Great location. Went for a birthday afternoon tea with a friend. Great experience. The birthday girl loved it and wants to go back. Our server(Ali) was very attentive and helpful. Our Journey with Ali was such a nice start on the Day. Always a smile and a good Service thx to you. We Love the Hotel too

We had an amazing breakfast e per especially because of Ali who took care of us throughout the entire service. Anything we needed was provided with outmost attention and a big smile! The food was also amazing especially the smoothies and the ginger shots provided.

We all had the salmon and it was delicious, not over cooked which can be common with fish. Atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall a pleasant experience.

I had a great experience at Eastway Brasserie. It was a great place to catch up with friends after work. I was unsure with the menu but Aishat was extremely helpful and made sure that I made the right choice! The food was well presented and tasted great too! Will definitely return.

Ate here with family on a quiet Saturday evening. The food was simple but very tasty - I recommend the burrata salad and the haddock fishcakes. I also loved the mocktails, particularly the jasmine and lime one (the name escapes me). My husband had a big steak and said it was great. We appreciated how quiet it was as we were able to hear each other speak, but this did not translate into the staff or food being specially attentive or prompt - although again this allowed us to have a leisurely meal without feeling harassed, so swings and roundabouts.

Eastway has the right mix of casual atmosphere and practical sophistication. The food is always well prepared and the service is prompt and no nonsense. I first began frequenting the establishment because of the staff, especially Aishat, who is very kind and attentive. Highly recommended.

Really impressed with the afternoon tea at East Way Brasserie. Lovely food and great service, we had a lovely lady called Aziza who attended to us and was really efficient, friendly and helpful. I just popped in to get some tea to go, and my friend and I ended up taking a number of stylish and unusual photos in the lobby. While I was waiting for tea, I chatted with a waitress named Raquel, she was very friendly and gave some tips on what to see in London!

Had a relaxing and tranquil afternoon tea here on a warm and sunny day in September, literally just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of Liverpool Street Station. Where we were seated, the atmosphere was kind of like a lounge in an old historical home, with high ceilings, comfy chairs, a couple of other groups of customers chatting away and some quiet background music playing. Nice glass of Prosecco to get things started. Food was excellent, as you’d expect for an Andaz restaurant, and the hot beverages were all-you-can-drink. Staff were attentive and welcoming at all times - special thanks to Joe, Aziza and Aishat. Overall, the experience was excellent. (Just need to keep an eye on the calories for a bit now!)

Afternoon tea: Aishat eye contact straight away even though she was dealing with other customers, asked us our preference of seating, offered us alternatives to sparkling wine (which was included in our afternoon tea offer) she explained everything regarding food which was sandwiches scones and tasty sweet dessert, bite size but perfect, Aishat was discreetly helpful and very attentive, also or was my Birthday treat Happy Birthday little dessert with candle and 3 lovely singing staff, will defo be back.

As a guest of the Andaz hotel I often have breakfast here and the staff is really the highlight - they are extra friendly and welcoming, which sets you up for a good start in the day. Particularly Raquel, who remembers my room number and order after the first day and Aishat :)

Without a doubt this is my go to place for a lovely afternoon tea. I have been to this place in 2022, 2023, and 2024 and the service has always been the same; excellent! The staff members are super lovely and accommodating and they do their best to make your experience special. My friend and I visited them just today and she was as pleased as I was! All staff members were very friendly especially the lovely Joe and Azizeh! She was lovely enough to provide my friend with a non-alcoholic beverage instead of a glass of Prosecco as she didn’t drink! It is very rare to find a place with good service and food and it’s even more rare to find consistency and this place has both! I can’t wait to go back again! 🤍

Great breakfast for guests at Andaz! Had breakfast here almost everyday during an extended stay as a globalist. Service was attentive and quick; the buffet options were very reasonable as well. Sometimes they run out of items towards the end but they always come around to tell everybody before ~11am for the last round. I especially appreciated Raquel who always greeted me with a warm smile!

Took my family here after a long day in London and I cannot praise the service enough. The waiters were genuinely some of the nicest and most attentive ones I’ve had in London. They are a credit to this place. As a veggie I’ve had better food in town but it was still very good and my family of meat eaters said the food was delicious. if you want the best service and good food you need to come here. I didn’t catch the names of the staff but we visited on the 10th July between 6-9 and I would like the management to know the staff were perfect. Looking forward to the next time

Beautiful spot on a rainy Sunday we were welcomed in and had the bottomless brunch !! The aranchini was so delicious as was everything else. Service excellent, everything excellent x highly recommend

The staff seemed to have issues in dealing with my reservation. We were seated and left for ages before order taken then three different people came and did so. Seemed a bit chaotic. Food average. Not offered any more drinks until we completely finished everything and we're getting ready to leave. Disappointing.

We were staying at the Andaz, so this was a convenient location for breakfast. The first day we waited an excessive period to receive french toast and a cheese omelette— turns out our food was given to another table. The buffet selection was good so we came back for a second day and Karim’s excellent service more than made up for the previous day’s mistakes.

Came for a hearty breakfast. The service is remarkable; I was looking to charge my devices with a wonky universal charger, they tried their best to help (didn't work, but I appreciate the care). Went there a little before noon and the menu didn't have eggs, but they were nice enough to whip up scrambled eggs in the kitchen. Overall a good experience made great because of the service.

Slow and rude service. Our burgers took 30 minutes to come to the table on a relatively quiet evening. The chicken burger was slightly pink. I raised a concern about my food to the staff and they were condescending and waved it off. The restaurant is in a beautiful building, it's a shame the food and service doesn't match.

Oh no such a shame Been here once before and i recall the food was lovely Arrived here for a quick-ish tipple before heading into a train from Liverpool Street station. Unfortunately despite many staff around it took well over 10 minutes for 2 drinks to arrive. Needless to say we left before the drinks arrived. I then remembered that I had been here a few years back- lovely food and great ambience but very slow service (but plenty of staff around) and my party of 3 left after our brunch to continue our drinks elsewhere. To the manager- Please please please hire staff that can respond to patrons fairly quickly. You’re in a prime location right by a major train station. One cocktail and one bottled beer should not be too long to arrive at a table. Many places seem to have less staff than you but you appear to have a fair few staff milling around so please kindly train them so that they can respond more quickly to your guests.

This place is overpriced for the lack of quality and tasteless food! After sending back our original Linguini dish (soaked in oil!) we settled for a chicken burger which had no trace of seasoning, aesthetically looked good until you took a bite! Will not recommend and needless to say we will not be returning.

Breakfast review. Top notch buffet with an assortment of cold and hot options. Tasty smoked fish selection and even the ready-to-scoop scramble eggs are creamy. Good coffee.

Nice room. Short menu should be good. Almost empty but service was glacial and lacking professionalism . No side plates for bread, so forced to eat from table. Food service very slow and then taken to wrong table. Wrong cutlery. Then two spoons. Bread no butter. Slow wine. Mediocre Caesar salad poorly presented. Prawn linguine was very nice. Black rice with duck breast was undercooked and hard. Attention to detail and it could be okay but for the money, it’s not somewhere I’d recommend.

Service by the staff on the day was fantastic, but the afternoon tea was a little underwhelming. The sandwiches felt chilled, not freshly prepared, the scones, however, were very good. Cake selection OK.

Chose restaurant for convenience to all parties, near Liverpool St station. Overall, food was great. Service was eventually fine. Bit noisy, but there was another large party in flow at time. Ordering was a struggle, as waiter didn't speak or understand enough English to take order. Asked for sweet potato fries instead of normal chips. They brought both out for me to eat - and some other waitress butted in with a lecture on how they charge...blah, blah... Told her to charge what she had to and had to explain.... chips, blah blah!!! Too much hassle to order a simple meal. Not keen on revisiting. The dessert that melts before your eyes was fun though and tasty.

Arriving Monday evening for dinner it wasn’t busy at all so had full choice of tables. It’s a lovely space, expansive, bright and atmospheric. Perused the menu with many enticing choices but eventually decided on corn fed chicken breast & steamed sole. While waiting had a cocktail and a fruit juice mocktail. Dessert was a shared magnificent chocolate sphere that melted when hot chocolate was poured over it. With coffee and cappuccino. All were delicious. The woman looking after us was friendly and helpfully attentive. A grand evening’s dining.

Not a pleasant experience throughout, the starter (prawns) and main dish (Ribeye steak) came out at the same time and when I questioned this to the waiter he stated he had just started his shift and wasn’t given a handover by the previous waiter, the restaurant was not busy so i would have expected less or no mistakes at all. By the time I had finish the starter my ribeye got cold which made it less enjoyable. I have given this restaurant an “average rating” as I don’t want the poor service to let down the quality of the food and to be fair to the chefs and kitchen staff the food was delicious and the ribeye steak was nice and tasty, full of flavour and well presented, only downside was that my side dish didn’t arrive and again this is not the fault of the kitchen staff but more the front house. I wasn’t given a steak knife so I decided to use the table knife instead and when the manager came over to see if everything was okay he could clearly see I was struggling to cut my steak and I was still not offered a steak knife. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but as the evening continued the service didn’t improve. I was given a dirty dessert menu with food stains and some berry seeds stuck to it and when I brought this to the attention of the waiter he didn’t look surprise and gave no apology, he took the menu and gave it to the customer on the next table. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Overall experience was unsatisfactory and disappointing and won’t be returning.

Breakfast was great. Provided with a very substantial pot of tea every morning along with some excellent buffet options (hot and cold items, fruit, smoothies), also permitted to order one item such as waffles, pancakes, etc. Staff were very, very good and it was a pleasure to have breakfast in that restaurant during our hotel stay. High-tea (we were bumped from the 1901 Wine Lounge) was not fantastic. Tea was lacking and the pastries were just ok. Given the price-point, I can't be too unsatisfied with the quality, but it's not an experience I wish to repeat. Recommend for breakfast, would look elsewhere for other options.

Excellent shared meal in this brasserie that can even be called a restaurant! The setting is magnificent with a very appreciable view of the open kitchen. We loved the delicious dishes as well as the very warm and dynamic service. For dessert, I recommend the Black Forrest with its magical chocolate dome! A delight! A very beautiful revisit of the traditional black forest! I highly recommend ! THANKS !

I love the East way and have been here on numerous occasions. I love it so much. They do great water and coffee and also the food is amazing. The staff are amazing and helpful. Another must visit in Liverpool Street. An absolute must. P.s. i cant believe how quickly you replied. I wonder if you can help me. There was a girl who worked here who helped me with a greek salad. Worst experience. The coffee was so cold pancake uncooked and the price is too much. Don’t waste your money

We stopped in here for breakfast. It's a hotel so they have the normal breakfast buffet, which looked very good with a great selection. We opted for a-la-carte and I had the 3 egg omelette, you know when you are eating somewhere a little special when they ask you what fillings, the menu has about 6 options, you say "how many can I pick" they reply "as many as you want". Most places it would be one! My wife went for the full English breakfast with scrambled eggs and white toast, yes there is a toast selection, I chose sourdough. The omelette was perfectly cooked, and just what I was looking for today. The full English is a meal for two, it's huge! There is no skimping here. It's like a food challenged, that my wife failed just for clarity. The staff were lovely, the place has a lovely buzz going, not too loud but enough to be fun. Oh, yes coffee... I have vanilla latte, and the vanilla syrup arrived in a shot glass, the detail is fantastic, to not assume how much vanilla you want in your coffee! It's the little things surrounding great food that makes this 5 stars.

My son and I cmae here on Christmas day. The menu included three courses and a glass of wine or fizz. We knew we could not eat that much so skipped the starter. Our waiter went out of his way to speak with the manager who gave us another glass of wine instead. Over and above what we expected. I had the turkey and the portion was just right, as well as being very soft and delicious. My son had the steak and he said it was the best steak he had ever eaten. Dessert was great too. Service extremely good and all the staff were very friendly. Quite a find for Christmas day. Congrats to their team.

Wybraliśmy tę restaurację na kolację wigilijną. 🎄 I to była bardzo dobra decyzja ☺️ Mój wybór był trafiony 💯 procentach: smażone przegrzebki, stek z sosem pieprzowym oraz świąteczna rolada z pomarańczową galaretką. Największe wrażenie zrobiły na mnie przegrzebki 🔝🔝🔝 symfonii smaków i struktur. Stek midium był fajnie upieczony pozostając lekko różowy w środku ☺️ To było bardzo smaczne doświadczenie kulinarne i przemile spędzony czas. Tego dnia kuchnia pracowała tylko w składzie dwuosobowym, niemniej lokal trzymał wysoki poziom, a drobne braki na talerzu (na przykład karmelizowanej marchewki przy steku) nie były tak mocno zauważalne. Many items from the menu not available, unpleasant desert options, very over priced and service was peculiar. When i asked for some pepper and parmizan with my pasta. The waiter looked at me like I was from another planet. Not recommended 😕

Service wasn’t great / wine very expensive and service charge high but food was good

We were warmly welcomed and provided with water and a nice table, but although the restaurant was almost empty, we had to look for waiting staff to take our orders. The food was well prepared,n although my risotto was rather thick. I think the prices were high for a very average lunch. In all, the Brasserie is a friendly place, and very convenient for Liverpool Station but the music was too loud, so I don’t think we will eat there again.

It was a great experience overall... service was good, food was nice and the wine was crisp and cold just as it should be. I would visit again - this time I was on a business lunch.

I don't recommend this place to anyone, the service was unbelievably awful, unprofessional and slow even though it was empty. the food was tasteless, my friend and I ordered mojito and espresso martini both drinks were not good. I will never ever waste my money and time again in this venue. please make yourself a favour and look for another restaurant.

This is a great setting in a good location, but it feels like a hotel restaurant (which it is) and it is no surprise that it was empty. I was entertaining a customer too, disappointing.
