I came twice and the service was too long even if the shop wasn’t full. We had our order by 2 times. Disappointed because I like what they serve.

The menu looked amazing. So many things to choose from. I settled for a Blondie White Chocolate Pizookie. What I got was simply a milk chocolate cookie dough. Which wasn't what I ordered. I specifically asked if the cookie dough base would be white chocolate and they said yes Was disappointing to say the least, but the service was very quick.

Absolutely love the deserts always fresh tasting and I usually come in once a week to get my fix but everytime i go now the prices change and constantly going up from 7.20 to 7.80 and now 9 for the same desert is just too much service is always good but for me these prices are just too much.

When I got the receipt my only concern was how over priced for those small portions of deserts were. Service: the food came quick & We were 3 people & only got 2 spoons for 3 ppl so the guy said he will go & get another one after waiting for 5 minutes, I had to go ask for another spoon myself. Very highly priced for a milkshake & the price was different in the display tv but was charged £9.85 for the desert. I would’ve gone to a buffet with that amount which I’ve paid for the deserts.

Best place to eat desserts! The desserts are like comfort food, warm and filling like homemade but much much more delicious. I cant get enough of it, I always stick to my favourite but lately pizookie has been my go to, just thinking about it makes me crave some. Had to have the new dubai ice cream with it and it made it oh so sweeter. 😋 Go for it you won't regret it.

Halal institute with Haram prices. The person handling the pricing must face God one day. If you like people robbing you please visit this place everything is very very overpriced so please reconsider if you want dessert.

The desserts at this restaurant were decent but overpriced. The lack of clear pricing on the menu made ordering inconvenient, and the service could be better. Downstairs seating is manageable but can become quite crowded. Considering the price, service, and overall taste, it’s unlikely I’ll return. The restaurant is fully halal, accepts both cash and card, but has no parking available.

There dessert never miss the sweet spot.

Tried the Turkish Kunafeh which was extremely sweet and ruined the flavour of Kunafeh.Also ordered ice cream which had a crumbly texture, although the pistachio ice cream tasted great! Left the dessert and ice cream and walked out. Not too impressed with the desserts at this place overall. Over priced for the quality of desserts you get, not good value for the money I spent here.

Kitch decor and great atmosphere. The Adani and Arabic tea were authentic and simply excellent. The desserts and ice cream looked great unfortunately we stopped before dinner so we had to be good. Certainly a place to return to.

Ordered on uber eats. Delivery took almost 1 hr 4 2 items- cookie dough and red velvet cheesecake. This was really expensive and The cheesecake is not at all a cheesecake with no biscuit base and only the driest sponge on Earth. It was so dry that I struggled to swallow it without a hot beverage. The cookie dough was nice but the pistachio ice cream would have been amazing if not for the additional peanut butter added which makes it really bitter. Overall, will not be ordering from here again.

Another update for this place. Today food came with hair attached. Absolutely disgusting. Have been going to this place from before it was trendy (Muntz St then Cov Rd). They have always been impeccable when it came to quality & service but unfortunately it seems like they have let them selves down. Ordered a blueberry loco shake which was amazing, a snickers & roasted peanut butter shake which just hit the spot & finally a red velvet cheese cake. The cheesecake was OK until you got to the biscuit base, it tasted weird (biscuit had gone off). Bought it to the attention of the waiter who apologised & took it away saying he would sort it out. 10/15 pass & nothing. Not wanting to make a scene I thought I'd make my way downstairs & ask what was happening. Approached same waiter again who told me that they were sorry & would look into it & then just walked off. No offer of a replacement or even a refund, not the best way to treat paying customers. Seems like fame & fortune may have got to their heads a little. Not happy at all.

Not like it used to be stupidly over priced quiet ridiculous, the royal was to rich and over powering with the chocolate definitely got somthing wrong also sneaky with charging me 50p on top for a little bit of cream on my milk shake Sorry guys you've lost it standards have dropped.

I recently got the most bristle dry rock brittle concert cake custard, which was extremely devastating and really cold when it arrived home for delivery. Once again, do not take people on if they are not fit for work and don't know how to do their jobs properly. Elements Dessert is an outstanding place for freshly made desserts. The list goes on.

Now really a good coffee with quality products! Unfortunately the service is lacking! With so much quality, you should have good and enough staff! It can't be that you need 10 minutes to order and then have to get the things from upstairs to downstairs yourself! Otherwise really worth the money!!!

Excellent food and service. The sandwiches were an unexpected delight, the flavours working together to provide a unique and welcome experience. The desserts were wholesome and satisfying, with fluffy cakes and warm custard. The Mojito was intensely refreshing. Additional seating is available upstairs so medium-large groups can also be accommodated. Highly recommend.

Okay place but I do love the biscoff milkshake though even though I don't generally like lotus biscoff much. Their pistachio ice cream is nice and the mocha one and few others.

It is a shame for me to write this review, but this is the second time I have paid a visit to the store and the staff were extremely dismissive and unprofessional. They were talking about how they found an expired product. The product had been expired from the 18 of April so if any of you have had food poisoning you now know why. Prior to this I came in with my brothers to order a milkshake and the guy with a beard said out LOUD give them their drink so they can leave. Basic customer service isn’t a difficult concept to fathom tbh, but given the location the behaviour fits. Reading these reviews it seems like this is a common thing.

Apparently it’s the best in Birmingham, so far it tasted quite good so I will give it a 4 star One downside is the bits are too small in the milkshake

Absolutely fantastic place for coffee and a slice to chat with family and friends. A lovely selection of speciality coffees and teas, the ice creams are superb, everything about Eid Cafe is brilliant. My favourite place to go 5 stars for service, food and ambience.

There is lots of variety in cakes and ice cream so the range is huge. But the quality of the cakes is just average but turn over time is slow and workforce makes constant errors. They overpower all the cakes with too much sauce so removes the taste of the cakes themselves. Very busy place and spaces are limited.

I remember when this place first opened up and it was a novel concept, not many cafes of this calibre back then which bought the punters in in droves. Nowadays you can find a dessert place on almost every street corner but I have to concede that this is by far the best. Great lighting lending to a cosy atmosphere. Decor is appealing. Seats are comfortable. Food and drink options plentiful and all prepared to a high standard. Service is second to none and I'm grateful for it's existence. My kids love the cookie dough and bespoke ice cream choices. Infact, so extensive, they can never make up their minds as to what flavour ice cream to pair with their desserts. Lol. My only caveat is that parking on Coventry road is an absolute nightmare. Once upon a time, I spent most of my student days in small heath so I was accustomed to the organised chaos. Now, it just gives me anxiety. Lol. Still brave the anguish to enjoy coffee and desserts with the wife and kids. Definitely worth a visit if not ten.

Disgusting service, I will not be visiting again. Waited 50 min for two scoop of ice cream asked twice when will it be served. I was told it was a complicated order and I have to wait. What a joke of a place. They’ll probably reply with not being aware of such event taking place. There were also stains on the booth that got onto my jeans. Terrible

I don't know if it's under new management? or they have new staff put in place?!But this has been the 2nd time we had our milkshake orders taste revolting .The shakes were watered down,no flavours,bland.I asked for a ferreo MS,Not a fkeck of it in there.very disappointed & money wasted ,as I loved getting my shakes from here.In the past it was worth my money & drive up from Great Barr for a treat!!but Never again. Ladypool Road, Birmingham. Just wanted to share my experience as it was my first time here. I was quite disappointed with the service. I ordered a spiced tea, but it tasted more like pure milk and wasn't warm enough. When I asked for help, no one came to assist me, and I had to wait for a long time. The manager didn't even show up after I requested to speak with them. It's a shame because the ambiance was lovely, but the lack of attention and assistance really affected my overall experience. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service in the future.

Don’t trust the reviews they’ve let their success(!) get to their head. Appalling customer service, really really awful. It’s like they’re paying you, not the other way round. And the desserts have gone downhill too they’ve forgotten how to make them. If you really really wanna go, go to the ladypool road one.

I love coming here as you have the best desserts but I don’t understand why you as a business are still selling drinks like coke Fanta sprite etc especially when the stuff which is going on in Gaza/ Palestine I think it’s a shame and it’s the least that can be done to stand up for the genocide which is happening in Palestine. There so many alternatives which can be purchased other than coke etc

First time at this place and wow, can see this being one of the staple cafes a go to now. This place is just lovely. Everything from the decor, to the buzz and the friendliness of the staff. Everything we tried was amazing too! We got the Adeni tea which was super refreshing and warming on a cold Friday night, and we ordered the s’mores pizzookie (pizza cookie) which was amaaaaazing. Ooey gooey chocolate marshmellowy goodness. Thy also have a selection of ice creams, and honestly I wanna go back again tomorrow that’s how good it was! My only complaint was that the table was dirty when we sat down, so maybe facilities management can be a little more attentive to this in the future. But otherwise 10/10!

A really lively local place, parking is hard work, but the little foot patrol is worth it, place gets busy so be patient, desserts are decent.

Wanted to place an order and found out the marshmallows used in the desserts contain GELATINE. NOT THE HALAL BRANDS! BEWARE! EDIT TO OWNER: I can assure you your marshmallows are definitely NOT homemade, nor are they HALAL/VEGETARIAN. I was clearly shown the PACKET bought and used in your store by the worker which were AMERICAN STYLE PORK GELATINE MARSHMALLOWS!!! Do not lie and try to mislead your customers into consuming food products which are against their religious beliefs!! You should be ashamed of yourselves and I will be reporting you to the Food Standards Agency! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!!

I have been to this cafe many times before and have had a pleasant experience, generally, service has always been quite slow. However, today I visited this cafe I ordered 1 cookie dough and 1 waffle-cookie dough. The cookie dough was perfect, however the waffle was over done with the edges and middle parts of the waffle being hard and able to be cracked like crackers. I went downstairs to complain and was met with a dismissive attitude and then tell me 'this I what it's like' but the times I had been here before no waffle is like this. They agreed to make me another one after a snarky comment in Arabic was made. They took another 30 minutes to make the waffle and we finally had to go downstairs to complain again. I was met with dismissiveness and so much attitude I was shocked I then took the waffle to go. The waffle was thrown into the box and the ice cream wasn't included. They have amazing food but terrible service.

In the past six months Eis cafe on Coventry Road has sent us the wrong order with incorrect items on 4 occasions, I give up now. Shame as the desserts are lovely but they cannot seem to get staff to understand orders taken via Uber Eats

I would rate the food good but not amazing and the service is quite medium I asked for extra plates for my kids to share their desert but I was refused the request. I was not impressed by the response. The place is not baby or toddler friendly as they don't have high chairs and is more likely to couples or friends day out. The place is more for dating or friends gathering moments i wouldn't say families with kids and babies.

Poor customer service, I ordered a protein drink that tasted 🤮 they refused to re make it with less protein even after I told them it’s got a horrible taste and it is hurting my stomach‼️ Any other cafe would make the drink again or give a discount / refund. I can’t see myself visiting again at all .. note: I always drink protein drinks so I know what I’m talking about.

Don't have a massive sweet tooth but greatly enjoyed my experience here. Very friendly staff. Can tell the dessert here is of a good quality unlike many dessert shops. Plenty of booth seating upstairs, however, didn't see any signs for seating... had to follow the curiosity. Upstairs there is free room temperature and cold water dispenser. Not massively busy, great for friends, couples or families Not from Birmingham, so can't compare to other dessert shops in Birmingham, but definitely would visit again if I were to come again.

If you actually care about improving your product you'll take the following advice on board (which you weren’t willing to do when I spoke to you over the phone today :/ not even an apology…). Which genius thought it would be smart to place a box of mobile food, inside a bag vertically? It should be flat inside the bag. Regardless of whether you handed it to the delivery driver with the bag not upright, you should have enough sense to know the driver will likely hold the bag from the top where its been folded AND THEREFORE, RUIN OUR FOOD. TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO PACKAGE FOOD CORRECTLY AND BUY BOXES THAT ACTUALLY SLOT INTO THE BAG SO THEY'RE FLAT. SIMPLE.

Food is great and a bit over the top, but that’s their gimmick. Any of the milkshakes are great. I also had a brownie which was lovely. The decor is nice, something different for Coventry road. I recommend it.

This is a delivery review. I've just ordered from Eis Cafe and they havent sealed the hot drink properly. This is a fairly costly drink and it's spilled all over the delivery persons bag. They sealed the cap with crossing tape but nothing around the entire rim which is necessary to prevent spill. They've also transferred hot desserts onto paper that dissolves into the food. Better delivery containers and protocols will help

Nice food and presentation Allaahumma Baarik. The place is somewhat comfortable (upstairs seating). However, it would be much better for there to be privacy screens for sisters. It really does limit the experience without this and just being in the open. Suprised this is the case considering the owner is apparently Salafi, Allaahu a'lam. Also prices are a bit high considering what it is. Milkshakes are given in a plastic cup even when you dine in which is slightly odd. If these things were improved then that would be great, Inshaa'Allaah.

Ein deutsches Eiscafé auf der Covetryroad? Wie cool ist das denn bitte?! Sehr leckerer Süßspeisen in coolen Ambiente von super netten Leuten. Junge Leute sind manchmal etwas eigen, vor allem, wenn es nur Männer sind, aber hier passt alles, denn die Jungs sind sehr respektvoll und gut organisiert. Kleiner Verbesserungs Vorschlag meinerseits. Lasst das Backpapier bei den Gusseisenpfannen weg, denn das hat zweierlei Vorteile: 1. Die Cookies werden unten lecker knusprig. 2. Fotos sehen schöner aus und das macht ja heutzutage die halbe Miete bei Essen.😃

The worst customer experience I’ve ever received from a food establishment. I bought 5 desserts, two were stale and after explaining this to the waiter. He advised will speak to manager not just advise he will change it. He then brings the same dessert back a few min and advised they forgot to heat it up. I then advised I wasn’t happy with the same stale cake which he’d already touched the first time. Then they took it back and covered it in sauce to try and hide the fact it was the same cake. This is totally unacceptable! Poor service and food. The doughnut holes were also stale. The foods just too inconsistent as came a couple of weeks before and those were fine. This establishment really lacks any kind of professionalism, hygiene and quality. Avoid coming here as maybe they will start to appreciate their customers more and look at not re-serving stale food which staff have had their hands on.

I've been to this place a few times over the years but never really sat down or had anything except a mint tea or coffee. However, my family and I were all craving a cool and refreshing beverage in the hot weather so we decided to pop in after a 'loooong' day of Eid shopping. Where do I begin? We were all greeted with salams and smiles, and then were asked whether we would like to sit-in or take-away. Once we made our intentions clear we were ushered to our table. The server kindly took the required time to help me in pick the right deserts, milkshakes and mojitos even though they were quite busy. The items were prepared in good time and served at our table in the upstairs seating area. The deserts looked great and the portions were hearty, and most importantly, they all tasted fabulous - Alhamdulillah. The whole place looked immaculate and felt trendy, with the ambiance being very family focused and welcoming. This place is a gem, the staff are brilliant, Masha'Allah - this the best place in Birmingham to get desert or a coffee by a country mile! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bad experience. The products are very expensive, the tables are very dirty. The tea that is served is for 3 people minimum but it does not tell you so you take several and you come out with a salty bill. Avoid.

Nice place to go and hang out, however, have to be honest in my review. Was looking forward to eating a waffle after a long time, as they are my favourite dessert. We had to wait over 40 minutes! just for our 1 dessert and drinks. The waffle was nasty (literally), it was hard and horrible. I've had so many waffles over the years and this was by far the least nicest one I've ever had, wouldn't recommend at all. My cousin who was with me ordered a vanilla coffee, he instead got a regular coffee and cold. When mine came later, it was hot. I asked for only half the shots of coffee as I don't drink too much coffee and prefer decaf, but they don't do decaf so asked for half the shots, but they didn't put half the shots, it was full shots and very strong, I got 3 people to taste it incase I was wrong and they agreed. The turmeric tea was nice and the hot chocolate. But overly priced for low quality food. Heard so much about it so thought I'd give it a try, but ended up being disappointed.

+100% PORK+ *🐷🐖* I happened to see a worker carrying a pack of mega marshmallows...(the like you see in ASDA) Which contain 100% Pork Gelatine having checked nyself multiple times. Not very halal for a place that is registered as 100% Halal Considering the fact I had ordered a smores cookie dough. I asked quite simply to see the packet of the mega marshmallows that were used on the Smores. Bare in mind I had fully witnessed a worker carry the packet directly past me. I got ignored for around 10 minutes. Until I stood up and asked to see if anyone was coming to show me the packet. At which stage a few young fellows proceeded to tell me a make believe story, of how they were not obliged to infact show me packets as it could mean me stealing trade secrets. I explained that I am not a dessert shop extraordinaire. I voiced my concerns regarding the Marshmallow packet, I believe they were using which contained PORK gelatine. Thus showing me the packet would ease my fears and surely make me look silly. However they were persistent that they could not show any packaging. I even asked them to cut away the ingredients section so I could eat my dessert in peace. Rather than show me they decided to fob me off as if it were government legislation that they were not allowed to show ingredients of anything. I have never been spoken too so condescendingly and was made to feel an idiot when i was told that the owner/hierarchy had them under strict instructions to not show any ingredients. Which in fact could be a health and safety issue itself. I was given 1001 wallahi's. And told "there is not what you are looking for in the marshmallows." I was told time after time. (I.e. pork) When I asked for the owner to attend given he had the made up rules of trade secrets in place.... He threatened "there will be problems if I have to come down". Not very God-fearing of you brother considering you tried feeding me PORK Gelatine. Fed up. I requested a full refund and left my uneaten and PORK filled dessert. I was fuming and wanted to confirm what ingredients were used So: After a quick phonecall to EIS Cafe Ladypool Road. A very kind and honest person. Confirmed that they ARE indeed the HARAM Mega Marshmallows that are used (American colours and stripes and easy to spot) and do infact contain 100% PORK Gelatine. Had they been honest and admitted their fault and not used them again. That would have been an easy resolution which wouldn't have led to this review being posted. A few other things to add: -Very Average ice cream, standards have dropped quite drastically. -Workers have 0 customer service skills and pretend to be empathetic yet lie to your face. -Make sure your dessert doesn't contain Pork ✅️🐖🐷
