Sin embargo, lo más destacado es sin duda el diseño interior del restaurante: se siente como cenar en un museo. Aunque optamos por el menú establecido, la comida y el vino todavía se sentían algo caros, especialmente porque la comida no es especialmente única. Sin embargo, la experiencia en general es bastante memorable, y sin duda recomendaría este restaurante para ocasiones especiales.

Así que pedí que me movieran. En la que me movieron. Lo cual estuvo bien. El entrante que pedí fue escollops. Me preguntaron cuántos quería. Dije 4. Pero no me dijeron que había 10 libras cada uno, eso es un poco empinado si me preguntas. Como sea, la comida principal era bistec. Eso no era muy buena carne picada, en lugar de un trozo de filete. Solo unos pocos pimientos y un salsa no estaban muy bien. El desierto no es muy bueno. Mi esposa tenía raviolis pero estaba fría y lo devolvió. Mi hijo tiene papas frías. Así que no fue bueno. El restaurante es precioso el servicio no tan bueno. Ok, esperé una hora para la comida principal y luego envié parte de ella de vuelta. Así que no es bueno. Luego fuimos al bar. Los asientos del área son horribles muy incómodos, quiero decir muy incómodos, bebidas. No es bueno ninguna de las dos esposas de colader penal tenía lleno de hielo y presentado en el vaso equivocado, mi copa de martini bebida muy pequeña. Allí no sabían lo que estaban haciendo, así que ahí tienes bonito restaurante gastado 75 millones en él pero la comida no es buena. Recommend! Had a Saturday night dinner with a friend there. The interior is truly spectacular and impress as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere on Sat night was amazing, with dj playing great Ibiza style music. Food was also very very nice and worth the price. What I liked less was that fact that music was playing extremely loud (like in a night club) so despite seating next to each other I could not hear my friend talking. The cocktails were also more in a underwhelming side. Despite these 2 sticking points, I will definitely come back. This place really stands out.

Mixed feelings. While the decor, staff and atmosphere are excellent, the food (Sunday brunch set menu) is hugely disappointing. I can only describe it as peasant food at luxury prices. Almost £100 each for a small welcome drink, meze (beans, sausage, taramasalata, tomato salad, shrimps in tomato sauce) and a choice of 4 main courses (chicken thigh!, pasta, sea bass and another), and two ordinary dessert choices. Tasty taverna food using simple cheap ingredients for a large amount of money. Won't be returning, sorry, as its a rip-off.

I have never felt so angry at a restaurant before, the doorman's attitude was arrogant and rude. When we first arrived, the doorman informed us of a dress requirement, stating that sportswear was not allowed. The restaurant was booked by our friend, and we could not find any information about the dress code on the restaurant's official website. However, we completely understood the doorman's request and went to Selfridges nearby to buy an outfit—specifically, a Jil Sander wool top and suit pants, which cost a total of £1,710 (I still have the receipt and the time of purchase). At this point, our friend had already been waiting for us at the restaurant for an hour. When we reached the entrance again, the doorman once again said our attire did not meet the requirements, claiming that because the top had a hood, it was a hoodie. Under any circumstance, a dark wool top can be considered part of smart casual attire, even if he perceives it as a hoodie. While we were negotiating with the doorman, a guest in jeans happened to walk out, which left me extremely disappointed. If this restaurant has a clear dress code policy, how can a wool suit be deemed less formal than jeans to the extent that we are denied entry? We had already respected the restaurant's dress code once and specifically purchased an outfit that met the criteria as directed by the doorman, yet this second refusal was unacceptable. If a white person can enter in jeans while our wool suit cannot, I have to question the doorman's motives. Having lived in London for many years, I always thought it was a diverse and inclusive city, but this restaurant made me experience discrimination and racism for the first time. No matter how good the food might be (and honestly, the food is mediocre; another Greek restaurant in London, Gaia, far surpasses it in taste and ingredients), this kind of discrimination and humiliation towards guests is inexcusable. I even saw in reviews that the doorman told guests he turned away due to dress code violations, "this is Mayfair." Such an attitude is ridiculous; no one should judge others from a position of arrogance and prejudice, especially in a high-end restaurant where I am paying for service.

Generally a restaurant worth visiting for its atmosphere / design (although a bit heavy / tacky/ reminded me of the Venetian in Las Vegas). Also outfit of staff could be much better reminding of Ancient Greece or Rome (a meander design in all clothes is not enough). For Greeks and Italians who know the brands used and setup of plates there are certainly some errors (for example the ouzo selected is among the cheapest brands in Greece), having said that all the plates we had were of good quality and tasty. For food allergies (I am gluten free) several errors were made both from staff (eg the first waiter mentioning the wrong plates as gluten/gluten free resulting to changing of waiters) and by design - the QR code you would scan which supposedly took you to a menu where you could select your allergies was outdated, resulting to none of the plates initially selected to be available. Overall did not regret the visit but hopped for a better experience for its price range.

Dear Bacchanalia Management Team, I recently visited Bacchanalia in London, coming all the way from Qatar, and was very excited to experience your restaurant given its reputation on social media. Unfortunately, I encountered a mix of experiences that I felt was important to share with you. Upon arrival, I approached the host, Aga, with a request to have drinks at the bar. To my surprise, she informed my friend and me that there was no space available, offering only a standing area. However, as I was being shown around by another staff member, I noticed several empty tables at the bar area. This initial interaction left me feeling uncomfortable, especially given the way Aga looked us up and down, which was both unexpected and disappointing. Fortunately, another team member graciously accommodated us, and I only regret not catching her name, as she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Additionally, the bartenders were outstanding, offering recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Their warm and professional service was a highlight of our experience and truly enhanced our evening. While the hospitality of your bartending and serving team was exceptional, my initial interaction with Aga left a lasting impression, and I would encourage the management team to review the approach to customer service at the front door. The initial greeting sets the tone, and I believe every guest should feel valued from the moment they arrive. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I hope it’s helpful in ensuring Bacchanalia continues to provide the wonderful experience it’s known for.

This is one of the most beautiful restaurant I’ve ever been so be prepared to take lots of photos in the restaurant and toilet! :) We ordered salt crust seabass and ceviche, very fresh and delicious. Probably we weren’t so lucky, the service was a bit underwhelming for us, the service staff got our orders wrong a couple of times. They offered to let us visit the members’ bar after dinner, which is another beautiful place to see!

My partner and I were at Bacchanalia on October 26, I celebrated my birthday there and that's why we chose this unique place. The restaurant made a huge impression on me from the moment I entered, the decor is breathtaking, the amount of work put into all the statues, sculptures, paintings and all the smallest details is indescribable. The hall manager was Giuseppe, the waiter Reha served us, the sommelier was the lovely Lilly and Aga greeted us at the reception. Everyone was very nice and with a very professional approach. I had the impression that they read my mind because they knew exactly what we wanted and made sure that we didn't miss anything. ran out. The main courses were really unique (risotto with pumpkin - heaven in your mouth), the desserts (the best tiramisu I have ever eaten) and finally the "cherry on the cake" - "jellyfish head" in the form of a dessert (insane!!!) great wine selected by the sommelier. To sum up, it was an amazing experience, thank you for making our day so much easier, we will definitely come back there.

the place is wonderful and still worth a visit for the location itself. However there are some things that are there to deceive people less accustomed to certain types of service levels, so to speak. The service in particular doesn't work. The waitress has to shout to make herself understood given the volume of the music, slightly inappropriate for the environment (if I want to go to the club I go to the club during club hours, not to the restaurant). he starts talking to you when he's still at your back. The wine list arrived and left us surprised by the very high prices compared to the quality of the bottles. I believe that even when serving the cheapest wine in these places it is necessary to be impeccable and this was not the case. the waiter basically stuck his thumbs into the glass all the way to the rim where you drink instead of holding them by the stem. he wasn't even serving a Chivas after dinner. bread is non-existent. The order went after 35 minutes of being seated and during which we were ignored. It's not clear why they have to serve the appetizers as if they were to be shared between several people when no one asked for it. It's not even clear why they have to obsessively open and close micro tables next to each table to serve even a simple plate of pasta (which arrives lukewarm after all this rigmarole even though I must admit that the standard of the food is really high). Such a beautiful place deserves a higher level of management in terms of service and a wine list tailored to people with an average awareness of what they drink, not just the illustrious guests in the private room (wonderful, there was an extraordinary trash round, I would go back just for that ). Finally, I will focus on the dress code because I have seen comments from people who were disgusted by the clothing considered not elegant enough. Meanwhile, between elegance and rude opulence there are a thousand absolutely acceptable intermediate levels and grandiose differences. I saw a lot of wealth and little style. Remind them that the other night there was a group of guys dressed in t-shirts and Halloween masks and they were still more acceptable than the two women in full Chanel who screamed in my ears all evening at the table next to ours. Given the ancient Rome atmosphere, what do you want me to tell you, other than that PECUNIA NON OLET.

Outstanding dining experience! I had a lunch in Bacchanalia with my partner on last weekend and I must said that was incredible! Great receptionist Aga was very welcoming. Top Service done my Mr Reha was one of the best you can get! We also had a great pleasure to be served by sommelier- Lilly who made a great match wine for our 3 course meal. Signature cocktails and vegetarian dishes taste delicious and the presentation was very unique! I also would like said a big thank you to Restaurant Manager Giuseppe who was very attentive and make us feel very special! I definitely recommend and coming back soon!

We had a delightful brunch at Bacchanalia today. There was a set menu available, including a welcome drink, starters featuring a variety of Greco-Italian mezze, a choice of mains, and dessert. The highlight of the experience was a surprise opera performance by a vocalist! The service from Giovanni and Nikos was impeccable – both were polite and exceptionally attentive. We also loved the bottomless wine, which the sommelier introduced us to and was always on hand to top up. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be returning.

As a child I was appalled by the interior design. The reason behind this is that there were multiple statues without many clothes on let alone none. Which brings me into my next point, the food. It was a very minute portion and the size that was served wasn’t appetising at all. It constantly made my stomach rumble which shows that it wasn’t clean food. When I looked at the water, it looked as if it was dirty. However, the only good part about this so called ‘fine dining’ cuisine are the bathrooms. As soon as I walked into the bathroom I felt as if I entered another restaurant. The smell to the smooth hand cream provided was divine. As well as that, the service was phenomenal, the waiters were very heartwarming overall. In conclusion, I would only come again for the toilets experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bacchanalia in London, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. The service was nothing short of exceptional—attentive, warm, and professional. I had an excellent time at this restaurant. I heard about it online and made a reservation for a late lunch/early dinner a few days before, but if you want prime time be sure to book ahead. I tried the crab linguine and it was delicious. The truffle pasta was also amazing and a completely different flavor profile. The service was excellent and overall a positive experience.

I booked a table for 7 and was asked to pay 200 pounds per person upfront if I choose a la carte which I did because I had vegetarian guest with me. Food was average and when asked for the bill I found they added 1 room hire for 207 pounds ! We were at the mezzanine which is claustrophobic due to the low ceiling and not in a private room. What is the hiring fee for ? I got in touch with customer service and they are not interested to apologise/ reply or explain

Generally, it was a decent experience. We had lunch to celebrate my birthday and my mum enjoyed her main course. Food was quite tasty and I really liked the Cherry cocktail. The only things I say need improvement are paying more attention to who ordered what food and drinks. My main was served to my sister and vice versa. They also didn't know who ordered which drinks. For the price, I would expect the waiting staff to know which position the food/drinks would go to. It also took a long time to get someone to clear our table and take the payment. On the bright side, the decor is amazing albeit the venue is much smaller than I thought. Would I go back? Probably if service improves and maybe portions get a little more generous.

This is a second visit to the restaurant, but first dinning in the main part (lunch time) Impressive, very dramatic decor, welcome staff. We choose the many for London Restaurant Festival. Selected two dishes each plus one dessert and decided to share it all. Each dish was very tasty and amazingly presented. Green Salad was very refreshing and light with and Crocchette Di Formaggio adding a crunch. Followed by Aubergine Schnitzel which was amazing and chicken tights, very aromatic. The tiramisu was generous and so fluffy and not too sweet. Perfect ending to our lunch. The restaurant was very busy, but that didn’t stop staff to stop for a moment and make us welcome. It is a bit pricey, but that is expected for the location. I must add that the toilet its an experience in itself.

The service was pleasant, but unfortunately, none of the food met my expectations. The prices are quite high, including the service charge. We ordered basic dishes that should be hard to get wrong, yet somehow they managed to make them unappetizing to the point where I had to force myself to eat. Even the dessert was disappointing. On the positive side, the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing, but it is very noisy and overcrowded. The lack of lighting adds to the oppressive atmosphere in such a packed space.

I can’t explain properly how good the experience was in this restaurant. The aesthetic and decorative gestures in the dining are absolutely stunning. I can easily say this might be the best fine dining place among plenty of others I have visited . The food is unmistakably delicious, service is excellent Ms.Andrea is super cool waitress . This was a different dining experience. I loved this place and really enjoyed my time in there. The design was absolutely stunning and the staff were so welcoming. They also had live music which was interesting. The food was great but quite small portions. I enjoyed the sea food pastaz. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Lovely decor, staff were friendly. good service at table. Very dimly lit and hard to read the menus. The portions were very small, bread basket is the smallest i have seen. No sides with any dishes. Was told cherry tomatoes came with feta and cucumber, but didn't get any with the portion. Discovered this restaurant on Instagram, it is such a beautiful place to have my dining experience here... The artwork of Damien Hirst inside the interior look so impressive and stunning. They do set lunch menu, the starter and main course are tasty and delicious and the service is top notch. I would highly recommended this restaurant.

Our visit to Bacchanalia was a true journey back in time to ancient Greece from start to finish. As soon as you enter the location you are greeted by impressive sculptures and an overwhelming atmosphere - every detail contributes to making the experience unforgettable. The waiters wear traditional outfits such as chitons to match the theme, adding to the feeling of being transported to another era. Special praise goes to Luca, who looked after us sensationally well throughout the evening. His attentiveness and expertise made the evening even better. Thanks for that! About the food: Our starters – tzatziki with hummus, tuna tartare and beef tartare – were absolute highlights. The beef tartare in particular was one of the best we have ever tasted and will remain in our memories for a long time. The main courses, lamb chops and tagliatelle with truffle, were also excellent and perfectly prepared. A delight for the palate! To finish we had the tiramisu and a frozen yogurt sundae. Both desserts tasted at the highest level and rounded off the culinary experience perfectly. An incredibly beautiful visit that we can fully recommend to every visitor to London. No matter what happens – we will definitely come back!

So we went there for my birthday and as you walk in the vibe is unmatched. From the restaurant to the bathroom the decor is completely gorgeous. The food was the star of the night. The chicken skewers were unmatched ( like i’ve never had chicken that soft before). the beef souvla and lamb chops were equally as excellent. The tiramisu is probably one of the best desserts i’ve had in my entire life. The staff were also amazing. The restaurant was super busy yet we were attended to with such amazing care. Although it is a bit on the expensive side, it is an absolute bargain for Mayfair and i honestly recommend you pay a visit !!!

“A majestic interior inspired by ancient Greeks but a slight difficult start left a sour taste in our mouth 3/5” The bad - we arrived as a walk in at lunch time with the majority of the restaurant empty without a booking and were told they were fully booked and can only sit at the bar. We then sat at the bar and checked on our phone and could see lots of reservations available and so complained and they eventually gave us a table in the main restaurant. This seemed unnecessary and wasn’t clear why we were not offered a table initially The food- it is classical Mediterranean food with great ingredients and fresh tasting food! We both enjoyed it but the star of the show was the tiramisu- perhaps the best in the London Decor- it has some of the most majestic decor I have seen inside a restaurant inspired by Ancient Greece. Filled with the Greek god statues above you it’s a beautiful location for a special occasion Overall I believe the lunch menu is fairly priced for Mayfair at £45pp (including service) however the initial issues we had with seating took it down to a 3.5

Sweet truffle pasta and risotto 👎 When I first entered and photographed myself, he said that it is forbidden to take pictures with flash while everyone else is taking pictures with flash. I chose the Italian restaurant for the pizza and was surprised that they didn't have pizza😢.. But Anita raised the restaurant's rating by 10 stars with her pleasant service. I told her that I would not prefer to be served by men and she made sure that no male waiter approached the table. I am very grateful for her keenness.

Finally got on the bandwagon to see what the hype is all about! Reservation is definitely a must here, so plan in advance. We (over) ordered for 2 pax. Started with the Bacchanalia sharing entrees, scallops, grilled octopus and Greek salad. For mains, crab linguine, tagliatelle truffle and fregola with grilled squid. Enjoyed the Greek salad... simple but yet quite delicious. The hummus selections and crudites were fresh, crisp and crunchy. Crab linguine was slightly salty. Mushroom truffle pasta decadent and rich. Fregola with grilled squid was actually quite refreshing (definitely my favorite compared to the crab linguine). Place was packed, but the servers managed to be quite attentive. We didn't have to wait too long for food as well, seeing that the restaurant was full. Overall, it was a pretty decent meal but quite steep prices... I guess it's Mayfair after all!

This was the first restaurant in London that I thought was delicious. Since I first came to England 30 years ago, and even when I was living in London, I had only ever thought that almost everything was tasteless, and I thought that it was a country where you could only eat bad food even if you paid a lot of money. Although it was Greek food, I thought it was almost a miracle that I could eat such delicious food in this country. By the way, it cost about 200 pounds per person (we drank 2 bottles of wine), so I don't think it was too expensive (of course it wasn't cheap).

We came here for a late night dinner and really enjoyed the food and wine. Altogether we got the meat and cheese board (Half and half selection), grilled octopus, patatas bravas, croquetas, and pear and spinach salad. All were great and perfect for sharing. We would come back!!

We ordered 2 vegetarian full brunch with vegetables like mushroom, spinach, courgette and avocado with poached eggs. Only the egg and the avocado were served. Once we pointed it out that we were waiting for the food the waiter said Of course but after other 30 minutes he was just hiding in the kitchen. So no veggies available. They offered us a croissant instead. The quality of the egg, salmon and coffee is good but it is very poor however not expensive but I would say that with 6 tables maybe the service can be improved. Very nice coffee though
