Droitwich McDonald's is the best one in any possible way

Friendly service and environment. Usual McDonald's fare and prices.

Ran out of cheesesteak burgers, but the old standbys were there. Quick service at a peak time, even tough they had computer problems. The person serving checked the order as well.

The big mac sauce was really tangy and weird tasting a bit sour like tatar sauce bought at 11:03

Good Maccies, live locally, foods normally hot and fresh not like some I've been to. Only issue is it's well known for M5 traffic now so can be problematic finding parking. UPDATE 26TH AUGUST 24 5 years after my above review, and multiple visits with the kids since no issues, until now. Since the refurb, the seating is less, and the benches are cramped to sit in. No fizzy drinks, no bacon, bits missing off the order (Table Sevice) ages to get someone to speak to, and food was going cold. For progress, this is going backwards. Dropped 3 stars, I'm afraid.

Do not buy on the app because when you get here there is no signal so you cannot check in and the free wifi does not load and the staff are so unhelpful its shocking

On this visit we ate in the restaurant, the food was brought to the table and I am delighted to say it was hot! Burgers, fries, nuggets we're all piping hot which made an enjoyable meal. I did notice my Double Quarter Pounder appeared to have lost weight so I approached the counter where the manager, Jade was standing, I explained the issue and she rectified it immediately with a freshly made burger. Excellent service.

Food slow to come out since they have had a refurb also disappointed that they have taken away the sauce dispensers and the ipads for the kids

Drive through is always a good service, nice place now it's been revamped.

Dirty toilets burnt chips and few flys inside while eating,but at least they've got a new counter set up

Another McDonald's, just as good as any other I've been to. Even abroad, the nice and easy touchscreen menus let you select your language and away you go.

The queuing is getting out of hand. It had gone all the way to the roundabout, causing traffic to back up to starbucks. The system does not work and it causing a lot of problems for the locals. Not only that, McDonalds rubbish is everywhere. Main road, down the country lanes such as crown lane; just dumbed everywhere leaving the locals to have to pick it up.

Usually pop through the drive through a couple of times a week if I'm working that way, as it's only a 10 minute detour from the motorway. Fast service and 9/10 times they actually give you what you ordered 😉 You can't go wrong with a breakfast roll meal and a coffee for that price, and speed is actually decent value and convenient 👌 Happy, friendly staff, too.

Card readers never working got my order wrong 4 times in a row and the wait time when it was empty was 30 minutes

Popped in on the way to work for some breakfast. My order took well over 10 mins so in the end I had to leave. People in and out of the drive thru constantly but me and others that had ordered in store had to wait. I asked the manager if you get served quicker going through the drive thru and she replied with yes. This is not good customer service in the end I had to leave the food I had ordered as it had made me late for work. Shocking service manager looked lost

Although crazy busy we were served quickly.

Maccies is as maccies does, this one is fast and efficient, drive through runs well although idiot customers who get to the ordering station and still don't know what they want infuriate me.

McDonald's bacon rolls are decent. Not the best I've ever had, because I make that one. The sausage and egg muffin however is sublime. Awful parking at this location but it's not McDonald's fault

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, the burgers were very dry. It also lacked the usual toppings, very little cheese, sauce & garnish. They never look like they do on the screens, I would eat this again. The atmosphere was ok, the staff we reacted with didn't seem to care much, probably tired & busy but our tray was dropped onto our table, a few little items fell off & the server just walked off without any acknowledgement.

Finest one outside of paris, expect to be transported to the real world of a le McDonalds

Overall a pretty standard Macdonald's. The parking is a pain as there's hardly any and getting in and out of the junction to access it is awful as it is very small for something that leads to multiple businesses nearby.

Have been here many times, usually fine but the burgers were dry. I had a double quarter pounder, I won't have one again. There wasn't enough sauce, but the meat patties were dried out. The service was fairly quick but the tray was literally dropped in the table in front of us, a couple of things fell off and the server just walked away. Drinks were fine, and the cheese bites were dried out.

Excellent. Good service and dog friendly. Gave me a dish of water for our dog Penny.

Paid 12 pound for cheese bites box, a mayo chicken and a milkshake, they forgot my cheese bites and gave me 2 chicken selects and a cheeseburger… I only realised after my 15 mins drive home…

This particular McDonald’s could possibly be the best McDonald’s in the UK. I have been to hundreds up & down, nationwide. However this one holds a special place for the reason that it’s the only one where I’ve never encountered an issue with my food or a wrong order. I typically refrain from reviewing McDonald’s restaurant’s unless it’s extremely bad or exceptionally great. All the others are somewhere in between. This one is definitely worth mentioning. The food consistently arrives fresh and hot on every single occassion, a testament to their quality control. The staff are unfailingly polite also on every Occassion, adding a pleasant touch to each visit. However, two notable drawbacks that tarnish an otherwise commendable experience. The drive-thru bays are incredibly tight, making maneuvering difficult and stressful. Additionally, the car park is poorly designed, with limited spaces and awkward layouts. Despite these flaws, the overall experience remains positive, thanks to the consistently excellent food and service.

It's a great Macdonald's, table service and milkshakes available, fast food delivered to the table after using the screen to order. Plenty of seating and even games for kids on the stools on the long table. Ticks all the boxes if you really want a maccies

Great Maccys, hot and quick too which makes a pleasant change to some of the McDonald's restaurants I've been to in the past.

Every time I go to the drive through they get my order wrong an then try telling me I didn't order what I orderd like I'm a complete liar an then ask me if I have a receipt no because I wasn't given one the service I dia an people can't order what you ask for for some reason I ring up to complain an get fobbed off on the phone

Very dissapointed with my experience! Me and my friends were the last customers in so it was very quiet, I ordered from the vegan menu and proceeded to wait, watching our food be prepared. I then see the man preparing & touching my friends food (meat) and then straight away handling mine without washing/sanitizing. This left my meal unsafe for me to eat so i went home after a long day on an empty stomach. This store failed at the core aspect of providing food that is safe for consumption.

I am traveling and had to stop in this nice village overnight so I came to McDonald's last night and today for breakfast. Both times It was a delight to be here for the service, the food and for the cleanliness. Very helpful staff serving quickly to tables and Drive through cars. It is a busy restaurant and they do the job very well. Here it is a appy customer.

This is a good branch of McDonald's where you can park up just off the M5. The prices are ones you would normally find at a McDonald's and aren't over exaggerated service station ones. Service is okay and reasonably quick. It does have a drive-thru and is very efficient. I've been here many a time and never had a problem!

Only popped in a for a cup of tea, it's not worthy of any other visit. Unhealthy, overpriced rubbish. Not for me.

Usual burger fare, nothing to be excited about, average service at best.

Picture the scene... Was it a nice scene? Good, I'm glad. Now ignore that scene and picture this scene. On a bright and frosty Saturday morn, a rosey faced bearded idiot piloted his car in the general direction of this Burger emporium. Being a tad peckish we called in, keen to fill our guts with burgers and fries. The wife ordered the food via the app. Wowsers! Imagine that, ordering food on your phone! Mind blown! Anyway, by using the app she earned some points which in several years we should have enough to get a free hamburger! So, where was I? Oh, here I am. Hello me. So we decided to collect the grub via the drive through. A huge mistake on our behalf as the queue was crazy. By crazy I mean long and slow. So not really crazy as in zaney and fun like a 'crazy clown' but I suppose I should have said 'soul zappingly slow and tedious'. Well, we finally get to the little ordering panel and say 'good morrow to thee, fine perveyer of burgers, we hast travelled a great distance to purchase some of your burgery delights, my lips are longing to feel the meaty goodness upon them'. The chap threatened to call the police if we didnt go AWAY. I hastily explained that we had ordered on the app and he mumbled something about me being an idiot and welcomed me to drive up to the second window! The 2nd window, not the 1st one but the best one, the window with the food. On arriving at the window of delight I was slightly disappointed to be asked to go and park in the waiting bays of shame. When we arrived at the bays, some chav with duplo hair and spots had managed to park across all 3 of them and sat in his fiesta, vaping away like he was king of the castle. What a twot! Anyway, his happy meal arrived and off he went, revving like an oap trying to reverse. I tried the chicken big mac and it was Meh. A bit too greasy if I'm honest. The kids had happy meals which I think they enjoyed and the wife had a Big Mac which she said was 'alright'. I must say that the fries were fresh out of the, er, frier so they were good. So all in all, a solid performance from Ron and his team today. We arrived at lunchtime so we should have expected it to be busy. This concludes the end of my review. I hope you have enjoyed it. If you did wave your left arm high in the air and shape your hand and fingers like an emus head and pretend it is is talking. Whilst doing this shout as loud as you dare " I need a wee, please don't squeeze me" Then I would like you to tell the next dog that you see that it is a good dog!" Goodbye dear friends. Whats there to say its a mcdonalds, its what you expect always slightly underwhelming but always the same. The only difference here is the car park is a nightmare. This is a McDonald's that wasnt planned to be this busy

This has to be one of the worst designed McDonald's. The queue for the drive thru frequently gets so long that it blocks the car parking spaces, making it impossible to park. If you use the mobile app and have the food delivered to your car, you'll be waiting the longest time as it's their lowest priority.
