Our afternoon tea at Eastway Brasserie was excellent. The service from Carlton was exemplary. He went above and beyond to make sure we were supported throughout, from getting the best tea and coffee pots, helping us to ‘look great’ in the photos, to explaining all the wonderful treats on our well-stacked tea ladders! It was especially good because my guest who had just arrived from Ghana, had never had this very English experience. Thanks Carlton and EBrasserie!

Light, bright dining area with nice windows to look out. Had several breakfasts with Karim who was great. And one afternoon when I really needed to have some tea and was under time pressure Aishat came to my rescue. Very nice experiences.

We had an amazing afternoon tea! Carlton was incredibly friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu, which really helped us navigate all the options. The tea set was beautiful and added to the charm of the experience. The birthday treat was a lovely touch and made the afternoon even more special. We will definitely be coming back!

I had a truly unique and memorable experience at the Eastway restaurant in London. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. Everything was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. What made the experience even more special was the warm and professional service from the staff—especially Mr. ALI. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. His genuine hospitality and positive energy made my morning feel extra special. He truly goes above and beyond for guests!🙂 If I ever return to London, I would definitely choose the Andaz Hotel again—no doubt about it!

Great place near Liverpool Street station. Grabbed a quick lunch with some colleagues, recommend steak and salmon super salad. Also saw an interesting afternoon tea on the way out.

Alf it was so so kind and amazing, I cannot eat gluten stuff and he helped me and make my breakfast so yummy also if I have this problem, thanks Alf, I will enjoy again the service in the “east way brasserie”

I was a guest the first week of April, I am gluten intolerant and they have enough food for everyone, fruit, juices and yogurt... Even gluten free muffins. Ali was my waiter, really kind and helpful, I'm very satisfied

Me and my girlfriend went to Eastway on Friday evening. We had some fantastic food for a reasonable price, and it was made even better by a waiter, Carlton. He was the loveliest guy, so helpful and really made our evening. Will definitely be coming back thanks to Carlton

breakfast was really bad, the service was unfriendly, and unattentive, and I think some of the male staff have a problem with women. One was particularly rude to the females in our group.

Just popped in with my friend for dessert after our lunch. Place wasn't so busy, so we were sitted down right away. We ordered some coffee and desserts. All came in reasonable time. Presented very well. I enjoyed mine a lot . The only down hill was the lady who took a payment from us. We said we want to split bills but she charged me all amounts. Not a big deal but I think little bitore attention to customers will be needed here.

I was taken here as a surprise for my birthday for afternoon tea. It was such a wonderful experience ! We had great tea options, however I wish more options were available & a great selection of savory and sweet items too which I loved! Our waiter for the whole duration was Carlton Simon Joe, he had such a unique vibe to him, very catering and delivered great service. I will definitely be coming back here I’m unsure of the price range as it was gift but the overall classy vibe was enjoyable

This is an all day diner. The food is very good quality and reasonably priced. Breakfast is a buffet with wide range of food and there is a chef who cooks to order, omelettes, eggs, waffles etc. The staff are friendly and attentive. Karim is a star. We had an amazing breakfast e per especially because of Ali who took care of us throughout the entire service. Anything we needed was provided with outmost attention and a big smile! The food was also amazing especially the smoothies and the ginger shots provided.

nice tea with a glass of prosseco and pretty China crockery Ashat and Sumon were helpful and brought a lovely chocolate mousse with a candle and sang happy birthday Carlton was so friendly and positive he showed us the other China they had as we commented how nice it was and proudly showed us the ballroom and told us it's history

We all had the salmon and it was delicious, not over cooked which can be common with fish. Atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall a pleasant experience.

I had a great experience at Eastway Brasserie. It was a great place to catch up with friends after work. I was unsure with the menu but Aishat was extremely helpful and made sure that I made the right choice! The food was well presented and tasted great too! Will definitely return.

Ate here with family on a quiet Saturday evening. The food was simple but very tasty - I recommend the burrata salad and the haddock fishcakes. I also loved the mocktails, particularly the jasmine and lime one (the name escapes me). My husband had a big steak and said it was great. We appreciated how quiet it was as we were able to hear each other speak, but this did not translate into the staff or food being specially attentive or prompt - although again this allowed us to have a leisurely meal without feeling harassed, so swings and roundabouts.

Eastway has the right mix of casual atmosphere and practical sophistication. The food is always well prepared and the service is prompt and no nonsense. I first began frequenting the establishment because of the staff, especially Aishat, who is very kind and attentive. Highly recommended.

Really impressed with the afternoon tea at East Way Brasserie. Lovely food and great service, we had a lovely lady called Aziza who attended to us and was really efficient, friendly and helpful. I would come back purely for the amazing service. Aziza went the extra mile and even offered us a coffee at the end of our afternoon tea experience. 100% recommend

Had a relaxing and tranquil afternoon tea here on a warm and sunny day in September, literally just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of Liverpool Street Station. Where we were seated, the atmosphere was kind of like a lounge in an old historical home, with high ceilings, comfy chairs, a couple of other groups of customers chatting away and some quiet background music playing. Nice glass of Prosecco to get things started. Food was excellent, as you’d expect for an Andaz restaurant, and the hot beverages were all-you-can-drink. Staff were attentive and welcoming at all times - special thanks to Joe, Aziza and Aishat. Overall, the experience was excellent. (Just need to keep an eye on the calories for a bit now!)

Afternoon tea: Aishat eye contact straight away even though she was dealing with other customers, asked us our preference of seating, offered us alternatives to sparkling wine (which was included in our afternoon tea offer) she explained everything regarding food which was sandwiches scones and tasty sweet dessert, bite size but perfect, Aishat was discreetly helpful and very attentive, also or was my Birthday treat Happy Birthday little dessert with candle and 3 lovely singing staff, will defo be back.

Without a doubt this is my go to place for a lovely afternoon tea. I have been to this place in 2022, 2023, and 2024 and the service has always been the same; excellent! The staff members are super lovely and accommodating and they do their best to make your experience special. My friend and I visited them just today and she was as pleased as I was! All staff members were very friendly especially the lovely Joe and Azizeh! She was lovely enough to provide my friend with a non-alcoholic beverage instead of a glass of Prosecco as she didn’t drink! It is very rare to find a place with good service and food and it’s even more rare to find consistency and this place has both! I can’t wait to go back again! 🤍

As a guest of the Andaz hotel I often have breakfast here and the staff is really the highlight - they are extra friendly and welcoming, which sets you up for a good start in the day. Particularly Raquel, who remembers my room number and order after the first day and Aishat :)

Great breakfast for guests at Andaz! Had breakfast here almost everyday during an extended stay as a globalist. Service was attentive and quick; the buffet options were very reasonable as well. Sometimes they run out of items towards the end but they always come around to tell everybody before ~11am for the last round. I especially appreciated Raquel who always greeted me with a warm smile!

Das Frühstück war wirklich toll und es war alles frisch und super lecker. Auch die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und vor allem Raquel hat uns immer freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen.
