Yummy food, friendly service and great location to spend some time with family and friends. I booked the wrong date in error and it was no fuss to change the date. The kids were very happy with their afternoon tea xx

Arrived in afternoon . Signs to centre and tea shop good but on arrival no signs on or in building. Voyage of discovery. Tea shop pleasant staff friendly and cream tea excellent

Lovely place to visit nicely decorated tea room with seating available outside if preferred polite friendly staff and a good selection on the menu would recommend

I had my baby shower here, the team and manger of this place was amazing, they were very helpful with everything... And I will definitely use this venue again for another event. :)

We hired out the function room for a soft play party (provided by the tea room) for my daughters 2nd birthday with her little toddler friends. They all had a great time in a safe space. The team were fantastic and friendly. This is our second party we have hosted here now! Perfect for what we needed! Thank you xx

I highly recommend this lovely cafe in beautiful surrounding. The afternoon tea was perfect. The sandwiches were so fresh and the cakes were delicious. The staff could not have been more helpful. They went over and above to accommodate food allergies and preferences. It was also great value for money. Give it a try, it’s great.

Catered well for our running club event. Beautiful location and attentive staff. I didn't get to try the food, but people seemed to be enjoying the cooked breakfast.

Hired the room for baby shower . Lovely venue, staff very friendly. Would definitely hire again for any type of event . X

Staff were very friendly and helpful, was left to decorate how we wanted it. Food was nice lots of choice for our afternoon tea. Everyone had a great time. My only gripe is that the floor could have been cleaned properly.

Beautiful venue, family friendly, kids play area/ outdoor play area, private room hire... food was lovely and the milkshakes are to die for! staff were friendly and professional. Overall a wonderful experience surrounded by lovely sisters who organised this event, well done keep up the great work! ❤️😊x

I booked the private room for a community event for mums and kids and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The team set out the room exactly as I asked and the food boxes and food stands were exactly as discussed and agreed. Everything was set up when we arrived so we just had to add our finishing touches. Kelly was fantastic with meeting my needs through discussion over a few weeks and Emma was lovely on the day making sure we had everything we needed. All the staff were helpful with smiley faces. All the food was tasty too. The softplay hire was fantastic and enough to keep kids occupied which allowed mums to enjoy their time! The location is great as the mums could sit and eat and chat while seeing that their kids were safe in the gated park. I am so happy how the event turned out and will definitely be visiting again with family and friends. The only small request would be for there to be more choice of drinks for kids like fruit shoot, caprison, carton juices. Other than that, lovely lovely lovely!

What a lovely day we had - Kelly & Nicki were just excellent and were always available and on hand if we needed juice filling or more hot water for tea and helped us in every way possible - tables & chairs were all set up for us when we arrived and bought all the food out when we were ready to eat - we had loads on offer to drink (the pink lemonade was a big hit) and had enough food for 32 guests Thank you Kelly & Nicki and Eastbrook Tea Rooms for helping us celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with a family get together xxx

Despite several of our party having dietary requirements, all we met to a good standard and we all had full bellies when we left but a good walk around the country park helped with that! Only issue I we had was people walking through from the park which was a bit crowded and noisy at times.

Unfortunately the worst afternoon tea i have ever been to. Booked an event. sandwiches started to turn stale, staff were unprepared and one was just rude any request was far too much hassle for him. Patisserie style cakes were warm and soggy and the clotted cream was a runny mess. Manager appeared to be on site as was referred back to on several occasions but no where to be seen to apologise for the shocking experience. Waited so long between tea and the food that it was cold and the function room is more designed for out of sight out of mind because once you are in there you get forgotten. Grabbing a coffee whilst at the country park is probably not a problem but if you are thinking of booking a function ..... please don't.

Can't recommend the tearoom enough! We hired the side room for a celebration and ordered cakes from the tearoom. Our guests enjoyed hot drinks, icecream and extras from the tearoom. Room is a great size and lots of space outside for the kids to play....
