EDGE By The Sea in Arun

I regularly use Edge by the sea before and after my round of golf at the nearby pitch and Putt golf course they serve excellent food and refreshments with good service they have music evenings and quiz nights that are a pleasurable experience a little gem. Well worth a visit

Had proper decent roasted coffee (flat whites) they roast their own coffee here and some delicious ice creams - lots of indoor and outdoor space too if its a nice sunny day

We ordered ice creams and hot drinks and were able to sit outside while we waited for the train. All food and drinks lovely but whilst waiting for the order was told cashier made mistake and didn’t charge for one of the drinks and we needed to pay more. Being an order over £20 I decided to hand drink back as it was already a lot of money. Customer has to pay if they make a mistake - didn’t sit right with me.

What can you do on a sunny morning when walking the dog in Littlehampton, well you could stop off at the edge for a lovely hot coffee in a nice relaxing environment,

A great place to meet friends for an excellent cup of coffee - for me the best around! Very friendly helpful staff in a great location just off the sea front. Thoroughly recommended!

Not sure why we haven't reviewed this place before now. Best coffee in Littlehampton. Staff are lovely. Nice setting. Good food too. Often they have specials on so you can usually try something different each time. We usually stop by once a week and we are never disappointed. If you have little ones, they have some toys inside to play with and are very dog friendly too. This place is doing it right!!

I went with my grandkids on 14/08/23. I was served by two of the most polite and helpful young men ever. They advised me about the size of chips to order and when they came they were huge as mentioned. I could have ordered three portions and then wasted them. Lovely staff and very attentive and efficient. Will definitely recommend. Best chips ever with skins on

We only stopped for coffee, but the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The coffee was delicious and we said we would come back again for food. Great location too.

The breakfast baps here beat all competition. I have tried every combo and yet to have one I don't like. Many places mess up the egg, but not these guys. Also, amazingly crispy (and cheap) hash browns. Also, excellent coffee.

We had a bacon sandwich, chips & coffee: all were excellent.1 portion of chips was easily enough for 2 hungry adults. & were the best chips I’ve had in a long while. They had outside seating & welcomed our 2 ridgebacks too. This was a lovely, chilled out place. Strongly recommend.

Eaten here many times, always good service and with nice teas and coffee. We have even bought some loose leaf tea from here. Plus love the sausage rolls! Would higly recommend

Had a lovely lunch at a very reasonable price. Rolls for sausages we’re lovely not just a cheap bap! Staff very helpful and Loo’s lovely and clean too. Superb.

We had never visited Littlehampton and, not overly impressed with the town itself, we took a walk along the lovely promenade. One cafe that was open didn’t allow dogs so we kept on walking. We found a little recreation area with a crazy golf and little train where we spotted Edge By the Sea. Ash was serving and looked after us well. Great selection of teas, coffees, cakes, tasty sausage rolls and more. The coffee was actually a fairly decent decaf. The fresh donuts - what a treat! Ash also gave our two dogs some bits of sausage to treat them - very kind. It’s a little bit of a further walk along the shore to find it but it was definitely worth it . If we visit Littlehampton again we would definitely go back.

On our first morning in town, standing in a short queue waiting to order coffee, a local lady remarked that this WAS the best coffee in Littlehampton! She was NOT wrong! We returned each morning, to be served by bright, smiling faces and delicious coffee. Thank you and we wish you well!

Recommended! Quite possibly the best sausage & egg bap I've ever eaten. Quality butcher sausages, perfectly fried egg. Delicious oven warmed premium bap roll. Lovely chips too.

This cafe is a brilliant addition to the seafront in Littlehampton/Rustington. We’ve visited 3 or 4 times, and drinks food and service have always been very good, plus the place has a real community vibe. Today I ordered beers & nachos from the outdoor hatch. Because it was a very busy bank holiday there was an understandable delay in the kitchen; therefore the staff went way above and beyond to deliver the nachos to our beach hut. Amazing care and service. Thank you!
