Fabulous food, wonderful staff, great venue, very happily fed Spanish family. Best tapas we have eaten in England Ole!

My partner and I went last night to celebrate, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. As a vegan, I’d already checked the menu and saw there were a few options for me, but I was thrilled to find that nearly everything on the vegetarian menu could be made vegan! The staff were fantastic – they took the time to walk me through the menu, offering suggestions with an impressive level of knowledge about vegan ingredients that I haven’t encountered at many non-vegan restaurants. The staff were attentive and friendly, stopping by and chatting with us as they passed our table. One standout moment for me was when I asked about vegan wines and they knew exactly which red wines were vegan without having to check, which made me feel so welcomed rather than being an inconvenience. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and it really made our anniversary celebration extra special. Overall, we had an amazing dining experience and will absolutely be coming back for every celebration – I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

The food is absolutely amazing, the Ali-oli is on another level, so so good. Food comes out lovely & hot. The drink selection is so good. We will definitely be back again very soon. The churros & chocolate sauce is a must to try.

After many visits to El Pic, I can confidently say it’s one of Camberley’s hidden gems. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is well taken care of, showcasing the hard work and dedication that makes this restaurant stand out. Our waitress Kathryn was absolutely wonderful. Professional, friendly, efficient and just plain lovely. The food is delicious. The vibe is warm and welcoming. El Pic is our new local favorite.

Sadly it's gone downhill. We expect the tapas style to come out erratically but when after over an hour and five reminder requests two items still hadn't been supplied even though two members of staff claimed they were "being prepared ", it was a surprise to see we were being charged for them. On complaining politely to a third member of staff we were told,with no apology, that our items had probably gone to another table. No good reason for me to be charged! This person was very surly when asked to remove the items from the bill.

I’ve been going here for quite some time. It’s absolutely lovely going for drinks as well as tapas the best restaurant in Surrey. I would even say it’s better than a lot of tapas that I’ve had in Spain thanks guys for the amazing service and delicious food

Great food at one of the oldest restaurants in Camberley- when you get it right you stand the test of time!

Great little Tapas place..we managed to get in at short notice due to a cancellation, you need to book Fridays and Saturdays about 2 weeks in advance..the food was fresh an d very tasty..it was a very busy night but we were served at a nice pace, just like traditional Spanish places and not like brits trying to immitate then serve everything at once. Sadly the surroundings leading to the place is very run down, don't let this put you off, it's a great clean place..

Quaint, quirky, quality tapas restaurant in Camberley. The restaurant was busy and with only two servers, they struggled to get around everyone at times. The drinks arrived and the food kept coming and by the end of the night, we were happy and satisfied. The surrounding area is not great but this restaurant is worth seeking out.

We walked in on a Friday night without a reservation, shout out to Katie who found a space for us very soon. Such a friendly vibe, we got straight into it with the tapas, we ordered 8 dishes and they were ALL 10/10 smashing. They just kept it coming as we were inhaling the food. We had: Pork belly Meatballs Jalapeño prawn poppers Goats cheese & honey Bread & dip Croquetas Calamari Sweet & sour chorizo Chicken chorizo paella And now I'm gonna go for dessert Definitely coming back! I went here with my Wife last night. We had a nice selection of dishes and they were all fantastic. The staff were very friendly and the food was delivered in good time, we can’t wait to go again.

This is the best Spanish restaurant we've been around the area. My husband and I had been here about four times, which is testament enough that this place serves authentic Spanish food. They are always busy, so highly recommend booking a table. Planning to come back here with a friend who hasn't tried Spanish food yet.

El Pic, really is a nice place to go. Food is always top notch and full of flavour - reminds me of living back in Spain! You do need to try and book not to be disappointed and turned away, this isn’t a bad thing just shows how popular this place is for obvious reasons! Must try the Victoria beer - Pil Pil prawns are also a must! Only criticism is that you need to ask to have the table cleared, they aren’t quick on this! Apart from that, it’s clean and tidy and a great little find!

This may be a small restaurant, but what it lacks on size it more than make up for in quality of their food. Staff are so friendly and help to create a lovely atmosphere. It's worth a visit, but make sure you book to avoid disappointment .

Had booked a Tapas in Guildford, but a neighbour recommended El Pic so we swapped .. and they were right! Busy little place on a Saturday night, and the service was good - but a little slow once for drinks - but they were very busy by then. Food - excellent and plentiful. Probably better if you go with 4 or more people, as we'd have preferred smaller plates and more different dishes, but still very good. Favourite was the Gambas en Guindilla - along with the Patatas Bravas & Berenjenas con Miel. Also had the toasted bread and Chorizo to start (Chorizo portion was huge!), and the pork belly in cumin and lemon .. which was nice, but not as good as the other dishes. Drinks were great ... we will definitely return - loved it, and the staff were so lovely too.

Oh my Gosh … I love good food, as I was bought up knowing ingredients by my mother. This was amazing … when you want to get out the kitchen and have home made food , that you know is fresh and freshly cooked, this place is for you. Especially if your a picky eater. We (my partner and I, had the privilege at sitting at the bar, as all tables were booked, its a sell out restaurant and no wonder, amazing!) I love watching everything being cooked and the care and love that goes in to their menu. We were introduced to new ciders imported from Spain, by the great staff. Try everything you can from the menu, everything was done to perfection but my Favourite the chicken in cream .. trying to replicate at home …. sadly haven't achieved it yet. From the start the Ailol marvellous and the salsa , my partner doesn't eat tomatoes but ate salsa and was impressed, the lamb amazing. I could go on but we ordered a lot and couldn't eat it all (but they were so kind, as I hate waste, they supplied take out boxes and the potatoes were even better the next day!) Ps I am 7st 5lb so I don't over eat but I could spend a whole day eating here. Its like having that little huddle at your family table. If you like different flavours this is the place for you. We have recommended to a lot of people all ready. All the best to the staff , keep up the good work and impressive service. Such a friendly atmosphere. Amazing

A piece of Spain in Camberley........what a fantastic restaurant with authentic decor and music and Spanish family owned. The food is amazing and just like I've had in Guardamar......we had the el pic fiesta for 5 and every dish was amazing........there were no leftovers from our party not even the sauce or oils as they were lapped up with bread. I cannot recommend this place enough........but book in advance to avoid disappointment

Arriving from Frimley Hall, with no reservation we were accommodated at the bar. Food was delicious and very prompt service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

If you are looking for a place to go in Camberley for dinner or even just a night out with friends for drinks and a few tapas, I absolutely recommend El Pic! Not only is the food amazing and all fresh, the atmosphere is absolutely amazing - a true, authentic Spanish restaurant. Staff are also very welcoming and friendly and engage in conversation with you, which definitely adds to the vibe 😊 The cocktails are also delicious and look so amazing! I definitely recommend you try the specials when they’re on too - I have tried the Spicy Strawberry Margarita, which is very unique but soo refreshing 😍 You don’t get many cocktails like this in Camberley. As for the food, like I said it is all freshly prepared, but also so flavourful. I 100% recommended the Gambas Pil Pil and Gambas en Guindilla if you love seafood. I have had some of the best seafood at El Pic. Such a lovely place in Camberley and one you will definitely want to return to with how amazing the food and drink is.

Away on a work trip, our love for tapas helped us stumble across El Pic. Without a booking, Davinia helped us to a a table before her bookings arrived. The food, wine, cocktails, service and atmosphere were amazing. We would highly recommend to anyone, thank you El Pic for an awesome night, we will be doing the near 200 mile round trip to visit again soon.

This was our 3rd visit and we absolutely love it, fantastic atmosphere, really lovely knowledgeable staff who know their food, just amazing dishes. This is always a special meal for us and it’s a treat for us to eat there.

Have visited this restaurant many times over the past 20 years and have never had a meal that I haven't enjoyed. Had supper here a couple of days ago and two dishes really stood out , the gambas pil pil and patatas bravas both of which were outstanding. For a restaurant to succeed not only does the food have to be great the staff have to perform as well and here Davinia and her small team in the kitchen and on the floor really excel. This place is a pleasure to visit.

We came in on Wednesday 13th and had such a lovely time. The restaurant is small so definitely book in advance! I was greeted by a lovely, friendly gentleman (though I didn’t catch either of the staff’s names this evening - so sorry!) who asked how I was and spoke me through where I was sitting and laid the menu out as I waited for my friend. Once my friend had arrived, he had popped back and asked if we would like any drinks. We were able to order quickly and the drinks soon followed. From the way he and his coworker spoke, we could tell they were friendly, attentive, helpful, and enjoyed their jobs at El Pic. They were laughing and joking with us, and worked very well together running tapas dishes and drinks in the evening. We went in the week, so we’re able to order from the Tapas for £18 deal available on Tuesday and Wednesday. This was a fantastic deal, really good value for money. The portions were well sized for tapas and we found ourselves full even though we were only eating smaller dishes. The food was rich in flavour and delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely. My friend and I were able to have a pleasant catch up over a couple of hours of eating tapas, and drinking fresh juice. Thankyou. Absolutly fabulous place. My first experience of tapas and loved it. The atmosphere feels very authentic. Food delicious - service great. Wish we’d ordered more dishes to try as the choice is great - so much to choose from. Will definately go again when we visit the area next.

We have had this restaurant on our list for a while so we decided to give it a try as we love tapas! It was so disappointing and the portions are tiny we was so so shocked. Usually when we go to other tapas restaurants you are able to share all the dishes.

My favourite local restaurant! The food here is always excellent, one of my teenagers suggested it should be 'Epic El Pic'! Our favourite dishes are the chorizo con miel, pollo al la crema & the berenjenas con miel (aubergines with honey), accompanied by a glass of sangria and finished off with churros!

Not the first time I have reviewed this amazing restaurant. It is literally the best place to eat in the whole county and my all time favourite. I have lost count of how many times I have been and introduced friends to it. The food is perfectly cooked, authentic and well priced. The place is tiny and it gets very busy, so book in advance. A great night out and the staff are attentive, funny and brilliant.

Last night's dinner at El Pic was good but we won't be back. The food was tasty but didn't appreciate the service. The male waiter was the only one who was actually really working hard and making the difference. The girls with purple hair probably still learning, was either hiding somewhere or in the way of the male waiter who was working so hard! The lady waiter with long black hair was full of attitude. She is the reason why we had a bad impression of the place and would not want to come back.

Really good food! Very traditional Spanish food. Growing up in the Valencia region of Spain I always get nervous at eating in Spanish restaurants in the UK, but this place did not disappoint! We had the most delicious meal. We came as a table of 6 on the off chance of getting a table. We had a fabulous table in then garden area. We literally ordered everything on the menu, I kid you. Not, everything. And it was amazing!!! There was no dish that we wouldn’t be tart again and we did order more if quite a few of them. The staff were fantastic. Really engaging and really fun. The food was fresh, Felicia and perfect for a party. Pleas don’t miss out on this fantastic gem in Camberley.

Lost its authenticity. Some dishes not available on the menu. They were aware we were there for a special occasion, but went to no effort to make it special. Been going to el pic for 10 years but sadly , won't bother next time.

Absolutely delicious food, and the best part would be the fantastic staff with their wonderful service and attention to detail. We haven't dined there in nearly 15 years but as chance would have it, myself and my husband had a rare afternoon together in Camberley. Rather than sit disappointed in a noisy and formulaic chain restaurant we managed to book a table on a Saturday at this lovely spot. From the moment we stepped onto the threshold, we were welcome and given a lovely choice of tables. We sat in the outdoor area which was covered and very tidy. Drinks offered straight away and plenty of choice on the menu. Not once did we feel forgotten OR rushed. A fine balance that was absolutely achieved. Delicious food, wonderful service and a fair price for the rare date day. My only gripe would be the loo (beautifully refurbished recently but the lock on the ladies toilet was very jammed and many guests struggled to open it. There was also only one loo so timing was of the essence) If we ever have the chance, we will return! RECOMMENDED!!

This is a little gem of a restaurant. The food was fantastic, every dish we had was incredible, but the service was main reason for this review, they were excellent! They were all friendly and extremely aware, but they were also knowledgeable, and happy to help explain the difference dishes, give recommendations and generally top off the whole evening. Overall it was delightful, and we will be returning.

Visited for dinner with two friends and my daughter who has multiple food intolerances (gluten, dairy and soya). We knew from the online menu that there were quite a lot of dishes that were gluten and dairy free but we had to ask on site...

El Pic was fab and the staff were so attentive and helpful. Our favourite was the pork belly but it was tough to choose. It was all delicious but the stuffed jalapeños and croquettes were delicious too! We will definitely be back.

Decent place to eat and as most of the places, the prices have rocketed lately - don’t expect to fill up for less than £25. One mention worth considering, is the draft San Miguel which is charged as pint but only get a medium size glass (330 - 450 ml tops)

Simple independant tapas restaurant, more a cafe than a true restaurant. Had mid week dinner which was enjoyable. Second visit in 6 months. Staff friendly. Pricing ok, and credit card machine has a clear record of the charge and a simple menu for deciding how much of a tip you might want to give the staff. Great idea. Nice for Camberley to have this choice of food, as we are overrun with chain Italian style food places.

Food was as amazing as ever. It was very busy and as a result the service was slower than we're used to and one dish didn't come out until we chased it. However, we are fully appreciative that the restaurant is small as is the staff team and it did not detect from our evening.
