Did a click and collect order. The lady on the desk was very helpful and got a lad from the warehouse to help carry my order to my car. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

This is my favourite place for everything! Staff are so helpful and cheerful but who wouldn't be, working in heaven

Good range of products in all departments

Will to live ebbs away as my other half decides she must consider every cushion for a match to the settee, god knows I have tried to be patient but my only response is to take her to B&Q and look at all the bags of concrete to consider if they match the hole in the front drive.

Very expensive for a north West town I'd recommend using amazon instead

Bought several items at this store and used the lift between floors with a basket on wheels to carry goods. Staff wrapped breakable items. A pleasant experience.

The last few occasions we have visited the pausa cafe there seems to be very few staff actually working alot of the tables have been left uncleared for over an hour

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff in the store.

This used to be such a great place to meet, decent quick grub and clean . It's been a while, we turned up to met with many uncleared dirty tables, food unavailable which was on the menu. We purchased food with items missing but charged full price Our salad consisted of crisps with potato wedges All in all pretty awful experience!!! Prices expensive for what you get, service slow.

I had ordered online and picking up at store was easy.

Waited 15 minutes in queue only to be informed that the food I wanted was no longer being served as it was now 12:01 and they stopped serving at 12:00.

What's happened to the coffee? It used to be really good but on my last two visits it has been weak and unpalatable. A change of brand or just poorly trained staff?

Bought a lovely pair of curtains at a bargain price the store was very good and the quality of the curtains were excellent and the staff were very helpful going back soon for some more bargains

I popped to the cafe for a coffee & mince pie prior to shopping in store. The coffee tasted freshly roasted, the premises was clean & the weekend staff were very friendly. I’ll definitely be popping along again.

A well run store with a great choice of products, elevator to 1st floor, which houses a lovely cafe, plenty of parking outside.

Spent so much on some new furniture,staff very friendly helpful nothing is too much trouble. Great value for money on solid wood furniture bedding and lamps, crockery, curtains are just some of the items we have bought and loved

Got what I wanted for a great price. Friendly staff and very helpful.

My rating is because I think for what the items are they are a little over prices and all the broken items they sell with broken ears, snapped tails etc don't have much reduction and makes the place look cheap. Don't get me wrong they have some beautiful stuff but in my opinion things are a little expensive.

Great place for household furnishings

The cakes and desserts here are usually wonderful and the coffee us excellent but SO disappointed yesterday with our cream teas. The scones would have been more at home in my rockery!!!!!!

Fantastic control of customers in and out, a parasol to provide shade whilst queueing, and directed to sanitiser on entry, felt very safe.
