This was one only the best kebabs around but I guess it changed hands. No flavour in anything. Bland! Overpriced as well

Drinks missing from order, called to let them know and they said they would send it over however it never turned up.

I have no idea why the rating is so high. Chips were in a damp, falling apart paper bag, were on the brink of cold. Chicken was burned in places.

Worst donner wrap I’ve ever had. Cold under cooked meat and barely any of it, smothered in soggy lettuce. Chips were over cooked as well. I’d have scored zero if it was an option.

Ordered a large kebab and large fries to share with my wife. We normally eat fairly big portions and we were not left feeling hungry or disappointed after our meal. Great Kebab shop, will definitely order from them again.

Not great, small portion and overcooked meat, flabby pitta on shish kebabs.. Additional 'box of meat with sauce' for 7 quid was a smallish dry serving of donner. Really not impressed.

Lovely food as always just a shame i didnt get the pickled chillis with my salad.

Good food, the staff are friendly. They are generous with their portion sizes. I highly recommend getting the chicken sandwich as they use a fresh marinated chicken breast instead of using frozen chicken burgers. The chilli sauce tastes good with a slight heat to it. Would recommend getting food from here if you're local!

For 20 pound for one kebab and chips I would expect my sauce to be put in a pot and my salad separated instead of all placed on top and soggy bread. Chips seemed re heated to. Waste of money. Didn’t enjoy

Have ordered from here twice now, have got our order right and enjoyed thoroughly both times. We are usually very fussy with kebab.

Service so good it’s like they send it before I’ve ordered. Maybe it’s a proximity thing. Anyway, it’s my go to when Im at home and fancy a kebab. Have NEVER disappointed.

The chips were brown and burnt, the chicken wings were so skinny there was hardly any meat on them and the burger was soaked in tomatoe ketchup - all in all the worst takeaway I’ve ever paid for.

Ordered 2 Donna kebabs, meat wasn't fresh for 7.10 each I expect fresh meat .

Meat wasn't fresh was luke warm on delivery for 7.10 I expect fresh food wouldn't order from here again.

2 stars is more than fair, first thing first, they did not carve my doner meat fresh, it had been sat in a metal container for god knows how long, it was lukewarm and greasy they was not busy it was 10pm so no need for that, the salad did not taste fresh and no red cabbage, the pots of sauce are very small and you have to pay 70p each for the pleasure the chill sauce was ice cold, the garlic sauce was the worst I have had, like it had been sat in the little pot for a week or 2 on the counter and had a grey look to it 🤢, the burger sauce was fine, the chips was okay and they did cook them fresh to be fair but they are just frozen chips in hot oil so hard to mess that up, all in all from this experience I will not be returning again and I would say to anyone to avoid if you can, I don’t like leaving reviews as I don’t want to damage or harm anyones business or reputation but I do take my food very seriously. Sorry guys

Food was lovely, early delivery but didn't bring the bottle of coke I ordered and had already paid for, raised it with the delivery driver he replied nothing I can do. This really let them down

Fantastic food, only started using this place after a bad experience with a very local other shop. WILL MOST DEFO BE STAYING WE THESE GUYS, me and the wife very impressed, great Fantastic food reasonably priced as well, so win win.

Quality and portion size not as usual tonight

Worse food I have had from this venue and I have been ordering from them for a long while now..all chips were burnt and dry.....no care taken with this order which is very disappointing

Rang to order a meal for meal for me to collect this evening. I was late to collect it by about 10 mins. As I arrived I greeted an employee standing outside the shop...his response was a grumpy acknowledgement. As I entered I was shouted at v loudly ' You're late' . True, but I was the one with a slightly luke warm meal- obviously my fault.... ! I then tried to pay by card and was told grumpily that payment is cash only. I said I would go and get the cash. I'm fairly certain I have paid by cash previously but perhaps not. In retrospect I suspect the person may have thought I wouldn't return so he v angrily got a card reader out and I was able to pay. He then called me either ' babe' or possibly 'baby'......not something a woman in her late 50's is likely to appreciate....or hopefully any woman in fact! We use Eden kebabs fairly regularly but I won't do so again. The meal was fine but the service really wasn't!

Food arrived cold and missing three drinks that were ordered

30 minutes late and we had to wait over an hour from ordering to the estimated delivery time so all together we waited over an hour and a half.

Food was excellent as always. But also I got address wrong and they graciously redelivered it to me at no extra cost. Excellent customer service too🙂 thank you very much.

Used before but this order was all cold. Chips were just in a paper bag that was soaking wet. Inedible. Kebab was ok , just cold .. Very disappointed.
