Same as every McDonalds. It’s exactly what you come to expect

Great service use the app its quick and easy different lay out inside mostly self serve make sure you have a card

Not bad.. Two single sausages and egg muffins perfect for kids. Mine unfortunately had a mini muffin on top. Apart from that all good.

Quick service and clean facilities.

What I liked: Not much What I didn’t like: - The toilet paper in the sink - The noise the hand dryer made - I got toilet paper stuck on my shoe.

The friendliest McDonald’s experience I’ve had! We drove through the Drive thru & from start to finish the staff were great! It makes such a difference! And the food was served perfectly. - Big Mac was hot, and served neatly. Fries were hot & fresh! It was great! Thank you!

Cancelling my order for no reason. Don’t really appreciate that. Awful service dickheads

Breakfast, along with other meals, are consistently good but tastes as though it's been kept hot. I had a ring doughnut, too. It was pretty tasteless. Greg's are better and cheaper.

Not liking the new lay out but it's OK very clean macdonolds and friendly staff

This is a big store with a drive through. There never seems to be enough parking at this site !

Ignored at drive through order point. Staff served several cars while I waited to order. They didn’t seem to care when I told them about this. Wouldn’t recommend.

Don't know what's happening with McDonalds anymore. Prices are ridiculous, wait times and ordering process is often a joke. Half the time the machines don't work and god help you if you want to order in person. Stood at the counter 5 minutes with nobody there at all. Cheaper to order in Chinese!

It's McDonald's, the food is fine and you know what you're getting , It would be nice to get a few napkins in the bag at the drive through, The staff is friendly every time I've been so I can't complain. Can be busy at peek time as it's right off the M5

The dude at the window forgot my sauces n walked off, another worker walked past I said excuse me and he looked at me and walked off.

15.00 Sunday 5 Jan. Simply awful. Arctic weather, Air con full on in restaurant, absolutely freezing. Decided to eat in car to keep warm, asked for bag that was literally thrown to us to pack ourselves. Food lukewarm, the McChicken sandwich looked like a lump of plastic with a few shreds of lettuce, served in a Brioche Bun. Completely unforgettable experience.

Clean McDonald's, nothing to fault

Pretty good but disabled toilet not very clean

No car parking spaces and to access the car park traffic just backs up. Needs looking at to be honest. Food was cold had to go back in as was cold and items missing. Pretty disappointing as thought fast food should be quicker 😕

The last couple of times I've been there, the food was always hardly warm to a bit cold. So I got no intention to go back there unless they make changes or get some more qualified people in to cook the food. I've got quite a few health problems including a weak immunity system because of some of my medication so I can easily get ill.

Fast and good service is also not too busy any time I go there I have a place to sit and eat

This mcdonalds, in particular, has a higher standard of food prep than the one in Blackpole it's all a load of rubbish if you want my honest opinion. However, serves its purpose when staving and when a treat is deserved

Excellent Mcdonald's! Had an issue with collecting an order from the drive through (McDonald's app), so I went in and one of the managers resolved my issue super quickly. Excellent customer service!

Droitwich McDonald's is the best one in any possible way

Ran out of cheesesteak burgers, but the old standbys were there. Quick service at a peak time, even tough they had computer problems. The person serving checked the order as well.

The big mac sauce was really tangy and weird tasting a bit sour like tatar sauce bought at 11:03

Good Maccies, live locally, foods normally hot and fresh not like some I've been to. Only issue is it's well known for M5 traffic now so can be problematic finding parking. UPDATE 26TH AUGUST 24 5 years after my above review, and multiple visits with the kids since no issues, until now. Since the refurb, the seating is less, and the benches are cramped to sit in. No fizzy drinks, no bacon, bits missing off the order (Table Sevice) ages to get someone to speak to, and food was going cold. For progress, this is going backwards. Dropped 3 stars, I'm afraid.

Do not buy on the app because when you get here there is no signal so you cannot check in and the free wifi does not load and the staff are so unhelpful its shocking

Food slow to come out since they have had a refurb also disappointed that they have taken away the sauce dispensers and the ipads for the kids

On this visit we ate in the restaurant, the food was brought to the table and I am delighted to say it was hot! Burgers, fries, nuggets we're all piping hot which made an enjoyable meal. I did notice my Double Quarter Pounder appeared to have lost weight so I approached the counter where the manager, Jade was standing, I explained the issue and she rectified it immediately with a freshly made burger. Excellent service.

Drive through is always a good service, nice place now it's been revamped.

Another McDonald's, just as good as any other I've been to. Even abroad, the nice and easy touchscreen menus let you select your language and away you go.

Usually pop through the drive through a couple of times a week if I'm working that way, as it's only a 10 minute detour from the motorway. Fast service and 9/10 times they actually give you what you ordered 😉 You can't go wrong with a breakfast roll meal and a coffee for that price, and speed is actually decent value and convenient 👌 Happy, friendly staff, too.

The queuing is getting out of hand. It had gone all the way to the roundabout, causing traffic to back up to starbucks. The system does not work and it causing a lot of problems for the locals. Not only that, McDonalds rubbish is everywhere. Main road, down the country lanes such as crown lane; just dumbed everywhere leaving the locals to have to pick it up.

Card readers never working got my order wrong 4 times in a row and the wait time when it was empty was 30 minutes

Popped in on the way to work for some breakfast. My order took well over 10 mins so in the end I had to leave. People in and out of the drive thru constantly but me and others that had ordered in store had to wait. I asked the manager if you get served quicker going through the drive thru and she replied with yes. This is not good customer service in the end I had to leave the food I had ordered as it had made me late for work. Shocking service manager looked lost

Maccies is as maccies does, this one is fast and efficient, drive through runs well although idiot customers who get to the ordering station and still don't know what they want infuriate me.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, the burgers were very dry. It also lacked the usual toppings, very little cheese, sauce & garnish. They never look like they do on the screens, I would eat this again. The atmosphere was ok, the staff we reacted with didn't seem to care much, probably tired & busy but our tray was dropped onto our table, a few little items fell off & the server just walked off without any acknowledgement.

Finest one outside of paris, expect to be transported to the real world of a le McDonalds

Overall a pretty standard Macdonald's. The parking is a pain as there's hardly any and getting in and out of the junction to access it is awful as it is very small for something that leads to multiple businesses nearby.

Have been here many times, usually fine but the burgers were dry. I had a double quarter pounder, I won't have one again. There wasn't enough sauce, but the meat patties were dried out. The service was fairly quick but the tray was literally dropped in the table in front of us, a couple of things fell off and the server just walked away. Drinks were fine, and the cheese bites were dried out.

Excellent. Good service and dog friendly. Gave me a dish of water for our dog Penny.

Paid 12 pound for cheese bites box, a mayo chicken and a milkshake, they forgot my cheese bites and gave me 2 chicken selects and a cheeseburger… I only realised after my 15 mins drive home…

This particular McDonald’s could possibly be the best McDonald’s in the UK. I have been to hundreds up & down, nationwide. However this one holds a special place for the reason that it’s the only one where I’ve never encountered an issue with my food or a wrong order. I typically refrain from reviewing McDonald’s restaurant’s unless it’s extremely bad or exceptionally great. All the others are somewhere in between. This one is definitely worth mentioning. The food consistently arrives fresh and hot on every single occassion, a testament to their quality control. The staff are unfailingly polite also on every Occassion, adding a pleasant touch to each visit. However, two notable drawbacks that tarnish an otherwise commendable experience. The drive-thru bays are incredibly tight, making maneuvering difficult and stressful. Additionally, the car park is poorly designed, with limited spaces and awkward layouts. Despite these flaws, the overall experience remains positive, thanks to the consistently excellent food and service.

It's a great Macdonald's, table service and milkshakes available, fast food delivered to the table after using the screen to order. Plenty of seating and even games for kids on the stools on the long table. Ticks all the boxes if you really want a maccies

Great Maccys, hot and quick too which makes a pleasant change to some of the McDonald's restaurants I've been to in the past.

Every time I go to the drive through they get my order wrong an then try telling me I didn't order what I orderd like I'm a complete liar an then ask me if I have a receipt no because I wasn't given one the service I dia an people can't order what you ask for for some reason I ring up to complain an get fobbed off on the phone

Very dissapointed with my experience! Me and my friends were the last customers in so it was very quiet, I ordered from the vegan menu and proceeded to wait, watching our food be prepared. I then see the man preparing & touching my friends food (meat) and then straight away handling mine without washing/sanitizing. This left my meal unsafe for me to eat so i went home after a long day on an empty stomach. This store failed at the core aspect of providing food that is safe for consumption.

It's a McDonald's. I always use the app now to get points, which is great for both pick up and table service

I am traveling and had to stop in this nice village overnight so I came to McDonald's last night and today for breakfast. Both times It was a delight to be here for the service, the food and for the cleanliness. Very helpful staff serving quickly to tables and Drive through cars. It is a busy restaurant and they do the job very well. Here it is a appy customer.

This is a good branch of McDonald's where you can park up just off the M5. The prices are ones you would normally find at a McDonald's and aren't over exaggerated service station ones. Service is okay and reasonably quick. It does have a drive-thru and is very efficient. I've been here many a time and never had a problem!

Only popped in a for a cup of tea, it's not worthy of any other visit. Unhealthy, overpriced rubbish. Not for me.

Usual burger fare, nothing to be excited about, average service at best.
