Visited at approx 2.40pm so place was very quiet. Placed our order. The guy taking the order was distracted a number of times during the transaction so was not fully focussed on me. We were shown to our table downstairs by a very cheerful friendly guy.Nothing arrived after 15mins but then a member of staff came and told us that the food would take 20 minutes. We asked if could at least have the drinks that we had ordered. He had no lnowledge of our drinks order but happily went and got them once we had told him which ones. After 20 mins another member of staff told us our food would be another 10 mins as it had only just gone in the oven. We were not expecting fast food but couldn't really understand why it was taking staff so long considering the kitchen had to deal with so few orders at that time. My first visit to Nandos. The environment, decor, ambience and the music were all great. The food was absolutely delicious so there would have been 5 stars all round had it not been for the less than expected service.

My husband and I visit Nandos quite frequently and have been to this restaurant previously, however, we’ll be avoiding it after our experience there tonight. We’ve had to ask for glasses to get tap water three times because the staff just wouldn’t bring them to us. The chicken was lukewarm and no one even bothered to ask us whether everything was okay with our food. We didn’t brother sending the chicken back because we knew it would have probably taken a very long time. With this kind of neglectful and disrespectful service, I definitely don’t recommend this particular Nandos or Nandos in general.

I am very saddened to write this review as I am a loyal and regular customer of Nandos and of this particular restaurant and have not had a bad experience here this far. Tonight that was not the case. I always come with a group of my associates and we generally sit at a large table downstairs. We have never booked or been asked to reserve a table. Tonight 10 of us attended at approximately 20.45. we waited to be seated and a server took us downstairs where there were no customers and all the tables were empty. To our surprise the server told us we could not sit at the long table we normally sit at and that our group would have to be split up in the booths. Obviously we have come to have dinner and conversation together as a group. We asked why this was and the server said she did not know but this is what her manager MK had instructed her to do. None of the group wanted to be split up and we asked if we could please sit together and she said no and that she would call her manager to explain the rational to us. MK came and spoke to us. She stood on the stairs and spoke down to us. She seemed rushed and impatient. She interrupted us as we asked questions and became very confrontational when we voiced our desire to please be seated together. The explanation she gave as to why we could not sit together made no sense to none of us. Saying that she needs to allocate a person to serve us and it's easier for that person to serve 2 or 3 booths rather than 1 large table of 10. When her rationale was questioned by my pregnant associate, MKs face became aggressive and confrontational and accused the woman of raising her voice and I can unequivocally state that she did not, if anything it was MK who was starting to raise her voice and interrupt customers with concerns. 2 of our party felt so uncomfortable with the situation they chose to leave. We were then told that we would need to go upstairs and order individually from the till. I always have the chicken livers and I know they take longer than any of the other meals. The gentleman at my table, as we were now sat on separate tables in an empty downstairs section, ordered a chicken burger. I received my livers ate them and ordered a takeaway away bag and his food was yet to arrive. When MK had calmed down, I had a private word with her and asked her to explain to me in a calm way why we could not sit together. Her rationale was that we had not booked and those are the rules for large parties. Like I have said, we have never booked. Not at any of your restaurants. I stated that I would put my concerns into a review at which point MK tried to circumvent this by writing down her email address and asking me to send it to her directly. Why? Are customers not encouraged to leave reviews. Both positive and negative constructive reviews so that you will know when you have done something well and when areas need to be improved on? I think she was trying to save her hide. The one positive thing that did happen was that our waitress Sonya spoke to us kindly. Was attentive and listened to our grievances and did not interrupt us. I hope MK can appreciate that this feedback is given so that she may reflect on her professionalism and improve on it as we will be attending your restraunt as we always have and we do hope to have more positive interactions with her. We are group of sober associates who regularly come to your restaurant after our Thursday meeting for fellowship and good food and service.

It was my first restaurant since I arrived in London, and I couldn't speak English, didn't have Wi-Fi, and I was alone. A really good server helped me with everything from ordering to translating, so I could eat it. I ordered chicken wings and coleslaw, but it had a strong sour taste. I'm sure those who prefer sour taste will like it. I'm sorry I couldn't order a lot because my stomach was small. I was so grateful that I wanted to tip the server, but I couldn't turn on the translator and couldn't communicate because of Wi-Fi, so I just left. Please raise the salary of a kind server!! I'm willing to go again if I visit again!!

the dark skinned woman with the headband that was working there yesterday evening was so helpful and so sweet. she directed us to the gender neutral toilets. having that option was great. we felt uncomfortable sitting next to someone who unfortunately was not kind to us at all and she assisted us and moved us downstairs. greeted us hello and goodbye with a smile and made sure me and my friend were okay. food was good as usual.

Within a week I try to order twice from them , on the first time they gave me food which was horrible, literally I would not give even for my dog . I week later I decided to give another chance , so I ordered some food during my break online for 2.30pm, when I arrived at 2.35 I been told my food will take another 10-20 mins. So basically they manage to make me not eat on my break twice in a week time . I would highly not recommend, I also love Nando’s but I don’t think I will ever come back.

This Nando's was exceptional - the best I have been to. Tucked into the basement of a corner pub, it's like magic walking into this spacious, air conditioned, yet cosy space. The food and cleanliness was perfect, and the décor was inspiring and created just a wonderful atmosphere. The bottom floor is the best in terms of layout and decoration - there really has been a lot of thought put into this site. Would highly recommend, especially as it is tucked away and not always the busiest.

Tried the new Fully loaded wrap. That comes with chicken, fresh avocado, pink pickled onions. The flavor was really good, but the regular size is a bit too small for a stand alone dish. I was expecting the wrap to be chunkier. Ordering it as hot was definitely a good idea as it added a lovely touch to it.

I went to this place for dinner with my family during a holiday in London. Good food and price, especially when compared to other similar places. However, the thing that I would like to underline most is the excellent service that was offered to us by the staff, especially by Andrea. When I informed me of my gluten intolerance he reassured me, explaining how they handled food in the kitchen in case of a report like mine and was very available to answer all my doubts. I asked for a chicken wrap and I notice the wrap was cold, and not fresh (I can tell fresh food by the lettuce). The garlic bread were burned and dry. I asked for a new wrap as I was not happy with the one I was given. The waiter brings the same wrap after a few minutes with new fries and the fries were the wrong ones. Not to mention that I asked for a lemonade and I was given a glass to use on the self service where there was no lemonade. So disappointing.

I usually love Nandos but this time my experience was just sad. Although staff was polite and nice. So we got a table for two in the basement but in a cramped corner near a pillar, I don't mind this much if the food was good. But this was odd given there were plenty of better and available seats in that basement and ground floor. I can't believe I am saying this but the worst part was the food. Their new loaded chicken wrap tasted like a piece of wood made out of plastic. Sadly both of us ordered the same thing. This time I went to Nando's after a few months and the first time in this location. This likely will be my last time in any Nando's. And I am not happy about this, one good food option is now a bad taste and bad memory :(

Every time I order for delivery from this branch, items are missing. How long does it take to double check an order before it is sealed for delivery? Waited nearly 2 hours for food to be delivered today only for items to be missing and the halloumi in the fino pitta to be burnt.

I don’t understand how can you send a chicken like that, this is not the first time I order and for the reviews I see that the problem is with the takeaway, is always something or the broccoli over cooked or the chicken raw or burnt. Sometimes I got the feeling that you sent the leftovers because the chicken is too dry 🤮 I didn’t order this time was my daughter, if I new I will ask her not to order from this place because my previous experience’s.

Brasserie One is a reasonably priced oasis in Westminster, which is ideal if you want a conversation over a meal. I have always found the service to be very good, with good food and wine. The menu is limited, but I have always managed to find something worth having and that I like. Worth checking out. I keep returning.

Wigmore Hall is one of the best recital halls anywhere. Large enough to have serious talent perform, but small enough that even the seats right at the back and in the balcony have excellent acoustics. Add to that a good location, decent bar and seats that can accommodate the widest of bottoms and it's a winner.

Generally fine - attentive service, food was well-presented and delicious. They should go easy on the salt though, particularly with the fries.

We have visited for an Afternoon Tea. The service was exceptional, polite and very attentive. Sandwiches and especially desserts were very fresh and delicious. It is a very rare chance to get such fresh desserts anywhere in London!
