My wife & I had our joint 50th birthday party at Eaton Square Bar last month. It was a private party with our friends and family. From the start to the end, this venue provided the ultimate end to end experience for a private party. Any issues or concerns were expertly handled by Khaled and Mariana before the event which meant we could enjoy the night ourselves!!! We still have friends raving about the venue, cocktails & food. This place is highly recommended and will exceed expectations.

Sisters 40, nice venue excellent night

A friend had organised to have drinks here as part of her hen do. The cocktails were great, service speedy but the ruining moment happened at 10pm on a Friday night. The outside furniture was dragged in and I kid you not. They started drilling and renovating the bar whilst we were sat drinking in our designated area. This is NOT something you should be doing on a Friday night, it was disrespectful to my friend, and when we complained were told “it’s ok”, well no it clearly wasn’t. I hope you plan on refunding her deposit as it was so rude & ruined a perfectly good night otherwise!

Delicious food, cool atmosphere, and lovely serving staff who were attentive without being overbearing. A lovely Valentine's Day meal!

I booked the large private room for a party – honestly easiest party I have ever arranged. Mariana, the events manager was incredibly polite and provided responses and answers on email very quickly. Mariana was always available to speak on the phone to, and was generally such a pleasure to work with to arrange the event. On the day, again the whole evening was just so easy! Mariana is very approachable and made sure everything was running fine. The boss (who’s name I did not catch) was also very nice on the night and was very helpful when it came to using the projector and ensuring that the video I wanted to be played worked well. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone interested. I have been to two engagement parties here before and both went so well which is why I decided to hold my party here too!

Absolutely fantastic, the service was wonderful and the food was amazing.

We all had a lovely time. Food was delicious, we had the steak for main it both were served both how we like it. Desert - honeycomb and apple pie was lovely. Service was so good, they really looked after us and made us feel very welcome. Each member of staff was so lovely. Our 4 year was very well looked after too - which is an extra nice bonus!

Booked a table for 2 over a month ago for an anniversary dinner. A few days before we are to go for our meal we get a phone call saying that they have decided to take a large booking so you no longer have a table but they can book us in 2 weeks later. After explaining that this was a booking made over a month ago and that it is for an anniversary they said they can see this as it was put on the booking but the larger booking made is going to bring in more money so ours booking is not important to them.

Yet again...strong cocktails, good service. Quiet but when you have service and quality cocktails..who cares. Very good. Any negative reviews have no substance.

A great place for a party maybe not the best place for a romantic meal out

Best bit about the night was leaving. Glorified kebab house puts it kindly. The website is nothing like reality complete con. Luckily we were bought this as a gift so didn’t cost us anything. But if we stop one more couple going through what we did then this is worth it.

4 of us visited 4/10 at 7pm for a Groupon meal of a platter and 4 cocktails per couple, when we arrive there were only 2 customers at a table, we were surprised as friday night, the service was slow and at time we had to call them over, the platter turned up and it was bland, I actually went on their site and I feel we were given a Mezze not a platter as no meat at all just dips and piita bread and a falafel, ie cheaper, and we only had 6 cocktails between us and charged me extra for a pina colado cocktail which should of been part of deal, the atmosphere was dead all the time we were there, very poor experience

Stylish decor, refreshing atmosphere, attentive staff. The food was delicious and filling. It took a little while to come out, but that was ok as everything was cooked fresh. This is a little gem, tucked away. It deserves to be busier than it is

Took some friends here as I had been here several times before and thought it was superb. However on this occasion it did not live up to expectations I'm afraid. I booked this on a Groupon deal 2 x vouchers. 4 cocktails and 2 sharing platters. In the past we have had a choice of cheese, chacuterie or a hot vegetarian option. All 3 are deicious and plentiful. On this occasion we were only offered a meze platter which quite honestly was small and not very interesting. We did manage to persaude them to give us a chicken kebeb with salad for our 2nd platter which was very nice but still did not live up to our expectations. They said the change in menu was due to a kitchen refurbishment but we were not advised about this when we made our booking. Cocktails were lovely but not as strong or nicely decorated as they have been in the past. It's a shame as it's a nice bar but unfortunately beginning to drop in standards now!!

Great cocktails. However, we were promised a choice of sharing platter, up to the value of £18.75, yet we were not asked what we would like, rather the waiter presented us with a selection of cold meze, which happened to be the cheapest platter on the menu, interestingly.

Very surprised to get Lebanese food as the menu we saw on the internet was European food, but we decided to stay to try. Prices and service were okay. Food was good but not amazing. However excellent drinks.

Kind of weird vibe. Pretty good food and music. The problem here is the kind of not caring staff. It’s like they were reluctant to serve us. Almost every table was ‘reserved’, but no one showed up for a solid 2 hours. It was almost like the staff wanted us to think they were busy. If we didn’t wave the waiter over to get stuff we would’ve been left alone. The waiter was nice though so that makes 2 stars.

I had never heard of this place until I saw it on open table. The sharing/tasting menu is huge and they bring you out a lot of food, and with 50% it’s very economical. However the food is pretty average, the deserts were poor. The cocktails look impressive but taste foul. Service was painful as they weren’t very attentive.

Nothing awful, just not special. The rack of ribs was lukewarm and service was not sharp.

It felt like we were interrupting the staff’s day. They practically grunted and it was hard to get their attention. Service was slow. The food was poor quality through the pizza was better.

Great overall experience. Great food and excellent value. Shame the restaurant was on the quiet side but would definitely return

I arrived to meet my friend at 1.30pm, the weather was good, so we sat outside. My friend was on health diet and didn't order a thing. I was hungry and ordered the 'vegetarian mezze' this comprised of eaton houmous, pomegranate baba ghanoush, manoula's tzatziki, goat's cheese cigars, falafels and stuffed vine leaves. When the meal arrived, it was accompanied with 4 light pita breads I ordered a bottle of house still water and this came in a posh bottle. This amount of food would have been better shared with two people, then I could have had room for a dessert I did have 1 hot chocolate drink and it was so good I had another I ventured inside and can honestly say, from seeing the decor, this place more suited for evening visit,

Restaurant was basically empty on a Friday night. The food was average, at best. Even though the restaurant was not busy, the service, drink and food delivery was slow.

Lovely food, good service but don't expect a lively vibe. Very quiet and a bit souless, no atmosphere. Although located in an affluent area of Belgravia, the restaurant is looking a bit tired and needs a bit of a lift, seating a bit worn and ripped in places. Such a shame because it could be a great place with a really good vibe. If you get bought a "dine for two in London" I would pick a different place rather than Eaton Square if you want more atmosphere.

Was given this as a gift. Went with my daughter 3 courses and a bottle of Preseco. Will certainly go back again. Good music and service.

My partner bought me a fine dining gift for christmas. I chose eaton Square Bar and wasnt disappointed. We arrived early for our booking but that wasnt a problem. Staff were very helpful and the food was great. We were there at 7pm but if you want a busier atmosphere then you need to go later. I would definatley go back, but book a later table.

All Very Average and the lack of attention to detail and service was disappointing. Two couple eating each others faces off was off putting to say the least and not addressed by the staff..if you could in face find a staff memmber that is ?? We will not be back and would not recommend.

Was looking at private hire venues for my surprise proposal dinner. A friend put me onto Eaton. Arranged to visit and assess their options and came away interested in the Cognac Room, which offered the intimate, VIP lounge-y feel I was after. Began liaising with Michael, the manager, via email. He was quick and most agreeable in his responses with respect to my requirements, such as having the room reserved and available to me from midday, and allowing me the freedom to decorate it to my liking. On the day I dealt with Andre, who was deputy managing. He was very charming and attentive and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was to my liking, accommodating all my little requests. I even had him record the moment I got down on one knee and proposed to my now fiancé, which he was more than happy to do. As Eaton are owned by their neighbours Noura, we were given access to the latters menu, and the food we ordered from it was simply outstanding. Touches like a bottle of champagne, compliments of the bar staff, also elevated the evening. Exceptionally high standard of customer service and care as compared to other eateries we have known. All in all, it was a magical experience and my choice to have Eaton host my proposal was completely vindicated, and then some. Will definitely be going back to mark the anniversary!

Best cocktails I have ever had much better with Groupon voucher

Although this place is predominantly a bar it should stick to serving drinks only. The food we received was below average and was sloppily put together e.g the lamb shank and potato and you would have thought the ice cream was running put with what they gave me. The atmosphere was the best thing..left hungry

Visited here on Friday tea time with my husband with a gift voucher from my sons. Quite a few options of restaurant choices I reviewed had a limited menu to choose from but Eaton square bar seemed to have a full menu to choose a 3 course meal plus a bottle of wine. It was very quiet when we first visited at 3.30 but had a few people in before we left at 5.30. Menu had ample choice and I had belly pork starter and my husband prawn pil pil. Both very tasty. We were able to choose a good bottle wine within the deal. For main course I had seafood spaghetti which was excellent and my husband chose spaghetti bolognese which his comments were, one of the nicest he has ever tasted, huge praise from a man that is a fan of Spaghetti Bolognese. Along with excellent tasting food the service was equally as good. Cocktails from other tables looked really tempting and I couldn’t resist trying one before we left. Lovely experience and would certainly visit again.

Booked this to meet our son for a catch up and location near Victoria was the plan. Reviews looked good both here and on Opentable and the menu looked great. Maybe it was due to be being Friday night, but it was not set up for serving food...it was much more of a bar..and became more bar like as we looked at the menu and had our drinks...as it filled up with drinkers...who got noisier as time passed.

Have visited this bar several times the staff are always friendly and helpful. The cocktails are delicious and they definitely don't scrimp on the alcohol!! The sharing platters are tasty and very generous. Definitely worth visiting.

Michael and his team at Eaton Square bar are just simply brilliant. Having visited a 2nd time round the service and cocktails were once again amazing from the 1st till the last! A hidden gem in London and a must visit if you haven't already!!

El barman nos dijo que tomáramos una mesa y él nos traería nuestras bebidas. Pedí un cóctel y mi marido una cerveza rubia. Nos sentamos obedientemente y esperamos, y esperamos y esperamos nuestras bebidas. Estaba preparado para ser paciente pensando que tal vez el barman estaba preparando cócteles para los otros clientes (aunque no podía ver ninguna señal de esto), pero cuando una mujer entró y se unió a una de las mesas ya ocupadas, recibió un G&T; en el restaurante. mesa a menos de 2 minutos de haber llegado, mientras que todavía no nos habían servido nuestras bebidas, esto solo añadió un insulto a la lesión.

We just had a couple of cocktails and share platter , there were very well presented and tasty but the place was very quiet. However, it was the middle of the week.

Ok but nothing special. Took 44 minutes for the waiter to bring me a beer.

Went for a birthday, service was awful! Food came out after 10pm. Orders were all over the place, the birthday girl had to help the staff out. My friend waited forever for his starter and when it came they said they ran out of sauce and served him dry prawns when the sauce was what gave it flavour. I don't know how they can think this is acceptable. Service at the bar was slow. Everything was pretty appalling. I would never go back.

First time experience of Eaton Square Bar and it was wonderful. Lovely, intimate atmosphere in a beautiful bar. A brilliant use of space and a wonderful job done in designing the interior. Food was lovely (ordered a pizza with additional toppings) and there's a wide range of drinks to choose from. The staff were welcoming, polite and attentive, although some of this may have been due to it not being overly busy when I visited. Current, pop music was also played as part of the atmosphere as well as a lit candle on each table with low lighting, making it a perfect place for a date. My only two negatives are that there was not enough choice in terms of non-alcoholic drinks (it would have been nice to have an extensive mocktail list) and I question the cost/ value overall, although a largely contributing factor may have been location.

Hasta el servicio que recibí ese día fue genial. Diré que la comida tardó un poco en llegar, sin embargo, fueron muy amables e hicieron todo lo posible para que la experiencia fuera lo más estresante posible. Having enjoyed a great experience back in April 2018 (see previous review), we were very much looking forward to returning for some pre dinner cocktails. However our experience this time showed some inconsistency in both service and quality of cocktails.

Having used the online booking system the day before to make a reservation for two people on Saturday 3rd, I received a confirmation of my reservation from 'Reserve with Google'; however, upon arrival I was told by Michael, who is the manager, that there was a private party on and therefore, there were no spaces available.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and service good and reasonable. We had some cocktails and they were a lovely surprise - beautifully presented and delicious.

Visited with my husband in a Monday evening. Very quiet as it early but the cocktails and sharing platter we had were lovely. Service was very friendly. Would recommend.

Visited this amazing place last night, with family and friends, for the cocktail making master class and a simply wonderful night was had by all. Hosted by Stefan who has a wide knowledge of the history of different spirits and ways of showing how to mix 8 different cocktails. Stefan and all the staff were very welcoming and professional.After the class we enjoyed a fabulous meal and more drinks in the restaurant area. Excellent quality of food at an reasonable price. Definitely looking forward to a return visit.

We were given a gift of a ‘cocktail master class’ at Eaton Square Bar. It was such a fabulous evening. Hosted by Stefan who has a wide knowledge of the history of the different spirits and a brilliant way of showing how to mix 8 different cocktails. Stefan was so welcoming and is very passionate about his skill After the class we enjoyed having cocktails at the bar and learning more about how spirits and fruit syrups (they produce their own here) are made. I’d HIGHLY recommend this experience.

We came to London for a girly weekend from the North.I read reviews I can honestly say I agree what a fabulous bar from start to end .Our waiter for the evening Andreas he was brilliant .Can’t fault bar and amazing cocktails thank you Andreas and bar staff for started our weekend with a amazing experience.

Had a fantastic experience at Eaton Square Bar. I had purchased a Groupon voucher and was expecting to be treated a little differently than a normal patron, but, I have to say, not at all. We were showed to our table, given menus by our fantastic waiter. They gave us time to order and when they came, the cocktails were strong and tasted amazing. I cannot recommend the service we received highly enough. There was one person from our party who was late and the bar did not rush us away from the table. It was a leasurely experience which we enjoyed very much. The ambience of the bar was perfect and the range of available cocktails were excellent. Recommend the l'essence, old fashioned and skyfall....spectacular with the dry ice. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

My friend and I visited this bar with Groupon's we had purchased for cocktails and a platter. From entering the bar we were welcomed and sat at our table. The cocktails were absolutely amazing. I hadn't had any presented like this before. We were so impressed both with the cocktails and service, we are going back in October with 2 more friends for a birthday treat. Pay this one a visit, and although we didn't eat a meal, the food looked fabulous.

I know people wrote about this already, but seriously: these are the best cocktails I've ever had in London! It's certainly a must do and I shall definitely come back soon. We were welcomed by Pauline, who was so friendly and attentive. She gave us extra time to decide on cocktails choice (quite difficult to choose from soooo many nice ones) and I just want to say congratulations to her on her amazing job! Can't wait to be back!

Avoid!! We went for a meal and cocktails at the weekend, and had a dreadful experience. There was a 'private party' and we were sectioned off into a small area with tables, and the people who's party it was were so ill-mannered and rude - putting their drinks and bottles on our table and screaming over it to the bar staff while we were trying to eat, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The music was SO loud and it wasn't a nice vibe at all. It took over 45 minutes for each of our cocktails to arrive, and the same for our platter, our table was never cleared. Really awful experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went to this bar with my girls for a lovely evening out and it was. Nice atmosphere, very pleasant staff and we'll stocked bar. Toilets were immaculate compare to other places I've been in the same vicinity. Food was good also.I would definitely recommend here for a good evening out.

I had a Groupon voucher for here. I rang up 3 times to book a table and they said everytime that they were busy... My voucher runs out in a couple of days now...

A nice bar for food and drinks, however, I went there for cocktails. They were so creative created cocktails I did not want to drink them! and I had to choose a new one because i was more curious to the look than to the taste. Having said this, the cocktails tasted delicious and I could actually taste the alcohol rather than just the sirup in most cocktail bars these days. Worth as a special occasion or treat. A cocktail with Champagne, hazelnut sirup, and cognac served with gold leaf gel caviars costs about £13. There is a book to choose from... be seated, be served, and have fun!

My boyfriend took me there for a few cocktails and I feel in love with the place! Cocktails were amazing and the bartender Alin was a top class!!! We definitely will be back if we are around!!

One star is a compliment for this place. The service from ‘Ali’ the “Manager” absolutely disgusting.. calling me a liar. What happened to the customer always being right... this is a absolute joke NEVER BOOK HERE. GOOD LUCK TALKING TO A MANAGER. Gran reclamo que hacer, este lugar ofrece cócteles únicos que nunca he visto antes. El bar en sí es precioso y cómodo, y el personal es muy servicial y complaciente. Teníamos el plato Compartir Eaton Square, que estaba para morirse así como cuatro cócteles entre nosotros, todos genial, único y tienen su propio toque. Excelente ubicación, fácil de encontrar, cerca de la estación Victoria, se lo recomendaría a cualquiera.

De haber ido a la plaza para el Eaton Mezze mediterráneo más temprano en el año, decidimos probar el juego antes de almuerzo y menú de teatro. El primer plato de sopa de alcachofas de Jerusalén, el patrimonio y la Ensalada de remolacha raviolis bayas salvajes salmón escocés ahumado eran muy apreciadas. Mi pollo confitado con cintas de pepino roulade era particularmente bien. En los principales campos de la Corte Suprema de pollo Norfolk, el plato vegetariano de ricotta y el pan gnudi salmón asado - escocés disfrutó, aunque la coliflor avena con coco era un extraño acompañamiento para el salmón. Dos de nosotros tuvimos el hombro de cordero confitado galés, y la torre de cordero en rodajas anidado sobre una cama de ratatouille con un cordero de piquillo era absolutamente delicioso, muy tierna y llena de sabor. Postres budín de manzana tarta tatin, fecha espresso, y una tarta de passionfruit crème brulée toothsome Manzanilla. Excelente comida y excelente relación calidad-precio, todo servido en un ambiente cómodo por el personal muy atento. Parece como si volveremos.

This restaurant has fabulous food and the wait staff are really welcoming. There were some really lovely gluten free starters and mains, and the location is easy to get to. The only negatives were that as it is in a business-type area, it was a little noisy with the after-work professionals (not a problem if you are also going with colleagues etc, but wouldn't recommend as a date-night spot/intimate family event). Also, there wasn't much option for gluten free desert, although they did have creme brulee (which I love so it was fine for me!). Overall, I'd say this restaurant is a fabulous spot four work lunches or client dinners, and well catered for gluten free individuals.

When I first got there I thought that the music was a bit too loud for a restaurant but after sitting down, you do not really notice it. Food was good and well presented. Really liked the service.
