Second time we have ordered food from here and it's lovely. The kids love it to and my son is such a fussy eater this is the first curry where he has actullay demolished the whole plate rather than wasting it....polite delivery drivers, lovely food and well worth every penny you pay 😁 thank you!

The best curry iv ever had and so cheap . Have to take your own alcohol but soft drinks served . Excellent service and such lovely staff . Strongly recommend

ordered the set meal for 2 for collection. Have ordered this set meal a few times and was always delicious, however, this time, the starter (onion bhaji) was completely different in colour and taste, the curry was nothing like I had ordered before, despite ordering the same dish everytime. The overall taste, appearance was awful, it was bland, no spice, colour was strange and texture was unusual, even the rice was different. So disappointing as never had a bad meal., not sure if new chef or the regular staff/owners were away.

Not visited for a few years, glad to see the food is as good as ever and that's what you go for. Your take your own alcohol and atmosphere. Perfect.

Really a hidden gem in Sanbach. Delicious food great service nothing too much trouble. Would definitely go back over and over again. BYO bottle. But still great

Delicious takeaway ordered online for collection. Around 40 mins wait but so hot and fresh. We had the meal for two and it's amazing value. Two dishes, a large naan and rice and 2 starters and the poppadums. All lovely and hot and lovely friendly staff. Will definitely visit again :)

My church had a delivery at my Church this evening for a ladies curry evening St Peters Church Sandbach, I would like to say a big Thank you to the lovely Man who delivered the food, he did really well. You went the extra mile to make the food stayed warm. God bless you . I am the lady who was wearing the black and gold dress. Got a takeaway. Really tasty curries, rice and naan. Everything nice and hot when it got home. Only spent 5mins in the restaurant while I waited, but it seemed a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Loved the food - all enjoyed it. There were 9 in the party and all food came out together. Loads of it. Staff were very good and even offered a lift back to hotel. Highly recommend. Just so you are aware it is bring your own booze.

Not been for years decor not changed nobody in still take your own drink that's the best bit. Ignorant waiter behind the small counter too busy on his mobile phone to care. I asked him to take our order. Starters mains rice chips and naan. Lets say will not be returning .

This was a take away meal. Had one earlier in the year & was excellent. This one was excellent too. Service quick, reasonably priced.

Delicious meal at Eastern Spices this evening. We've been here many times before and are never disappointed. A nice treat that won't break the bank. You can take your own alcohol but you can also purchase soft drinks. Food excellent. Staff friendly and nothing too much trouble. Hospitable and relaxed atmosphere. 10/10.

Had a takeaway tonight and it was fabulous. Shishlak karahi, Chicken Biryani, onion Bhaji to die for (4) & chicken puri, mushroom rice & peshwari naan. Easy order, quick service& very reasonable compared to others local. Enough for another meal & delicious. Thank you.

This really is a little gem of an Indian restaurant for food quality. We’ve eaten in twice now and had takeaway delivered via Foodhub. The variety of curries on the menu is amazing and everything we have eaten has been tasty, fresh, perfectly cooked. The takeaway was just as good quality as the food in the restaurant. As far as price goes it’s great value for money and as the restaurant is unlicensed you can take along your own drinks and it makes for a very cost effective night out. The restaurant itself is simply decorated (it’s basically a terraced house) so you won’t be going here for a big swanky party but for a cheap and cheerful great tasting Indian meal, I’m not sure you can get better in Sandbach.

Always have delivery service, very prompt and food always come piping hot which I love, had a few delivery dilemmas but no fault of this place as in a new build and they are very apologetic, love the food and cant wait for my next order.

Had a few takeaways from here. But the one we got tonight was the worst I ever had. When I ordered online I stated reduce salt. Because previously its been very salty. The full meal was extremely salty and was not able to eat it. So all the meal went in the bin and I will not waste my money again. Also they charge £2.00 delivery charge when it's under a mile away and my order was over £28.00. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered online, which caused a bit of confusion, however, once resolved, enjoyed the takeaway. Ordered a set meal for 2, thoroughly enjoyed the starter and curry. The meat was nicely cooked and tasty, the rice was different to the pilau rice you would normally receive, however, it was lovely. Could not fault the meal, considering this was our first meal with Eastern Spices, would order again and even try the restaurant.

We had a lovely meal, the portions were large, very fresh and full of flavour, However we didn't realise that this restaurant wasn't licenced so you have to bring your own alcohol. There were several vegan choices, however one our our party wanted water to drink but they only had it in plastic bottles would have been nice to have had glass bottles to be more sustainable.

Eastern Spices proved to be a real problem. They will not take cards. In these post-Covid days we carry little cash. We had to order via the Foodhub website which does accept cards. There is also a delivery charge which was unexpected. The food came late and was luke-warm when it arrived, the containers had leaked and it was all rather messy. Part soggy poppadums, average mixed starter and onion bhajis, an OK chicken shashlick, good sag aloo, but a most disappointing Jalfrezi - all rough-cut pepper and onion - no fresh chillis. Not good

Great meal, good service and at a good price, I will be back.

Absolutely disgusting’ poppadoms are like rubber, the curry was bland tasteless slop with 3 peaces of meat that was as slimy as the people that work there’ give it a massive miss your body will thank you for it,

A friend recommended Eastern Spices as they know we like an Indian takeaway but we always look for one that can deliver. I was happy to hear that Eastern spices now deliver so thought we would give them a go. All the food was very tasty and fresh. We ordered different dishes and all was beautiful. Even the onion bhajis. Best I've had in a long time. Will definitely be ordering again in the very near future.

Staff are really helpful & the food is the best I've had in a long while. Now my go to place.

The naan’s were fantastic and the butter chicken was tasty but the rest of the meal was really disappointing. The sauces were bland and uninspired, although the veg curry did have fresh veg in as opposed to frozen.

Went for a meal on Saturday 13th November all I can say is fantastic staff were great food was brilliant very tasty and authentic highly recommended

Great to see Eastern Spices open again and wow are they busy! Good as before and still unlicensed so you can take your own alcoholic drinks. Staff friendly and nothing too much trouble, lovely to see the team back!

We had our first take-away from Eastern Spices this weekend and we all agreed we have not eaten better Indian food. All our food was as described on the menu was very well cooked and absolutely delicious. We haven't eaten in the restaurant yet but most certainly will as it looks really smart and clean and the two young men who I dealt with were extremely helpful and pleasant.

The takeaway’s from this restaurant has always been very tasty and ready for collection on time. This restaurant is now under new management and is a disaster not only do they miss the agreed pick up time by more than 30 minutes they do not have debit card facilities the food is under cooked ( chicken dopiaza) the order is wrong providing a starter meal as opposed to the main course version. Waiting for 30 minutes I witnessed various delivery customers telephoning this facility to complain their orders was incomplete. I have visited Indian restaurants all over the U.K. and this restaurant in my opinion wins the award for the worst in the U.K. Steve

Stunning flavours and a really authentic taste. Just been refurbished looks lovely and prices are super low. Bring your own bottle of wine is my advice. The staff are like walking into your own house,they treat you as family

Came for a takeaway, overall it was good! Garlic rice was nice and garlic naan was really good will have to come back and try one of the kebab wraps! Chicken chom chom tasted strange (bright pink) but I’m going to put that down to the dish rather than how it’s cooked Poppadoms we’re thin and soft Apart from that it was good 👍🏻

Absolutely brilliant. Have always liked it but always felt that they should do deliveries as well. Guess what, they have started doing that too. Food has always been exquisite and the overall customer service has also been very good. Sometimes they may get your orders late because of too many orders and not having enough people to prepare the food (as I have been informed), but when the food comes, it is always fresh and tasty and makes you forget right away about the slow customer service. After all everyone is doing their best and the main priority, THE FOOD, is always top notch. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

Best Curry I gave had in a long time . You can take your own alcohol and everything is cooked fresh cheaper than a takeaway and delicious.

This is the best Indian by far in Sandbach the atmosphere was very relaxing staff really lovely and meal was outstanding I have not been here in years but this is going to be my regular restaurant in the future just the best food ever!!!

So glad that our favourite Curry House has reopened. In the few months closed we tried a few local "alternatives" but nothing compared! Without a doubt this is the best curry in Sandbach. Non-greasy, authentic and freshly prepared at very reasonable prices. BYO keeps the price of your evening down what's not to like?

Fantastic food, friendly service, all round excellent restaurant. It is a 'take your own beer' restaurant and no charge for corkage. We have been a few times and usually go for the set meal option...make sure you are hungry as there is a lot of food! 10/10 the best Indian restaurant in Sandbach!

This is one of the best Indian restaurants around. Always delivers great food very tasty and you take your own Alcohol if your sitting in which keeps the costs down lets face it the mark up on drinks is horrendous. Nothing is too much trouble always happy to help top place highly recommended.

I love this place! Have been eating in and having take aways from here for years. Always being more than happy with the food especially the lamb it is always so tender. I have to admit though that after having our baby girl last year we have been taking the easy option and getting take aways delivered. Tonight for the first time since probably last September , I made the effort to drive into town to collect our tea. It was AMAZING! So tasty, fresh, no oil on the top. I asked for a double filled nan which wasn't on the menu aswell as for the lamb bara masala to be made hotter. Neither of which were a problem and both absolutely delicious. I will not be leaving it so long again!!

I’ve been coming to this places for years and it can be hit and miss I admit but the owner is such a lovely man and he makes you feel so welcome and he can’t do enough for you, so we keep coming back! the food is definitely on top form at the moment and I would definitely recommend, the menu is reasonably priced and you can take your own alcohol, try the mango lassi if your a none drinker it’s delicious

I have eaten a lot of Indian food in my life and this place rates in my top 3 of worst ever. Service poor, food horrible. Only plus point it’s cheap, but then again you get what you pay for. Was recommended by a friend, will avoid her reconditions in the future............

I can't fault Eastern Spice it's consistently Delicious. Favourite dish Chicken Tikka Massala, Garlic Rice, Mushroom rice and Garlic Nan. I ❤️ it.

its a shame that this place has gone downhill so badly , we have had some lovely meals here but the last 2 times we have been its been awful and Freinds have said the same , the last time we went in I asked for garlic Nann when it came I could see it was clearly yellow on the top and smelt like Parmesan cheese I asked the waiter and he went to the kitchen and came back and assured us that it was Garlic , so believing him I had a piece and woah it was so strong my mouth started to itch and sting . I told the waiter that it was cheese but all he did was offer to have another made ??? We had all but eaten our meal at this point .. We got the bill and last .. I used to recommend this place not any more my Husband went to the toilet and one of the staff was washing his feet in the sink ..IN THE TOILET FOR DINERS TO USE Won't be returning ...

Restaurant looks run down, and the staff are quite rude. When they brought the dishes, they shouted what the dish was, and if you didn't answer within two seconds they shouted it again and again... Think we'll find somewhere else next time.

The place needs a complete re vamp. It looks dirty and unkempt. The food was ok and good value, but you get what you pay for. The staff were not great for there level of service. Not to mention I had no idea it was a b.y.o restaurant! There was also a group of people with young children who were constantly swearing and being particularly loud. I won't be going again ... Stick to what you know..... Latifs in Alsager is the best indian around!

We used to love this restaurant as a family....we went more than once a month.... Tonight the food was awful and we were the only table in the whole setting....the food was cold...the prawn dish was bland and the chicken was chewy and cold.....the service was appalling.... more interested in watching a football match than attending to one table of 2 customers....... Am very sad that such a fantastic place has gone soooooo downhill!! Come back Amen!!!!

We have been to eastern spices a lot for lads’ nights out, birthday celebrations, family meals etc.The food is amazing and they can tailor the dish to your needs just ask. My favourite is the chicken tikka massla with the heat of a chicken jalfrezi or if I feel daring a bit hotter. The decoration requires improving but don’t let that put you off. I have never been unwell after eating here or known anyone else of being unwell. I have been with people who don’t really like Indians and have fully enjoyed it.

For many years Eastern Spice has been my family's Friday night treat. Service and food has always been very good. when my wife discovered that she had to switch to a gluten free diet, Hassan and his team were extremely helpful, advising what she could and could not eat. They have gone out of their way to help, making gluten free naan bread and gluten free chips. Highly recommended

8 years I have been visiting ES for my weekly curry fix either for a takeaway or a sit in meal and I give full credit to the team for their service and food quality.best tasting Indian food in the sandbach area and even further afield for sure, great portions and they will go through the menu to help you choose your meal,often giving me extra dishes as a valued customer.they will cook you a great meal with great service and for a fair price. Not once have my family or friends have had nothing but a fantastic meal.try it.

I visited the restaurant on the 27th August with my family of four and each one of us all agreed on the food, service and atmosphere being lovely! My husband and I enjoyed the curries so much, we ordered what to us was new dishes to try and safe to say we were not disappointed! My children also loved the food and the desserts offered. The fairly big restaurant gave a pleasant atmosphere, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and the toilets were excellent too. The staff were all dressed smartly and were very helpful and quick to take orders and any requests we had.Very nice and will be returning very soon!

Have visited the restaurant twice and enjoyed the meals very much on both occasions. The quality of the food is excellent, the service friendly and helpful and the atmosphere good. And you can take your own wine.

This place is the best for Indian food. I wouldn't just limit this to Sandbach either. When I have ordered Indian food in other towns and cities nothing compares to this place. I always crave one of their meals and eat here at least twice a week. Staff are wonderfully friendly too. You can't fault it

After moving to Sandbach 18 months ago, Eastern Spices was soon established as one of my restaurants of choice. The menu is one of the most varied and original I've seen from a curry house. Try another curry house if generic spiced brown gravy with lumps of meat are what you are looking for!!! The dishes are flavoursome and beautifully presented, I'd recommend every single dish from their specials menu (and I've tried them all!) Service is top notch; efficient and professional. Prices are also very reasonable and you can bring your own alcohol. Aldi is just across the road for that cheap bottle of wine ;)

Visited here on a Friday evening with friends and there was one other table in!! The place lacked atmosphere and the decor was drab! Found a disgusting hair in my meal after 5 minutes of eating it so that ruined the rest of the meal as I didn't dare eat anymore! My husband went to the toilets upstairs and passed an open room which was filthy and used to sleep in! We were told my meal had been deducted from the bill but later realised it hadn't been so ended up paying full price. Will not be returning here!!! Makes me question the health and safety of this so called restaurant!!!

Food is very good. Staff are very helpful and friendly. But restaurant need decoration. Also need India music. Food are excellent and you can bering your own drinks.

Went here on the weekend with friends found a thick black wiry hair in my curry which as you can imagine put me off the food, so spoilt the evening, took a wrong turn to the toilets upstairs and have to say the cleanliness leaves a lot to the imagination makes me wonder what the state of the kitchen is like!! Will NOT be returning.
