Tengo un plato encantador de pescado y patatas fritas. Porción generosa y muy bien cocinada. El personal no podría haber sido más servicial

Esto es como comer en un pub barato y pagar el doble del precio. Mi feta y panini vegetal asado tenían pan duro, verduras empapadas (que no estaban tostadas) y apenas queso. Las fichas gruesas estaban bien, pero es difícil equivocarse con ellas. El servicio era bastante pobre, con el personal incapaz de ver quién llegó primero al bar.

Nos quedamos a cenar en el hotel al haberse hecho tarde para salir. Estabamos solos en el salón. Pedimos varios platos de la carta, todos muy buenos, con una curiosa elaboración y presentación. Sin duda tenemos que felicitar al cocinero. Todos sorprendidos con la cocina de este hotel

Excelente desayuno a un precio razonable. Ingredientes de alta calidad, muy sabroso. Un montón de personal completando todo constantemente. Marcado 1 estrella ya que es un estilo de buffet y preferimos ser servido!

I was driving down to Cornwall via Bristol and decided to stop for breakfast at the Novotel in Bristol as family members where staying there. The breakfast was a buffet and there was a good selection, the sausages were the best I had eaten in a long time. Juicy, tasty I would have been happy with just sausages! Service was great and staff extra friendly. The only downside of this is the price for non hotel guests which is expensive compared to other restaurants.

Diseño elegante y hermosa francés discreto! Todas la cadena Novotel tienen un alto estándar y Bristol no lo decepcionará. Sin embargo cobran extra por el aparcamiento, pero en general el precio es sobre lo normal para un centro de la ciudad. Todo el personal fue excelente. Todo bien hecho!

Nos alojamos en el Novotel y parte de nuestra estancia de negocios era el límite de la cena. Como una cena de negocios y comidas juntos equipo ordenados diferente desde el menú principal.Era delicioso y bien presentado. El servicio eran de primera estrella desde el comenzar hasta el final.No me puedo quejar.Bien hecho/

En la ausencia de restaurantes en las inmediaciones del hotel y estar convencidos de un pub local decidimos cenar en el restaurante del hotel, y era muy contentos con la decisión. Mi pescado y patatas fritas era muy bien cocinados y nuestro plato compartido de langostinos tempura era el mejor que he comido en mucho tiempo. La lista de vinos es un precio razonable con varias botellas por el temprano £20 marcos.El servicio es amigable y profesional y sin duda estará contento de comer aquí. No se trata de un restaurante 'destino' y es demasiado limpio y mínimo para ser un destino romántico, pero si te vas a alojar en la zona de negocios y no te gusta el taxi de caminar en el centro de quayside_nus/ este restaurante es uno que tener en mente.

Normalmente trate de no utilizar el restaurante en el hotel en el que me voy a quedar, pero a veces trabajo determina lo contrario. Este fue el caso aquí demasiado, ya que me he comido en Novotel es elementos restaurantes antes, y no había sido asombrosamente impresionados. La sopa estaba tibio y tuve que pedir pan, que era un poco malos cuando fue producido. El plato de hamburguesas de firma estaba bien, pero un poco "descuidadas", por lo que el panecillo bastante desintegrado.El servicio estaba muy bien, y la cerveza estaba muy bien de precio.

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms, comfortable bed... beautiful breakfast was included. Walking distance to train station.

El pan era magnífico, comimos aquí por dos desayunos y dos cenas. Buena comida, personal agradable y personal del bar. Necesitan salir de la mantequilla de nevera en las mañanas, así que puede propagarse sea fácil. Tuve un curry picante tailandés encantador y agradable pasta. salchichas vegetarianos pueden ser preparados a petición, pero son las salchichas con cosas vegetariano en la que no me gusta. El buffet de desayuno estaba bien, pero la comida era en realidad tibia y no podía comer la mía. Por el momento un miembro del personal nos enteramos de que había un problema técnico con la calefacción del buffet y se ofreció para mi desayuno para ser cocinados nuevamente por el chef era demasiado tarde para nosotros ya que mi marido se había terminado para él y estábamos listos para salir. Esto terminó siendo bastante cara café y tostadas. Incluso se quejaron de que el personal de la recepción, pero no una persona ofreció ofrecían algún tipo de recompensa. No nos impresionó y no visitar esta cadena de hoteles!

I ate here while staying at the Novotel (hotel this restaurant is in) in late April.Got seated very quickly by the person behind the bar, there were only two other tables eating (at about 8pm) so there were plenty of seats. Drinks order and food order were both taken promptly and the food arrived quickly. The food was a good standard (I had a cheese omelette and salad) and tasted nice.The menu is not hugely extensive but there are enough options for a quick bite to eat.Better than a number of hotel restaurants I have eaten in, if you are staying at the hotel for one night then I would recommend for ease eating here.

The food was good. Some of the menu items were a little pricy but other items were very reasonable. The atmosphere was good, ambient music playing - although this was occasionally interrupted by a very loud phone. The servers were very pleasant and offered good customer service throughout.

Food was good, prices were ok, but staff we're foreign and didn't understand us very well. If you have children there are free games in the bar area to keep them entertained

Adequate choice, a bit pricey for quality of food, all right for a business meal. Plenty of competition locally, offering more inspiration and quality.

Ho soggiornato al Novotel di Bristol e ho usufruito per due sere del ristorante all'interno della struttura.Di solito trovo queste soluzioni quasi un ripiego, dopo una intensa giornata di lavoro, senza sbattersi alla ricerca di un locale in citta'.Ebbene, mi devo ricredere. Eccellente servizio, cucina di livello superiore. Ricordo una straordinaria spigola con vongole e spettacolare salsa all'aglio.Ma diversi altri sono i piatti da ricordare.Si beve bene (vini from Rioja, California, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand) e rapporto qualita' prezzo decisamente equo.Atmosfera elegante, sempre semivuoto, una bella sorpresa.

Good location for us exploring the area.Rooms looked really tired ,old carpets didnt look clean enough.All too expensive and then you are charged again to use the parking facilities.All staff helpful and welcoming,but not good value for money compared with others.

We have just returned from the Novotel Hotel in Victoria Street Bristol after enjoying a three course buffet meal at midday. The service provided was first class and all three courses were delicious. The roasted tomato soup lives in the memory as a perfect way to begin a meal, while the main courses on offer were all tempting as were the sweets. Attentive staff, good food and a warm and pleasant atmosphere made for a lovely midday.Rugby7

Celebrated my friends birthday at Elements and had a pleasant meal with good attentive service. That was pretty much assured, as apart from two other groups, we were the only diners. The other let down was that we dined in the bar area as the restaurant was not open ... due to the lack of customers. This was a saturday night. The menu was pretty safe, but a wide enough choice to suit most tastes. Service was friendly and timely. Without people the venue did lack atmosphere!

We had a chat with the waiter about a short straw..we were cheered no end by that..lovely food ,ambience, everything.

Stayed at the Novotel on a Friday night and booked for dinner that evening.The restaurant is lovely. Well spaced tables and a nice atmosphere.We had a lovely waitress who made our visit memorable. A little bubbly lady with long plaited hair. ( forgot her name)We had the Indian starter which was wonderful. So filling!!We then ordered the fillet steak. It was nice but just slightly under done for my liking but to be honest was quite full from the starter. Desert was lovely too. All the food was hot and the portions size was excellent. Overall a wonderful meal and exceptional service from a wonderful waitress.

We were staying at Novotel and went to the restaurant/bar for lunch between 1:30 and 2:30 PM. We were the only customers at bar/restaurant and ordered 2 coke and 2 sandwiches. Shouldn't have taken more than 10 mins. It was plain and easy tomato cheese sandwich and a chicken sandwich. They took 55 mins. The food was fine but way way too slow service. Avoid.

The service was very slow however we did not appreciate that the staff were also serving another room elsewhere for a coach party We thought some of the East European staff were not that friendly and it was a pity that locals were not working in a regional hotel. The food was reasonable value for money but nothing special and if you are mobile there are more exciting places to eat. We were amused by the tables with tv screens for single guests to use...not that anyone was doing so when we were there

Every member of staff was polite, friendly, welcoming and professional. Every request handled swiftly and efficiently. A truly winning combination.

At the end of a hard day's sightseeing in Bristol my partner and I lacked the energy to explore further to find somewhere to eat. When we discovered that our TasteCard applied at the in-house restaurant at the Novotel, we decided it was the easiest option.The decor is generic Novotel - neat and quietly elegant. We were greeted warmly and I have to say that the service throughout the evening was exceptional - friendly, courteous, willing, and never obtrusive. We shared a small oriental taste plate for an entrée - it was well prepared, simple, and quite tasty - although the fishcake was a trifle salty for our tastes, it was still very nice. Our mains - a beef goulash and the pork belly, were both lovely - well prepared, just generous enough, and delicious. Sadly the desserts did let the meal down - we ordered the pancakes with cherries and the sticky toffee pudding. We felt that both were very pedestrian - the pancakes were rather dry and rubbery, and the pudding felt as though it could have been taken from a packet and popped in the microwave, and both were skimpy on the relevant sauces and just generally lacking in joy. After a very satisfactory couple of courses, these were both a disappointment, and definitely detracted from the experience of the meal.All in all, it was a nice meal, served with real enthusiasm and care, but with a little attention it could have been a truly lovely meal. And I will admit that at the 50% discount price, it seemed appropriate, but I would have been far more disappointed if we'd paid the menu rate for it.
