Tonight I had chicken doner kebab with rice I really enjoy amazing very good kebab

I used to love this place, something might have changed because I don't remember the food having so much oil I got heartburn acid reflux from it, the last 25% of the wrap was just oil, and the curly fries were burnt to a crisp and oozing oil. Unfortunately will avoid it from now on.

Had an order delivered last nite ...food was fantastic all very tasty not dry and hot ...thank you will definitely come back !

We have used Efes for years. Haven't had one in a few months. Did the usual order, but the combination kebabs are both missing the pitta/naan/flatbread that is underneath, and if we hadn't ordered extra as always (because they're so delicious and freshly cooked), we would have none, which would be a disaster. When ordering with salad and sauce, these have always been applied by the restaurant. Today the salad and sauces have come in separate containers. More waste. Not as good. Disappointing.

Quite tasteless and was more like a wrap as opposed to a pitta bread. very disappointing.

Delivery driver knock on the wrong door, rang the video door bell and then opened my neighbours front door, then checked address and found he was at wrong address, did not apologise to my neighbour and was short with me and then left without closing the porch door and front gate.

I used to eat Effes kebabs years ago and loved them. What's happened? I ordered a large lamb shish. Hardly any meat, it was overdone and too chewy. No salad. Just tired bits of coleslaw and 3 sad bits of cucumber. Seemed like it had sat for a long time before finally getting to me. Definitely will not order from Effes again. Shish Kebabs should come with high quality meat and an abundance of fresh salad. It looked half-eaten and ready for the rubbish bin. Disappointed.

They’ve cut the portion sizes down a lot and it’s not acceptable, the chicken pieces are so small it’s not on. The food is quite good but the portions are unfair. Go to Ali baba in charminster they give you 2 and half times more meat for cheaper and it’s top quality. If you give your customer more and good portions for their money they will return and tell their friends. if you undercut them they’ll never come back and tell people not to come.

Got a combination kebab and the amount of meat was very poor. For this reason I would not recommend it to anyone

Been going there for years. But the last year the salad on their kebabs consists of onion. Today's kebab was a piece of lettuce, 1 cucumber slice the rest was onion.

Food was sadly cold , compared to previous orders at Efes , very sad about it as really liked Efes previously

have been a customer for years but to be totally honest was horrible, opened it and it smelled like the bottom of a stale bin, it really upset me, probably just an off night. previously good here but put me off kebabs

I paid £3 for a 1.5L bottle of Diet coke. But it wasn't 1.5L, it was 1.25L, so people are being ripped off when they buy a bottle

The last time I have ordered anything from this place , the donner meat was horrid , the whole kebab smelled like cheesy socks as soon as I opened the bag it went straight in the bin. And I have to air out my house to get rid of this nasty smell . If this is the idea of real Turkish taste avoid it at all costs people . They do not deserve your hard earned money . Useless

Efes Kebab Shop is an average spot for Turkish food. The kebabs are decent but not outstanding, and portions could be better for the price. Service is fine, but the experience overall is nothing special

Food is usually good from here but the last 2 times iv orderd the chips have been over cooked and the meet from the kebab has had hard bits in it

We're not overreacting when we say it's the best doner kebab in town! Portions are enormous, definitely best value for the money! The Staff is very friendly as well, so we've been coming back many times now 🙂

Staffs are ridiculous they don't even know what's customer service is if we ask for anything they will ask a bunch of questions and we need to take approval from them for an extra cutlery food is below average and poor quantity over all experience is like I met an arbab 🤣🤣

I have ordered it from them for a while they used to be good but they don’t deliver anymore the good food anymore the food arrived cold and the quality of wrapping is terrible the salad are old the portions are small badly over all

I do not recommend this place. The food we ordered was inedible. I’m not sure if the rice was seasoned this way, but it tasted spoiled and left a musty aftertaste. The meat was like plastic, of very poor quality. The salad was mostly just onions and iceberg lettuce. We immediately placed an order at the neighboring restaurant, where both the food and service are excellent.

Great food, very quickly seved, charcol cooked o kebabas, staff so friendly. Naan bread super thin and fresh, most deliciouds I have ever tasted. Would highly recommend!

pizza turned up wrong. Called them; they agreed to send another,said it would take 20 mins.Nearly hr later, I phoned;cancelled & they agreed refund. Driver turned up; I rejected & also gave him the 1st one back. Kept chasing refund but never received

Not good this time around, all food was cold as well as soggy chips, it was like it was hanging around for too long and not fresh.. you used to be good all the time but as of late your standards have dropped loads.. not sure if i will order again

Had a large lamb doner kebab it came with pita bread, salad, cucumber, coleslaw and asked for garlic sauce. They put enough lamb in there and filled it to the brim with everything else as mentioned. Had it as a takeaway. Split it as it was a lot for me and it was delicious (I eat small portions but I am sure my brother and dad could it the whole portion by themselves). It was £10 what a bargain. Fast service too. Recommend.

Salad was a bit poor and kebab was cut too thick taste otherwise okay.

Utterly delicious. The chicken dinner was crispy and full of chunky pieces of tender meat, not too fatty. The chicken shish was super flavourful chicken breast, so so tasty. Chips were crispy and the whole order was piping hot.

I tried for first time their Hawaiian chicken burger was very disappointed 😡 as didn't taste good at all it was very bland , tasteless and soggy but rest of the stuff was quite nice

Something had a distinct rotten taste - was it the coleslaw or a homemade chili sauce, or one of the salad components? Had to bin most of the kebab, unfortunately.

Great food, establishment and delivery. But, these see you next Tuesdays have an app with an offer, if you order 6 times then you get a free one. Previously they have honoured this. But, after an order confirmation they have cancelled the order. They are breaking the law. F them.

The kebab was so-so, the wrap was quite cold, which significantly reduced the taste, the garlic sauce didn't even smell of garlic, the kebab only contained iceberg lettuce. Very nice service and nice atmosphere.
