Excellent food, well prepared and so tasty. I had the Chicken Naga with Bombay Aloo. The Naga is well flavoured as is the Aloo. The service is good and staff friendly. They do take aways, either for collection, with a discount, or delivery locally. All very efficient. They also have a set price buffet evening on Wednesday.

My family and I enjoyed a fantastic meal here Friday 19th July. The menu is extensive with good beer and wine too. We enjoyed excellent hot food, very friendly and chatty staff, and authentic Indian music in the background. Buffet night on the Wednesday was recommended by the staff, 3 courses for £14.95p which sounds very reasonable! We will be definitely trying that out. 5 stars!

This place is our go to for a takeaway. However, we decided to go to the restaurant and eat there instead. It was a lovely experience. The staff were very polite. The food came quickly and was to a really high standard. I was really impressed by the restaurant and will definitely be visiting again

A great pub. Really good selection of cask ales. Steak pie was excellent with loads of gravy 😋. Will be going back.

We love Turmeric for dinner, both to eat in and takeaway. The food always has delicious flavours, good quality meat and cooked well. A great variety of dishes on the menu, along with lots of different meats (including duck). Staff are always friendly and helpful. As with many others, we much prefer sitting downstairs. The main issue for us is always the radios they have going. Creates a fast food atmosphere and it’s exceptionally noisy, frustrating and ruins the ambience when sat on tables either near to the bar upstairs, or near to the kitchen downstairs. There must surely be a better way of communicating that isn’t so disruptive to customers. Also not keen on the wooden spoons for the poppadom condiments, everything here is well done and to a good standard, and this just seems to stand out as not fitting in. However, love this restaurant and will continue to return regularly.
