Nando's - Soho in City of London, Westminster

Always very busy but great service here, great staff and food.

Lovely and similar to every other Nando's. It was however quite busy on a random afternoon (when it had indicated that this was not busy)which made me wonder what it would look like at a busy time. Meant waiting a while for the food which was good as usual.

Obligatory Nando’s stop as our first meal in London. After kind of a hellish layover in Iceland this was a perfect way to rejuvenate us. Chicken was flavorful and juicy. Plethora of sauces to choose from. Likely won’t be our last visit

Terrible food, flat drinks and rude staff!

The food was okay, the different levels of spiciness were good. However, you should be careful here, as we found Medium to be quite sharp. The service was rather bad. A change of tables was initially not desired, even though several other tables were free. But in the end it worked

Solo quería dar las gracias al personal que trabaja en el turno de almuerzo de Año Nuevo. No es el momento en que alguien quiere estar trabajando, pero todo el personal era muy agradable, amable y acogedor y fue más allá. Lo visité con mi esposo, niño y bebé. Estábamos sentados de inmediato y varios empleados interactuaron con los niños tratando de hacerles sonreír, no paraban de revisarnos y asegurarse de que no necesitábamos nada y la comida salió rápido y era muy bueno. Me levanté en un momento dado para cambiar el pañal de mi hija y sin que yo tuviera que preguntar ni siquiera uno de los miembros del personal se dio cuenta y ya me estaba consiguiendo la llave para el inodoro accesible con el cambiador en él. Cualquier persona con niños pequeños sabrá cuánto importan estas cosas aparentemente pequeñas cuando cena con niños. Realmente hizo nuestro almuerzo de Año Nuevo fácil y cómodo y estamos muy agradecidos.

Food was AMAZING !!! Cozy and friendly atmosphere, plenty space cute tables. We had the Full Platter with 4 sides. Great choice! Recommended. However, Restrooms cleaning needs improvement.

Dined in with some friends before going to the theater. We really enjoyed the atmosphere here, usually these places can be very crowded and busy, especially in Soho, but this particular Nando's had a chill vibe to it.

Had such a pleasant experience at this store, the food was great, staff were lovely, the best Nando’s store I have visited, a special thank you to manager Sofia as I was accidentally charged by a staff member rather than using my gift card and a week later I’d forgotten about the refund to then receive a call from her chasing it up was great! She was very accommodating during our visit and clearly knows how to run a store properly!

There was a small problem with the order, but the manager quickly resolved the problem and took special care. Nandos is great as always.

We visited Nando’s Soho two weeks ago, and it was a great experience overall. I was really happy with the variety of options on the menu, which made choosing a meal enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive atmosphere. The food was of great quality, and the restaurant had a nice, inviting ambiance. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal in a warm and friendly setting!

First time in this food chain and it lived up to my expectations. The chicken was juicy and tender with lots of flavour.

It's delicious! The idea of ​​having "Toppings" as accompaniment to chicken is a delight, all fresh, delicious, and at a good price. It is the best mess for a tourist.

Really a superb place, we eat very well and we were very well received, everything is good there, just a shame that it is not halal but my friends who took the veggie dishes enjoyed it, special mention to makama 🫶🏾 which is is looking after us and who understands French. I highly recommend this place with very good value for money.

Good size and staff were nice on the night. Got the Fanta chicken... was a let down unfortunately but you have to try don't you. Hence the 4* and garlic bread was a bit under toasted but it's Nandos so always good.

They really need to improve customer service in this branch. Customers coming in get ignored and then random people who came in later get tables assigned first. Their only response: sorry, now you have to wait 25 minutes

No service or WiFi so can’t order online

I’ve been going to several Nando’s across the world and this was by far the best service I’ve ever had. Our waitress Catarina was simply the best, and made it a great time!

Visited at approx 2.40pm so place was very quiet. Placed our order. The guy taking the order was distracted a number of times during the transaction so was not fully focussed on me. We were shown to our table downstairs by a very cheerful friendly guy.Nothing arrived after 15mins but then a member of staff came and told us that the food would take 20 minutes. We asked if could at least have the drinks that we had ordered. He had no lnowledge of our drinks order but happily went and got them once we had told him which ones. After 20 mins another member of staff told us our food would be another 10 mins as it had only just gone in the oven. We were not expecting fast food but couldn't really understand why it was taking staff so long considering the kitchen had to deal with so few orders at that time. My first visit to Nandos. The environment, decor, ambience and the music were all great. The food was absolutely delicious so there would have been 5 stars all round had it not been for the less than expected service.

My husband and I visit Nandos quite frequently and have been to this restaurant previously, however, we’ll be avoiding it after our experience there tonight. We’ve had to ask for glasses to get tap water three times because the staff just wouldn’t bring them to us. The chicken was lukewarm and no one even bothered to ask us whether everything was okay with our food. We didn’t brother sending the chicken back because we knew it would have probably taken a very long time. With this kind of neglectful and disrespectful service, I definitely don’t recommend this particular Nandos or Nandos in general.

Shift manager or manager had really bad customer service and spoilt our evening. She then insisted not to give her name but I caught video insisted. I am will make a formal complaint ASAP. New management needed

I am very saddened to write this review as I am a loyal and regular customer of Nandos and of this particular restaurant and have not had a bad experience here this far. Tonight that was not the case. I always come with a group of my associates and we generally sit at a large table downstairs. We have never booked or been asked to reserve a table. Tonight 10 of us attended at approximately 20.45. we waited to be seated and a server took us downstairs where there were no customers and all the tables were empty. To our surprise the server told us we could not sit at the long table we normally sit at and that our group would have to be split up in the booths. Obviously we have come to have dinner and conversation together as a group. We asked why this was and the server said she did not know but this is what her manager MK had instructed her to do. None of the group wanted to be split up and we asked if we could please sit together and she said no and that she would call her manager to explain the rational to us. MK came and spoke to us. She stood on the stairs and spoke down to us. She seemed rushed and impatient. She interrupted us as we asked questions and became very confrontational when we voiced our desire to please be seated together. The explanation she gave as to why we could not sit together made no sense to none of us. Saying that she needs to allocate a person to serve us and it's easier for that person to serve 2 or 3 booths rather than 1 large table of 10. When her rationale was questioned by my pregnant associate, MKs face became aggressive and confrontational and accused the woman of raising her voice and I can unequivocally state that she did not, if anything it was MK who was starting to raise her voice and interrupt customers with concerns. 2 of our party felt so uncomfortable with the situation they chose to leave. We were then told that we would need to go upstairs and order individually from the till. I always have the chicken livers and I know they take longer than any of the other meals. The gentleman at my table, as we were now sat on separate tables in an empty downstairs section, ordered a chicken burger. I received my livers ate them and ordered a takeaway away bag and his food was yet to arrive. When MK had calmed down, I had a private word with her and asked her to explain to me in a calm way why we could not sit together. Her rationale was that we had not booked and those are the rules for large parties. Like I have said, we have never booked. Not at any of your restaurants. I stated that I would put my concerns into a review at which point MK tried to circumvent this by writing down her email address and asking me to send it to her directly. Why? Are customers not encouraged to leave reviews. Both positive and negative constructive reviews so that you will know when you have done something well and when areas need to be improved on? I think she was trying to save her hide. The one positive thing that did happen was that our waitress Sonya spoke to us kindly. Was attentive and listened to our grievances and did not interrupt us. I hope MK can appreciate that this feedback is given so that she may reflect on her professionalism and improve on it as we will be attending your restraunt as we always have and we do hope to have more positive interactions with her. We are group of sober associates who regularly come to your restaurant after our Thursday meeting for fellowship and good food and service.

Went here a couple weeks ago and around 1hr after eating got a really bad stomach and was unwell for the next couple of days (you don't need the details lol).

Place with Portuguese cuisine, based on chicken. Cozy place, good value for money, given the cost of restaurants in London. A chain with several stores in city centers.

It was my first restaurant since I arrived in London, and I couldn't speak English, didn't have Wi-Fi, and I was alone. A really good server helped me with everything from ordering to translating, so I could eat it. I ordered chicken wings and coleslaw, but it had a strong sour taste. I'm sure those who prefer sour taste will like it. I'm sorry I couldn't order a lot because my stomach was small. I was so grateful that I wanted to tip the server, but I couldn't turn on the translator and couldn't communicate because of Wi-Fi, so I just left. Please raise the salary of a kind server!! I'm willing to go again if I visit again!!

This restaurant is brilliant, food and restaurant is lovely with a great atmosphere. Toilets are great with the best hand dryer I have ever seen and used. Might even buy one of those hand dryers for my home. This is brilliant. I would recommend anyone to come here to experience this.

One of the better Fast food experiences in recent times-flavoring , spices, vegetarian, vegan options. The manager in that location is spot on!

Food was received first and drinks a few minutes after. We ordered 250ml glasses of wines but received 175 we had to ask multiply time to have top up. I would highly not recommend this place!

Food was good as always , service was shocking , the person by the name of MK has a severe attitude problem and the fact that me and my friends were told by the manager that we were not the first ones to complain might tell a lot about the management , me and my friend felt mocked by her so not coming back to this one

Everything you expect with Nando’s however I felt that the place was dated to others I’ve seen, there wasn’t no wheelchair access and I don’t know why but no salt and vinegar for your chips, other than that it was alright and reasonably priced.

the dark skinned woman with the headband that was working there yesterday evening was so helpful and so sweet. she directed us to the gender neutral toilets. having that option was great. we felt uncomfortable sitting next to someone who unfortunately was not kind to us at all and she assisted us and moved us downstairs. greeted us hello and goodbye with a smile and made sure me and my friend were okay. food was good as usual.

Avoid at all cost Customer service which doesn’t care about the client (there were 5 tables for 4 ppl all of which were free and the staff did not allow us to take them because for 15 min because we were just 2).

Went last Tuesday evening, complete shambles. Waited 40mins for my food, received incorrect order. Waited further 20mins for them to re-prepare, only to receive another wrong dish. Gave up at this point. Table next to me also had a missing dish, and another family on a different table was letting staff know they weren’t getting their food either.

Within a week I try to order twice from them , on the first time they gave me food which was horrible, literally I would not give even for my dog . I week later I decided to give another chance , so I ordered some food during my break online for 2.30pm, when I arrived at 2.35 I been told my food will take another 10-20 mins. So basically they manage to make me not eat on my break twice in a week time . I would highly not recommend, I also love Nando’s but I don’t think I will ever come back.

This Nando's was exceptional - the best I have been to. Tucked into the basement of a corner pub, it's like magic walking into this spacious, air conditioned, yet cosy space. The food and cleanliness was perfect, and the décor was inspiring and created just a wonderful atmosphere. The bottom floor is the best in terms of layout and decoration - there really has been a lot of thought put into this site. Would highly recommend, especially as it is tucked away and not always the busiest.

There is no charging port in there.now most of busy restaurants have USB port under their table.but there is none.

This place was absolutely amazing, we had to come for dinner two nights in a row because we could not stay away from the delicious chicken and PERi-PERi sauces! It has a wonderful atmosphere, very chill yet alive, and wasn't too busy. And can't forget the bottomless, self-serve ice cream! Definitely would recommend— Nando's is better than any chicken restaurant in America!

While the food is great, the service is relatively friendly (excluding the bouncer on the door!) the restaurant struggles downstairs with mobile signal and the WiFi is horrendous. Toilets are a tab grubby and overal it feels a subpar Nandos experience compared to others I've visited.

Nando's is the best place for allergy sufferers across the board, but this is by far my favourite branch. Top quality compassionate service every time, staff go well above and beyond and I have never once been made to feel like an inconvenience. If I could give a bonus star, the team at this Nando's would deserve it!

Waited at least 50 minutes for our glasses, nevermind the food. Had to go up to the counter to get our drinks, otherwise we'd be sat thirsty in 30°C weather.

Tried the new Fully loaded wrap. That comes with chicken, fresh avocado, pink pickled onions. The flavor was really good, but the regular size is a bit too small for a stand alone dish. I was expecting the wrap to be chunkier. Ordering it as hot was definitely a good idea as it added a lovely touch to it.

I went to this place for dinner with my family during a holiday in London. Good food and price, especially when compared to other similar places. However, the thing that I would like to underline most is the excellent service that was offered to us by the staff, especially by Andrea. When I informed me of my gluten intolerance he reassured me, explaining how they handled food in the kitchen in case of a report like mine and was very available to answer all my doubts. Thanks Andrea, we need someone like you in every place!

The place is very nice, very good atmosphere and food. The Katarina was very friendly, recommended us what to choose because and in the end we liked everything. We will obviously come back again. Highly recommend!

I asked for a chicken wrap and I notice the wrap was cold, and not fresh (I can tell fresh food by the lettuce). The garlic bread were burned and dry. I asked for a new wrap as I was not happy with the one I was given. The waiter brings the same wrap after a few minutes with new fries and the fries were the wrong ones. Not to mention that I asked for a lemonade and I was given a glass to use on the self service where there was no lemonade. So disappointing.

I usually love Nandos but this time my experience was just sad. Although staff was polite and nice. So we got a table for two in the basement but in a cramped corner near a pillar, I don't mind this much if the food was good. But this was odd given there were plenty of better and available seats in that basement and ground floor. I can't believe I am saying this but the worst part was the food. Their new loaded chicken wrap tasted like a piece of wood made out of plastic. Sadly both of us ordered the same thing. This time I went to Nando's after a few months and the first time in this location. This likely will be my last time in any Nando's. And I am not happy about this, one good food option is now a bad taste and bad memory :(
