Absolutely delicious food and the best service!

Loved the food! Service was good too. They gave me delicious starter on the house. Will definitely come back.

Food was okay but the staff friendliness was very lacking. They seemed rude and unattentive. The Whitechapel branch is much better.

One of the best branches of Efes in London. Whenever we come here the food is always great. I would recommend trying different options on the menu not only kebabs. There is a great selection of dishes and you can be nicely surprised. 👏🏼

I have just had such a wonderful beef stew from here. The aubergine and beef just melt in your mouth and the stew is just the perfect combo. The staff are welcoming and cheerful. I Highly recommend a visit there.

Outstanding service. After Uber Eats tried to deliver wrong order Efes delivered the correct order themselves and when I explained that Uber had refunded me they refused to take payment so I had my dinner on the house. Great customer service and of course the food is outstanding. Love Efes

I love Turkish Bread! Not sure what I got served. The bread felt as if it had been defrosted and I never experienced anything like it. My medium lamb shish was a joke consisting of 4 minuscule cubes of lamb. I spent 20 quid on better and more food. Still, the bread was the most disappointing

This place has the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. This was a welfare lunch from work so we were about 14 people. 5 people decided to order seperately and 9 of us ordered the 5 people and 4 people mixed grill. The guy that got the order was rude but on top of that he accidentally brought a 5 people and 6 people mixed grill which of course we didn't realise. He came whilst we were eating and asked me to confirm the order. I showed him which mixed grills we had order and he told me he made a mistake and brought the wrong ones. Instead of owing his mistake he tried to make me agree to the wrong order which I didn't. He then went on to the screen and I assumed he amended his error. When we asked for the bill, to my surprised, he had charged the 5 and 6 people mixed grill. When we asked him to fix the error his response was "But you ate it". And that was while we were prepping a take away box! No apology, nothing just rudeness. We then asked for the service charge to be taken off and they declined to do that. Another waitress came and tried to mitigate the issue but offering a small discount (still more expensive that it would have been) along with tea and dessert. I am utterly shocked with the lack of professionalism and the rudeness of this guy. He should certainly not be working in hospitality. We are obviously never going back. It's a shame because the food itself was good.

Had a lovely and very inexpensive meal here 2 days ago (£40 for 2, 2 courses). Food very tasty (free salad and bread, free rice pudding) choices clear as all food pictured on menu. Staff very helpful. BYOB (£3 corkage for wine) extensive soft drinks. Attractive lighting.

Ordered platter for 4, tasted good and decent variety of meats and rice, could have added lamb chops which would have made it spot on. Price is a bit on expensive for the quantity of food. Service was spot on!

I went there today with my nephew and two sons. As always food is amazing. The lady who served us names EVA. She's excellent. Her customer service skill is really good and really friendly and kind. Keep up the good work Eva.

**Fantastic Experience at Efes** I recently visited Efes and had an amazing time. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The food was exceptional. I tried the Mix kebab, which was flavorful and beautifully presented. Every bite was a delight! Overall, Efes exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great dining experience. 5 stars!

got the kofte and the wings, the quality of the ingredients is good but the level of salt in everything is at a level verging on the inedible. the chef has lost his mind, and the other staff are probably not trying the food themselves, why this extreme level of salt?

Good place foe halal food, well done Turkish recipes. Ordered adana (10/10), kebab (8/10) which was more like shawema not real lambs, and meat pie. Portions are generous and they serve appetisers at the beginning. Will definitely recommend the place

My family and I used to always go to Efes, but the last few times we've ordered takeaways, we've encountered issues. The first time, we found a sting inside our food, and today, we ordered 6 lahmacuns with sauces inside, asking for them to be juicy. However, we received dry food with no sauces or lemon, just salad and lots of onions. As a result, we all ended up with heartburn and discomfort. Won’t be coming back again

A year ago, the service and food was good. My last experience there was terrible. The starters came out of a jar or tin we were told by staff. After we complained about the slop presented to us as food. We sent back the olive's. And should of sent back two more starters. But was curious to see how bad they were. The main we noticed certain cut backs had been made. Even down to only a chilli top and stork placed on the plate. Instead of a whole chilli. Staff attitudes were poor and were reluctant to answer some simple questions. Standing across the restaurant and having to have conversation with them by talking loudly. I do not recommend any of the starters. Whole experience was awful

The food was good. Even the service was alright. After they brought the starter we’ve been told that it’s cash only. This should be mentioned first thing as you come in the restaurant. Luckily we had a card and managed to get cash from a Atm. There is no alcohol served but the waiter said we can go to Tesco and bring our own. 🙄 We have been charged for TAP WATER. I repeat. 5£ for a bottle of TAP WATER. Service charge is 10%. That wouldn’t be a problem though as we always tip but to charge for the TAP WATER??!!! I guess the waiter felt bad and brought us on the house some Turkish tea and a rice pudding. We will probably never come back to this restaurant. After my husband mentioned about they took it off. 🤭

I recently dined at Efes, a Turkish restaurant, and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed indifferent and inattentive. The food lacked authenticity and flavor; it tasted as though it had been prepared hours before and reheated. Additionally, the ambiance was lacking, with outdated decor and uncomfortable seating. Overall, I would not recommend Efes to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable Turkish dining experience.

Was really impressed with our experience here. The food was very tasty and they had alot of choice including veggie options. The portions were generous and the complimentary bread, dips, and salad was a nice touch. Lovely staff too.

I had a great experience at this place from the minute I entered I had the door opened for me they had bread, salad and sauces given out which was a surprise as most Turkish restaurants don’t give that anymore, the food was great and the waiters were friendly. They packed my food for me in the back and gave me tea and rice pudding. Amazing experience totally would come again.

If you want to go to a place there the staff are shouting at eachother having no clue what's happening and are rude this is your place, food rubbish - service was bad due to redness and lack of care. Wouldn't recommend and won't be returning

The food wasn't bad but it wasn't super tasty either, just not my tastes . As for the service, I did not like the attitude of the young waitress who spilled cola on my shoe and did not apologize. She looked as if nothing had happened and only offered to bring a new cola. The Coke was so spilled under the table and she didn't even wipe it up. She was not interested in whether I was able to remove this stain from my shoes . We did not even receive a small discount on food for this sutuation.

Terrible service! The waiter was so rude and coming to our table and asking can he get the plates and all the glasses where we wasn’t finished our lunch with my friend. We were staying for 1,5 hour where I saw him printing our bill without to be asked.We will never come back to that place again!

Bought chips for £3 to takeaway. Service was quick (all staff were kind and welcoming) and they offered free garlic sauce too - quite a generous portion of chips overall and very satisfying, warm and delicious !! Will definitely come back for a dine-in experience as the other food looked delicious.

This is the best Turkish restaurant in London! The food is so good, the portions are big enough, the lentil soup and iskander kebab are delicious! The atmosphere is amazing too. I really recommend this place🙏🏼🙏🏼

Food was unpleasant and is overpriced. I ordered hot meze platter to keep costs down, and I can't say I've had falafal with whole chickpeas inside before (not tasty), and the deep fryer oil seems to need changing. Bland humous. I have eaten here years ago on a few occasions, but won't be returning.
