Every time I order for delivery from this branch, items are missing. How long does it take to double check an order before it is sealed for delivery? Waited nearly 2 hours for food to be delivered today only for items to be missing and the halloumi in the fino pitta to be burnt.

They don’t care about deliveroo delivery, packing order for 20 min, bad service

I don’t understand how can you send a chicken like that, this is not the first time I order and for the reviews I see that the problem is with the takeaway, is always something or the broccoli over cooked or the chicken raw or burnt. Sometimes I got the feeling that you sent the leftovers because the chicken is too dry 🤮 I didn’t order this time was my daughter, if I new I will ask her not to order from this place because my previous experience’s.

Good food usually, but rude, ridiculous behavior from staff, unfortunately. Came in at half past twelve to find the place half empty, then was told I couldn't sit at the table I picked because "someone else might come". Was told to sit in a little nook by the window, practically in another party's lap. Told the waitress I would rather sit at any of the 8-10 empty tables. Was told it's not possible because they could get busier still and they couldn't risk me taking up a table for four. So I left. Ridiculous behavior. Not coming back here. How you can be so rude and unaccommodating when your place is practically empty at lunch time and you're surrounded by quality food choices on all sides is beyond me. But maybe I've stumbled upon the reason here.

Na lang wachten (45 min.) kregen we een gezellig tafeltje toegewezen. De menu krijg je op papier, wat zeer handig is. Nadien moet je bestellen via een qr-code en ook reeds betalen. Een makkelijk systeem, maar lichtjes onpersoonlijk. De obers zijn heel erg vriendelijk, maar het eten laat lang op zich wachten. De smaak was wel heel erg lekker. Hou er wel rekening mee dat het vrij pikant kan zijn. We hebben gegeten, maar de plek heeft ons niet kunnen bekoren...

Gezellige eettent. Het eten was heel lekker en veel. We hebben er echter lang op moeten wachten.

El agua es muy mala, salada. Parece que han ahogado al pollo en el agua que nos sirvieron. Precio, por 15 euros cenas, ojo con el picante. Recomendado pero pide cocacola.

Sehr leckeres Essen, nur die Soßen sind entweder zu scharf oder aber ohne wirklichen Geschmack. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Very nice man showed us to a table and made a fuss of my daughter, explained where we could find sauces and how to order, also the toilets were downstairs so we knew.ordering was easy and the lovely food arrived within 15 minutes. Can't fault anything and all the staff we came across were very nice . Recommended when in London to go to a theatre show

I ordered 5 boxes of chicken tights and they were dry and burned i contact Nando’s to put the complaint but they didn’t gave me any solution. Really disappointed.

We came today to Nando’s Soho. We didn’t have to wait, had a nice table by the window. We ordered the food through the website, it was easy and fast. The food was served quickly in spite of being the restaurant full. The chicken burger and the veggie burger were delicious. The atmosphere was quiet and friendly. We had a great time 😃 Thank you very much Nando’s 🤗

Great staff. Very helpful and personable. The chicken burger is rather disappointing. The bread is of a very bad quality and the amount of chicken in it is very poor. If you compare the chicken burger against the whole chicken, there is a massive difference in the amount of chicken. These two meals are choices given when you have won enough curries for a free meal.

The wings need to be more crispy and cooked better in my opinion. It tasted a bit boiled and not grilled enough. The service was good.

I had the pleasure of being served by Hannah, the banta was top draw. Hannah was more than friendly and made one comfortable from the start till the end. I had a big smile on my face, because some staff still put in the effort unlike most. It was nice to see a warm character amongst attitude in the capital. Hannah you rock, continue being you. I vote for Hannah. Go Nando's!!

Great food. If anyone wishes to have grilled food. Spicy, hot, or normal you can go to Nandos Enjoy unlimited drinks and a variety of sauces Quandity should be mentioned here .. Care full before ordering food because dont waste it. A group of 5 or 6 individuals can really fill their belly in a reasonable amount ..

The last time I ate Nando's was in 2016 in Malaysia, so I was happy to find it here in London. Delicious food, I ordered whole grilled chicken with fries and spicy rice and was yummy 😋.

I really like the experience at this location, the food was well cooked and the sauces were very interesting to try! Really liked the mac n’ cheese and the lava cake! Recommend 100% to try if coming to 🇬🇧

I associate Nandos with screaming children and lukewarm food, but this one was brilliant. Super tasty, calm atmosphere and excellent service. Finally get what all the hype is about

greeted at the door by girl no tables for 1 so said i would wait as looked round lots of empty tables, 5 minutes after she realised I was not leaving she said ok table ready there were lots empty sat down video taken 6 empty tables , ordered food others came in after me now I know how nandos works as this is the 75th different one visited other tables that sat after me got their food turns out forgotten me , strange ps no humus either but thats minor felt disappointed by the host girl lets go and mention to manager see how that goes

Ottimo il pollo e ben cotto con porzioni abbondanti e i prezzi sono buoni! Le bevande al bicchiere (acqua e coca e aranciata e sprite) sono gratis. Ottima la pannocchia, sicuramente da provare

Calidad en el pollo. Tiene plancha y estan muy buenos. En el del soho hay 2 españoles q nos facilitaron el pedido. Puedes combinar con complementos, la bebida se paga una vez y puedes recargar.

Went to nandos on 25/02/2022, the staff there really go above and beyond to make sure you are having a good time. There were 3 people in particular. I don’t know their names but the black girl with glasses and braids was so nice and attentive. The Asian tall man was just making sure we had everything with need, very happy to serve us and the white shaved head man who may have been the manager was making us laugh. Probably my fav nandos experience. Would go there again. X

I went with family and friends to Nando’s Soho during the break of Harry Potter theatre show. We were sat in the lower floor but unfortunately the wifi is nonexistent there so we were not able to order from our table. This was not an issue we just went up to the desk to order our food. When ordering our food they were sold out on rainbow salad bowls and sunset burgers, so I ordered wings and corn on the cob instead. When we were being served our food we had great customer service from Nic, he checked on us several times to make sure we were happy with the food and if we wanted dessert and clearing our plates. My teenage children were so delighted by his service, that’s all they talked about last night. They nick named him Nando’s Nic and my daughter made a song with our Harry Potter visit and Nic. This will give lasting memories for us for the future and our day out to the theatre with Nando’s Nic. My children wanted to tip Nic, I told them I think tips are not accepted, when they gave Nic their money, he explained that he cannot accept the tip but will give it to charity which my girls were very happy about. Thank you Nic and good luck for your future in Covent Garden Nando’s. We may look for you there if we ever visit Covent Garden. Also the food was great as usual even though some options were out, the service made up for it.

Loved Nando's concept. Had a lunch here with my colleagues on our lunch break and that was the first time I tried their grilled chicken wrap, but not the last!

Erica approached me and my small dog like Mike Tyson going in to the ring, after being told we could sit down by a different worker she then basically spoke to me like I was piece of poo on the bottom of her shoe, screaming to do the track and trace app, she continued to give me the dirtiest / filthiest looks for the rest of my stay at the establishment. Burger came with stale bread and I thought it was disgusting that people like Erica are allowed to treat customers like that for no reason at all. Will not be going to eat/ order from this Nando’s ever again !

We waited to be seated and no one came. I walked inside and spoke to a Nando’s worker who was at the hot plates near the kitchen. The guy said we can sit outside and order from the table. After this ERIKA STORMED OVER VERY RUDE AND SAID WE CANT SIT THERE. ERIKA THEN WENT ON TO CONTINUE TO BE RUDE THROUGHOUT OUR MEAL. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Boycot and fore ERIKA she needs to learn how to speak to customers properly and not be rude because she’s had a busy day.

The food was good and pretty fast as Nando’s food always tends to be. Happy to see they’ve finally bought the sunset burger back! I went here twice this week, and had the pleasure of being served both times by a waitress called Victoria who was super sweet and warm. I normally feel a bother asking for mote drinks and condiments but she made me feel right at home, absolute superstar. Hope to see her again when I’m next there :)

È senz’altro il locale dove preferisco cenare quando sono a Londra, il cibo è buonissimo specialmente il pollo e le patate, ovviamente, anche se uno dei piatti che preferisco è l’hummus con la pita. Il prezzo è veramente basso considerando la qualità e il buon cibo. È il posto è meraviglioso, accogliente che ti fa sentire a casa. Ho passato le migliore serate in questo locale. Inoltre, il servizio è molto gentile specialmente la ragazza alla cassa che è veramente simpatica e divertente! Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

Este lugar se mantiene ocupado, lo cual es genial porque es Soho y es Londres. Sin embargo, después de esperar 2 horas cuando se citaron 40 minutos, me molesté y en su lugar fui a cinco chicos. Recibí una llamada del hotel a las 11:34 exactamente tres horas después de que se realizó mi pedido y me negué a aceptar. Estoy enviando un correo electrónico para ver si puedo obtener un reembolso. Escuché que siempre estaban ocupados, pero uno pensaría que tenían un plan para entregas y comida para llevar que era un poco más eficiente que 3 horas. Y nuestro hotel no estaba demasiado lejos, pero en una noche fría y lluviosa durante las vacaciones, uno también preferiría ordenar. No ordene comida para llevar.

Cercando qualcosa di piu' salutare del fish e chips ci siamo imbattuti in questa catena che ci avevano gia' consigliato. nel locale a soho ci sono diverse cameriere italiane veramente disponibili e simpatiche. siamo stati serviti da Camilla e Erika che ci hanno saputo consigliare perfettamente. preso un piatto familiare da dividerci. pollo buonissimo e diversi contorni abbinati. per Londra prezzo buonissimo e ottima cena.

係英國最鍾意食嘅一間餐廳，好食到要重覆食，佢啲雞嘅調味實在太好，可以揀辣度，食得好辣嘅我當然揀最辣，而且價錢算係中中挺挺

It was *insert s word here*They didn’t give me a glass when I ordered a bottomless cup and the coke for said bottomless cup came out white like sprite but with no flavour or colour what’s so ever I would rather eat dog faeces than go here again. The toilets looked like the attached image.

This Nando's outlet is right in the heart of London. Friendly service, a quick and tasty meal after a busy day of sightseeing, perfect!

This is a really great restaurant with brilliant decor and a friendly vibe. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals which were well cooked, well presented and extremely good value. Perfect for a quick visit before the theatre.

Pedimos el almuerzo para nuestra oficina a las 11: 26 am, ahora son las 13: 25 y la comida aún no se ha entregado. ¡Todavía en el teléfono al 'equipo de entregas' para cancelar el pedido ya que la sucursal no puede reembolsar o cancelar pedidos! He estado en espera durante 20 minutos y todavía estoy esperando.

El pollo es encantador aquí y siempre bien cocinado con una gran marinada. Las papas fritas son excelentes y debo tener cuidado con la cantidad que pido porque no puedo dejar de comerlas. El arroz también está lleno de deliciosos sabores y una delicia y el pan de ajo es muy sabroso. Ciertamente, se siente como una opción más saludable que otros lugares de comida rápida y usted sabe exactamente lo que obtendrá y está delicioso. Por cierto, el pastel choc - a - lot es uno de los mejores pasteles que he comido.

We are always visiting Nando's when we are in London. This time wasn't a disapointment either. Fast service, clean place and the food is great as always.

I went few days ago to soho Nandos by my own. Since I got in was a member of the staff waiting to give me a sit in the restaurant . He was a Spanish guy very friendly and helpful . the food was amazing and the service better. I will come back thanks to your team and that Spanish guy that make me feel welcoming to the restaurant .

Went here for a late lunch on a Sunday with a friend. Was easy enough to get a table.

Maten på Nandos smaker alltid godt samme hvor du er i verden. Dette var intet unntak. Hyggelig betjening og rask servering trekker opp. Rene lokaler og god hygiene gjør at du spiser "trygt" her.

I love Nando's for a quick lunch. But not this branch. I have visited Nando's many times, different locations, different countries but this branch really wasn't good. Staff was unfriendly, the chicken was gooey (even though it was 'well done'), plates and cutlery weren't clean. Sauce spilled on the floor. Table was so tiny that we had to make sure our plates don't fall on the floor while we were eating (we asked for the bigger table next to us but were told 4 people will arrive shortly - nobody came whilst we were there). I wouldn't recommend this branch.

Visited Nando’s with my two children for a pre theatre dinner. Service was friendly, there was no queue to order our food, food arrived promptly and all our food was fine, we had a decent size table with more than adequate space around us, and the overall ambience was okay despite being seated next to the bottomless drinks dispenser and ice machine.

Terrible service, the waiter struggled to understand basic English and we had the sauce bottle taken off the table twice, food was remarkably average. I asked for plain and got spicy. Won’t be coming back in a hurry.

Uno dei più buoni polli alla griglia mai mangiati. La salsa Lemon and Herbs è qualcosa di straordinario, tanto da farmene comprare due bottiglie su internet. Nonostante sia una catena e quindi ci si aspetta un livello non troppo alto posso assicurare che il pollo e le alette sono formidabili.

Went here for dinner on a Saturday night with family, December 2018. The restaurant has had a refurb this year, and it's made the venue even better. The staff are always a delight to deal with. And the food fantastic as ever.

Visit with young children for pre theatre meal. Could not understand staff behind counter. Thankfully waitress at door spoke good English. Meal which was a simple platter was below average and not worth the price

Comida de la gama, no expensif, personal antipático. En soho puedes encontrar mejores lugares para comer a precios similares. En ese spot hay muchas más posibilidades.

Succulent chicken, gentle slams deep spice , fab peas and corn. Sensible price, all in a spirited venue. Will visit again 👌

This haunt is well located and I like the set up but the lady got my order wrong which was highly frustrating. They did sort it out quickly which was a relief but it’s the first time it has ever happened at Nando’s!!!

I been there yesterday with one friend for have a dinner before a concert. The place was full and they put me in a waiting list but not for too much time. Then there one guy called Jose took my order and recommended some food to order. Later when we are eating found the food really tasting and delicious. The waiter called Cristian. I can see his name in his identification,was very attentive and pleasant. Explained us about sauce and everything. And the other tables was happy with his work for them. Actually I will be back. Thank you.

What can I say about this Nando’s, not great things. Pouring with rain and one of the pots blow over outside to inform the staff not bothered as it’s raining. The counter was so dirty you could see the dust under the lights. Annoying that my order was wrong and they added spicy jam (tomato allergy) so I complained and was told it was my error. So not impressed but luckily I could eat my friends order otherwise I wouldn’t have anything. Poor staff who really lacked customer service and luckily for me I check my food before eating as I didn’t fancy a trip to a&e;.

So i paused for a while but she shouted to me ‘sauce!!’ And then when she give me a change she spilled it to table. The food and service never fails to let me down.

Je ne connaissais pas cette chaîne. J’ai trouvé que le demi poulet un peu épicé et rôti était très bon. Les boissons sont à volonté. Les accompagnements sont bons également sans être extraordinaires.

Un clasico en Londres que esta lleno a todas horas. Los Ingleses son muy amantes del pollo (y servido como Comfort food aun mas). Las guarniciones no son para echar cohetes pero estan bien.

Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, davvero a poco!
