I wanted to treat the kids to fish and chips after school today and what a disapointment. Had to throw the whole lot away. Waited 10 mins for them to cook the fish (which I thought would be a good sign as fresh) but the batter was soggy and the fish was powdery. Chips old and cold and no salt, as we'd asked for. Just dreadful. What a waste of £23.

Do not order a cone of chips. These guys are deaf. They wanted to give me a small portion of wrapped chips. But, despite the cones being in front of them, they still, both the blonde female and the Asian male, couldn't give me what I asked for, which was, simply, just a cone of chips. Avoid at all costs.

sorry to say... total s***e asked for a scallop and chips '3-4 minutes on the scallop'...puta ONE in ...7.30 on a saturday night FFS!...internet order comes in..my scallop dissappears so another 5 minutes..then 2 others get served and i am finalY remembered...i can understand it if it was expensive fish at the end of the night(which is incidentally £2.25 CHEAPER....wont be using again

Easily the worst chip shop I've ever been to, but also by far the worst place I've ever bought food from. After ordering and paying for a veggie burger, some scallops, a large curry sauce, portion of chips, and a can of coke, the worker disappeared for 20 minutes and then reappeared to tell me that he couldn't find any veggie burgers! To add insult to injury, when I finally got home (it took almost an entire hour for the worker to prepare the food they were actually able to prepare for me) the chips were chewy and mostly completely raw. It was literally like eating uncooked potato and was simply inedible. They got the curry sauce wrong, I ordered a large, but it was a small portion. Now the scallops to be fair, were the closest thing to resembling edible food, but they couldn't even get this right, as due to the amateur way they were wrapped (all stacked tightly together) the batter on all of them peeled off when you tried to prise them apart. Finally the can of coke was not only not cold at all, it was actively warm, genuinely as warm as a cup of tea. Worst chippy experience ever hands down. Save your money and go over the road to the Leaning Tower of Pizza (that's were I went to get my veggie burger when I was eventually able to leave the chip shop), they might not do fish and chips, but they can provide edible food and value for money, something this chip shop definitely cannot.

Been coming here for 4 years since moving into the town and for the last few visits it has deteriorated badly. It has obviously changed hands as the regular staff have all disappeared. Friday nights fish and chips used to be queuing outside and then getting home thoroughly enjoying the food. Not any more ! Never a queue ( which tells you something) and getting home and being disappointed. Fridays food was our last visit. Luke warm chips, large “cod”;which as being pretty flat ( not long chunky and flaky) was 100% not cod. I know as I used to be a fishmonger many years ago. I would have noticed and challenged them while inside , but after giving the order I was looking outside not taking any notice. As soon as I took fish out of the paper at home I knew it was not cod by the shape. In hindsight I should have gone back to complain, but couldn’t be bothered to be honest. Very poor We will not be returning

I had chips from here about four years ago and they were good which is why I returned. However, this time I was disappointed. We were hungry and came here on a whim. We had a generous portion of chips for two pounds but they were pale floppy and unappealing. Because we were hungry we ate half of the chips between us and threw the rest in the bin at Waitrose car park. I have no plans to return.

Needed a quick lunch so fish & chips from here. Place is clean and orderly. The chips were lovely, but there were too many. The fish was alright, but the batter was a bit loose and could have been crisper. Good value for money. They take card payments too!

My wife visited the chip last night as the que was to big for queens fish and chip shop around the corner. When she returned I was presented with uncooked chips and the smallest/greasy piece of fish I’ve ever tasted. Will never return.

I generally go to another chip shop in Droitwich but there was a massive queue there and I was hungry and just couldn’t wait! I wish now I had come home and had beans on toast. The fish and chips were beyond awful! Half of the chips looked and tasted like they had been reheated from lunchtime, likewise the fish tasted like it had been in the heater cabinet for a month! The shop appeared clean and the COVID regulations adhered to it was a shame the food had been from a different century. I certainly won’t be going back!

Drove to the other side of Droitwich to try the Fish & Chips special,Staff were great,Fish was hot crispy But the chips were awful,mostly bits & black not a very good 1st visit

We rang up the company as completey got it wrong specially as one person has a allergy ! Rudeness off the staff and asking us to pay again is stupid ! Will never eat from here again and will take it to trading standards

The base of the pizza's was all soggy the chips were over cooked and mainly all burnt and the southern fried chicken skin was hairier then my armpits

Three of us ordered a take meal for 3 on the 4th Saturday evening in March.We ordered 2 kebabs, chips. double burger, curry sauce and mushy chips My burger was of a inferior quality and not at all tasty. The mushy peas looked dark green and not usual colour Like the curry sauce not much flavour. The kebabs came without salad and dry, Chips were Ok Friendly staff and easy to order online . Hopefully this is a one off poor experience!

Called in here on a number of occasions on my way home after been working late The staff are always friendly the choice of items on offer is comprehensive Pricing is in line with most in the area but best chips in Droitwich Mixed Kebab meat in a tray with Chilli sauce and chips recommended can also order online with delivery

We decided to have a take meal for 4 the 2nd Saturday evening in February We ordered several kebabs and chips .Mine was a doner kebab with medium chips. Easy to order and excellent website. Friendly staff. Food looked really great and my chips were nice and dark brown. Everything tasted really good and the chips best I have had locally

I have used this place several times and think the southern fried chicken and chips is the best thing on the menu. Although I have enjoy3ed the kebabs wall the food is reasonably priced and delivery is quick so food arrives hot,

Easy to park after nine o’clock, reasonable quality food served quickly. Prices are in line with most chippies in the area.

I went into this fish shop at 1 45 asked for fish and chips was told it would take 10 to 15 minutes and they were closing at 2 so was to late don't they want customers

We ordered for 6 of us on a Wednesday evening. They delivered very promptly and really good service. Once more sizeable portions of cod and chips plus curry sauce. Cods really tasty chips were good but a bit dry on this occasion. Overall very good though

We had a menu delivered some time ago so 6 of us thought we would try this place as they deliver and saves going out on a Saturday evening .A very good move! They delivered well within the time they estimated. Very generous portions of cod and chips plus curry sauce . Everything tasted really good and represented excellent value for money!

My favourite chip shop in town. Their pizzas are the best. Lovely chips too. You can usually get a good welcome and a bit of banter with the team there. Park outside, pick up and go. They deliver too (locally).

we have used this chip shop for a long time and had never had any problems but last night we opened our food and a beetle came out of the wrapping needless to say it all went in the bin I rang the shop and all I was told was that it didn’t come from there won’t be ordering again

This is a great local fish n chip shop for myself and go most Friday's there are a few here in Droitwich but this one is my favourite good portion size a bonus.

Food arrived over 20 mins late ! Polystyrene carton had melted into the food ! There was an excessive amount of salt on the food that I couldn't eat a lot of the meal ! Won't be going there again 😞

For the third time (twice in a row) you've forgotten an item of our order! Even though each time you do eventually bring the missing item, it's just not acceptable anymore and means it's unlikely we'll be ordering from you again!

By far this is the best chip shop in Droitwich by far. Chips are nice and it is £1.30 for a small cone. Traditional chip shop menu is good. Few places to sit and eat as well.

Visited here after a nigh out with friends I asked for kabob at first they said they dident have any left then some worker bought some from the back they put in the microwave to heat it up this totally messed the tast of it up not realy sure u should heat meat up more than once

2nd time of using just eat and both times my food has juried up late! Will not be using again. Had the delivery driver almost laughing at me as he thought it was ok because they were busy and was insulted by just eat as I was offered £5 off which I declined!! This service is not for me.

food quality was very poor we had to put our food in the bin. After lots of going backwards and forwards we did get a refund. the chips were clearly not fresh and nothing had been seasoned even though we had asked for it. The customer service consisted of us being shouted at. Truly abysmal.

Ordered at 7.00. Said delivery would be 7.50 but had to phone at 8.20 as still not arrived. Finally arrived at 8.30 with no apology and wasn't very warm. Won't be using them again

This will be the last time I order from this chippy. Not only was the food not properly cooked throughout the beef and onion pasty the pizza was warm by the time it arrived. On top of this matter they replaced cornish pastie with extra beef and onion pasties and claimed to have tried to contact me but given the fact that my phone was on and next to me it never rang out. Therefore it is fair to say I did not receive a call from the shop, giving me any notification that anything was out of stock. The customer service of the driver was appalling given his sarcastic nature he dealt with the customer who paid for the meal. This is a drastic fall given the fact that I used to order on a regular basis.

Ordered food at 7.20pm. It was due for 8.05pm. They then added half an hour to my delivery time without telling me. I had to go back and check, which was how I found out the order was changed to 8.35pm. Half an hour is a long time. A phone call would have been nice. However, they regained some stars because the deliveryman arrived at 8.28pm and was very polite. The food tasted great too.

Hemos comido el mejor pescado sin gluten y patatas fritas nunca. El lugar de pescado blanco precario, pasta deliciosa y patatas fritas eran una delicia y recomiendo encarecidamente que lo pruebes. Sin Gluten día es lunes hasta las 8 de la tarde.

Fish lovely, but chips can be a case of "hit and miss"....can sometimes be very dried up.
