First impressions are important so having Andrea to welcome people in is an asset to the restaurant. Interiors are fantastic and food is good. However if one is asked to remove any beanies/caps/ hats upon entry this should be reinforced across all customers, not at random.

Fantastic service! I now come here quite a lot as I have enjoyed numerous evenings In Apollos Muse, their bar team is excellent, drinks are delicious and I cannot fault the service. Dino’s and his team are extremely well put together and do all they can to make sure every visit is memorable! Cannot recommend them enough!

Be honest I usually don’t write reviews but on this occasion I think the excellent service we received on the night out with my girls deserves a recognition. We had drinks at the bar & been very well looked after by the Bar Manager Simona. All I can say we had an absolutely amazing time, our glasses where never empty and Simona’s approach was very polite, friendly and highly professional. We definitely will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve had such a wonderful lunch at Bacchanalia. We’ve come to celebrate my birthday and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. The food was sublime, the location is spectacular and the staff is simply wonderful. Friendly, kind, extremely professional and key to the Bacchanalia experience. True Mediterranean flavours surrounded by wonderful artistic and architectural details few places in London can claim to have. We absolutely cannot wait to come back! Wow what an incredible experience at Bacchanalia last weekend! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome and taken great care of by the charming manager Dinos, who went out of his way for us and made sure we had a special and memorable evening for our celebrations. Everything we had was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was seemless with friendly and attentive staff, I couldn’t recommend an evening at Bacchanalia more.

Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful looking restaurants in the world, service is a bit slow, food is above average, pasta dishes are very good, salads are average, pizza is not recommended at all, as for the specials i didn’t like, thought they are just making it a complicated dish but the taste is not that worthy especially for the price tag you are paying

What an amazing experience. Was greeted by laughter very smiling lady whose name is Simona. She took me and my partner to the bar as we were visiting for drinks.
