Just celebrated my birthday there second time that we have been. Food is always piping hot and beautifully presented although large parties there we were treated like old friends . The atmosphere is always lovely and welcoming. Staff busy but had time for you and service was very quickly. Very friendly and always feel comfortable there. Highly recommend. And I am very fussy.

For those who wish to book an establishment that will cater to moderate sized parties (we were 34) - then look no further in Camberley or Sandhurst. Emilio runs an excellent restaurant. We were celebrating the night before a wedding and not only were we given access to the whole ala carte menu but Emilio was able to provide advice over the wines and drinks so that we stayed to a reasonable budget. The food was excellent and the portions generous (definitely!). Despite having the small kitchen, he was able to produce the meals all within a short time of each other so that no table or person was waiting very long for their starter or main meal (we did provide a list of pre-orders but, still, this was varied because we had the whole ala carte menu to our disposal). His staff were all friendly and add to this he brought on a card trick entertainer (most helpful for the children in our party and those who were younger at heart!). I would give added stars to this restaurant; you know that is easy to do when you have had a memorable evening for which the establishment played a significant part in making it so.

This amazing Resturant is a must for dining out. Amazing food, great staff and atmosphere. If you haven’t eaten here then you missing a fantastic experience.

Really wanted to love this place but left disappointed. We were walking past a few weeks ago & noticed their really reasonable lunch menu… 2 courses for £15 so decided to come back & try! Sunday, 1pm & we were the only table in there for the whole time… rather surprising. As such this obviously lacked any atmosphere. We were given the main menu but had to ask for the lunch menu offer. Soup of minestrone was good, mozzarella & tomato was ok… all 2 slices of each! No seasoning etc.. ordered the bruschetta trio.. so I was rather surprised to be presented with just one piece of bruschetta! Unfortunately the bread was on was extremely soggy, the tomatoes were not fresh, just not good. Mains were sadly worse. One sea base.. it was drenched in a “white wine” sauce… which tasted like a can of chicken soup to be honest and it had the same consistency. The mushroom pizza was fine although the base felt like it was shop bought, on a rather tasteless. The pasta with garlic, asparagus, chicken… well I just couldn’t eat it. The taste was just awful, the pasta was so overcooked which I’ve never experienced in Italian as they usually like to serve it super al dente! The asparagus was 1 spear sliced in 3, the spinach made it all very watery and garlic was the only thing that could be tasted but not in a good way. I left it basically untouched, I was asked if I wanted to take it away to which I said no, but I was never asked if there was anything wrong with it. Charged £2 for a shot of lime cordial and the glasses which were on the table as we arrived, that were dirty, were the ones we were left to use for our sparkling water! With the cost of everything going up, we don’t eat out often anymore and so it was really disappointing that none of us enjoyed our meal, most left uneaten and as such, it’s there not such a good deal. Sadly won’t go again or recommend! Shame as the actual restaurant looks nice & we were pleasantly surprised when we saw inside!

Me and my Girlfriend came here for a date night, it was perfect the service was great and the food was unbelievable I had the penne carnosa and my Girlfriend who is quarter Italian and has been eating Italian all her life had the carbonara and said it was without doubt the best carbonara she's ever eaten, the banoffee pie and tiramisu were both delicious too. you can really taste the passion in each dish and we were both blown away by the quality within this humble but charming restaurant. We will definitely dine here again it's Fantastico!!

This was our first visit to Pronto Italiano, what a gem ! The service impeccable, the venue lovely & the food outstanding ! Good portions, great flavor & pricing was fair. We sat upstairs, plenty of room to relax and enjoy our evening. I would describe this as an old skool family run restaurant & for sure we will be going back there again.

Just came back from Rome Italy and was in this area for a quick trip. We had a craving for some authentic Italian food so we found this gem! The staff was amazing, the prices were great, the food was absolutely authentic and so tasteful. There was a magician walking around he had everyone laughing and in Awe. Overall I think this is some of the best food this area has to offer.

Where to start?! I expected a European vibe and atmosphere, but didn't quite expect to be transported to another decade. Everything felt 'old' but not by design. The waiter stank of cigarettes, the music was authentically Italian but from another time....and not very good either. Even worse was that it was the same ten songs on repeat from some Spotify playlist. Not only that but it was hardly ambient listening either. Far too loud for a relaxed evening. Then there's the weird placing of the knives and forks which I can only describe as placed to form a triangle. Who does that?? The tables have far too many glasses on the table. If we want wine, give us a wine glass, it's not difficult. In the end all the wine glasses were removed. The whole setup just seemed very cluttered an unnecessary. Now onto the food. Probably the most tasteless breaded brie I have ever had with far too much Cranberry Sauce (and, weirdly, strawberries, for a starter!) Worse still, my pizza was the most bland spice less pepperoni that I've ever had. Even Pizza Hut had more flavour than this sloppy mess. I didn't order a dessert, I had had enough, frankly. Whatever Primo are trying to achieve they failed at every level. The atmosphere was stale and too loud. The service was OK but nobody wants to smell stale cigarettes, not in 2024. The food, very average at best, if I'm being generous.

Wish there was an option to give additional stars. Exceptional. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, surroundings tasteful and clean. The service spot on. Attentive without being invasive and we were not rushed. And at the end of the meal the chef introduced himself to us. Family run and so glad we chose to come here.

A little gem. A great host made us feel very welcome. Food was great, non of that national chain rubbish. One of the better independent ones in the area. A notch above the nearby one on the high street. Like the simple garlic bread. Lovely with plenty of olive oil. Rustic. The two pasta dishes were fantastic. Generous portion size. Fresh pasta. Lovely sauce. Can't fault it. Risotto was good but could do with a bit more seasoning. Pizza was also very good. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Would definitely comeback and obviously recommend.

we had great time at pronto italiano, we dicaided to have a evening out with family. I used leave in Italy, so we went for Italian. we looked online and find that place. we arrived without booking, been meet and great by very professional staff. got table and been looked after through evening. we ordered some starters to share " brushetta, misto fritto, antipasti and cheesy garlic bread " all tasty and freshly made. for main we got pizzas. meat feast, make your own and rucola pizza as good as in napoli. overall great little restaurant with lots of character, perfect to meet with friends or dinner with family. great professional staff, good food and atmosphere, there is even a magician going around tablets showing tricks. highly recommended, will be back. I was in the area and decided to try Pronto what a amazing experience. The food smelt so good ai didn't have time to take a picture before tucking in. Starters and mains are nice family size. Every dish had distinctive, authentic we all shared our food and the whole family loved it. You feel the atmosphere as soon as you walk in, contributing to the experience of dinning out. Ron the magician was kind to my boys and made them believe in magic. The only Italian to go to, made me feel I've wasted money using express and prezzo, now I know! Lastly large wine virgin Mary one starter 2 pizza 2 pasta £80 for 4 well worth the experience.

Amazing The food was amazing as usual, one of the best restaurants in Camberley! This time I had a dessert too, it was excellent! The service was more than amazing, waitress has been amazing since we entered the restaurant! What a lovely evening!

Booking was 6.30. Didn't eat until 8pm apart from sharing a few leaves. Even had to wait half an hour to get a drink. I had Risotto which was too wet, salty and rice was not fully booked. My family's meals were also salty. Only ate a third of dish as was so hungry after long wait. My complaint was passed to the chef who evidently refuted all my remarks. No percentage off was offered. Very disappointed and won't go there again. In fact have already cancelled another booking.

Table booked for 6.30, but took an hour until we were eating our mains. All the dishes were too salty, one of the risotto was far too wet and the rice undercooked to the point it was almost inedible. Message back from the chef was rude and unprofessional, head waiter was even apologising, worse risotto I’ve ever been served with in a restaurant!

Have had two meals over Xmas here, one an intimate meal for two where we were also entertained by a marvellous magician, and the second was a much larger extended family meal where the magician had disappeared but the food was still amazing. Whether it’s pasta, pizza, ricotta or whatever, the food is always so delicious and the service is great too. The only disappointing thing is it’s taken me so long to find out about this gem of a restaurant. 🇮🇹🍝🍕

I had a lovely birthday meal here and accommodated all 9 of us really well. Slightly cramped for space as fitted alot of people in that night with Christmas stuff going on. Food was excellent and staff were lovely. I will happily go back in the future.

Whent with a group of friends for a Wedding celebration 🍾 ✨️ The water's very polite & welcoming. I have been travelling to Italy 🇮🇹 alot in many places but the quality of the pizzas 🍕 & the rest of the food I never found as delicious as at Pronto Italiano. The Chef 👨‍🍳 Emilio looks that he really cares for his customers when he comes to the food he cooks & served, He came around & asked everyone in our table that how is their meal & very confident that what the feedback will be. There was a Magic 🎩 man who was doing entertainment for everyone wich makes our evening unforgettable night 🌙 Thank you too the team for creating on lovely evening & you restaurant is going to be our first choice to go for a special accessions. Hired the whole restaurant for my 60th birthday and it was a fantastic night. Everyone commented on the quality of food. The service was excellent and they even booked a magician for us who was superb. This restaurant is a little gem and I highly recommend it. Thank you to Emilio, Juan and all the staff for making my birthday birthday so memorable.

I recently dined at Pronto Italiano, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I ordered their pizza and calzone, but shortly after the meal, I became extremely ill. It's evident that there were some concerning food safety issues that need to be addressed. The pizza and calzone I ordered looked appetizing, but taste aside, the aftermath was far from pleasant. The fact that I fell ill after consuming their food raises significant concerns about their kitchen hygiene and food handling practices. I believe it's crucial for any restaurant to prioritize the health and safety of its customers. I urge Pronto Italiano to review and enhance their food preparation and handling procedures to prevent incidents like this in the future. As someone who enjoys Italian cuisine, I was disappointed by this experience and hope that the restaurant can take steps to improve its standards. While I don't want to dissuade others from trying Pronto Italiano, I do recommend exercising caution and checking the restaurant's recent reviews and health inspection ratings before dining there. Food safety should always be a top priority for any establishment serving the public.

We went last night - 6 of us - and it was absolutely amazing; the service, the team, the food and the atmosphere! We all had different choices and each meal was gorgeous and the puddings (and such generous portions). And it was such a friendly, lovely team who made us feel so welcoem. The only bad thing about this restuarant is that it's 2 hrs 20 from where we live so we can't go back! If you live near you are very lucky and should go all the time! It was the perfect way to say goodbye to our daughter as she leaves for a 6 month work contract. Thank you so much.

I’ve thought long and hard before deciding to write this review, as I’m fully behind supporting local businesses, however, we have visited Pronto’s on 3 different occasions and each time something disappointing has happened. Our first visit – I ordered a Ribeye steak, received a Sirloin, I questioned the waitress, who didn’t seem to care at all. She went to ask the Chef, returned to our table saying that yes, it was definitely a Ribeye that I’d received, it clearly wasn’t…. Upon paying our bill, the chef/owner was behind the bar and freely admitted that I’d caught him out and yes, he’d served a Sirloin as they’d ran out of Ribeye. We were offered a glass of wine on the house as way of compensation. Our second visit – The restaurant was incredibly hot inside; it really would benefit from AC or fans. Food was ok but when our bill arrived items we didn’t order had been added. The male waiter (who appears to care more about the restaurant than the owner) was very apologetic and amended it. Our third visit – Long wait for food. The seafood risotto had lots of small bits of broken shell in it and once again a problem with the bill, we’d been over charged for our bottle of wine. Unfortunately, we won’t be visiting them again, which is a real shame as the restaurant does have a really nice atmosphere.

This was the second time we went to the restaurant and were amazed of the quality and portion size of the food first time we went to this restaurant and the second time did not disappoint. The staff also very knowledgeable and friendly and their tiramisu is to die for. Also they have a resident magician who is equal to the quality of the food and service of the restaurant

Second time of coming here,first was great on a Tuesday evening. Came last Saturday waited 1.75 hours for main course to arrive. One meal came burnt ,why did they send this out to table. One was meant to have capers un it but we couldn’t taste the capers. They only have one choice of rose wine,weird. Wine list very limited. Expensive meal for nothing special. One of my company replied to the waitress ‘was the meal alright’ that it was T and she just walked off.

In the area on business, we wanted a great Italian restaurant to meet with some friends. A local recommendation and a quick browse on Trip Advisor brought us here...and what an absolute belter of a restaurant this is. Intimate, friendly and a fabulous atmosphere in which to dine and enjoy conversation. The food is exceptional, and the wine list impressive. Service is smooth and friendly. The food does the talking here though...and the passion for it is obvious. Spaghetti Gamberoni will make you smile with is glorious hit of chilli and pink unctuousness. The Vitelle Saltimbocca with kale has the perfect herbed sauce with the perfect accompaniment side vegetables still al dente. The Frutti di Mare had a mountain of fresh shellfish atop golden tagliatelle and hit every flavour note perfectly. Please book a table and enjoy a great evening here!

Went here spontaneously with 2 friends and ended having an incredible night. The food was delicious, the waiters, cook and owner were very friendly and the magician Rod Type was an incredible act! Can only recommend this place to everyone who likes and excellent italian experience.

We have just been here for a 50th birthday, 8 people in total. The food was amazing, the atmosphere light and welcoming and the service second to none. Prices are competitive and well worth paying. They even put balloons up and supplied a huge banoffee cream cake that was made on site. Highly recommended and our new go to restaurant

Loved our main course, but unfortunately the garlic bread was a tad dry. But the chef was very friendly and served the dishes himself. So all in all it was a great experience!

What a wonderful restaurant! Food was delicious and delivered in generous portion sizes. They also had a good gluten-free menu. Prices were decent and well worth it. The only observation I would make is that parking can be a little difficult. But it is definitely worth a visit

Amazing restaurant. Me and my partner wanted pizza on a Sunday afternoon, we searched the nearest Italian restaurant and found Pronto. The restaurant was empty when we arrived but did not put us off, we were given enough time to check out the menu, which had a great selection. My partner wanted the scallops to start but unfortunately they were out, so our host recommended the prawns and they did not disappoint! It was delicious. I had the pizza and my partner had carbonara and it was out of this world! Great portion size and great value for money. We did manage to squeeze in dessert, lemon cheese cake and banoffee pie to finish off an amazing meal. We will definitely be returning and bringing friends!

After deciding to support a local business in light of my mothers birthday, we were terribly disappointed with our local Italian restaurants service and attitude. Upon arriving we were promptly forgotten about… We waited over twenty minutes for the drinks request, following an HOUR wait for the waiter to request our food order after asking twice to order food. The drinks came; flat coke in a half full pint glass. The interactions with members of staff were dry and lifeless, with little enthusiasm. It’s a real shame that a local business would be so effortless, would highly discourage anyone visiting.

Wonderful evening. Booked to come here with my son to have a proper catch up. We have had delivery in the past when Pronto was over in Deepcut, but hadn't yet got round to coming to the restaurant. Greeted warmly at the door, and seated immediately. The food was excellent. I had pizza and my son had pasta, and we both had tiramisu. (He had wanted banoffee pie, but they were out of it - must be good!) After we had finished eating, we sat chatting for a little longer. The chef came out to ask how our food had been, which was actually lovely, and something I have never experienced in any other restaurant. We did not feel rushed out the door (granted it wasn't bust as it was a Wednesday evening) and the gentleman looking after us was the perfect combination of attentive, but also didn't disturb us more than necessary. I can't fault any part of our experience, and genuinely, it was a great evening. Though next time we're going to have to get in early enough to get the banoffee pie! Thank you Pronto Italiano. We will be returning. 😊

Pronto Italiano is a hidden gem of a restaurant in an otherwise bland high street. The decor inside is very authentic and the atmosphere was cosy. The service was first class! The food we had was amazing and the wine equally so! We'll definitely be coming back!!

Fabulous 3 course meal for my Birthday celebrations 🍾 The mixed mushroom starter was a preview of what was to come Seafood Ravioli and a light fluffy lemon 🍋 cheescake for dessert. What can I say! Second time I've eaten here, and like the 1st time, the food was "forgettable"! Not saying it was bad, .... It was just "so what!" I must say, it usually looks quite busy, as I walk past it alot. I cannot see the attraction, to be honest. Try it, but don't expect culinary perfection. Much rather the Himylayan next door.

Lovely little restaurant, welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and superb food. However, very disappointed that 2 soda and limes came to £9! (£2.50 for the soda and £2.00 for a dash of lime)

I had dinner here last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. All of the party had pizza and they were great. Well cooked and generous with toppings. The crust was also lovely and dippable. The desserts were very generous too. I had the lemon cheesecake which was lovely. The house white wine was also very good. Lots of stairs inside and no banister at the top of the stairs where the toilets were. Couldn't see a downstairs disabled toilet. Would recommend.

Visited last night whilst staying in a local hotel. We found this place last-minute and weren't too sure what to expect, but we were blown away. Stepping through the door felt like we'd been whisked off to Italy, and the owner was extremely welcoming and friendly. The food arrived shortly after we had ordered, and I can honestly say it was some of the best food I've ever had. We've been to some rather expensive Italian restaurants in London, but none of them come close to beating the food here. We will definitely be visiting again next time we're in the area.

We are so pleased we stumbled on this great restaurant. Every time we have visited Pronto Italiano the food has been delicious & fresh. We've had lunch & dinner & never been disappointed. Great menu to cater for everyone & great wine menu. Staff & chef are very welcoming & friendly. The homemade Tiramisu was light & delicious 😋 They occasionally have live entertainment. We've booked our table for New Year's Eve & really looking forward to it. Its important to support small businesses & we will be regularly visiting them.

Beautiful food, lovely restaurant.

Our party of six ate here on Saturday evening. The staff were friendly and the 3 courses arrived fairly quickly but the standard of the food was fairly average. My wife had a mushroom starter which was eye-wateringly spicy yet a lot of our main courses were very bland and tasteless. The alcohol prices were a bit steep with a 660 ml bottle of Peroni costing nearly £8. It also wasn't served as cold as it should be. Overall very disappointing.

We had a birthday celebratory takeaway of fillet steaks in various sauces, with chips, spinach and salad. The steak was the best I have ever eaten. It was not cheap, but it was worth every penny as a birthday treat. I’ve had a few meals of various descriptions from this establishment since it opened, both in house sit down, and takeaways, and it never disappoints. You will definitely feel replete afterwards! I hope my review encourages you to try this authentic Italian restaurant, with its super friendly and professional staff, as it would be such a shame to lose it because of COVID restrictions

Ordered delivery for the first time on Valentine's day and will definitely be ordering again and visiting as soon as lockdown ends! The food was excellent and the staff on the phone were very helpful. Food arrived in good time as well.

Truly the best establishment in Camberley. The owners and staff are friendly, the food is excellent. Before covid, Pronto was our go to for gatherings with friends, treating family and romantic date nights. Now we order delivery twice a month! We can't wait to come back and celebrate with you all over limoncello's!

Friendly staff, tasty food. For takeaway they don't give cutleries :(. They could put a little more veal in veal food, beside that very tasty.

A small but warm mediterranean style dining room. Pronto has a beautiful wine list with some Italian regions you certainly wouldn't find in the supermarket. This restaurant isn't trying to be a regional Italian restaurant, instead it covers a broad range of Italian cuisine. Our dishes were fantastic, we enjoyed their Italian digestives to wrap up the meal.
