole

Advertising craft and real ales on its website and outside the pub. Very disappointing, 6 real ale pumps but only one beer on. Staff need to know how to change barrels. Glasses very dirty.. Pub only interested in making profit.

The worst pint of Guinness so bad i didnt even take a sip would never go again dont waste your time

Great place to watch football, but be warned there's no food!

A good pub, and better since the refurbishment. The food and bar snacks are good, and the daily happy hour(s) are a welcome bonus. There's a great little room at the back with a pool table too.

Could do with hiring some females to walk around giving it that much needed eye candy touch apart from that the pool table needs alot of TLC Asaph- m-thur 2-4-1 cider or lager niiccccceee - see you all down the Rub- a-Dub-Dub then - oh no music only Fridays apparently 😉. Good boozer.

Toilets were vandalised at Christmas. 6 weeks later…. Expensive beer. No atmosphere.

Absolutely love a quiet drink in here after work but a shame to hear they are getting rid of the pool table 🙄

The staff is not friendly at all they didn't let my friend in beacuse he didn't have a mask and they told him that he has fake driving licence even though when I ordered the staff was rude. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Nice place and very friendly staff specially kelvin it's a good place with a nice ambiance but the only thing that could make it better is some music as it is the only thing that let's it down, to the owners should have some music on weekends.

Popped in for a couple of pints Monday afternoon. Staff more interested in playing pool & checking their phones. Toilets look like Mike Tyson lost a bet. Several holes in the walls. Overheard a customer asking about 2 for 1 cocktails which are advertised on blackboards but was told they’re not doing them. Apparently having a refurb next year. Staff need to pick up their game to make it worthwhile.

Drink prices have rocketed. £12 for 2 drinks. Jolly farmer same drinks £8.50.

Cheap which is all that can be said. The worst by far of the 4 I've visited in 4 weeks.. Limited menu, limited beer selection, chips sloppy like they had been microwaved. Staff reply to all questions is I only work here for £8.50 per hour. Ask the manager. No atmosphere, impossible to avoid loud football on tv

Myself and my family popped in for one drink last night as we was early for a meal booking across the road. Upon entering we were almost hounded regarding wearing masks (even though we already had them on) we was asked to download the NHS track and trace app and told it was something we HAD to do and if we didn't then we ''had to leave''. I asked if this was compulsory as I also work in a pub and know that there are alternative options for people that don't wish to have the app. We was told no and after further questioning it came to light we could fill out a form each with our details....a simple solution which didn't need the hostility. We sat down, ordered drinks and my step dad walked through the door 5 mins later to be hounded by the same girl regarding a mask, another staff member (a friendly one) kindly gave him a mask. The rude staff member again began to question him regarding the app and he has a very old Nokia mobile which doesn't allow him to download apps. I asked if he needed to fill in a form as his wife had just completed one with exactly the same address details and I was told very bluntly ''if you don't like it, there is the door''. Now, I understand that these are very pressing times for everyone and it's all new but there are certain ways to communicate with customers and I was not happy about how myself and my family were spoken too. We were completely compliant with the rules and there was no need for the attitude we received and I told the young girl it was not right the way she was dealing with us. One customer walked in a received the same treatment and walked straight back out again. This is the first and last time we will be visiting this pub.

Pretty much my work local always a good atmosphere

The Elmbridge is a pretty run-of-the-mill boozer in Weybridge offering standard fare but the staff (Ruth in particular) made for a fantastic evening. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for good food and great beer at very reasonable prices.

Decided to visit here with a few of my friends for a catch-up drink. Wont be returning anytime soon. I found the attitude and the overall service by the young bar waitress (name began with a M to my knowledge) to be completely unprofessional. She never acknowledged us, smiled and would of rather spent her time standing chatting to other customers closer to her age. When she did finally get round to us, no smile and a grunt of a “what do you want”. Not impressed. Someone needs to retrain her on customer service immediately.

Very good for watching sporting events, as there were numerous TVs present, which could be seen from a multitude of angles. As a consequence, conversation was sacrificed, as the TV was quite close to the table. This was ok though, as we did visit, the pub with the intention to watch the football. The bar staff were friendly and pleasant. I have visited before and would return, as the pub seems popular with sport in mind and usually has a good atmosphere.. Although the food was fine, I would probably eat elsewhere, for a 'special' meal with conversation. 👍

Went here midday as had a break from work. Drinks are very reasonably priced and ale was well kept. Pub was quiet but very attentive staff and good atmosphere. Very nice

Really gone down since I was last there. Chairs are knackered, mould on window frames, dessert was not worth what I paid for it. won't be going again

Fabulous gem of a pub. Friendly and cheerful staff. Food is served quickly and is very tasty. Great team and superb management! There is music and a varied selection of drinks to try too. Evenings are the best, especially the weekends, always fun.

My favourite pub, I always have a good time here with my friends The staff are always very efficient, cheerful and professional. Occasionally I eat here too, and do enjoy the Sunday roasts, always delicious and well presented. Definitely recommend 👍🏽

Been a regular of this place and never had a problem till boxing day. It was quiet and I ordered food...... never had a problem before but tonight before the food came the member of staff couldnt sort out what we were ordering and when bringing the cutlery spilt 2 of our drinks all over us. No senior staff to talk to and no way of apology or help. The staff really dont look like they give a damn and when food arrived nearly 1/2 what,I ordered was missing and I just got rolled eyes from the member of staff

We invited over 80 school alumni to an annual drinks reception and the Elmbridge Arms last night! The arrangements for the evening were so straightforward and the management were so very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. On the night there was a wonderful festive atmosphere, and ample staff to accommodate a very full bar. We will definitely be back again next year! Thank you

I come to this pub on a regular basis and always friendly staff! Amazing burgers with different fillings so if your ever walking past you should deffo pop in and give one of them a try and especially Tuesdays when its burger and drink😁

I had such a good time here. Excellent food, great atmosphere and relaxing. The Roast was delicious! Clearly the food is cooked freshly here, the Yorkshire pudding was particularly tasty! Compliments to the chef & team .. definitely will come again.

The sharing plates seem a good deal but they are actually very small portions. Chips are microwaved and not very nice. A burger for my grandson was messed up three times. The first time he was sick when overcooked stringy lettuce caught in this throat. My daughter thought the scampi was off and she found something grey in her chicken strips. Not going to return.

I’m still sat waiting for my food after 30 minutes. I should have realised it was a mistake as the chef was walking out the door at 13:40 on an errand. What chef leaves during lunch time?

Food was tasty. costs more than other Wetherspoons pub. Had to wait a long time though with a handful of people at 3pm. Does more vegan and vegetarian options. Has a pool table and a t.v. Nice seating area.

Was in The Elmbridge Arms on Saturday night for the Halloween party, and it was a brilliant night. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, the atmosphere was amazing and everybody was really friendly. They even had a live DJ, and music was fantastic.

First time I visited this pub and i have to give it a 5* all round. Service, food quality and value ticked the boxes Will be back again very soon! :)

Great drinks and service. Most packed on a Friday night but always has enough places to sit. Would be 5 stars but earlier on in the week (when there's very few people there) they still blast music, isn't great for chatting.

I came in with my friends last Saturday, there was a DJ which was amazing and made it more enjoyable, we ordered food as well, which was excellent and the staff where so helpful on the bar they helped us choose some cocktails to share between us, overall great experience well done team keep up the good work

Booked for a roast dinner as advertising was great on FB. Roast did not disappoint and was very tasty, team very friendly also. My husband had a steak which was cooked perfectly

Sticky tables, rude crowd and weren't served food and drinks as described on the menu. Maybe just a bad night for them, though Central London prices without any of the benefits means I wouldn't come back

The food is great , tastee & affordable.. especially the vegan burgers was to die for .. if der was an option for more den 5 stars i wud hav given it .. iam allergic to lactos & eggs but the chef Mr. Kelvin took good care of ma meals .

We are having regular meals here. The food is always nice and they also have live sports on. During the football matches the place becomes more lively and table service is available.

Staying in area so popped in for something to eat!! Best roast ive had in a long time. Yorkshire puds would put my nans to shame. Thanks for the warm welcome

I visited the pub today . I'm a vegan myself they had and option for vegan I tried it and was really impressed with the food. The chef was really friendly he came to our table to ask how was the food . He had good attitudes .

Always a good place to socialize, a relaxing feel good place. Great service and amazing cocktail menu, also has a pool table and shows live sports. Lovely and clean interior, a very well managed pub.

While the pub and service are fine, the food served is decidedly average and I would have sent it back if we weren't so hungry and in a hurry to get going.

Had a great time with my wife. The wingit monday was great. Great tasty wings great selection of alcohol. And the chef kelvin was such a sport. All in all great visit. We are definately coming back soon

Stopped in to try the new Breakfast menu and loved it. The Chef here has always been great and it's wonderful to see this hasn't changed as he clearly still cares about what he serves. Definetely will be back

Went here for some food and drinks recently and i had a steak with all the works and it was 10/10 very nice. Also the service was great very friendly staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some were to have food and some drinks.
