Dutch Oven Yeovil in South Somerset

A brilliant selection of roles and croissants and pastries and lovely coffee, The staff here are very friendly TripAdvisor I think the Dutch oven do you know this place I've just done a review for

a perfect place with really friendly staff and a superb selection of hot and cold snacks and baguettes and rolls

just now We paid a visit to the dutch oven today 6/10/20 I had a breakfast baguette and omg what can I say, I have just retired after being a lorry and van driver for the last 40 years and I can honestly say hand on heart this was the best baguette that I have ever had and believe me I've tried a few over the 40 years. David and Yvonne are very friendly and very welcoming. Thank you guys and keep up the fantastic work

A runny-yolked fried egg with brown sauce dribbling over sausage, ham and mushrooms all wrapped in a lovely soft bap (white or brown, buttered or not). Absolutely delicious (and, fortunately, served with a generous helping of paper serviettes to clean your face with)! £2.80 without mushrooms, £3.00 with mushrooms. There are other tempting dishes on the menu. I've never been able to resist the Breakfast Bap so can't tell you about them. Why only 4 stars? I'm too mean to give 5 stars to a takeaway joint (and tripadvisor wont let me give them 4 and a half stars).

Whenever I pass by this place it's impossible not to pop in and buy one of their great selection of cakes and pasties, And the other day before going on a train journey had a baguet from them (made up to order) which was excellent, a choice of white brown or multigrain and they even asked me whether I wanted a bit of salt and pepper on the salad, a brilliant place

Wanted a quick Saturday breakfast. Almost put off by there being just one table inside but glad we weren't. We went for an egg and bacon bap and a cup of tea. Freshly cooked, and plenty of content, very reasonably priced. It became clear that the customers were mainly regulars and got into conversation with one who sang the praises of the different cakes and take away meals on offer - shame we had no means of storing any. Wanted to go again on Monday before we left Yeovil but sadly they weren't open at 0800 so had to go elsewhere. Lovely local supplier who provides exactly what they say they will. Thanks.

Went there and ordered some Australian crunch to take back to Newcastle was absolutely amazing and staff were brilliant

When ever I use this place there is always a friendly face waiting for me to be served, they have a great dinner in a tray and plenty of nice treat to tantalise your taste buds xx

the bread is always fresh and its very nice . The doughnuts are one of my favorites. pasties is worth a try as well.

Dave and yonne deliver fantastic food. If you are in town and want proper home cooked food this is the place to go

Gave me 2 steak pies when I asked for chicken, only realised when I got home, really irritating especially as I don't eat steak. Won't be coming back if you can't read a label.

If you want a bland bacon sandwich and a cup of nescafe then you're fine. If you want something tasty and a decent coffee go elsewhere.

Has been going for years and for good reason!! They do the best sausage rolls in the town, doughnuts are incredible and the roasts in a box are inspired. My go to place for a takeaway lunch.

All you need for a quick break , cup of tea and a cake . Little sitting are out side great when Sun is out

What a place. Good quality food, friendly staff, good value for money and next to none waiting time. Customer service is always 100% and I cant imagine eating anywhere else. Highly recommended and thr bacon and egg baguette is to die for.

Amazing little cafe/bakery, I had a freshly baked roll with freshly cooked and carved roast pork, stuffing and crackling £4! Lovely and fresh, very tasty, excellent value and friendly staff!

I often pop in here when shopping in town. The food is always good and the prices reasonable. Try the pasties or the bacon banjos. They are delicious!

Me suelo pasar mis mañanas en las cafeterías de cadenas como Starbucks o Costa, pero hoy me decidí a optar por este y me alegro de haberlo hecho. El personal era muy amable y jovial, los bap tocino era preciosa y me preparaba una delicia. Los clientes sentamos afuera eran obviamente asiduos y muy acogedor. Gracias por una hermosa mañana a usted y sus clientes habituales. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

Dutch oven offer a nice selection of sweet and savoury treats for lunch. Their baguettes are yummy and always a good selection of fillings to choose from.

I would visit every day. Delicious roast in a box. Bacon banjo's pastries..my favourite they make the BEST cottage pie

Wonderful staff, lovely food - the roast in a box is to absolutely die for. Lots of sandwiches and very nice homemade pastries and cakes on offer. Bacon banjos are much better than the Gregg's version. Also nice bacon and egg baps on offer. Much more than just a bakery.
