Never been inside, always wanted to! Such an awesome selection of products, and really great and attentive customer service too. Bought some two types of olives - one with anchovies inside - and some truffle cheese. Absolutely delicious!

Came up from Exeter to Bristol for an exam and wanted to visit the deli. David was very friendly and they have a great range of products and parking in the area is great, I highly recommend it.

The food here is exceptional and authentic which we love. And the owner is just a delight to communicate with. My favourite olives come from here, Gordal and I could eat them like sweets. Great selection of meats, cheese and drinks. We will be back.

A delightful selection of traditional Spanish meats and cheeses. But also a variety of juicy olives and wines. I can recommend the gordal olives as they are divine. Also smoked Tetilla cheese is heavenly. We also bought Jamon Iberico which melts in the mouth. Warm and friendly chap who has owned the business now for over 10 years. I will certainly be returning to try more of the meats. You can also find great wines and beers there to match the tasty delights.

Excellent food and drink. And wonderful talking to the owner with his passion for the produce there. As a frequent Spain visitor I feel at home being able to buy what I enjoy in and around Spain. We will be back.

The very best olives I have ever found, including those bought in Spain, Portugal, Greece etc. Also very good meats and always a warm welcome from a friendly owner. Yes you may pay a little more, but the supurb quality is worth paying a little more for.

One of the best shops in the world (in the top fifty if my memory serves me right). The chaps are so friendly and helpful, and the quality of the Spanish deli food is monstrously good. For example, the olives are to die for. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The man who runs/owns this store was sent by the gods to provide food to us mere mortals. He is Prometheus, bearer of fire. Every time I’ve gone in here, it doesn’t matter what I’m looking for, he’s either had it, or knows exactly where to get it. I was trying to find smoked sausage for jambalaya that I wanted to make, and the smoked chorizo he sold me absolutely made the dish. Even if you don’t like Spanish food, walking in to this shop is how you buy yourself a little bit of sunshine on an otherwise grey British day.

Absolutely fantastic service. Bought a gift voucher for a friend and the owner could not have been more helpful, right down to hand delivering the voucher! Selection of fine Spanish goods, will definitely be back.

Doesn’t open at the advertised times! Waited outside shop for 20 minutes at 10am, only to be told when I telephoned that they would not be opening for another 20-30 minutes! Can’t comment on the produce on sale or the service as I couldn’t even get into the shop.

Great selection of manchego cheese - truffle manchego and rosemary manchego were top off my list! They also have homemade croquettes. Best of all was the warm welcome, friendly service and advice - thank you I will definitely be back. I was only after manchego cheese and olive oil but will be back to have a longer mooch next time.

Excellent Spanish produce and very friendly and knowledgable staff! They also do local home delivery via good sixty, although that does mean missing out on the lovely experience of a visit to the shop.

Such a lovely, kind man who beams with positivity! Just picked up two paella’s for our lunch and the paella’s are incredible. I want to know his secret recipe! The shop is also beautiful and the products are so lovely.

Este lugar es emocionante para visitar, los productos que se venden son extremadamente buenos y tentadores, el personal es experimentado (pueden aconsejar y ayudar con su conocimiento de los platos españoles) y muy amable (es fácil tener una conversación agradable y reír con ellos), mientras que los sábados puedes probar la mejor paella en Bristol: cómela in situ o para llevar. Ciertamente continuaremos yendo allí, ¡es una de nuestras delicias favoritas!

Basically a small but authentic Spanish deli, that’s v popular with the area’s expat Spanish community: something that’s esp obvious if you visit on a Saturday when the owner serves his freshly made paella. The owner is v friendly and knowledgeable about his produce. This is one of my favourite food stores in Bristol.

Un lugar para disfrutar cada domingo de paella y de un buen ambiente. Un 10 para el dueño, con el q seguro q te echarás unas risas. Además te podras llevar algún spanish caprichito para casa. Muy recomendable.

Super friendly place. Loads of lovely cheeses, meats, olives etc, as well as great paella on Saturdays. Good advice on Spanish ingredients and cooking techniques.

I stopped in here as I was passing and about to go and spend the weekend with friends. On a whim I asked the shop owner to put together a package of ham, cheese, crackers, olives to provide a typical Spanish lunch for four people and gave him a budget. I added a bottle of sherry and the whole lot came in under £30. It was a great lunch and it certainly impressed my hosts.

This small shop in Gloucester Road has everything you can expect from a small shop in the centre of Madrid or any other Spanish city, but the best is not that, on Saturday you can also have paella surrounded by an authentic Spanish atmosphere and the owner will gladly give advice any day with any of the Spanish recipes you want to prepare at home. Probably a unique spot not only in Bristol but in England if you really want to experience Spanish cuisine without the need of going to a restaurant.

This is a very friendly shop that brings a little piece of Spain to Gloucester Road. Good range of produce and a small area at the front where you can enjoy some tapas. On a Saturday there is paella on offer to eat in or take away. well worth a visit.

I love the casual way you can drop in to this Spanish deli for A bowl of olives and a platter of bellota charcuterie washed down with a couple of glasses of manzanilla while you do your shopping. You can sit at the window watching the world go by - listening to the Spanish regulars chatting while imagining you are somewhere a long way away.

Amazing variety and quality. The staff is very kind and have a lot of knowledge about all the products they sell. I stop by almost every week to get Chorizo and Jamon Iberico and Manchego chees, my favourite.

Has more than you might think! If you can't find what you are looking for just ask the friendly guy on the counter and he will usually either have it somewhere or will get hold of it for you. Just recently started to serve tapas, but I have yet to try it. It's on my to do list.
