Dukes Burger in Bromley

Really nice food, however I requested no onion due to an allergy and it was ignored so beware.

I paid extra for curly fries yet didn’t receive them. It also clearly stated on my receipt that I selected NO Onion or Lettuce yet both was included. Unserious staff

Food delivered to wrong address

I thought we’d give Burger Dudes a go, as they would surely be better than a McDonald’s deliveries?! How wrong was I?! Delivery was over an hour late and the food was cold and burnt! Not a single burger or fries was edible. FYI - Burger Dudes is actually the Daylight Inn

Don't even bother ordering, twice now I have ordered from here and my food has not shown up at all. Horrible service.

Pretty much all of their menu is unavailable, owner either needs to start stocking up or close down.

The paties were more like what you get in McDs than what they advertise. No flavour. Won't be having these again.

The burgers came in boxes, not squashed, good idea

We as a family love these burgers, so so tasty and well priced. These are a must have!

Not as nice as before change of menu/ ingredients

There was hardly any toppings on the pizza and it was too thin and very crispy. It was more of a flat bread than a pizza. It was very dry. It’s almost as if a medium base had been stretched to make a large pizza. Very disappointed. I expected more from domino’s.

Burger it’s self ( cheese and bacon) 10/10 best one one I’ve had chips 7/10 nice flavour all of them were pretty soft none crunchy cheese and garlic bread 5/10 very dry and crumby but cheese parts tasted good

Food looked and tasted lovely but the meal was meant to come with coleslaw which we did not receive

Ordered 4 burger Meals and only the chips arrived! No way in here to phone restaurant and now hungry kids and £40 down! How on Earth can you miss that the burgers and slaw are missing! I get things happen but to not be able to call or find number online! Terrible

Nice food would have been better warm rather than cold

The worst over priced burger ever. It was not the smoked cheese they served the burger with cheap processed cheese. It was not 6 ounce patty it had two water thin patties stitched together. The potato fries was processed not genuine farm grown potatoes. It was over cooked & hardly any pulled brisket. This place is a rip off with inferior quality foods wastes my £12.50 plus the extra charges. Don’t waste your money with this crook who owns this dump.

First time we have ordered from Burger Dudes and we were really impressed. Food hot, delivered on time and really tasty, we were also impressed with the packaging, it was far superior than most places we have used.

Slaw missing on both meals ,no contact number.And justeat does not give you a option for part of order missing.Has to be the whole meal.You order something and part is missing you expect a refund.Come on justeat give us option of part order missing item refunds.Looking forward to hearing from justeat.

Burger was really well cooked and seasoned just right. Not overloaded with salad but well presented and very tasty

Amazing food! This is now our favourite burger place!! Unlike many others where the fries arrive soggy, this kept the amazing crisp as if you just ordered them to you table.

Yh 1st time ordering from here but seriously good food. Tasty as.. Will DEFINITELY order from here again.

I think the restaurant has potential but we were quite disappointed with a few things from our order. My partners burger was extremely burnt, he was basically pulling lumps of charcoal off of it. My burger was not burnt but it was over cooked and dry. If I had not have had pulled pork on top I don’t think I’d have eaten it. The garlic bread was nice but stone cold by the time it arrived and the base was just SMOTHERED in semolina flour. Chips were nice, again a few overcooked. To be honest had we have got this food in the restaurant we probably would have sent it back and I do always wonder if the quality is less important to the restaurant when the order is takeaway. May be willing to give another chance, as I do think the food could have been lovely with a bit more care and attention.
