Edible Art Patisserie Bath in Bath and North East Somerset

I was so excited to try these macaroons as I have an obsession with them. From previous reviews I was prepared for the expense and macaroons tend to be pricey anyways but I was disappointed with how dry they were. There were a variety of flavours and colours were beautiful but I was shocked with how dry and flavourless they were. I’ve had macaroons from many places and can say these are sadly the worst.

These Macrons look amazing and the colour very bright so we thought we would try some. Thankfully we only bought 6 as they had no identifiable flavour apart from the vanilla one.

Beautiful shop, excellent location, fabulous presentation, but sadly the box of six macarons we purchased were disappointing. They pretty much all tasted the same - we had to refer back to the menu card with handy images to identify what we were supposed to be tasting. The flavours definitely need to be intensified so that you can distinguish a strawberry macaron from a salted caramel. The almond base is really the only thing we can taste. Such a shame.x

All good news. Central city location ( by the Lock - lanes ). Quality & presentation of limited edition patisserie cakes + exquisite chocolates - all made by the chef on site in an open preparation area ….. 1st Class !. Flavours across all of the cakes we enjoyed in the small seating area were delicious & despite being relatively expensive were all good value. Coffee & alternative drinks good. ( Iced coffee could be great rather than average 😀 ). Overall ; quirky , different & very clever product focus within a small shop front business with very high standards …… just right for the city of Bath ⭐️. Visit again ? - Yes.

Got a vegan chocolate cherry and it was lovely but did start to melt in the sun so be sure to eat it quick or keep it cold!

Simple but stylish small cafe with some patisserie that will delight your eyes as well as your tastebuds. Worth every penny for the skill & the artistry. A very “Masterchef” experience!

Walked past this shop as it was just by our hotel. The treats are delightfully good and so was the coffee. If your passing or in the area it’s well worth your time!!!

Visited yesterday with my daughter. Lovely coffee accompanying our macarons, all with Christmas flavours, sooo good. Thanks to my daughter for finding this gem in Bath. Very friendly staff, clean, will definitely revisit.

Beautifully composed and decorated dessert in the heart of Bath. Modern, colourful, tasteful at a reasonable price. Go and try for yourself 😋

We stopped by as the desserts called out to us from the display shelf. They are visual works of art!! And were the right combination of sweetness without being overbearing.

We just stumbled across this little shop and popped in to look at the amazing looking cakes. They looked so nice we thought we would try a couple and boy are we glad we did, they were amazing. The detail that goes into them is literally like a work of art but to top it all they taste great as well. If you're in Bath track this place down, it's near the Abbey, you wont regret it.
