EastzEast in Sefton

On a recent visit to Liverpool for the footy we visited our favourite Indian restaurant which has always been really good, unfortunately this was not the case last Saturday as we experienced, very hefty price increases and the food definitely had gone down hill. The chicken curry tasted like cooked bits of chicken had just been placed in a curry sauce, the Chana masala was like chick peas in tomato sauce, no thick tasty gravy and by mistake I was brought a prawn puri (which was taken off the bill) but the flavour was not good. I know restaurants have been affected by Covid etc but come on guys, if you double the prices and reduce the quality nobody will want to go there. I am hoping this is constructive criticism for what was a very good venue and restaurant, to improve certain areas.

Visited with some work colleagues from start to finish the service was simply amazing and the food was absolutely out of this world.the waiter was so helpful and polite

Mi esposa y yo hemos frecuentado bastante el restaurante principal EastzEast cerca del Echo Arena. Para variar, pensamos en probar el restaurante Penny Lane y no nos decepcionó. Bueno, es más fácil estacionar aquí para empezar. Es mucho más pequeño, por lo que es mucho más íntimo y el personal fue muy amable, lo que es una gran mejora. Comencé con chuletas de cordero que estaban marinadas con un condimento delicioso y muy sabroso. Mi esposa tenía pollo Tikka Kabli, que es uno de sus favoritos, pero pensó que no era tan bueno como el restaurante principal. Para los platos principales, mi esposa tenía Murgh Tikka Makhani, que estaba delicioso y no podía terminarlo tan bueno era el tamaño de la porción que el personal felizmente lo empacó para que se lo llevara a casa. Tuve el cordero Karahi que era muy bueno y de nuevo el tamaño de la porción era amplio. Pasamos una velada relajada en un entorno agradable y volveremos aquí dadas las ventajas que descubrimos.

OMG nunca deja de ofrecer la comida más fabulosa de la historia. . . . . . . delicioso y sabroso! ! ! Vengo a Eastzeast varias veces al año y siempre ordeno las chuletas de cordero para comenzar y nunca puedo encontrar ningún defecto con este manjar. ! ! La comida es alucinante servicio increíble. . . . Un gran agradecimiento a nuestros servidores divertidos y entretenidos Lucie y Laura por hacernos sentir como una familia perdida hace mucho tiempo, los viejos amigos definitivamente nos dieron la mejor experiencia del cliente. . . Eastzeast bien hecho por la fabulosa comida, un servicio especial y un ambiente fenomenal xxx no puedo esperar para la próxima visita xxx

EastzEast promotes as "Premier Punjabi Dining" but sadly not the case when I visited. Staff very friendly and polite but food not even average, starter and mains slow to be delivered to my table. Why was the lamb tough in two curries? Why were the lamb curries so salty that disguised any flavour? Why was the Fish tikka starter somewhat tasteless? Why was there a delay of 30 minutes from ordering the two starters to delivery? Sorry guys food definitely not Premier Punjabi!
