Cab you please learn how to make Byriani. I orderd it tonight,it was just Fried rice with tiny bit of chicken. BYRIANI IN MEANT TO BE MOIST,with Flavoured Rice etc. Thankyou.

My go to Indian Resturant. Have used East End for years and can say I am happy to take my family and guests to visit. Always welcoming always attentive and food is always spot on!

Used this place many times in the past,went in ordered face to face so no confusion,still got the order wrong ordered 2 main courses plus masala chips ,peshwari naan bread ,got home 5 mikes away , regular chips plain naan and a tub of pilau rice (which I didn't order) £28.80 ,thought it was expensive for my normal order I could of waited till Thursday and gone to the mishu in madeley high street for £14.95 for 3 courses each ,come back ? MISHU NEXT TIME ! (Only went to east end Because the mishu don't open on a Monday)

The servers were very attentive and the food was served quickly it was a nice curry but didn't have much flavour, which is very odd as curries are usually very flavoursome needs more spices may be. It's a very small intimate place which I didn't mind. I would go again so it was a nice experience with close friends

My wife and I met up with 4 friends for a few drinks in Shifnal and we booked a table at East End Balti and I must say the food was excellent along with the friendly service. High quality authentic Indian tasty food at very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit

I ordeted a lamb tikka curry shimra and my friend had a del7cious biriyani. Extra chillis as requested and it was delicious. Great service and a wonderful meal at great prices. Bring in your own beer and wine. Generous portions. Loved it and thank you.

Moved to telford a year ago and literally had food from here so many times. In the last 6 months I've ordered minimum 2 times a week from here and because I've complained 2 times within 6 months about a curry they sent being way to spicy for my children. They told me yesterday they won't be taking my order anymore and refusing my custom. I think it's literally disgusting basically being banned because they made an error with making a curry not to what I specified.

Had a take away from here off just eat delivered to Sutton hill , food didn’t take long to deliver , an the food tasted so good an the portion sizes were definitely value for money. Will definitely being use eastern balti again 👌

Went as, not been in for ages, Went with a friend, as we both enjoy indian food, and we were not disappointed, space is spotless, great choice on the menu, the food, service and staff, was so tasty, hot and very friendly staff, will definitely be back 😋

Went last night for a family birthday treat and was fantastic!! The service was spot on. Food was fantastic and was served quickly and was all hot. Delicious and I was completely full by the end. We used to use a different Indian in Shifnal which was is also good. But East End has tipped the scales and we will become regulars I am sure. 😁😁👍👍

Pretty nice. A good tasty Makhani, and Murgh Masala. Bring your own drinks, there are two options literally next door and co-op directly opposite. As with everything in Shifnal centre the road works are a pain.

Been coming to East end Balti for years telling everyone how good it is but latelty it's gone a bit downhill It's not terrible just tastes different in my opinion it's like they have changed the chef which they say they haven't. Flavours seem different always have the same meal Chicken Dhansak, also the waitress not very hospitable either didn't even ask if we wanted a drink. Also bear in mind a lot of roadworks going on outside so parking is limited.

Range of dinner options, fresh and quick food. Professional staff with great smile ok face.

Absolutely stunning meal. I've had a few meals here in the past but they have been mainly work doo's. I had family visiting so I thought I'd try the east end balti for a change. We were a mix of young and old and we all enjoyed the food hugely. Definitely coming again.

Food is good,but it's a bit like a cafe,and very noisy,bonus you can take your own drink.

Our go-to for a late supper after drinking in Shifnal. Menu has been updated as has the presentation of the food. Every dish I've tried has been tasty and the service is always good. As a side note, pop into the spar next door for any drinks you want with your meal. Table water supplied if asked for.

WOW, food as always is amazing. Friendly service from when ordering on the phone and when the driver arrives. Customer service exceptional, even when the wrong item was delivered (this could have been my error) phoned and the correct dish was delivered within 15 minutes. I really can’t rate these guys high enough.

1st time we have tried this restaurant for takeaway. The currys were great but the chicken tikka was very dry, came with no onions and was a tiny portion. Only 1 tiny bag of salad for a chicken tikka main and a starter? Only 1 bag of onions to accompany 6 popadoms. Overall food was good but portion size was very small. Even the rice tub was only half full.

Every eating experience is subjective. For myself, having used this establishment as a dine in and take out, I find it compares favourably with other similar in Shifnal. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient.The food, for my tastes, is always good. The added bonus is that they do not sell alcohol. You take your own in and they will supply glasses and openers. Well worth a visit. Enjoy.

1st time here and, although it's a bit basic inside to look at, the service was very pleasant (but sloooow and we were only 4 out of 6 diners) and food very tasty with some different dishes to the norm. Good value. No drinks licence but you can take your own in.

Small but perfectly formed. Really enjoyed the meals and free nan bread as I opted for no rice. Very nice staff who would have adjusted ingredients if needed to suit any special requirements.

Amazing restaurant i have to say. Friendly staff and very polite. They always get the order right and deliver on time if not earlier. Ive eaten inside and the ambience is beautiful. My fave spot to go for a quick meal with family and friends.

The only curry restaurant and take away I ever use in shifnal. Accommodating, friendly and always make my children welcome.

We ate here when the restaurants were open for a short while. I feel like the staff did what they could given the social situation. I noticed extra measures for the pandemic, hand sanitisers, disposable napkins, handling of dishes and cutlery with napkins to minimise skin contact etc. Food was served quickly and to the usual standard of the East End, would definitely recommend this hidden little gem in Shifnal

I would like to point out these key things that happens when I entered this enrichment which I find apauling : Firstly when I went in there was zero social distancing , no masks worn properly by the staff , people coughing in the back ground ,made me wait 30 mins which is long enough to transmit the virus , the staff were rude to me . I would not recommend this place .

Went there last night during stay in Shifnal. Chose this restaurant based on reviews and was not disappointed. Great selection of food and it was really lovely. Staff were pleasant. There is no license to serve alcohol, however they are happy for people to bring their own. Will try and get back there before we leave as it was a great experience. .

Dined here tonight on the last night of the 'Eat Out To Help Out' scheme. It was busy yes but this little restaurant was completely geared up for their diners. I had a dreadful experience in another restaurant the previuous week but East End Balti I highly recommend. The staff, although very busy, were friendly and helpful. Well worth a second visit even at full price it is well worth it and the food is excellent.

First time in a few years since we've eaten here and it's obviously been refurbished but not for the better imo the eating area isn't the smartest and quite basic. The staff are v friendly. We ordered 2 chicken tikka main courses and a chicken korma with nan bread and chips and the food was lovely above average. Overall the place isn't the smartest but the food was lovely and fairly priced

Excellent takeaway last night. Chicken tandoori starter + salad, sauce and popadoms; garlic chilli chicken bhuna; chicken balti (madras); chicken tikka bhuna; garlic & coriander nan. All for less than £25 and plenty left to freeze for a couple of suppers each later in the week - marvellous! Usually good food from Shifnal's East End Balti but last night's was particularly so.

I think they’ve a new cook.very poor tanka Dahl all liquid and the chickpea was very oily. My two friends shared the same disappointment

I reckon that East End Balti is the best Indian in Shifnal. Great menu and the food is cooked fresh, the restaurant is not licensed so take your own bottles/cans and save money. If you thinking of going on Fri or Sat night, book in advance as they do get busy.

What a little gem of a place, far outweighs the bigger indian resturants. The food is extremelly tasty, either as an eat in or take away. Although busy on New Years Eve, they excelled in serving everyone, both in the resturant and take way. Definately the best Indian in Telford

Used to live in Shiffers, and this was a favourite. Happy to report it hasn’t changed. The best chicken madras in England, excellent service and a cheap night due to BYOB.

Excellent food & fast service despite a busy restaurant.

We have just had a meal here and it was just superb, we had been trying on and off to book a table over the phone most of the morning with no response the owner then rings us.. Wow so table booked have to say that was a big gold star for service already before we had even got there.On arrival he was just as attentive and a very pleasant chap indeed he took our orders and gave tips on best combo' s of main and rice etc he was very good and when the food arrived (quite quickly) it was fantastic quite easily one of the best balti houses we have been in for years.Deffinatly go again next time stop over in Shropshire, why? Simply because the atmosphere, the food and the owner are all just brilliant.

Had a take away tonight everything we ordered was spot on great food definitely will be ordering again soon ready on time great value for money well done all 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I went there on Sunday night with my son and his family and received excellent food and service. IT is located in the centre of the town and there is ample free parking at the rear.

We always get our Indian takeaways from East End. The service is quick, the food is fantastic.

My first visit to Shifnal for a curry and there are a few restaurants to choose from. We picked the EEB for no particular reason although being able to take your own alcohol is always a good thing given that I do like real ale and few restaurants stock it, let alone "Indians".It's a pleasant place, modern decor, small and narrow layout with the tables very close together. The staff were attentive and happy to help.We enjoyed what we had, nice onion bhajis, the chicken was excellent in both curries and the gravies were flavoursome. No complaint with the sides either, the portion of chips being largest I think I have ever had.Good food and service, so why not 5 stars, I will admit that I am not a party animal conversely I like a place with an atmosphere rather than say a library or the Hawthorns. Unfortunately on our night those around us had their volume on 11.I don't think I have been in a louder restaurant, why people need to shout to someone 2 feet away is beyond me. We were sat by the "bar" and heard every word of the conversations of a table of four by the window, let alone those on the table next to us. A table of 10 started to come in so we decided to make a quick get away. I accept that our experience may not be typical or is it?

We always get great food and service at the East End Balti. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and they are great with children. We only moved in to the area a few months ago and this has fast become our favourite restaurant, you can take your own drinks too which always helps!

Tried to order a takeaway and spoke to manager, he politely put the phone down on me. Apparently they do not take card payments over the phone. Extremely rude, very unprofessional and would not recommend these Charlatans ever!!!!

I have been going here for years excellent food, excellent service thr sign of a good restaurant is when things go wrong.

Ate here at the beginning of December. First time I had been here but was very impressed. Nothing fancy but food was good, service was excellent and it's a nice atmosphere.

Maybe the best of its kind in the area Been here half a dozen times now on work events with a table with up to 26 people. Service is always good and good is always served together and hot, even in big groups. Will defiantly go there again Always amazing meals A**

As a family we have visited here several times over the last few months and also had take out. The food is delicious, well priced and the staff are great. Nothing is too much trouble. Between us all we’ve tried a variety of foods from the menu. My favourites being tarka dal, madras, biriyani and tandoori meats. It’s become a regular family outing for us now to celebrate birthdays etc. It’s great as when dining in you can take your own drinks too Would highly recommend.

Ordered a takeaway of a lamb dansak given a chicken dupiaza on complaint told that was not what I ordered. The meal that we had to accept was totally tasteless never had any problems with them before. Maybe new management. Will not visit them again. Suggest for new patrons visit the Shifnal spice restaurant. I am just sorry that I didn't walk the extra 100 yards.

Love this place. There's quite a few takeaways in Shifnal to choose from, but I always find myself gravitating towards East End Balti, because the staff are friendly, the food is delicious and they are reliable for deliveries. They don't mess you around or get orders wrong even when they are very busy. Keep up the quality service guys, I recommend 100%.

We always enjoy visiting the East End Balti. The food is always good and reasonably priced, and the staff always curtious and pleasent. Service is fast, and the takeaways are a real bargain. The premises is not licenced, but glasses and bottle openers are previded if you wish to take your own drinks.

Been to many indian restauranrs but keep returning to this one. There is no one to touch them for a chicken Dhansak the service is quick and the food is always top class.

We've been to the East End Balti twice in as many weeks. The first time we went with friends, the second time as part of a 'Stag Night'. We were not disappointed on either occasion. The food was wonderful, really tasty, piping hot and even though there were quite a few in the restaurant, we didn't have to wait very long. The staff were very polite, nothing seemed to much trouble for them at it truly seemed that they wanted to make your evening great. Service was great and so was the after care once the meal was over AND there was non of this 'you've eaten now we need the tables' attitude that you get in some restaurants. Great food, great atmosphere, great service and great prices, so why only 4 stars? We enjoy a glass of wine with our dinner, but East End is not licenced to sell alcohol. In mitigation, they have no objection to you bringing your own with you, and they do not charge corkage, so really the 4 stars should be a 4.8. We will certainly go there again and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending East End Balti to anybody.

Went here on a midweek and found the place fairly busy. I hadn't been before and was a little surprised how small it was and not very much like the Indian restaurants I'm used to that have more character.
